Recently environmental regulations like the Kyoto Protocol, adopted in 1997, required the reduction of the greenhouse gas of 5.2% up to 1990 regulations. and 13th General Assembly in 2007, held in Bali of India, have agreed to duty reduction even in developing countries in 2013. Because of the lack of information about real process in small or middle size industries, most recent research omitted to calculate green house gas emissions from the industrial process. Bottom-up methodology will be applied for calculation of green house gasemission from industry sector to solve these problems in this research. Total amount from industry sector of Shicheung-City in 2007 was about 1,797,305 tons of greenhouse gas $CO_2$ and 3,049,403 tons of the greenhouse gas $CO_2$ calculated from industry sector of Ansan-City in 2007.

Objectives: To evaluate the acute toxic effects and approximate lethal dose of Cheonggan extracts (CGX) in SD rats and beagle dogs. Methods: Male and female rats were divided into 4 groups (Control, CGX 1250, CGX 2500, CGX 5000) respectively and male and female dogs were divided into two groups respectively (Control, CGX 5000) respectively. A single oral dose of CGX was treated to the rats and dogs. Mortality, signs of gross toxicity, and behavioral changes were observed over 14 days. All animals were observed every hour for 4 hours after administration and once a day thereafter for 14 days. Body weights were determined at $0_{th}$, $7_{th}$, and $14_{th}$ days. All surviving animals were sacrificed and necrotized. Major organs were inspected visually for gross findings. Results: No animals died in any of the groups during the experimental period (2 weeks), rats or dogs. Body weights of rats and dogs during the experiment continuously increased in all groups but there was no significant change. No abnormal clinical signs were observed for 2 weeks after a single administration of CGX in any dose group of CGX, rats or dogs. No abnormal findings in major organs were observed in any group of rats or dogs. Conclusion: CGX does not have acute toxic effects in rats or dogs. Therefore, an approximate lethal dose is assumed to exceed 5000 mg/kg in both rats and dogs.

One of representative Korean fisheries, jigging and angling has 5,700 vessels for squid and hairtail. Hairtail angling is the most typical fishery in Jeju and has an enormous impact on regional economy. However, the price hike in oil and labor costs triggered the necessity of developing a high efficient and energy saving fish luring lamp in recent times. For that reason, this study aimed to analyze the fishing performance of the aircooled LED lamp targeting hairtail angling fishery. The experiment was conducted from September through October in 2009-2011 for a 9.77 ton of fishing vessel setting up 100 lamps. The fishing performance was tested compared with 6 vessels using metal halide lamps in the same waters. As the LED lamp's performance goes up, different lamps were used in 2008 for 80W, 2009 for 120W and 2011 for 180W respectively. The catch and CPUE of the experimental vessel have gradually increased respectively taking the $4^{th}$ and $6^{th}$ place in 2009, the $4^{th}$ and $2^{nd}$ place in 2010, the $1^{st}$ and $1^{st}$ place in 2011 among the 7 vessels. In summary, the LED fishing lamp showed higher fishing performance than comparison groups. It saved 33% of oil consumption and cut down on operating expenses and greenhouse gases emission.

본 논문은 국가 경제의 동맥역활을 하는 물류산업에 초점을 맞추고 권역별 물류산업의 특징과 경제적 파급효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 물류산업을 중심으로 6개 권역(수도권, 강원권, 충청권, 전라권, 경북권, 경남권)으로 구분된 지역산업연관표(MRIO표)를 이용하여 지역별, 산업별로 경제권에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 연구의 목적에 맞게 기존의 산업연관표를 중심으로 29개 부문으로 재구성하였고, 총산출액 비교 및 외생화 방법을 이용하여 생산유발효과, 공급지장효과, 전후방연쇄효과 등을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 물류산업은 생산유발효과보다 공급지장효과가 큰 산업으로 나타났고, 지역간의 거래보다는 지역내의 거래가 상대적으로 많은 것으로 나타났다. 그 밖에 수도권 물류산업은 중간수요적 원시산업 특성을 가지는 관계로 파급효과가 미약한 것으로 나타났고, 경남권의 자동차 및 석유화학, 전라권의 석유화학 등에 미치는 물류산업의 파급효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

세계 항공기 산업은 2001년 이후 전반적인 세계경기 회복기조 속에서 꾸준히 성장하고 있다. 9.11사태 이후 시 장 위축과 회복 그리고 유가급등과 환경에 대한 요구 증가 등 근래에 들어 과거와 다른 항공기 산업의 시장환경이 조성되었으며, 이에 따라 항공기 산업 내부에서도 완만한 변화가 이루어져 왔다. 지역 간 직접노선 수요와 비정기 항공에 대한 수요 증가는 200인승 급 대형항공기의 수요증가, 주력 중형항공기의 대형화 및 비즈니스제트기와 VLJ 수요를 촉발하였으며, 항공사간의 경쟁 심화와 유가상승 등은 더욱 효율적인 기체에 대한 요구를 증대시켰다. 군수분야에서는5세대 전투기의 개발 및 채용 확산과 함께 그 이전단계에서 기존의4세대 전투기의 수요 역시 꾸준히 이어지고 있으며, 비정규전 과정을 거치면서 무인 정찰기에 대한 수요 및 접근성이 높은 이동수단에 대한 수요가 증대하였다.

