폐승격(肺勝格) 자침이 촌관척(寸關尺) 맥파변화에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of $Sa-Am$ Lung Sedating Acupuncture on Wrist Pulse in Healthy Human Subjects)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to observe the effects of $Sa-Am$ lung sedating acupuncture (LS) on wrist pulse changes in healthy participants. Method : Forty healthy subjects participated in this study, and were divided into an acupuncture group and controlled group. Using a three-dimensional pulse imaging system (DMP-3000), wrist pulse was measured before, immediately after, 30 minutes after and 60 minutes after acupuncture in the acupuncture group, with the rest in controlled group. Sixteen parameters between the acupuncture group and the controlled group were analyzed at Cun, Guan and Chi in each time. Result : After LS acupuncture, wrist pulse sixteen parameters were changed significantly according to the time at each measuring region. 1. Heart rate significantly decreased in immediately after, 30 minutes after and 60 minutes after, Pulse period significantly increased in 30 minutes after and 60 minutes after. 2. T4 didn't significantly changed, T-T4 significantly increased in immediately after, 30 minutes after and 60 minutes after. T4/T, T4/(T-T4), T1/T, T5/T significantly decreased in immediately after, 30 minutes after and 60 minutes after. (T-T4)/T significantly decreased in immediately after, 30 minutes after and 60 minutes after. T5 significantly increased in 30 minutes after and 60 minutes after. 3. Modulus of elasticity significantly decreased in left Cun 60 minutes after, significantly increased in left Chi 30 minutes after. 4. Variance of Amplitude significantly increased in right Guan 60 minutes after. 5. Area of pulse significantly increased in left Cun 60 minutes after, left Chi 30 minutes after and right Cun 60 minutes after. Systolic pulse area significantly decreased left Chi 30 minutes after, right Cun immediately after, 30 minutes after and 60 minutes after, right Guan in immediately after. 6. Energy/min significantly decreased in left Chi 60 minutes after and right Cun immediately after. EIx significantly decreased in right Cun immediately after. 7. In both sides Cun, Guan, Chi wrist pulse, a lot of significant changes in right Cun and left Chi appeared, and then followed by the left Cun, right Guan. Conclusion : This study analyzed that the correlation between LS acupuncture and radial pulse(cun, guan, chi) is considered to be meaningful, hereafter clinical studies on this are needed.

  • 16 healthy teeth extracted have been selected and their color and structural change have been observed at the fixed temperatures of $200^{\circ}F$., $400^{\circ}F$., $600^{\circ}F$., and $800^{\circ}F$. respectively at the intervals of 10min. 30min and 60min. The results were as follows: 1) $200^{\circ}F$ Groop: At the 60 minutes interval, crown surface shows pattern simliars to mottled teeth and roots take on light yellowish colar and interglobular dentin tends to be rough. 2) $400^{\circ}C$ Groop: at the 30 minutes interval, cracks begin to show in the direction of long axis of the teeth and crown surface have been observed on the verge of fracture at the 60 minutes interval. 3) $600^{\circ}F$ Groop: Crowns take on grayish-white color thoroughout 10, 30 and 60 minutes intervals and roots reveal black color. Moreover the seperation of enamel from dentin has been confirmed at the 60 minutes interval and inner dentin has changed black. 4) $800^{\circ}F$ Groop: Crowns take on the same grayish-white color as at the $600^{\circ}F$ at the 10, 30 and 60 minutes intervals and roots reveal gray color at the 30 and 60 minutes intervals, while parts of the crown have fractured at the 10 minutes interval. Inner dentin has turned gray at the 60 minutes interval.

흰쥐에서 Tiletamine-Zolazepam 및 Lidocaine의 경막외투여시의 마취 효과 (The Anesthetic Effects of the Epidural Administration of Tiletamin-Zolazepam and Lidocaine in Rats)

