This study evaluates the AI digital competencies of teachers and presents a step-by-step framework for teacher's AI digital competencies that can be utilized in training. To do this, AI digital competencies were analyzed from the perspective of utilization and disposition, linked with the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) perspective. Then, as a precedent for step-by-step teacher AI digital competencies, the 3-step competency of the British Education and Training Foundation and the UNESCO ICT Teacher Competency Framework were presented. In this study, teacher's AI digital competencies were divided into three stages: entry, adaptation, and leadership, considering precedent research and domestic conditions. The initial entry stage passed the validity test in the second round of the Delphi survey, and the other two stages passed in the first round. The final entry stage is described as a stage where teachers understand AI digital but have difficulty implementing it, the adaptation stage is a level applied to standard curricula, and the leadership stage is a level where AI digital is applied in advanced courses and teachers serve as models for others. Through the overall AI digital competencies presented in this study, detailed competency development is possible, and it can be used as a reference material for developing evaluation items.

The purpose of this study is to understand the public needs for AI education actively promoted and supported by the current government. In doing so, 11 metropolitan news articles and Twitter posts regarding AI education that have been posted from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019 were collected. Then, word frequency analysis using TF(Term Frequency) method and LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) method of topic modeling analysis were conducted. The topics of the news articles turn out to be a macroscopic policy support such as 'training female manpower in the AI field' and 'curriculum reform of university and K-12', whereas the topics of twitter delineate more detailed social perception on future society, such as future competencies and pedagogical methods, including 'coexistence with intelligent robots', 'coding education', and 'humane education competence development'. The findings are expected to be used to suggest the implications for the composition and management of AI curriculum as well as the basic framework of human resources development in the future industry.

The purpose of this study was to test whether or not the AI chatbot is effective in acquiring target grammar for Korean EFL college students: prepositions and articles. A quasi-experiment was conducted with 46 first-year students taking part in a required English course. They were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental and control groups (23 students for each, respectively). The experimental group was engaged in six chat sessions with a chatbot over 6 weeks. A pretest and a posttest were used to examine the effectiveness of the chatbot by comparing any changes made in error frequencies of the target grammar in participants' English compositions. The results show that after a conversation with the chatbot, the experimental group significantly reduced the mean of omission errors in both prepositions and articles. To have a great effect in other error categories, chatbot feedback needs to be improved to reduce short responses or inaccurate utterances of students and induce them to actively participate in the conversation.

One of the most noteworthy topics in recent corporate management is ESG(Environmental, Social, Governance). Although there are many companies that have declared ESG management, KT has declared full-fledged ESG management in 2021 and is sharing its sustainable management strategy with stakeholders. In addition, KT is strengthening ESG management by issuing ESG bonds for the first time in the domestic ICT industry. At a time when the information technology industry became more important due to COVID-19, this study attempted to examine KT's ESG management goals and strategies by dividing them into environmental, social, and governance areas. KT was aiming to achieve environmental integrity through 'environmental management', 'green competence', 'energy resources', and 'eco-friendly projects' in the environmental field. In addition, in the social field, genuine creating social value was pursued through 'social contribution', 'co-growth', and 'human rights management'. Finally, in the governance area, it was aiming for a transparent corporate management system to pursue economic reliability through 'ethics and compliance' and 'risk management'. In particular, KT was promoting its own ESG management by promoting strategies to solve environmental and social problems using AI and BigData technologies based on the characteristics of a digital platform company. This study aims to derive implications for ESG strategy establishment and ESG management development direction through KT's ESG management case in relation to ESG management, which has emerged as a hot topic.
