In this paper, the funeral was defined as a culture of death and, on the most important ideological basis, the biological death was not recognized as the end of the world, but as a starting point for another life. Various funeral cultures were investigated and the funeral floral design was analyzed through the case. Based on this, it was concluded that Korea's funeral floral design was an impediment to the development of funeral floral design, similar to the use of limited materials. Storytelling, a communicative concept through the exchange of emotions and opinions, rather than unilaterally conveying a message as an answer, is one of the most effective marketing strategies in the emotional consumption era. Based on this, the target person was selected to analyze life and draw suggestions from his life. Accordingly, the production of the work was attempted by applying storytelling to the funeral floral design. The painting design applied to storytelling expressed the symbol and meaning of the painting design material, and the color and form of the floral design in various forms and colors of pastel line, which are based on peach color that symbolizes the deceased, in a departure from the traditional funeral painting design with the solemn atmosphere of the geometric design centered on the white chrysanthemum material.
The climatic impacts have been the environmental constraints with soil characteristics to achieve self sufficiency of food production in Korea. In this paper, the distribution and appearance of impacts and the changes in climatological status due to recent trend of early transplanting of rice are widely discussed to derive some countermeasures against the impacts, being focussed on cultural A long term analysis of the climatic impact appearances of the last 74 years showed that drought, strong wind, flood, cold spell and frost were the major impacts. Before 1970's, the drought damage was the greatest among the climatic impacts; however, the expansion and improvement of irrigation and drainage system markedly decreased the damage of drought and heavy rain. The appearance of cold damage became more frequent than before due to introduction of early transplanting for more thermophilic new varieties. Tongillines which were from Indica and Japonica crosses throw more attention to cold damage for high yields to secure high temperature in heading and ripening stages and lead weakness to cold and drought damage in early growth stage after transplanting. The plants became subject to heavy rain in ripening stage also. For the countermeasures against cold damage, the rational distribution of adequate varieties according to the regional climatic conditions and planting schedule should be imposed on the cultivation. A detoured water way to increase water temperature might be suggestable in the early growth stage. Heavy application of phosphate to boost rooting and tillering also would be a nutritional control method. In the heading and ripening stages, foliar application of phosphate and additional fertilization of silicate might be considerable way of nutritional control. Since the amount of solar radiation and air temperature in dry years were high, healthy plants for high yield could be obtained; therefere, the expansion of irrigation system and development of subsurface water should be performed as one of the national development projects. To minimize the damage of strong wind and rainfall, the rational distribution of varieties with different growing periods in the area where the damage occurred habitualy should be considered with installation of wind breaks. Not only vertical windbreaks but also a horizontal wind break using a net might be a possible way to decrease the white heads in rice field by dry wind. Finally, to establish the integrated countermeasures against the climatic impacts, the detailed interpretation on the regional climatic conditions should be conducted to understand distribution and frequency of the impacts. The expansion of observation net work for agricultural meteorology and development of analysis techniques for meteorological data must be conducted in future together with the development of the new cultural techniques.

This study scrutinizes the titles of serial poems on Japanese Apricot, which have lucid characters on season and time changes, having been appreciated and recited by the scholars in the Choseon Dynasty era and analyses the records of Zhang zi(1153~1235), a writer in Song(宋) Dynasty in China, having presented the objects harmonizing perfectly with Japanese Apricot. The results of this study categorizes the objects of Japanese Apricot appreciation and establishes the landscape characteristics on Japanese Apricot appreciation affiliated with as follows. First, the objects of Japanese Apricot appreciation are categorized into 'form of blossoms', 'natural feature(景物)', 'place of tree planting', 'the picturesque scene(景色)' and 'behavior'. Second, the scholars regarded the single trees whose branches are grotesque as the objects of appreciation and enjoyed them. They preferred white and single petal Japanese Apricot and admired red Japanese Apricot which has Taoism images. Third, they admired pines and camelias which represent fidelity and strength and valued Japanese Apricot with cranes which remind themselves of solitary scholars. Fourth, they appreciated the images of Japanese Apricot reflected on the water, and the poetically inspiring atmosphere where the trees are planted by the window. Fifth, the moon and snow were crucial weather conditions for appreciating. cold weather and time from night to dawn were ideally suited for enjoying. Sixth, they enjoyed blossoms in various fashions like bottling(甁梅), potting(盆梅), green-housing(龕梅), searching(龕梅) and black-and-white painting(墨梅) with a view to seeing blossoms earlier than the usual flowering time. Moreover, they used paper drapes, bead curtains, mirrors and ice lamps for active appreciation. They also listened to the sound of Piri(wind) and Geomungo(string), played go and drew tea with noble and elegant beauties when they enjoyed Japanese Apricot. The scholars influenced by the neo-Confucianism, which contemplates the objects, attached the specific sentiments like memories, grieves, dreams and farewells to Japanese Apricot and appreciated them. As stated above the scholars enjoyed the landscape including the picturesque scene like climate-weather, time-season and human behaviors not to mention the physical beauty of Japanese Apricot themselves and objects in company with Japanese Apricot including animals and plants.

