溫山工團 周邊의 森林植生에 관한 調査 (Study on forest vegetation in the vicinity of onsan industrial complex)

  • In order to estimate effects of air pollution for pinus thunbergii forests arounding onsan industrial complex, structure of forest vegrtation was surveyed. In the survey of forest vegetation, pinus densiflora have been died or being withered, and importance value(I.V) of rhododendron mucromulatum and lespedeza spp. were low at the vicinity of industrial complex. Especially lespedeza maximowiczii and l. maritima were not entirely appeared at the vicinity of industrial complex. I.V. of quercus serrata, robinia pseudoacacia and alnus firma were preferably high at the vicinity of industrial complex, and those of smilax china, rubus crataegifolius and rhus trichocarpa were similar at every site and it could be guessed that those had a tolerance. Number of species had a difference over 10 species at the vicinity of industrial complex as compared with those of remote sites, and species diversity showed highly at the farther sites of industrial complex, and also at the low layer, number of species, species diversity and evennes were low at the vicinity of industrialcomplex and species weakened to air pollution were disappearing. It was possible that forest vegetation would be changed from pinus spp. to community of a. firma and r. pseudoacacia.

노후산업단지의 비혁신형 도시산업 집적지 형성에 관한 연구: 서울온수산업단지를 사례로 (A Study on the Non-Innovative Formation of Urban Industrial Agglomeration in an Old Industrial Complex: A Case of Seoul Onsu Industrial Complex)

  • 서울온수산업단지는 준공한 지 50년이 넘은 노후산업단지로, 산업단지 기반시설과 공장 건축물의 노후화가 진행중이다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 현재 서울온수산업단지에는 기계 산업 중심의 도시산업 집적이 발생하고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 노후산업단지의 물리적 시설 노후화와 산업 집적 특성을 종합적으로 분석하여 서울온수산업단지의 정체성을 도출하는 데에 있다. 연구 결과, 서울온수산업단지는 수도권에 집중된 거래 네트워크, 소필지화로 인한 영세기업의 입주, 소음 유발 공정의 허용, 고숙련 기술자 확보 용이성에 따라 도시산업 집적이 강화되고 있다. 그러나 이 집적은 산업단지 생산기능의 약화, 입주기업의 제한된 혁신성, 수도권 기계 산업경쟁력 약화에 따른 비혁신적 특성이 공존하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 종합하면 서울온수산업단지의 정체성은 '비혁신형 도시산업 집적지'로, 수도권 중심의 기계 산업 네트워크에 기반한 비혁신적 집적이 발생하고 있는 노후산업단지이다.

북평 산업단지 활성화 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study Of Activation Strategies on Buckpyoung Industrial Complex)

  • The most of national industrial complex were developed and supplied not according to the requirements of enterprise but the needs of the government. And it leads to current serious out of balance in demand and supply of industrial complex. Buckpyoung industrial complex started sale from when the industrial complex developed in 1995 however the unsold percentage of it was 67% until in October,2005. And this result was ranked the top in the unsold percentage among the 42 national industrial complex in korea. In this paper we research how to accelerate the sale of Buckpyoung industrial complex and to reinvigorate local economy and present the constitution of building material cluster and physical distribution system as the results of our research.

Organizational-Economic Mechanism of the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex in Modern Conditions

  • The main purpose of this study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of the organizational and economic mechanism of development of the agro-industrial complex in modern conditions. Organizational and economic mechanism is presented as a complex organizational structure of the system type, which is aimed at performing specific functions, the characteristic feature of which is the constant support of process changes without which the organizational and economic mechanism can not exist. There are four components of the agro-industrial complex, represented by agriculture and the national economy, which ensure its operation, including industry, processing of agricultural products, its storage and transportation, sale and repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery and more. It is proved that the organizational and economic mechanism of development of agro-industrial complex in modern conditions it is expedient to consider: from the point of view of system and process approaches; as a set of economic levers and organizational measures to influence the agro-industrial complex; constituent components of organizational influence on the development of the complex; a set of components, elements that are integrated into the system of economic relations of the subjects of the agro-industrial complex; a set of purposeful stimulators of agro-industrial complex development. The functions of the organizational component of the mechanism of agro-industrial complex include: redistributive, planning, interaction, control, integration and regulatory functions, the functions of the economic component include consumer, investment and innovation, social, incentive, monitoring functions of the mechanism. The symbiosis of the functions of organizational and economic components ensure the effectiveness of the organizational and economic mechanism of the organizational and economic mechanism through its functionalities as a whole.

산업단지 유형에 따른 교통사고 특성 비교 분석 (Comparative analysis of Traffic Accidents Characteristics using Various Types of Industrial Complexes)

  • PURPOSES : The objective of this study is to identify the characteristics affecting traffic accidents that have occurred in 564 industrial complexes nationwide from 2011 to 2015. METHODS : The traffic accidents were specified using various factors such as industrial complex type (national VS. general), industrial complex degradation (old VS. non-old), location of complex (capital VS. non-capital), and traffic law violation (speeding, signal violation, and median invasion). The average number of crashes and accident ratio (fatal, severe, and both) in terms of characteristics of industrial complexes were calculated. With a sample of crashes of the industrial complexes for 5 years, statistical significances were tested to analyze and compare the differences based on industrial complex and traffic law characteristics using parametric and non-parametric methods. RESULTS : From statistical results, it is observed that the crash frequency occurring in old industrial complexes is three times higher than that in non-old industrial complexes. Old industrial complexes located in a capital area, old national industrial complexes, and old general industrial complexes are considerably related to higher crash frequency, but the fatal accident ratio appeared to have no statistical difference across industrial complex characteristics. Severe crashes are more likely to occur in non-old industrial complexes on an average. CONCLUSIONS : It is necessary to eliminate potential threats to roads and traffic in the same manner as illegal parking in industrial complexes through the restoration of old industrial complexes. To improve the efficiency of road infrastructure, efforts should be made to improve traffic safety in accordance with industrial characteristics such as planning and operation of relevant local government programs.