This paper proposes a 12­pulse diode rectifier system with low kVA components suitable for powering switch mode power supplies or ac/dc converter applications. The proposed 12-pulse system employs a polyphase transformer, a zero sequence blocking transformer (ZSBT) in the dc link, and an interphase transformer. Results produce near equal leakage inductance in series with each diode rectifier bridge ensuring equal current sharing and performance improvements, The utility input currents and the voltage across the ZSBT are analyzed the kVA rating of each component in the proposed system is computed. The 5th , 7th , 17th and 19th harmonics are eliminated in the input line currents resulting in clean input power. The dc link voltage magnitude generated by the proposed rectifier system is nearly identical to a conventional to a conventional 6-pulse system. The proposed system is suitable to retrofit applications as well as in new PWM drive systems. Simulation and experimental results from a 208V , 10kVA system are shown.

Lactococcus lactis is a lactic acid bacterium and used in the dairy food industry. The ameliorating effects of Lactobacillus species on atopic dermatitis (AD) have been extensively studied, but the specific effect of L. lactis strains has not yet been investigated. In this study, the efficacy of L. lactis LB 1022, isolated from natural cheese, was evaluated using RAW 264.7, HMC-1 and HaCaT cell lines and an ovalbumin-sensitized AD mouse model. L. lactis LB 1022 exhibited nitric oxide suppression and anti-allergy and anti-inflammatory activity in vitro. Oral administration of L. lactis LB 1022 to AD mice significantly reduced the levels of IgE, mast cells, and eosinophils, and a range of T cell-mediated T helper Th1, Th2, and Th17-type cytokines under interleukin (IL)-10, transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β), thymus and activation-regulated chemokine (TARC), and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). In addition, L. lactis LB 1022 treatment increased the concentration of short-chain fatty acids. Overall, L. lactis LB 1022 significantly modulated AD-like symptoms by altering metabolites and the immune response, illustrating its potential as candidate for use in functional food supplements to alleviate AD.

우리나라에 대한 외국인 직접투자(FDI)는 1998년 외환위기를 기점으로 하여 3년간 급격하게 증가하였으나 이후 하향 또는 정체현상을 보이고 있으며, 이에 반하여 우리나라의 해외직접투자(ODI)는 2004년 FDI와 비슷하였지만 그 이후 크게 차이를 보이며 능가하고 있다. 아울러 FDI도 고용창출 효과가 떨어지는 M&A형의 성장추세가 Greenfield 투자를 앞지르고 있는 것으로 나타나 이에 대한 대책이 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구는 1998년부터 2001년까지 4년간 국내 정보통신 산업에 유입된 외국인 직접투자를 대상으로 투자유치 이후 8년간 외국인 직접투자가 지속되었는지를 Kaplan-Meier 분석과 Cox PH(비례위험)모형을 사용하여 분석하였다. M&A형 FDI와 공장설립형 Greenfield FDI를 투자지분에 따라 리스크를 비교분석하였고, 이와 함께 투자산업에 따라 생존율과 생존요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과를 간략히 제시하면 투자형태에 따라 생존율이 상이하였으며, 산업 간에도 생존율에 영향을 미치는 요인이 다른 것으로 나타났다.

4차 산업혁명 시대에서 요구되는 IT 기술에는 사물인터넷, 빅데이터 및 인공지능 알고리즘을 활용하는 기술 등이 필요하다. 또한, 4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비하여 산업체에서 필요한 실무적인 IT융합 인력 양성이 컴퓨터 관련학과의 주요 교육 내용으로 요구되고 있다. 이러한 시대적 상황에서 하나의 접근 방법으로 대두되는 것이 NCS 기반의 교육과정에 기반을 둔 IT융합 인력의 양성이다. 이 논문에서는 우리나라 산업체에서 요구하는 IT융합 인력 양성을 위하여 컴퓨터과학 전공을 위한 NCS 교육과정을 제시하고 분석한다. 제시된 교육과정의 주요 교육 내용에는 포스트 모바일 및 포스트 인터넷 기술을 대표하는 챗봇, 블록체인, 사이버물리시스템 등의 교육 내용이 포함된다.

These studies were conducted to investigate effects of Prunus mume extract on experimentally alloxan-induced diabetes in rabbites, antibacterial activity and acute toxicity in mice ; 1. $LD_{50}$ of Prunus mume extract(P.M.E.) was 15.25g/kg intraperitoneally in mice. 2. P.M.E. showed more significant recuperative effect compared to the control group in alloxan-induced diabetes of rabbits. 1) P.M.E. 800mg/kg bodyweight exhibited more excellent hypoglycemic effect afte 6 days and adjacent to the normal level at 14th day. 2) SGPT activity was significantly decreased after 6 days, and the blood levels of total cholesterol and urea-nitrogen were significant in 800mg/kg at 6 days and 10 days respectively. 3. In antibacterial activity test P.M.E. was active at 0.195mg/kg in Staphyllococcus aureus, 3.125mg/ml in E. coli, Enterobacter cloacae, Klebsiella oxytoca, and in Pseudomonas aeruginosa at 0.391mg/ml. 4. In histological findings, the sample groups were deeply stained, fully granulated and partial degranulation of ${\beta}-cells$, and a few vacuolar and vesicular changes of cytoplasm than alloxan treated group in proportion to the sample amounts.
