The purpose of this study is to analyze about perception and preference degree of resident's for environmental moulding. We will find factors effected to utilization of residents. So we should extract characteristics in the way of an association factors. The analysis result of this study is as follows: First, We could know that they consider form and establishment position to be the most important factors a using environment moulding in a housing complex. Second, it is high that preference degree at environmental moulding of figurative shape located in front of main entrance harmonized with gardening. Third, it is high that preference degree at environmental moulding of abstract shape located in front of a pray ground. Finally, environment moulding of mixing form appeared highest preference degree at parking lot entrance location. As valued result of this thesis, the result of environment moulding and surrounding as harmony form is going to utilize to basic to establish in a housing complex. furthermore, This research increase dwelling peoples' satisfaction as well as arrangement of environmental moulding and is expected that is going to give affirmative effect that can enhance quality of a housing complex.

In development of housing estates, 'Sustainable development' is indispensable method for the quality in our living environment, and minimize any environment problems which treat our life. And the community elements of sustainable housing complex to make it better life in housing complex. The purpose of study is to suggest the evaluation factors sustainability and community for the planning of housing complex. Within this purpose, this study firstly deducing elements of sustainabilty and community. In the study, literature research method are used for data collection. The results of this study are showed as follows: First, the elements of sustainability are composed of social, economic and environment aspects. Second, the elements of community are composed of hardware, software, humanware aspects.

As a model house has attempted a role change from a conceptual perspective as a housing cultural center starting from the 90ties, it began to direct the change into a high end building. In particular, large construction companies have recently invested on an unimagined scale, unlike in the past, in building a model house and pursued the construction of new attractions of cities as well as the upgrade of a brand image by hiring and implementing the designs of celebrity architects or designers. In addition, they have been in pursuit of a change by enhancing the satisfaction and pride of residents by offering spaces and programs for various cultural arts for apartment residents or potential customers and having them participate in those programs. This study aims to expound on the possibility of the utilization of a housing cultural center as a local complex community center by analyzing the spatial organization and the operational program of a housing cultural center appearing since the 90ties. With this aim, the study analyzed the cases of a complex community center and the program and the operational method of a housing cultural center within the case study in order to propose the possibilities for the utilization of a local complex community center. The elevation of the cultural and economic level of citizens and a rapid social change are shown as various demands for welfare, and the subsequent social physical change has led to the expansion of a space as a complex community. A housing cultural center is also directed to grow as a complex community center from the perspective of diverse demands and participations of consumers, and prepares a field for a broad spectrum of communications from the perspective of housing and cities.

The purpose of this study is to find a way of solving on parking problems at apartment complex through the trend analysis research of the parking demands according to the housing unit size. The subjects of this study are high-rise apartment complexes in Daegu city which are constructed within 10 years. The parking demand according to the housing unit size at apartment complexes had been surveyed every July for 4 years from 2000 to 2003. Specially, we knew that the parking demand of $85 m^2$ below sized housing unit at apartment complex was exceeded architectural regulation of parking supply, and the parking demand of $85 m^2$ over sized housing unit at apartment complex was kept within architectural regulation of parking supply. And, the estimating formula that can predict the future parking demand by the trend analysis according to the housing unit size at apartment complexes in Daegu city was gotten through this study. But, in order to get more accurate estimating formula, it should be based on data of funker research and investigation about apartment complexes and it should be studied continuously.

As a result of rapid aging speed in our society, it is necessary to supply a lot of housing for older people in near future. When we think that high portion of residence in rental housing complex composed of small units is the elderly, the housing units in those apartments have to be designed for the physical, mental, social, and economical conditions of elderly people who lives in such a residential complex. Considering these living conditions of the elderly, this study proposes a remodeling prototype of a living unit for older people in rental housing complex. For the research of this topic, various characteristics of the elderly and the environmental requirements for them firstly have been analysed from the literature survey and the interviews with two residents living in a rental apartment. And the design considerations for each space of the housing unit such as entrance, living room, bed room, bath room, and so forth have been explored. Based on the design guidelines above, the remodeling plan of a housing unit for older people has been propose as a result of this study.

