Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment of acute ankle sprain combined with positional release therapy. Methods: A prospective randomized single blind study between positional release group and knee flexed supine position group was conducted. Patients with ankle sprain within 48 hours were evaluated by Ankle injury grade chart(AIGC). In group A, positional release therapy was combined with acupuncture, whereas in group B, acupuncture was conducted in knee flexed supine position. The treatment was planned for a duration of 1 week, 3times a week. In AIGC scores, VAS, weight bearing time and weight bearing time in blind were followed up and compared. Results and Conclusion: The VAS score decreased in both group. Weight bearing time increased in group B, weight bearing time in blind increased in group A. Comparing the therapeutic effect of each group, group A had significant effectiveness in weight bearing time in blind. So we may conclude that Acupuncture treatment combined with positional release therapy is effective and recommandable at early stage of ankle sprain.

Midjourney continually updates its database and algorithms to enhance user experience, with a focus on character consistency. This paper's examination of the latest V6 version of Midjourney reveals notable advancements in its characteristics and design principles, especially in the realm of character generation. By comparing V6 with its predecessors, this study underscores the significant strides made in ensuring consistent character portrayal across different plots and timelines.Such improvements in AI-driven character consistency are pivotal for storytelling. They ensure coherent and reliable character representation, which is essential for narrative clarity, emotional resonance, and overall effectiveness. This coherence supports a more immersive and engaging storytelling experience, fostering deeper audience connection and enhancing creative expression.The findings of this study encourage further exploration of Midjourney's capabilities for artistic innovation. By leveraging its advanced character consistency, creators can push the boundaries of storytelling, leading to new and exciting developments in the fusion of technology and art.

The flourishing China mobile e-book App market has caused a series of problems, for which enhancing the user experience become an urgent matter. As a whole, user experience is related to the five planes such as the device, platform, medium, form and content. However, to understand the user needs is the logical starting point of the whole process. Contextual interview has been conducted in this study, while four types of tasks such as discovering and accessing a target e-book, setting and experiencing the reading interface, listening to the e-book and reviewing and sharing were asked to perform during the process, which has resulted in relevant problems and unpleasant factors in user experience. Based on the aforementioned contents, guidelines for enhancing the user experience of China mobile e-book App has been summarized as a result.
