  • Purpose: To examine an estimate factor and grasp the relation of difference for Type A Behavior Pattern(TABP), Perceived Stress Questionnaire, Depression and HIT-6 in the Chronic headache client. Method: Data collected by self-reported questionnaires from 38 client in S city who were selected by criteria of IHS, from the $19^{th}$ of October to 10th of December, 2004. Result: 1) Differences between biographical data by TABP was significant by SaSang constitutions, by Stress was significantly influenced by age, and by Depression were significantly influenced health status and SaSang constitutions. 2) Correlations Coefficients among Study Variables were Stress and Depression(r=.494, p=.002) and Depression and HIT-6(r=.432, p=.010). 3) In regression analysis, HIT-6 were significantly influenced by Depression and Type A Behavior Pattern(TABP).These variables explained 38% and 34% respectively. Conclusion: The result suggest that chronic headache management with psychological aspect, as well as physical aspect should be a focus to enhance the quality of life.

  • In this paper, a golf club head strikes the golf ball moves at a constant speed. Then the head of a golf club moves at a constant speed in the same direction. Then calculate the speed of the golf ball to hit a golf ball flying. It calculate the speed of the golf ball is different for each speed before hitting the golf ball.

  • This study has been investigated about hygrothermal environmental effects on the pin-joined carbon/epoxy composites through acoustic emission technique. The specimens were classified as three types for pin loading test : Base (before immersion), RT (room temperature immersion), HT ($75^{\circ}C$ immersion). As a results, the bearing strength of RT specimens was weakly decreased than that of base specimens. The bearing strength of HT specimens was greatly decreased than that of Base and RT specimens due to effects of simultaneous moisture and higher temperature. Also, the results from cumulative hit of acoustic emission indicated that AE events induced by matrix cracks of HT specimens was lower than that of base specimens.

  • In this study, the flap fatigue test of a 48 m long wind turbine blade was performed for 1 million cycles to evaluate the characteristics of acoustic emission signals generated from fatigue damage of the wind blades. As the number of hits and total energy continued to increase during the first 0.6 million cycles, blade damage was constant. The rise-time result showed that the major aspects of damage were initiation and propagation of matrix cracks. In addition, the signal analysis of each channel showed that the most seriously damaged sections were the joint between the skin and spar, 20 m from the connection, and the spot of actual damage was observable by visual inspection. It turned out that the event source location was related to the change in each channel's total energy. It is expected that these findings will be useful for the optimal design of wind turbine blades.

  • The purpose of this study is to announce the present condition, walking training, and adaptable training of a limb amputated patient. The study is a successful report of the limb amputated patient through the medical treatment of the physical therapy. A cause of the limb amputated patient, a truck driver, was that the patient was hit by a train when the driver alight from the truck. Then, the driver was surgical operated on left AK (Above Knee) amputation and left AE (Above Elbow) amputation by orthopedics at the Young Dong Severance Hospital on Dec.7, 1996. Two weeks after the operation (Dec., 22, 1996), the patient was trained at the Yonsei Medical Center Physical Therapy Hospital for the walking and temper adjust training. It was possible to do a flat surface walking and a slope surface walking without helping due to the patients optimistic personal character and motivation. However, the patient struggled to a dull surface walking and his weak endurance. the patient has several problems when the patient wears artificial legs and hands, fears on fall down, and mentally worries on noise when he walks. It is necessary to approach for this problems by many fields of the helpers, such as Rehabilitation medical doctor, physical therapist, occupational therpist, artificial limbs makers, psychologists, and etc. Therefore, in order for recovering from the amputated parts function after the surgical operation, more approved reports have to be for the amputated patients due to increasing traffic accidents, industrial disaster, cancer, diabetes, obstacles of the peripheral nervous system, and etc.

  • If one can infer the residential area of SNS users by analyzing the SNS big data, it can be an alternative by replacing the spatial big data researches which result from the location sparsity and ecological error. In this study, we developed the way of utilizing the daily life activity pattern, which can be found from timeline data of tweet users, to infer the residential areas of tweet users. We recognized the daily life activity pattern of tweet users from user's movement pattern and the regional cognition words that users text in tweet. The models based on user's movement and text are named as the daily movement pattern model and the daily activity field model, respectively. And then we selected the variables which are going to be utilized in each model. We defined the dependent variables as 0, if the residential areas that users tweet mainly are their home location(HL) and as 1, vice versa. According to our results, performed by the discriminant analysis, the hit ratio of the two models was 67.5%, 57.5% respectively. We tested both models by using the timeline data of the stress-related tweets. As a result, we inferred the residential areas of 5,301 users out of 48,235 users and could obtain 9,606 stress-related tweets with residential area. The results shows about 44 times increase by comparing to the geo-tagged tweets counts. We think that the methodology we have used in this study can be used not only to secure more location data in the study of SNS big data, but also to link the SNS big data with regional statistics in order to analyze the regional phenomenon.

  • Objectives: To compare alcohol secondhand effects among US and Korean students. Methods: Nationally representative 4-year colleges of two countries were involved in this cross-national comparison study. Data from the 2001 U.S. College Alcohol Study and the 2003 Korean College Alcohol Study came from 120 colleges in 38 U.S. states and the District of Columbia and 60 colleges in Korea. Randomly selected 4-year college students from the U.S. (10,924) and Korea (2,385) participated in the study using self-reports of alcohol use and perceptions of drinking as assessed by College Alcohol Study questionnaires. Results: Korean students were tend to more likely to have being a victim of sexual assault or date rape, having to take care of drunken students and finding vomit in the hall or bathroom of residence, than US students, while US students were tend to more likely to have being insulted or humiliated, having a serious argument and quarrel, being pushed, hit, or assaulted, having study/sleep interrupted, and experiencing an unwanted sexual advance than Korean students. Conclusion: In general, US students were more likely to suffer interrelationship problems after drinking while Korean students were more likely to have physical and individual drinking related problems.