This paper presents a high dimming ratio Power-LED driver IC with high power which is capable of controlling LEDs. In order to accomplish a high dimming ratio LED driver, the preloading inductor current methodology is proposed for the power stage of the proposed method to achieve the fast transient response time during the Power-LED load switching. The information containing the current flowing on the LEDs can be utilized to predict the amount of the current on the inductor. The minimum LED current rising time of existing high dimming ratio Power-LED driver is limited by $3{\mu}s$, however that of the proposed high dimming ratio Power-LED driver is reduced about 1/10. The LED driver is implemented with 0.35um 60V BCDMOS 2-poly 4-metal process. The measurement results show that the proposed LED driver system features the minimum rising time as small as 240ns at the dimming frequency of 1KHz with a 12V of input voltage, nine white LEDs and 353mA of LED current. The LED rising time and power conversion efficiency of the chip are measured to be 240ns and 93.72%, respectively.
"The art challenges the technology, and the technology inspires the art." By this word John Lasseter expressed Pixar animations main soul of story. Media technology has a close relation with the animation. As media developed more and more, an animation has been widen a lot and have given new visions to the audiences. We can see such this figure from the history of the Disney animation. They had tried to make all the kind of animations such a silent animation, planetary animation, black and white animation and the multi colored animation. Lately Disney had made animation that has traditional style. But the method of making traditional animation stable side story's holdup the audience. So Disney animation decided to change this method. For the result of Disney animation studio effort Frozen had produced after a computer graphics work following Rapunzel. What was the reason for entertain well of Frozen? Not only changing the method of producing traditional to computer graphic is could not make entertain well. We can see from the Frozen concordance of the original idea and modern scenario, OST the perfection of computer graphics work. In this paper work Disney animation has worked from the silent animation to computer graphic works result of "The Frozen". For the contribution of technology development makes able to analyze animations expression and relation. There is a lot shots that hard to analyze in the Frozen. But I will study it with the method named "Expansion in space" to making main analyzing expressive extension that appears on the scene.

This study has empirically analyzed how far corporate governance and CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) fit are related based on prior research indicating that corporate governance is one of the primary factors. Previous research suggested that there may be different types of CSR fit, but there have been only limited number of empirical studies. This study filled this gap by categorizing CSR fit into three types (functional fit, target fit, and size fit) and investigating whether different types have different effects. We used data from the Corporate Social Responsibility White Paper for the 2009-2012 period, as well as the Korea Corporate Governance Service (KCGS) index. As a result, we found that there is a negative (-) relationship between corporate governance and CSR fit(${\beta}=-.023$, p<.05). This can be interpreted that companies with weak corporate governance are attempting to increase the trust level of stakeholders and to reduce the uncertainty of CSR through high-CSR-fitted programs. The test results showed that functional fit and target fit both had negative (-) relationships with corporate governance (${\beta}=-.021$, p<.05; ${\beta}=-.016$, p<.1), while size fit did not have a significant correlation with corporate governance (${\beta}=-.005$, p=.511). The results of this study supported the previous studies' suggestions that CSR fit has different effects on each type, indicating a need for further reflection on the relationship between corporate governance and CSR fit. Also, the results of this study showed that corporations should take a strategic approach to operating CSR fit.

This paper aims to investigate ideological preferences of news media outlets by looking at the news coverage of North Korea-Russia summit in April, 2019. The meeting has gained attention in South Korea, China, Japan and America in that the historical meeting will reflect the future direction for denuclearization on the Korean peninsular and the peace in the world. Given this, in particular, a special attention is paid to the editorials and headlines of news articles reported in two Korean quality newspapers, DongA Ilbo and Hankyoreh because both are quality newspapers, but are ideologically different. To achieve objectivity and fairness, the same issues dealt with during the summit were compared and analyzed within Martin and White (2005)'s Appraisal framework. As a result, it was found that in editorials of DongA Ilbo showed a negative stance to the summit by employing the 'attitude' factor, whereas the Hankyoreh was overwhelmingly positive toward the issue, also by employing the 'attitude' factor. The political stance is likely to be in line with those shown in the headlines of news articles from each newspaper. That is, it is clear that each news outlet shows its ideological stances to news consumers through linguistic expressions, in that both editorials and the headlines of news articles express their political preferences to the summit by means of linguistic appraisals.

