평형구조를 이용한 지표투과레이다용 2 GHz 대역 고효율 펄스발생기 (A High-Efficiency 2 GHz Balanced Pulse Generator for Ground Penetrating Radar System)

  • 본 논문에서는 지표투과레이다용 2 GHz 대역 고효율 펄스발생기의 설계 및 측정결과에 대하여 기술하였다. 기존의 분산증폭기 기반 펄스 발생기의 입출력 정합특성을 개선하기 위해 $90^{\circ}$ 하이브리드 커플러를 이용한 평형 구조를 응용해 설계하였다. 설계된 펄스발생기는 PCB 공정을 이용하여 제작하였다. 펄스 발생기는 5 V 전원 공급 장치에서 약 1 mA 전류를 소모하며, 27.6 %의 전력 효율을 가진다. 출력 전압 진폭은 100 MHz의 PRF(Pulse Repetition Frequency: 펄스 반복 주파수)에서 $3.7V_{pp}$이다. 펄스의 폭은 약 2 ns이며 1.7~2.6 GHz의 동작 주파수에서 입출력 반사손실은 10 dB 이상이다.

  • In this study, using coke dust from ironwork, the pulse pressure on a pulse air jet bag filter was investigated considering the influence of the pressure loss due to filtration velocity and pressure intervals. The research on the optimal pulse pressure prediction of a pulse air jet type bag filter using coke dust showed the following results. Pressure loss volatility produced by the pulse pressure under low dust concentration(0.5, $1g/m^3$) and low face velocity(1.25 m/min) was less than $10mmH_2O$. This suggests that the pulse pressure has a low impact on the pressure loss. In contrast, pressure loss volatility under high dust concentration($3g/m^3$) and high face velocity(1.75 m/min) was $25mmH_2O$. Therefore, pulse pressure with high dust concentration and high face velocity has a strong influence on the pressure loss volatility, compared to the condition of low dust concentration and low face velocity. The optimal pulse pressure of inlet dust concentration($0.5g/m^3$) was $6kg/cm^2$ under the same face velocity(1.75 m/min). As concentration increased from 1 to $2g/m^3$, the pulse pressure gradually reached $5kg/cm^2$ thus indicating that the pulse pressure($5kg/cm^2$) is pertinent at a high concentration($3g/m^3$). The pulse intervals: 20, 25 and 30 sec, which are relatively longer than 10 and 15 sec, corresponded to high pressure loss volatility produced by the pulse pressure. Furthermore, low pressure loss volatility was noted at $5kg/cm^2$ of the overall pulse pressure.

  • Plasmonic high-order harmonic generation (HHG) is used in nanoscale optical applications because it can help in realizing a compact coherent ultrashort pulse generator on the nanoscale, using plasmonic field enhancement. The plasmonic amplification of nanostructures induces nonlinear optical phenomena such as second-order harmonic generation, third-order harmonic generation, frequency mixing, and HHG. This amplification also causes damage to the structure itself. In this study, the plasmonic amplification according to the design of a metal-coated sapphire conical structure is theoretically calculated, and we analyze the effects of this optical amplification on HHG and damage to the sample.

  • 여기에 기술된 가변폭 double-pulse generator는 완전 transistor화 되어서 소형이고 사용하기 간편하다 주파수는 1KHz까지 가변할 수 있으며 pulse의 폭은 0.4μsec에서 8μsec까지, pulse의 진폭은 1V에서 10V까지, double pulse 간의 간폭은 0μsec에서 12μsec까지 가별할 수 있다. 정 또는 부의 single 또는 double pulse를 얻을 수 있다. 각단마다의 해석을 하였으며 아울러 설계식을 유도하고 실험과 비교하였다.

  • 본 연구는 heat pulse법을 이용하여 신갈나무 장령림 임분(林分)의 증산량(蒸散量)을 알기 위한 기초연구로서, 신갈나무 입목에 있어서 일사량(日射量), 온도(溫度), 습도(濕度)(대기포차(大氣飽差)) 등의 변화(變化)에 따른 heat pulse 속도(速度)의 일변화와 계절변화, 방위별 heat pulse 속도(速度)의 차이, 변재부에 있어 깊이별 heat pulse 속도(速度)의 차이, 우세목(優勢木), 준우세목(準優勢木), 열세목(劣勢木)의 heat pulse 속도(速度)의 차이, 엽(葉)의 수분포텐셜과 heat pulse 속도(速度)와의 관계, 줄기에 있어 수분상승의 방향, 그리고, heat pulse법으로 측정한 단목(單木)과 임분(林分)의 일일(一日), 월별(月別), 년간(年間) 증산량(蒸散量) 등을 측정고찰하였다. 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 신갈나무의 heat pulse 속도(速度)(V)와 수액유속(樹液流速)(SFR)과의 관계는 SFR=1.37V였다. 2. 우세목(優勢木), 준우세목(準優勢木), 열세목(劣勢木)의 heat pulse 속도(速度)를 비교하면, 수액유속(樹液流速)은 우세목(優勢木)이 가장 높고, 준우세목(準優勢木), 열세목(劣勢木) 순위였다. Heat pulse 속도(速度)는 일사량(日射量), 온도(溫度), 대기포차(大氣飽差) 등의 크기에 따라 일변화하였다. 3. Heat pulse 속도(速度)와 엽(葉)의 수분포텐셜은 거의 비슷한 일변화를 나타냈다. 4. Heat pulse 속도(速度)의 계절변화는 7월에 평균 2.9cm/hr로 가장 낮았고, 5월이 평균 4.0cm/hr로 가장 높게 나타났다. 5. 줄기에 있어서 heat pulse 속도(速度)의 차이는 북측이 가장 높았고, 서측이 그 다음 순이었으며, 남측과 동측은 큰 차이없이 가장 낮은 값을 나타냈다. 6. 변재부에 있어서 깊이별 heat pulse 속도(速度)의 차이는 수피로부터 0.5cm 깊이에서 가장 높고, 다음 1.0cm, 1.5cm 순으로 나타났다. 7. 줄기에 있어 수분이동방향(水分移動方向)은 4본 모두 부분적(部分的) 수직상승(垂直上昇)(sectorial straight ascent)을 나타내고 있었다. 8. 수액유량(樹液流量)(SF)은 SF=1.37AV식으로 나타났고, 이 식으로 구한 수액유량(樹液流量)은 우세목(優勢木)이 준우세목(準優勢木)과 열세목(劣勢木)보다 현저히 높았다. 9. 1ha의 임분(林分)에 대한 1일의 증산량(蒸散量)의 구성비율(構成比率)은 낮이 72%, 밤이 28%였고, 증산량(蒸散量)은 약 5.6ton/ha/day이었다. 10. 1ha의 월별(月別) 증산량(蒸散量)은 5월이 168ton/ha/month으로 가장 많았고, 7월이 125ton/ha/month로 가장 낮았다. 또 1 ha의 년간(年間) 증산량(蒸散量)은 839ton/ha/yr이었다.