  • This study was performed to evaluate the anesthetic effects of the epidural administration of tiletamin-zolazepam and lidocaine to rats. Blood pressure, heart rate, respiratoty rate and blood chemistry were examined according to the time lapse, after the administration of tiletamine-zolazepam, lidocaine or saline. The results obtained were as follows. 1, Tiletamine-zolazepam group revealed fast anesthesia onset time (p<0.01) and also revealed prolonged ambulation time compared with lidocaine group (p<0.01). 2. In the effects of blood pressure, tiletamine-zolazepam group revealed significantly higher value than lidocaine group or saline group, and revealed the highest value at 20 minutes after administration. According to the time lapse, blood pressure of tiletamine-zolazepam group was recovered and showed similar value with lidocaine group and control group at 90 minutes after administration. 3. In the effects of heart rate, tiletamine-zolazepam group revealed significantly lower value than lidocaine group or saline group and revealed the lowest value at 30 minutes after administration, and recovered similar value with pre-administration at 90 minutes after administration. 4. In the effects of respiratory rate, lidocaine group revealed significantly lower value at 30 minutes administration compared with 0 and 60 minutes after administration (p<0.01). Tiletamine-zolazepam group also revealed significantly lower value at 30 minutes compared with 0 and 60 minutes after administration (p<0.01). The changes at 60 minutes after administration, lidocaine group revealed lower value than saline or tiletamine-zolazepam group, and tiletamine-zolazepam group revealed similar value with 0 minutes. 5. In the effects of tidal volume, lidocaine group revealed significantly lower value than saline group (p<0.001) and tiletamine-zolazepam group also revealed lower value than saline group, at 30 minutes after administration. The values at 60 minutes after administration, revealed similar results with that of 30 minutes after administration. 6. In the blood chemistry, the values of alanine transminase (ALT), aspartate transminase(AST) and creatinine did not reveal significant results at 60 minutes after administration. The values of ALT at 60 minutes slightly decreased compared with pre-administration, and revealed normal level.

돼지에서 초저체온 순환정지 하의 역행성 뇌관류시 뇌대사, 혈류역학 지표, 뇌조직 소견 및 혈청 내 neuron-specific enolase의 변화 (The Changes of Cerebral Metabolic and Hemodynamic Parameters, Brain Histology, and Serum Levels of Neuron-Specific Enolase During Retrograde Cerebral Perfusion Under Pofound Hypothermic total Circulatory Arrest in Pigs)

  • Background: Retrograde cerebral perfusion(RCP) is currently used for brain protection during aorta surgery, however, for the safety of it, various data published so far are insufficient. We performed RCP using pig and investiaged various parameters of cerebral metabolism and brain injury after RCP under deep hypothermia. Material and Method: We used two experimental groups: in group I(7 pigs, 20 kg), we performed RCP for 120 minutes and in group II (5 pigs, 20 kg), we did it for 90 minutes. Nasopharyngeal temperature, jugular venous oxygen saturation, electroencephalogram were continuously monitored, and we checked the parameters of cerebral metabolism, histological changes and serum levels of neuron-specific enolose(NSE) and lactic dehydrogenase(LDH). Central venous pressure during RCP was mainained in the range of 25 to 30 mmHg. Result: Perfusion flow rates(ml/min) during RCP were 130$\pm$57.7(30 minutes), 108.6$\pm$55.2(60 minutes), 107.1$\pm$58.8(90 minutes), 98.6$\pm$58.7(120 minutes) in group I and 72$\pm$11.0(30 minutes), 72$\pm$11.0(60 minutes), 74$\pm$11.4(90 minutes) in group II. The ratios of drain flow to perfusion flow were 0.18(30 minutes), 0.19(60 minutes), 0.17(90 minutes), 0.16(120 minutes) in group I and 0.21, 0.20, 0.17 in group II. Oxygen consumptions(ml/min) during RCP were 1.80$\pm$1.37(30 minutes), 1.72$\pm$1.23(60 minutes), 1.38$\pm$0.82(90 minutes), 1.18$\pm$0.67(120 minutes) in group I and 1.56$\pm$0.28(30 minutes), 1.25$\pm$0.28(60 minutes), 1.13$\pm$0.26(90 minutes). We could observe an decreasing tendency of oxygen consumption after 90 minutes of RCP in group I. Cerebrovascular resistance(dynes.sec.cm-5) during RCP in group I incrased from 71370.9$\pm$369145.5 to 83920.9$\pm$49949.0 after the time frame of 90 minutes(p<0.05). Lactate(mg/min) appeared after 30 minutes of RCP and the levels were 0.15$\pm$0.07(30 minutes), 0.18$\pm$0.10(60 minutes), 0.19$\pm$0.19(90 minutes), 0.18$\pm$0.10(120 minutes) in group I and 0.13$\pm$0.09(30 minutes), 0.19$\pm$0.03(60 minutes), 0.29$\pm$0.11(90 minutes) in group II. Glucose utilization, exudation of carbon dioxide, differences of cerebral tissue acidosis between perfusion blood and drain blood were maintained constantly during RCP. Oxygen saturation levels(%) in drain blood during RCP were 22.9$\pm$4.4(30 minutes), 19.2$\pm$4.5(60 minutes), 17.7$\pm$2.8(90 minutes), 14.9$\pm$2.8(120 minutes) in group I and 21.3$\pm$8.6(30 minutes), 20.8$\pm$17.6(60 minutes), 21.1$\pm$12.1(90 minutes) in group II. There were no significant changes in cerebral metabolic parameters between two groups. Differences in serum levels of NSE and LDH between perfusion blood and drain blood during RCP showed no statistical significance. Serum levels of NSE and LDH after resuming of cardipulmonary bypass decreased to the level before RCP. Brain water contents were 0.73$\pm$0.03 in group I and 0.69$\pm$0.06 in group II and were higher than those of the controls(p<0.05). The light microscopic findings of cerebral neocortex, basal ganglia, hippocampus(CA1 region) and cerebellum showed no evidence of cerebral injury in two groups and there were no different electron microscopy in both groups(neocortex, basal ganglia and hippocampus), but they were thought to be reversible findings. Conclusion: Although we did not proceed this study after survival of pigs, we could perform the RCP successfully for 120 minutes with minimal cerebral metabolism and no evidence of irreversible brain damage. The results of NSE and LDH during and after RCP should be reevaluated with survival data.

