Currently, the security control market is operating based on AI technology. The reason for using AI is to detect large amounts of logs and big data between security equipment, and to alleviate time and human problems. However, problems are still occurring in the application of AI. The security control market is responding to many problems other than the problems introduced in this paper, and this paper attempts to deal with five problems. We would like to consider problems that arise in applying AI technology to security control environments such as 'AI model selection', 'AI standardization problem', 'Big data accuracy', 'Security Control Big Data Accuracy and AI Reliability', 'responsibility material problem', and 'lack of AI validity.'
Intelligent Control is an extended paradigm that subsumes both control and AI paradigms, each of which is limited by its own abstractions. Autonomy, as a design goal, offers an arena where both control and AI paradigms must be applied -and a challenge to the viability of both as independent entities. We discuss hierarchical event-based control architectures in which AI and Control paradigms can be integrated within a model-based approach. In a niodel-based system, knowledge is encapsulated in the form of models at the various layers to support the predefined system objectives. Concepts are illustrated with a robotmanaged space-borne chemical laboratory.
The purpose of the present study was to examine the in vivo activity of oxytocin antagonist I (AI)in the nonpregnant estrous rat. Cannulas were placed in the jugular vein for infusing compounds and a water-filled balloon-tipped cannula placed in one uterine horn for assessing uterine activity. Uterine contractions were monitored with a Grass Polygraph and contractile activity determined as the integrated area for 10 minutes. Five minutes after infusing 5 ${\mu}\textrm{g}$ of AI, 100mU of oxytocin was given as an in bolus injection and repeated every hour for 5 hours. At five minutes, 1 and 2 hours after injection AI the uterine contractile response to 100 mU of oxytocin was significantly inhibited compared to controls(p<0.05). At 3, 4 and 5 hours no differences in response were detected compared to controls(p>0.05). These results in conjunction with other reports from our laboratory suggest that AI has the potential of being a potent and specific tocolytic for prevention of preterm labor in humans.

The H9N2 avian influenza (AI) has become endemic in poultry in many countries since the 1990s, which has caused considerable economic losses in the poultry industry. Considering the long history of the low pathogenicity H9N2 AI in many countries, once H9N2 AI is introduced, it is more difficult to eradicate than high pathogenicity AI. Various preventive measures and strategies, including vaccination and active national surveillance, have been used to control the Y439 lineage of H9N2 AI in South Korea, but it took a long time for the H9N2 virus to disappear from the fields. By contrast, the novel Y280 lineage of H9N2 AI was introduced in June 2020 and has spread nationwide. This study reviews the history, genetic and pathogenic characteristics, and control strategies for Korean H9N2 AI. This review may provide some clues for establishing control strategies for endemic AIV and a newly introduced Y280 lineage of H9N2 AI in South Korea.
This work aimed to study the effectiveness of cellular oxidative parameter (malondial-dehyde, protein carbonyl, and 8-hydroxy-2'deoxyguanosine). The experimental groups were aluminum treated rats and control rats. Aluminum treatd rats were given intraperitoneally aluminum nitrate nonahydrate ($Al^{3+}$, 0.2 mmol/kg) daily for 30 days except Sunday. Control rats were injected 1 ml of saline. After the dose, rats were decapitated and hippocampus and cerebral cortex were removed. The measured parameters were tissue malondialdehyde (MDA, index of lipid peroxidation), protein carbonyl (index of protein oxidation), 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxy-guanosine (8-OHdG, index of DNA oxidation), reduced glutathione (GSH) levels as well as glutathione reductase (GR) and catalase. AI concentrations in the tissues were also measured. All results were corrected by tissue protein levels. The results were as followed; 1. The concentrations of AI in the cortex and hippocampus were significantly higher in the AI-treated rats than in the control rats. 2. Antioxidative enzyme's activity, catalase and GR, were significantly higher in the AI-treated rats than the control rats. GSH levels were also higher in the AI-treated rats. 3. MDA, protein carbonyl, and 8-OHdG concentration of AI-treated rats were significantly higher than those of control rats. 4. The concentrations of antioxidants, and oxidative stress parameter were correlated with the concentrations of AI in hippocampus and cerebral cortex. Catalase and GR activity were also correlated with the concentration of AI. Based on these results, it can be suggested that intraperitoneally injected AI was accumulated in the brain and induced the increase of antioxidant levels and antioxidative enzyme activity. Also, the oxidative products of cellular macromolecules are significantly related to tissue AI concentration. Therefore MDA, protein carbonyl, and 8-OHdG are useful markers for oxidative stress on cellular macromolecules.
Purpose : The purpose of this study was to determine whether appreciative inquiry (AI) is an effective intervention for increasing the positive psychological capital and organizational commitment of new nurses. Method : The study used a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The participants were 60 new nurses in a tertiary hospital in Seoul. The experimental group received 2 classes of AI education and in-unit AI activities. The control group received the existing education program. Results : There was no statistically significant difference in the positive psychological capital and organizational commitment between the experimental group and the control group over time. Satisfaction with the AI education scored 3.69, which was higher than the average. The reason why the experimental group members were satisfied with the program was that AI education helped them to adapt and the in-unit AI activities made staff more cooperative and the atmosphere of the unit more positive. Conclusion : When applying AI activities to new nurses to promote positive psychological capital and organizational commitment, it is necessary to provide a workshop in which the participants can fully concentrate on education and to extend the period of use to one year in order to maintain the effect of AI activities.
