Studies on the Tricholyga sorbillans Wiedmann (다화성잠저승(Tricholyga sorbillans Wiedmann)에 관한 연구)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the life cycle and the damage of Tricholyga sorbillans Wiedmann to silkworms(Bombyx mori L.). The results are summarized as follows. 1. This insect has 5 or 6 generations per year in Suwon area. 2. The egg, larval, and pupal stage are about 2, 8 and 18 days respectively. 3. The weather conditions considerably affect the life cycle, that is, the 3 rd generation is the shortest of all, lasting for 21 days and l4 hours, and the 5th generation is the longest for about 40 days. 4. The larvae come out of silkworm bodies, burrowing into the ground 3.5cm to 10.5cm in depth before changing into the pupae. 5. This insect does not overwinter as pupa, but seems to do as larva, parasiting on the field insects. 6. The damage of Tricholyga sorbillans Wiedmann to silkworm was 27.9%, it is so high that the silk worms could not be reared outside without a reasonable control method. 7. When the full-grown silkworm is parasited by one egg of these insects, there is not only enough possibility of spinning. but also without any effects of their larvae on the cocoon quality. 8. The damage of Tricholyga sorbillans Wiedmann throughout the country covers 6.36% in spring, 4.09% in fall, and 5.25% yearly mean.

THE STUDY ON SHEAR BOND STRENGTH OF VARIOUS DENTIN BONDING SYSTEMS IN PRIMARY DENTIN (유치 상아질에 대한 수종의 상아질 결합제의 전단결합강도에 대한 연구)

  • It is important to reduce chair time and procedure in restorative treatment for children. Composite resin is not only used in esthetic restoration of anterior teeth but also posterior teeth by its improved physical property. The 7th generation dentin bonding system was recently developed in order to simplify three steps which is needed to bond composite resin to tooth surface-etchant, primer, adhesive. We compared shear bond strengths of 4, 5, 6, 7th generations dentin bonding systems. The primary dentin was pretreated with 4, 5, 6, 7th generation dentin bonding systems. Then composite resin was cured to the specimen using molds 2.5mm in diameter and 2mm in height. Thermocycling was performed and shear bond strength was finally measured. The results were as follow; 1. The mean values of shear bond strengths in 5th generation dentin bonding system(group 2) were greater than those of 4, 6, 7th generation dentin bonding system(group 1, 3, 4). The differences were statistically significant. 2. The mean values of shear bond strengths in 4th generation dentin bonding system(group 2) were greater than those of 6, 7th generation dentin bonding system(group 1, 3, 4). But, the differences were not statistically significant. 3. Between the mean values of shear bond strengths in 6, 7th generation dentin bonding system(group 3, 4) were similar.

  • This dissertation is considered a historic generation that Chinese film $6^{th}$ director remembers through their life. Also it is figured out historic anguish and hurt how it was remembered and appeared in film. They have made actual films through their efforts which are different from the conventional generation. In addition, between memory and oblivion the time's signification in the history is showed how what way can be represented. It was presented the time's anguish through memory's metaphor in Chinese film $6^{th}$ works. Also, it was shown the existence's reality from dream was losing as memory was hiding between desire and despair. Additionally, the self of daily was expressed to unconcernedly accept reality, and its against the unchangeable world's eye and memory. The $6^{th}'s$ films' desire was expressed passive appearance to accept reality with losing dream in these three things; cannot be reality in the process to figure out own natural character, and appearance to keep traditional character, finally gradually changing reality. When $6^{th}$ directors analysis the history as memory, social repression follows family's repression, family's repression brings personal repression, and then repression changes to desire, finally the life as a reaction could be maintained. In conclusion, personal desire was covered for fantasy, and the overcoming figure was represented. Moreover, Chinese face that $6^{th}$ directors have memorized was presented through these sentiments.