The purpose of this study was to identify the perception on social mix of managers and residents in the mixed housing complexes for sale and rental apartment. For the research purpose, concept and background of social mix, relevant policies, preceding research trend of social mix were organized through the literature analysis. In addition, observation study was executed to examine physical aspects of three selected sites as research subjects. Also, current state and awareness for social mix were conducted by using in-depth interview with 6 managers and 30 residents in selected areas with semi-structured questionnaires from June 3 to 7, 2013. The results of the study are as following: In the aspect of management, managers said that the biggest issue of mix-housing complex was dualization of management subject such as delegate of residents and tenants. Therefore, legislation which is suitable for unique features of mix-housing complex is required. To decrease disharmony between condominium and rental apartment, controlling the distribution ratio between condominium and rental apartment can be a good way. Accommodating middle class in mixed-housing complex is considered to reduce the social gap. Socially, multilateral and continuous effort through government, industry and academic area is required to inspire positive awareness on social mix among residents in mixed housing complex.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the present state of a outdoor space planning and to analysis plan characteristics in based on regional characteristics in Housing complex plan. The analysis result of this study is as follows : first, we know that the right of regional characteristics is appearing variously every research workers. also an analysis about regional characteristics that should be considered in housing complex plan was insufficient. Second, regional characteristics can be classified into 5 factors. These are classified as a context of location, city link, life atmosphere, needs of locals and creation of image. Third, it has originality against other housing complex to graft items connected with 'U contest' on outdoor space planning. Also, it has affirmatively effected on image of Buk-gu and recognition of Dong beyn-dong and Seo beyn-dong. It is get out of the uniform design by a planning based on land and surrounding environment in arrangement and forms. Also residents have the satisfaction and pride in arrangement considering the climate of a region and security of the green space.

The research was investigated and analysed to get basic data which was made outside environment at apartment house complex. The subject of research is housing complex in Japan. Result of research is as following. 1) The house environment is amenity, because they developed the space as green area and open space without developing outside space as a parking lot. 2) They have developed an apartment design variously. it has variety that the design of facets colors, roof forms, attached facilities etc. 3) Housing complex's center axis is needed to make a plan, that a pedestrian passage which is rich in green area is better than a road.

National Housing in Janghang was built intensively from the mid 1970s to the early 1980s, and has become a collective complex at Jangma-ro and Shinchangdong-ro. This Company House is a typical building for employee welfare, at the same time shows modern industrialization and urbanization. In general, it forms a housing complex and serves as industrial town. Reflecting the characteristics of Janghang, the housing complex is called National House based on the supply method and is also classified French Styled House in terms of housing style. Although Janghang was one of small local administrative units, it pursued urban style with mini-2-story. It has the typical characteristics as follows: division of the owner's living space and rental room, and independent layout of restrooms and washrooms. House is transformed to accommodate residents' lifestyles, so National Housing Complex of Janghang has undergone various changes such as the replacement of spatial structures and exterior materials for 40 years after construction. National Housing in Janghang is a symbol of local identity and an important spatial asset that shows the urban and architectural characteristics and changes.

This study analyzes the problems, which the residential inner area has, and proposes systematic and gradual progressing improvement plan for the residential environment in the inner area. Also, planning instruction is proposed through the case study of parcel·jointed complex housing. This study can be concluded as below: (1) Improvement plans sub-divided into promoting districts and inducing districts of the residential inner area are proposed. (2) Necessity for construction of streets is proposed in order to compensate existing problems in sites. (3) Necessity of complex housings is proposed fur roadsides of household unit or small-sized annexation of parcel. (4) Collecting design examples and existing literatures, the planning guideline for jointed parcel complex housing is proposed based on the established relation with a whole surface of streets, formation and distribution of purposes and increased role of exterior space.