In this paper, we present an improved image formation model and propose a color image enhancement based on the model. In the presented image formation model, an input image is represented as a product of global illumination, local illumination, and reflectance. In the proposed color image enhancement, an input RGB color image is converted into an HSV color image. Under the assumption of white-light illumination, the H and S component images are remained as they are and the V component image only is enhanced based on the image formation model. The global illumination is estimated by applying a linear LPF with wide support region to the input V component image and the local illumination by applying a JND (just noticeable difference)-based nonlinear LPF with narrow support region to the processed image, where the estimated global illumination is eliminated from the input V component image. The reflectance is estimated by dividing the input V component image by the estimated global and local illuminations. After performing the gamma correction on the three estimated components, the output V component image is obtained from their product. Histogram modeling is next executed such that the final output V component image is obtained. Finally an output RGB color image is obtained from the H and S component images of the input color image and the final output V component image. Experimental results for the test image DB built with color images downloaded from NASA homepage and MPEG-7 CCD color images show that the proposed method gives output color images of very well-increased global and local contrast without halo effect and color shift.
In the book of , it is recorded that the names of ingressive stone stairs to the main shrine were Cheongwoongyo(blue cloud bridge) and Baekwoongyo(white cloud bridge) and the names of stairs to the paradise hall were Yeonwhagyo(lotus bridge) and Chilbogyo(seven treasure bridge). But, the ingressive stone stairs to the main shrine and the paradise hall are single consecutive stairs with 2 levels respectively. Because of this, it is rather hard to clearly designate the names to the upper level and the lower level stairs. But, of the stairs to the Paradise hall, the lower stairs have a carving of lotus, and the upper stairs have seven stairs. In this aspect of artifacts, we can safely assume that the upper stairs are Chilbogyo and the lower are Yeonwhagyo. But, for the ingressive stairs to the main shrine, there is no such artificial hint. So, it is difficult to designate the upper and the lower stairs for the two bridges. Especially, it is not clear whether the descriptive order of "lower stairs upper stairs" in the names of Yeonwhagyo and Chilbogyo can be applied to the names of stairs to the main shrine. It is because the general descriptive order is "upper lower" rather than "lower upper." Even though there have been many studies on the Bulguksa temple, the study on the ingressive stone stairs to the main shrine has not made till now. Therefore, the study on the position of Cheongwoongyo and Baekwoongyo stairs can have its validity. In this paper, the positional approach to Cheongwoongyo and Baekwoongyo has been made in following aspects: First, the temple structure of Bulguksa; Second, the five element theory of oriental philosophy and the Book of Changes; Third, the directional consciousness of Buddhism. Through the aspects, the validity of up-down position of Cheongwoongyo and Baekwoongyo has been sought. In this research, it can be concluded that the upper level of ingressive stone stairs to the main shrine of Bulguksa is Cheongwoongyo and the lower level is Baekwoongyo. When considered in the Buddhist directional consciousness, it forms the total structure of "East-Cheongwoongyo South- Baekwoongyo West-Yeonwhagyo North-Chilbogyo."
Nanoimprint lithography (NIL) is a new lithographic method that offers a sub-10nm feature size, high throughput, and low cost. One of the most serious problems of NIL is the stiction between mold and resist. The antistiction layer coating is very effective to prevent this stiction and ensure the successful NIL results. In this paper, an antistiction layer was deposited by VSAM (vapor self assembly monolayer) method on silicon samples with FOTS (perfluoroctyltrichlorosilane) as a precursor for making an antistiction layer. A specially designed LPCVD (low pressure chemical vapor deposition) was used for this experiment. All experiments were achieved after removing the humidity. First, the evaporation test of FOTS was performed for checking the evaporation temperature at low pressure. FOTS was evaporated at 5 Tow and $110^{\circ}C$. In order to evaluate the temperature effect on antistiction layer, chamber temperature was changed from 50 to $170^{\circ}C$ with 0.1ml of FOTS for 1 minute. Good hydrophobicity of all samples was shown at about $110^{\circ}$ of contact angle and under $20^{\circ}$ of hysteresis. The surface energies of all samples calculated by Lewis acid/base theory was shown to be about 15mN/m. The deposited thicknesses of all samples measured by ellipsometry were almost 1nm that was similar value of the calculated molecular length. The surface roughness of all samples was not changed after deposition but the friction force showed relatively high values and deviations deposited at under $110^{\circ}$. Also the white circles were founded in LFM images under $110^{\circ}$. High friction forces were guessed based on this irregular deposition. The optimized VSAM process for FOTS was achieved at $170^{\circ}C$, 5 Torr for 1 hour. The hot embossing process with 4 inch Si mold was successfully achieved after VSAM deposition.