  • The principe and practice of pulse plating, and prospect in the future on pulse plating are reviewed. Some of the advantages of pulse pulse plating are detailed as compared with DC plating. The advantages of pulse plating are summarized as follows: 1)smooth and fine grained deposits 2) reduction in hydrogen embrittlement of deposits 3) reduction of residual stress and microcracks in the deposit 4) improvement of physical properties 5) uniform alloy composition through the deposit thinkness 6) improved thrower and adhesion.

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate the correlation Among Sasang Constitutional Disease and Examination of the pulse. I have gone over literatures of mainly ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ and the others Oriental Medical book was studied about the Pulse Diagnosis. And then I came to get some conclusion as follows. 1. Soeumin(소음인) the initial-stage symptoms of wulkwang disease(울광증) ; when the Superficial Pulse and the Superficial+ Moderate Pulse is made a diagnosis, Ceongunggyegitang(천궁계지탕) and Gunggyuhyangsosan(궁귀향소산) can be used. 2. Soeumin(소음인) the initial-stage blood disease symptoms of wulkwang disease(울광증) ; when the Minute+deep Pulse is made a diagnosis, Palmulgnnjatang(팔물군자탕) and Guakhyanggeonggisan(곽향정기산) can be used. 3. Soeumin(소음인) the initial-stage symptoms of mangyang disease(망양증) ; when the Yang region Superficial Pulse and the Yin region Weak Pulse is made a diagnosis, Hwanggigyegitang(황기계지탕), Bojungikgitang(보증익기탕) and Sengyangikgitang(승양익기탕) can be used. 4. 중풍환자의 변증에 사용되는 맥진 지표에 관한 연구 (Study on the Basic Pulse Indicators for Pattern Identifications in Stroke)

  • The purpose of this study is to select the major pulse indicators and evaluate their significance in discriminating the subtypes of Pattern Identifications (PI) from stroke patients. Decision tree analysis was carried out using clinical data collected from 835 stroke patients with the same subtypes diagnosed identically by two experts with more than 3 year clinical experiences. Among the 10 pulse indicators, 6 major pulse indicators (slow, rapid, strong, weak, slippery, and fine pulse) were selected by decision tree analysis. The accumulated distributions of six pulse indicators in each PI showed that strong was major pulse indicator in Fire-Heat pattern, slippery in Dampness Phlegm pattern, weak in Qi Deficiency pattern. But there were two major combinations in Yin deficiency pattern, weak or fine with rapid pulse and weak or fine without rapid pulse. Therefore, it is suggested that 6 pulse indicators can be used for discrimination of PI in stroke patients, though the combination studies between these pulse indicators and the other PI indicators are left for further study.

문헌고찰 및 실측에 근거한 맥진기 측정시 촌관척 정위에 대한 제안 (Proposal for Pulse Diagnosis Positions (Chon-Kwan-Chuk) for Pulse Analyzer Based on Literature Review and Anthropometry)

  • Objectives : To obtain pulse information, oriental medical doctors usually use the three finger pulse diagnosis method. Although the diagnostic positions are very important, the exact positions are not known because of the uncertain conversion of measures of length (bun, chon, chuk) and misunderstanding of the related concepts of oriental medicine. In this study, we proposed relative positions for the detection of three pulses with a pulse analyzer. Methods : The proposal was made based mainly on several literature reviews, especially the original texts, and the examination of anthropometric characteristics of 78 individuals. Results : The Kwan is the spot where the radial pulse can be felt well near the eminent head of the radius at wrist, high bone. The position of Chon should be apart from Kwan by 6/10 distance between the high bone and wrist joint of each individual. Finally, the position of Chuk is apart from Kwan by 6.5/100 distance between the high bone and the elbow joint of each individual. Conclusions : Adapting those proposed positions for measuring three pulses can provide more consistent information to what an oriental doctor obtains than a pulse analyzer applied to other positions.