녹내장 환자에서 성상신경절 차단에 의한 안압의 변화 (The Changes of Intraocular Pressure by Stellate Ganglion Block in Glaucoma Patients)

  • Stellate ganglion block was performed in 15 patients with intractable glaucoma by injection of 8 ml of 1y lidocaine. The followings are the changes of intraocular pressure(mmHg): Pre -block $32.26{\pm}4.44$ 10 minutes after block $36.80{\pm}4.60$ 20 minutes after block $32.61{\pm}4.41$ 30 minutes after block $28.87{\pm}4.30$ 60 minutes after block $24.73{\pm}4.37$ 120 minutes after block $26.87{\pm}3.18$ 180 minutes after block $31.40{\pm}3.76$ The pressure rose up to 10 minutes post block and significant pressure descent was noticed from 30 minutes post-block. Maximum descent was seen by 60 minutes post-block and pre-block pressure was restored by 180 minutes post-block. For the purpose of cheeking the treatment effect, similar blocks were performed in 15 patients, one time daily for 5~8 days 3 times every othor day.

데이터 증강을 통한 딥러닝 기반 주가 패턴 예측 정확도 향상 방안 (Increasing Accuracy of Stock Price Pattern Prediction through Data Augmentation for Deep Learning)

  • 인공지능 기술이 발전하면서 이미지, 음성, 텍스트 등 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있으며, 데이터가 충분한 경우 기존 기법들에 비해 좋은 결과를 보인다. 주식시장은 경제, 정치와 같은 많은 변수에 의해 영향을 받기 때문에, 주식 가격의 움직임 예측은 어려운 과제로 알려져 있다. 다양한 기계학습 기법과 인공지능 기법을 이용하여 주가 패턴을 연구하여 주가의 등락을 예측하려는 시도가 있어왔다. 본 연구는 딥러닝 기법 중 컨볼루셔널 뉴럴 네트워크(CNN)를 기반으로 주가 패턴 예측률 향상을 위한 데이터 증강 방안을 제안한다. CNN은 컨볼루셔널 계층을 통해 이미지에서 특징을 추출하여 뉴럴 네트워크를 이용하여 이미지를 분류한다. 따라서, 본 연구는 주식 데이터를 캔들스틱 차트 이미지로 만들어 CNN을 통해 패턴을 예측하고 분류하고자 한다. 딥러닝은 다량의 데이터가 필요하기에, 주식 차트 이미지에 다양한 데이터 증강(Data Augmentation) 방안을 적용하여 분류 정확도를 향상 시키는 방법을 제안한다. 데이터 증강 방안으로는 차트를 랜덤하게 변경하는 방안과 차트에 가우시안 노이즈를 적용하여 추가 데이터를 생성하였으며, 추가 생성된 데이터를 활용하여 학습하고 테스트 집합에 대한 분류 정확도를 비교하였다. 랜덤하게 차트를 변경하여 데이터를 증강시킨 경우의 분류 정확도는 79.92%였고, 가우시안 노이즈를 적용하여 생성된 데이터를 가지고 학습한 경우의 분류 정확도는 80.98%이었다. 주가의 다음날 상승/하락으로 분류하는 경우에는 60분 단위 캔들 차트가 82.60%의 정확도를 기록하였다.