The rapid progress of AI technology gives us the expectation to solutions to various problems in our society, and at the same time, it gives us anxiety about the side effects that can occur if AI develops beyond human control. This study was conducted in the early 20s with less objection to advanced devices. We attempted to provide clues to understand thoughts and attitudes of the targets about the future environment that will be brought by AI through the process of finding intent the acceptance of strong AI technology. For this, we applied the Theory of Planned Behavior, and further expanded this research model to identify factors affecting the attitude toward AI. As a result, the attitude toward AI and perceived behavioral control had a significant effect on the intention to use to strong AI. In addition, we found that the expectation of the benefit of improving task performance and the anxiety on the threat of relationship disturbance had a significant effect on the attitude toward AI. This study suggests implications for AI-related companies establishing the direction of technology development and for government setting a policy direction for AI adoption.
Pre- and post-emergent control of Aneilema keisak was investigated in no-till paddy fields. In addition, a pot trial was conducted to determine use rates of the experimental post-emergent herbicide LGC40863. For pre-emergent control, butachlor(1,800g ai/ha), pretilachlor(600g ai/ha), pretilachlor plus pyrazosulfuron(300+18g ai/ha, respectively), thiobencarb plus bensulfuron(2,100+51g ai/ha, respectively), and molinate plus pyrazosulfuron(1,500+21g ai/ha, repectively) were treated at 20 days before seeding. Among the herbicides, molinate plus pyrazosulfuron was the least effective (23% control), while all other herbicides provided excellent(>95%) control of A. keisak. None of these herbicides caused rice phytotoxicity. However, rice yield in the plot treated with molinate plus pyrazosulfuron decreased about 50% due to poor A. keisak control. LGC40863 controlled A. keisak completely, by foliar application, across wide growth stages from the 5- to 15-leaf at 50g ai/ha in pot tests. In the field, treatment of LGC40863(30 to 50g ai/ha) provided >95% control of A. keisak when treated either at 15 days after transplanting or at non-productive tillering stage. Efficacy of 2,4-D and bentazon was insufficient when treated at non-productive tillering stage. These results suggest that, in no-till paddy fields, A. keisak is controlled by pre-emergent application of butachlor, pretilachlor, pretilachlor plus pyrazosulfuron, or thiobencarb plus bensulfuron, and by post-emergent application of LGC40863.
This paper will cover recent discussions on the risks of human being due to the development of artificial intelligence(AI). We will consider AI research as artificial narrow intelligence(ANI), artificial general intelligence(AGI), and artificial super intelligence(ASI). First, we examine the risks of ANI, or weak AI systems. To maximize efficiency, humans will use autonomous AI extensively. At this time, we can predict the risks that can arise by transferring a great deal of authority to autonomous AI and AI's judging and acting without human intervention. Even a sophisticated system, human-made artificial intelligence systems are incomplete, and virus infections or bugs can cause errors. So I think there should be a limit to what I entrust to artificial intelligence. Typically, we do not believe that lethal autonomous weapons systems should be allowed. Strong AI researchers are optimistic about the emergence of artificial general intelligence(AGI) and artificial superintelligence(ASI). Superintelligence is an AI system that surpasses human ability in all respects, so it may act against human interests or harm human beings. So the problem of controlling superintelligence, i.e. control problem is being seriously considered. In this paper, we have outlined how to control superintelligence based on the proposed control schemes. If superintelligence emerges, it is judged that there is no way for humans to completely control superintelligence at this time. But the emergence of superintelligence may be a fictitious assumption. Even in this case, research on control problems is of practical value in setting the direction of future AI research.
Weed control tests with 6 herbicides which seem to have selectivity of absorption by roots of rice were carried out by the rate of application, the depth of incorporation and the time of application in comparison with the after transplanting treatment of MO in SiCL soil. Soil-incorporated treatment of Ronstar, Saturn, TOK and Saturn·5 were applied before transplanting and soil surface treatment of Machete, PCP and MON·0385 were applied. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Initial crop injury and growth Soil surface treatment before transplanting of PCP of 1,000g ai/10a caused heavy initial injury, which was recovered from by about 50 days after application. Saturn-S at 4kg prod.110a caused slight crop injury sectionally, which was soon recovered from. And little crop injury was caused by other treatments. 2. Effect in weed control Excellent weed control of 90 to 97.7 percent was obtained, when measured 27 days after transplanting, by all the treatments. More than 90 percent weed control was maintained for about 73 days after transplanting by all the treatments of Ronstar and Saturn-S of 3 to 4kg prod./10a. The treatments of MON-0385 of 175g ai/10a and TOK of 280g ai/10a showed somewhat poor weed control. 3. Yield No reduction of yield was observed at all the plots except the non·weeded plot at which 11.4 percent yield reduction was observed compared with the hand weeding plot. The yield was increased by the 1 DBT and 2 DBT treatments of Machete of 210g ai/10a, the treatments of Ronstar of 60g ai/10a, when incorporated to the depth of 2.5 and 12cm, the incorporation treatment of Saturn-S of 3kg prod./10a and 1 DBT treatment of MON-0385 of 175g ai/10a.