Variation in Metalaxyl and Streptomycin Sulfate Resistance of Isolates Formed from Single Sporangium of Phytophora infestans (감자역병균(Phytophthora infestans)의 단일 포자낭으로부터 형성된 균총의 Metalaxyl과 Streptomycin Sulfate 내성 변화)

  • Parent isolates and $first-generation(F_1)$ progenies from single-sporangium of Phytophthora infestans were investigated for the acqusition of metalaxyl and streptomycin sulfate(SM) resistance. The parent isolates, KM10, U6, CDB6 showed resistance to metalaxyl, and F817, DNC303, DN107 to SM. Especially, the average mycelial growth of $F_1$ progenies of F817, CDB6, JD1 was more than 51% than parent isolates on 25ppm metalaxyl added V-8 juice agar, whereas those of KM10, U6, JD1 were extended more than 51% similar on 200ppm SM treatment. They acquired resistance on the basis of the standard in this experiment. There were positive correlations between parent isolates and $F_1$colonies in resistance. The $F_1$ colonies obtained from parent isolates showing above interinediate resistance on metalaxyl amended agar acquired much resistance.

Histopathological Studies on Carcinomas of the Stomach in the Taegu Area (대구지방의 위암에 대한 병리조직학적 연구)

  • For evaluation on the histopathologic studies, and age and sex distribution of the gastric carcinomas in the Taegu Area, the gastrectomized and gastoroscopic biopsy materials were collected at the Department of Pathology, College of Medicine, Yeungnam University, and the analyzed results were as follows: 1. In total of 350 cases of gastroscopic biopsy materials adenocarcinomas are 344 cases (98.3%), squamous cell carcinomas and undifferentiated carcinomas are only 6 cases (1.7%). In adenocarcinomas the most of all are tubular type, 215 cases (61.4%). In age distribution the highest is the 50th age group, and 120 cases (34.3%), the next, 60th, 81 cases (23.1%), 40th, 76 cases (21.7%), respectively. 2. In total of 130 cases of gastrectomized materials adenocarcinomas are 127 cases (97.7%), and are the highest incidence, the next, carcinomas originated from chronic peptic ulcer of the stomach, and are 3 cases (2.3%). In adenocarcinomas the highest are tubular type, 86 cases (66.2%), the next, signet-ring cell type, 20 cases (15.4%). The highest age incidence of the age group IS 50th, and the next, 60th, 40th, 30th, 70th and 10th age group, respectively.

Studies on the Seasonal Increase of the Population of the Smallerbrown Planthopper, Laodelphax striatellus(Fallen) (애멸구의 세대별 증식동태에 관한 연구 -기주식물의 종류와 생육단계와 증식과의 관계-)

  • The smaller brown planthopper overwinters mostly as the fourth instar nymph. The emerged adult disperses to winter barley or wheat plants. The adult of the first generation disperses into the rice field, and spends three generations in the rice field. The population densities of the adults of the first generation and the overall density of the second generations are the most important in relation to the incidents of the rice stripe disease which is transmitted by this insects. This study was intended to analyse the population increases in these important generations in relation to the kind and the different growing stage of the host plants. The insects were reared on potted host plants of different growing stage in the insect cages. The population increases of the insects in the cages were compared with those on the rice seedlings in the laboratory. The results are as follows: 1. The average longevities of the adults of the generations were 13.4 days for the overwintered, 12.9 days for the first, and 10.2 days for the second generation, and showed no significant differences between the generations even they seemed to be shorter than normal condition probably caused by the frequent disturbance at the time of food renewal in 2 or 3 days. 2. When they were reared on the rice seedling, the average numbers of the eggs per female were 131.2 for the overwintered generation, 124.9 for the first generation grown on the barley, and 142.3 for the second generation grown on rice, and shelved no significant differences between the generations. More than $90\%$ of the eggs were laid within 3 weeks. 3. The hatchabilities of the eggs laid on the rice seedling in laboratory were $77.4\%$ for the first generation, $93.1\%$ for the second generation and $62.1\%$ for the third generation. The estimated hatchabilities of the eggs were $67.5\%$ for the first generation, $84.1\%$for the second generation, and $21.9\%$ for the third generation with the growing plants on the plots. The hatchability on the eggs laid by the adults infested on the barley on May 17 was $13.5\%$ compared with $67.5\%$ for the eggs laid by those infested on barley in late April. 4. The average total nymphal periods were 19.4 days for the first generation, and 13.3 days for the second generation in the laboratory and the mortalities of the nymphs seemed to related with the growing stages of the host plants. 5. With the pot experiments, the average per cents of the emerged adults were $37.2\%$ for the first generation, $55.3\%$ for the second generation, and $11.6\%$, for the third generation. The average numbers of the emerged adults were $7.4\%$ for the pots infested on the barley on May 17, instead of $37.2\%$ adults for those infested in late April. 6. From above results, it may suggest that the innate qualities of the insect are not significantly different between generations, and the differences in the increase of the population for the generations might effected considerably by the differences in the physiological conditions of tile host plant, besides the differences in physical and other biological factors.