생사 품위향상을 위한 기초조사 연구 견층 Sericin과 용체 단백질의 용해거동에 관한 연구(III) (A Study on Basic Investigation for Quality Improvement of Raw-Silk A Study on the Dissolving Behavior of Sericin in the Cocoon Shell and Pupa Protein (Bombyx mori L.) (Part III))

  • This study is to investigate the content of crude protein intruded in the sericin of cocoon shell and pupa by treatment of buffer solution (pH 1 to pH 13) 20 ml per 1 gram for 30 and 60 minutes at 30$^{\circ}C$, 60$^{\circ}C$ and 100${\pm}$2$^{\circ}C$, respectively. The results obtained are summarized as follows. 1. The quantity of total crude protein obtained from cocoon shell and pupa by treatment during 30 minutes at 30$^{\circ}C$ was dissolved as the largest quantity of 11.874 mg/g at pH 1 and l5.93mg/g at pH 13, but dissolved the smallest quantity 1.75g/g at pH 5 as known. and tile quantity of crude protein treated for 60 minutes is 13.437mg/g at pH 1 and 22.50mg/g at pH 13. Also, the smallest quantity is 2. 813mg/g at pH 5 as known. 2. By the treatment during 30 minutes at 60$^{\circ}C$, the dissolved largest quantity was 13.12mg/g at pH 1 and 21.875 mg/g at pH 13, but the smallest quantity is 2.375mg/g at pH 5 as known After treatment for 60 minutes at 60$^{\circ}C$, the dissolved largest quantity was 17.500 mg/g at pH 1 and 31.56mg/g at pH 13, bu the smallest quantity is 3.849 mg/g at pH 5. 3. The dissolved crude protein from the cocoon shell and pupa by treatment for 30 minutes at 100${\pm}$2$^{\circ}C$ was the largest quantity of 147.000mg/g at pH 1 and 398. 125mg/g at pH 13, but the smallest quantity is 75.00mg/g at pH 5 as known. After treatment for 60 minutes at 100${\pm}$2$^{\circ}C$, the largest quantity was 253.76 mg/g at pH 1 and 460.625mg/g at pH 13, but the smallest quantity is 139.375mg/g at pH 5 as known. 4. The dissolved crude protein from the cocoon shell and pupa was not different in quantity by treatment at 30$^{\circ}C$ or 60$^{\circ}C$. But dissolved crude protein was large quantity from cocoon shell more than pupa, as known. 5. The treatment of cocoon shell and pupa during 60 minutes at 100${\pm}$20$^{\circ}C$ was increased to the dissolved largest quantity of crude protein of 19.20% at pH 1 and 22. 18% at pH 13 from the cocoon shell and 6. 12% at pH, an d 23.87% at pH 13 from the pupa. But dissolved crude protein was increased to the larger quantity from pupa more than cocoon shell.

