In order to improve the availability of phytase and probiotics together, a phytase gene from Aspergillus ficuum has been expressed in Lactobacillus. In this study, the transformed Lactobacillus with phytase gene was fed to pigs to determine its effect on pig production, feed conversion and gut microbes. Forty eight, 60-day-old, castrated pigs (Duroc${\times}$Landrace${\times}$Pietrain) were assigned to 6 groups, 8 pigs for each group. Group 1 was the control, group 2 was added with chlortetracycline (500 mg/kg), group 3 was added with the transformed Lactobacillus (500 mg/kg) with 20% (w/w) of calcium monohydrogen phosphate (CMP, $CaHPO_{4}$) removed, group 4 was added with the natural Lactobacillus (500 mg/kg) with 20% (w/w) of CMP removed, group 5 was added with the transformed Lactobacillus (500 mg/kg) with 40% (w/w) of CMP removed, group 6 was added with phytase (500 mg/kg) with 40% (w/w) of CMP removed. The results showed: i) the average daily gain (ADG) was improved in groups 2, 3 and 4 (p<0.05); ii) the diarrhea rates in the groups added with Lactobacillus were lower than in the other groups (p<0.05), in which the transformed Lactobacillus had more effect on reducing digestive disease; iii) the transformed Lactobacillus was most effective in improving the digestibilities of crude protein (CP), calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), compared with the other groups (p<0.05); iv) Lactobacillus could increase lactic acid bacterium number and ammonia concentrations, and decrease pH values and E. coli number in pig feces (p<0.05); v) the phytase activity in the feces of pigs fed with the transformed Lactobacillus was 133.32 U/g, which was higher than in group 4 (9.58 U/g, p<0.05), and was almost the same as group 6 (135.94 U/g); vi) the transformed Lactobacillus could increase serum concentrations of IgA, triglyceride, and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase activity (p<0.05), and had no significant effect on other serum indexes (p>0.05).
We conducted performance test of a 350 kW class wood pellet boiler installed at a dormitory whose total area is $1,354\;m^2$. The maximum heating capacity of the boiler is 350 kW(300,000 kcal/kg). The wood pellet boiler consists of 3 parts; boiler, hot water storage tank and wood pellet storage tank. In testing the boiler, we shut off hot water utility supply and open up floor heating water system in order to measure exact value of the heating output of the wood pellet boiler. To determine the efficiency and heating output of the wood pellet boiler, we measured mass flow rate of wood pellet, the lower heating value(LHV) of the wood pellet, mass flow rate and temperature of water for floor heating and so on. We measured the mass flow rate of fuel, wood pellet with respect to rotational speed of auger, wood pellet feeding screw. We also measured the flue gas concentration of the wood pellet boiler by using a gas analyser. The result shows that the efficiency of the wood pellet boiler is 80.6% based on lower heating value at 124 kW of heating output. At this condition, O2 concentration of the flue gas is 6.0%, CO and NOx concentrations are 85 and 102 ppm.
In this study, we examined the effects of molecular weight, concentrations and treat the duration of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) in vitro maturation (IVM) medium (Experiment 1), and the effect of PVP in IVM, in vitro fertilization (IVF) and in vitro culture (IVC) medium on the development and cell number of porcine embryos (Experiment 2). The base mediums were NCSU 23 solution for IVM, mTBM solution for IVF and PZM3 solution for IVC. In experiment 1, the development rates to 2 cell and blastocyst stage were not differ from the different molecular weight (MW), concentration and duration of PVP in IVM medium. However, the hatching rate of blastocyst was significantly higher in the group of MW 40,000, 0.5% and $0{\sim}44hr$ than in the other groups (p<0.05). In experiment 2, the results of IVM, IVF and IVC medium with (W) or without (W/O) 0.5% MW 40,000 PVP are follows. The development rate to 2 cell stage was highest in the group of W-W/O-W (p<0.05). The development rate to blastocyst and hatching rate was higher in the group of W-W/O-W and W-W/O-W/O than that of other treatments (p<0.05).
Dispersion stabilities and photocatalytic activities of rutile $TiO_{2}$ powders with unique nano-structure synthesized by homogeneous precipitation process at low temperature(HPPLT) have been investigated in the acrylic resin containing fluorostyrene in the range of 0~0.16 mole. Isoelectric point of $TiO_{2}$ in the acrylic resin placed in the neutral region whereas that of $TiO_{2}$ in the water placed in the acidic region, indicating that zeta potential and agglomeration of $TiO_{2}$ powder is strongly dependent on the pH and the type of solvent. To prepare an adhesion, an acrylic resin containing fluorostyrene was synthesized by a radical polymerization. The adhesion of coating layer was increased with increasing fluorostyrene's contents without changing the dispersion stabilities and degrading photocatalytic properties.