  • 본 튜토리얼 논문에서는 최근 들어 다양한 형태의 스마트 기기 보급 확산으로 인한 모바일인터넷은 물론 사물인터넷 시대의 도래로 급격히 증가하는 인터넷 주소 수요로 인해 도입의 필요성이 대두되고 있으며 국내 외적으로 적용 확산을 위한 시도가 활발하게 진행되고 있는 IPv6(IP version 6)의 기본 개념과 관련 기술을 표준화 및 논문연구를 중심으로 알기 쉽게 이해시키고자 한다. 첫 번째로, 현재 사용되고 있는 인터넷 프로토콜 IPv4(IP version 4)와의 특징 비교와 주소 및 헤더를 통해 IPv6의 기본 개념을 자세하게 설명한다. 두 번째로, IPv4와 IPv6의 공존과정에서 IPv6의 연착륙을 위해 필요한 다양한 전환기술을 접근 방식과 세대별 분류를 통해 설명한다. 세번째로, 다양한 무선 환경에서의 이동단말의 연속적인 인터넷 서비스를 위한 IPv6 이동성 기술을 중앙 집중형 및 분산형 관리 기반으로 나누어 소개한다. 네 번째로, IPv6 보안측면에서의 이슈를 다루고, 다섯 번째로로, 4세대 이동통신망(4G) 대비 10~1,000배의 연결 디바이스를 고려하고 있는 5세대 이동통신망(5G) 네트워크 환경에서 중요한 서비스로 간주되고 있는 사물인터넷 서비스에서의 IPv6의 역할을 다룬다. 마지막으로, 국내외에서 진행된 대표적인 IPv6 상용서비스 사례를 제시한다.

  • TFT-LCD 모니터 및 TV의 핵심부품인 TFT/Color Filter를 제조하는 공장라인에서 제품의 품질에 중요한 역할을 하는 것은 유리기판에 TFT와 Color Filter을 형성시키는 노광공정(Exposure)이다. 이러한 TFT/Color Filter를 생산하는 공정내에서 노광기는 핵심기술이므로 진동에 대하여 엄격하게 관리되어지고 있다. 그리고, TV 및 TFT-LCD 모니터의 크기가 큰 것을 사용자의 요구로 TFT/Color Filter 생산 공장은 세대가 거듭될수록 사용되어지는 유리기판의 크기도 따라서 커지고 있다. 이러한 유리기판의 크기 증가는 공정라인에서 진동에 더욱더 취약해지는 결과를 초래하므로 보다 엄격하게 진동관리가 필요하게 된다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 기존 세대인 1~5세대 TFT-LCD 공장 현장에서 노광기의 진동실태를 수집하여 파악하고 Maker에서 제시하는 자료와 비교/평가하고, 문제점을 확인한다. 이를 기초로 수정/보완되어야 할 사항을 검토하며, 차세대인 6∼7세대 노광기에 대한 진동저감 대책을 위한 시스템을 설계하는 절차서에 대한 예를 들었으며, 최적의 진동저감 대책에 대한 설계안의 방향을 제시하였다.