Heparin-Protamin Sulfate 상호작용의 실험적 연구

  • Heparin would have been used for preventing clotting of blood during extracorporeal circulation and subsequent use of protamine sulfate and made possible the neutralization of heparin. This procedure has been adopted for eliminating one of the great causes of bleeding, especially in cardiac surgery. In this experiment, the hypocoagulability of blood induced by heparin followed by neutralization with treatment of protamine sulfate were estimated by the Lee-White clotting time [CT], partial thromboplastin time [PTT] and protamine titration test. The results were as follows: 1] Comparison of clotting time between the heparinized [2.0 mg/kg] and non-heparinized dogs was done using CT and PT`I` of the blood. In heparinized group [Group I], the CT lasted infinitively and prolongation of PTT [4 times than normal] until 60 minutes. The CT [2 times] and PTT [3 times] has been shortened after 90 minutes, however they returned to normal limit level within 180 minutes. 2] The determination of appropriate ratio of heparin and protamine In vivo were performed. The group II [heparin 2.0 mg/kg, protamine 1.0 mg/kg] revealed rapid decrease of CT and PTT, but returned to normal after 120 minutes. The group III [heparin 2.0 mg/kg, protamine 2.0 mg/kg] returned rapidly to normal within 15 minutes. The group IV [heparin 2.0 mg/kg, protamine 3.0 mg/kg] recovered its normal level after 60 minutes. The group V [heparin 2.0 mg/kg, protamine 4.0 mg/kg] recovered its normal level after 90 minutes. 3] In the combined experimental study In vivo and vitro, the protamine titration test was done using the dog which were given 2.0 mg/kg and 3.0 mg/kg of heparin, respectively and coagulation time were checked after 15, 30, 60 and 120 minutes. The complete neutralization was showed to be heparin-protamine ratio of 1:1 to 1.5. 4] In vitro study, fresh blood was drawn into known amount of heparin content [20, 40, 60 and 100/ug per 1 ml of blood] syringe, thereafter protamine titration test was done. In all cases, the complete neutralization was found in heparin-protamine ratio of 1:0.85 to 1.5. 5] It was found by the present experiment that the ideal heparin-protamine ratio was 1:1 within 60 minutes and 1:0.5 after 60 minutes for avoiding the serious side effect due to overadministration of protamine sulfate.

전탕 시간에 따른 애엽의 성분패턴 비교연구 (The Comparative Study on Compositional Pattern Analysis of Decoction of Extracted Artemisia argyi by Different Extraction Time)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to find out the optimal extraction time for Artemisia argyi. Methods: The compositional pattern was compared with HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) and GC (Gas-Chromatography) by decocting Artemisia argyi 10, 60, 120 minutes respectively. Results: With longer extraction time, the contents of reference compounds were extracted 1.1 times more when 3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid was extracted for 60 minutes than when extracted for 10 minutes in HPLC test, but the contents were reduced when extracted for 120 minutes compared to 60 minutes extraction time. 3,4-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid, 3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid, 4,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid, jaceosidin, and eupatilin showed the largest yield rate when extracted for 10 minutes, and it decreased as time passed. The contents of chlorogenic acid, 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid, jaceosidin, scoparone, and eupatilin were detected only in 10 minutes extraction but not in 60 or 120 minutes extraction according to GC test. Conclusions: The results show that extraction time could affect the physicochemical characteristic or composition of Artemisia argy extracted. Thus, short extraction time could be useful for decoction of Artemisia argyi.

廣魚의 부위별, 가열시간에 따른 추출액중 아미노산과 무기질 함량에 관한 연구 (A Study on Amino Acid and Minerals Contained in Bastard Broth with Various Parts and Various Boiling Time)

  • The material used for the experimental analyses and sensory evaluation of this thesis is 8 Bastards. 4 Bastards are used as Sample A and the other 4 Bastards are used as Sample B. Sample A is the broth from 100 grams of flesh and spinal bones, boiled for (1) 15 minutes, (2) 30 minutes, (3) 60 minutes, and (4) 120 minutes. Sample B is the broth from 100 gram of head and spinal bones, boiled for (1) 15 minutes, (2) 30 minutes, (3) 60 minutes, and (4) 120 minutes. The nutrients analyzed for this thesis are (1) free amino acid, (2) total N, and (3) minerals (Ca, P, Na, K, Zn). The results of the experimental analyses and sensory evaluation of Bastards broth with various boiling time are follows: (1) The total amounts of free amino-acid and total N in the broth are the greatest when boiled for 15 minutes, in both sample A and sample B. (2) The amounts of minerals in the broth increase as time increases. (3) The results of the sensory evaluation show that the subjects prefer the taste of the stock boiled for 120 minutes with regard to sample A, but that they prefer the taste of the stock boiled for 15 minutes with regard to sample B.