In this paper, the behaviour of cavitation erosion, influence of corrosion and corrosion control on slide bearing metals for internal combustion engine were investigated, and this experiment was done by the vibratory cavitation erosion tester. The main results obtained are as follows: 1. With decreasing the space between horn and specimen, the weight loss and its rate increased step by step. But the weight loss and its rate of 0.2mm space decreased conversely more than that of 0.4mm space at early stage. 2. The weight loss and its rate with change of pH were appeared to the order of pH2>pH12>pH7>pH4. And the weight loss and its rate at pH 4 decreased at best. 3. The weight loss and its rate by cavitation erosion for bearing metals were shown to the order of W.M7>W.M1>K.M4. 4. There appeared mainly small pit hole at pH2, and appeared the pit of netting thread type at pH12 by the results of the damaged surfaces at pH2 and pH12 environments that were sensitive to cavitation erosion. 5. With increasing the viscosity of lubricating oil, the weight loss rate by cavitation erosion became dull at the space below 0.5mm. 6. The protective efficiency of cavitation erosion-corrosion is superior inhibitor of chormate(25 ppm) to cathodic protection.
Phase evolution during the hydrogen-assisted disproportionation of $Nd_{12.5}Fe_{80.6}B_{6.4}Ga_{0.3}Nb_{0.2}$ alloy was investigated mainly by using a magnetic balance-type thermomagnetic analyser (TMA). In order to avoid any undesirable phase change in the course of heating for TMA, a swift TMA technique with very high heating rate (around 2 min to reach $800^{\circ}C$ from room temperature) was adopted. The hydrided $Nd_{12.5}Fe_{80.6}B_{6.4}Ga_{0.3}Nb_{0.2}$ alloy started to be disproportionated in hydrogen from around $600^{\circ}C$, and the alloy after the early disproportionation (from 600 to $660^{\circ}C$) has been partially disproportionated. The partially disproportionated alloy consisted of a mixture of $NdH_x$, $Fe_3B$, ${\alpha}$-Fe, and the remaining undisproportionated $Nd_2Fe_{14}BH_x$-phase. During the subsequent heating to $800^{\circ}C$ in hydrogen, two additional phases of $Fe_{23}B_6$ and $Fe_2B$ were formed, and the material consisted of a mixture of $NdH_x$, $Fe_{23}B_6$, $Fe_3B$, $Fe_2B$, and ${\alpha}$-Fe phases. During the subsequent isothermal holding at $800^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour, the phase constitution was further changed, and one additional unknown magnetic phase was formed. Eventually, the fully disproportionated $Nd_{12.5}Fe_{80.6}B_{6.4}Ga_{0.3}Nb_{0.2}$ alloy consisted of $NdH_x$, $Fe_{23}B_6$, $Fe_3B$, $Fe_2B$, ${\alpha}$-Fe, and one additional unknown magnetic phase.
The fresh eggs of African ostrich in Korea were used in this study to investigate their interior and exterior quality characteristics. In ostrich egg shape characteristics, long and short length were measured as 15.1~16.1 cm and 12.1~13.6 cm, respectively. The egg shape index was calculated as 81.0 and the egg shell showed a more g loss white in color than that of hen egg. Calculated breaking strength of egg shell and egg shell surface based on the equation were $41.155kg/cm^3$ and $804.7cm^2$, respectively. Average egg shell thickness including egg shell membrane was 1.89 mm and there are no differences among parts of the shell. The egg shell membrane thickness was 0.10 mm showing relatively thick in equator compared with that of blunt end. The ave rage number of egg shell pores was counted as $19.7/cm^2$ showing relatively high number of egg shell pores at point end and the total number of egg shell pores in an egg was estimated as 15,241. The relative port ion of each parts based on egg weight was estimated as 25.1% for egg yolk, 58.2% for egg white, 16.7% for egg shell and the ratio of egg yolk to egg white (Y/W) was 0.43. The average diameter and the ave rage height of ostrich egg white were 19.7 cm and 13.2 mm, respectively. Calculated the H.U (Haugh Unit) was -69.7 and the pH was 8.3. In ostrich egg yolk, the diameter, the height, the egg yolk index, and it's pH were calculated as 14.4 cm, 29.4 mm, 0.20, and 6.6, respectively. And the egg yolk color showed a more thin in yellow chroma compared with that of hen egg as due to it's thicker membrane.

We investigated the phase evolution, microstructure, and microwave dielectric properties of Na- and Zr-doped $Ba(Mg_{0.5}W_{0.5})O_3$ [i.e., ($Ba_{1-2x}Na_{2x})(Mg_{0.5-x}Zr_xW_{0.5})O_3$] ceramics. $BaWO_4$ as a secondary phase was observed in all compositions, and it increased as the dopant concentration increased. All specimens revealed a dense microstructure. For the composition of x=0.01, polyhedral grains were observed. As the dopant concentration increased, the densification and the grain growth were promoted by a liquid phase. The quality factor($Q{\times}f_0$) decreased remarkably, whereas the dielectric constant (${\varepsilon}_r$) tended to decrease as the dopant concentration increased. The dielectric constant, quality factor, and temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency of the composition of x=0.01 sintered at $1,700^{\circ}C$ for 1 h were 18.6, 216,275 GHz, and $-22.0ppm/^{\circ}C$, respectively.
Segment routing (SR) is a source-based routing architecture in which a node steers packets adhering to service and topological requirements. Using programmable segments, SR enables end-to-end service connectivity to satisfy the network constraints of various services. SR can be implemented with both MPLS and IPv6 dataplanes. This survey presents the overview of SR for IPv6 dataplane (SRv6), network programming technologies based on SRv6, and the SR deployment status.