  • Purpose Seoul Digital Industrial Complex has remarkably grown both quantitatively and qualitatively in short period of time since it started restructuring project in 1997. It's also not few that there were various challenges and difficulties in this industrial complex due to fast growth in short-term, such as the deficient amenities, noncooperation among the related organizations. Now, it's time to overcome these challenges and difficulties to establish new strategy for the sustainable growth and development of this Industrial Complex. Methodology There are some previous researches but almost none of them considered the priority order of the development strategy having reflected the needs of industrial complex in point of customer. In this regard, this study suggests the development strategy of Seoul Digital Industrial Complex by supplementing the limits of proceeding researches and using the combined SWOT/AHP analysis theory. Findings Based on the final analysis result of survey by combined SWOT/AHP method, this study suggests the priority order of 4 development strategies for Seoul Digital Industrial Complex, such as SO strategy, ST strategy, WO strategy and WT strategy.

  • 전통적인 도시내부 산업단지는 최근 산업구조의 고도화와 도시공간구조의 변화 등으로 인해 침체와 노후화 과정을 겪고 있다. 사례지역인 제3산업단지의 경우도 업체 규모와 생산액의 영세화, 주요업종의 변화, 필지의 세분화, 지가 변화 등에서 노후화의 특성을 보인다. 따라서 대구시는 단지의 노후화에 대한 대응책으로 향후 도심형 첨단산업단지로의 정비를 추진하고 있다. 반면 직접적인 노후화를 겪고 있는 업체들은 단지 재정비 계획에 대해 인지하지도 못한 채 침체와 노후화에 대한 뚜렷한 대책을 마련하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 대구시가 계획하고 있는 재정비 방안은 입주업체와 충분한 협의과정을 거쳐야 할 것이며, 향후 입주업체와 대구시의 입장을 매개해 줄 수 있는 핵심주체가 필요할 것이다.

산업환경 변화에 대응한 새로운 산업단지 유형 개발 연구: 네트워크형 산업단지 (Study on the New Type of Industrial Complex in Response to Changes in Industrial Environment: Network-type Industrial Complex)

  • 기존의 산업단지 개발은 대규모 단일 공간 집적형태로 신규 부지를 활용하여 개발하는 방식이나 4차 산업혁명 시대는 스마트한 기술적용과 융복합화를 지원할 수 있는 새로운 입지모델 개발이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 새로운 산업단지 공급유형으로 단일공간에 대규모로 집적하는 형태가 아닌 다수의 공간에 분산 배치하여 연계하는 방식으로서 '네트워크형 산업단지'를 제시하였다. 새로운 입지모델 개발을 위해 기업체 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 약 89%의 기업이 네트워크형 산업단지의 필요성을 인식하였으며, 동 산단의 활성화를 위한 조건으로서 '상호 보완기능형성', '결절지간 교통편리성'을 선택하였다. 네트워크형 산업단지는 도시공간과의 개방 연계 지향 및 기반인프라 공유 등을 통해 저비용 고효율화 산단으로 기능할 것으로 전망된다.

CALMET 및 ENVI-MET를 이용한 산업단지 입지에 따른 국지 바람장 분석 (An Analysis of Local Wind Field by Location of Industrial Complex using CALMET and ENVI-MET)

  • In this study, a diagnostic wind model, CALMET and a micrometeorological numerical model, ENVI-MET were used to analyze the wind field in and out of the site designated for the industrial complex around Buron-myeon, Wonju, Gangwon-do. The results of modeling with CALMET showed that the air flow in industrial complex was little affected by the surrounding terrain. And the result of wind field analysis with ENVI-MET showed there are turbulent air flows such as cavity and wake around structures in the industrial complex, which can cause high-air pollution. Therefore, it is necessary to design the industrial complex considering the wind path according to wind directions.

미래형 신산업단지의 입지적합성 평가지표체계 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Index System Evaluating the Location Suitability for the Future-Oriented New Industrial Complex)

  • This study suggested the necessity of introducing the future-oriented new industrial complex as a way to enhance the competitiveness of the industrial complex in response to the industrial ecosystem change caused by the 4th industrial revolution. To evaluate the location suitability for the new industrial complex, location indices were developed in this study. The flexibility of location and connectivity to neighboring areas of the future-oriented new industrial complexes were the focused subjects of this study. In-depth expert consultation and Delphi survey were conducted to construct an index system and to measure the indices. Afterwards, the AHP analysis was conducted to elucidate the weighting by indicators. As a result, the indicators of industrial innovation environment were the most important in the major category. In addition, the convenience of workers, especially urban environment, was analyzed as an important factor for success of the future-oriented new industrial complex. The indicators which are closely related to the concept and purpose of the future-oriented new industrial complex turned out to have the higher weight compared to other indicators. From the point of view of the developers of the industrial complexes or tenant companies, the implications for deriving suitable locations for development of industrial complexes among urban under-utilized sites are suggested. Furthermore, It is expected that the government will be able to apply the development system to stimulate the development of these new industrial complexes and to prepare guidelines for selecting locations.
