  • Recently, it is anticipated that 5G network would play the significant role of the neural network for 4th generation industry revolution and create huge value for the new market. However, in spite of proliferating prospect of 5G network industry and leading position in the launch of 5G, network operators have hesitated to give their full support to establishing proper network. Due to the lack of business models promoting 5G industry, network operators feel that they will not realize the return from the exorbitant investment in 5G network establishment. Moreover, the rigorous research efforts to investigate and analyze the various business environments regarding 5G rarely exists. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to holistically propose the research issues related to the technology, service providing method, governmental policy, and business models in commercializing and promoting 5G network.

  • The optimum nutritional and cultural conditions of polygalacturonase by Ganoderma lucidum in liquid culture were studied. The optimal temperature, pH, and the duration of culture for production of the enzyme was $30^{\circ}C$, 5.5 and 14 days, respectively. The maximal production of the enzyme was obtained in a synthetic medium containing 10 g of pectin, 10 g of soluble starch, 1 g of yeast extract, 2 g of peptone, 1 g of phenylalanine, 2 g of $KH_2PO_4$, 0.2 g of $MgSO_4{\cdot}7H_2O$, 0.05 g of $CaCI_2$ and 100 g of $thiamin{\cdot}HCI$ in 1000 ml of distilled water.

  • Network slicing refers to a technology that divides network infrastructure into multiple parts. Network slicing enables flexible network configuration while minimizing the physical resources required for network division. For this reason, network slicing technology has recently been developed and introduced in a form suitable for the 5G environment for efficient management of large-scale network environments. However, systematic analysis of network slicing research in the 5G environment has not been conducted, resulting in a lack of systematic analysis of the technology. Accordingly, in this paper, we provide insight into network slicing technology in the 5G network environment by conducting a comparative analysis of the technology. In this study's comparative analysis, 13 literatures on network slicing in the 5G environment was identified and compared and analyzed through a systematic procedure. As a result of the analysis, three network slicing technologies frequently used for 5G networks were identified: RAN (radio access network) slicing, CN (core network) slicing, and E2E (end-to-end) sliding. These technologies are mainly used for network services. It was confirmed that research is being conducted to achieve quality improvement and network isolation. It is believed that the results of this comparative analysis study can contribute to 6G technology research as a future direction and utilization plan for network slicing research.

  • Internet of Things (IoT) is a growing technology along with artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Recently, increasing cases of developing knowledge services using information collected from sensor data have been reported. Communication is required to connect the IoT and AI, and 5G mobile networks have been widely spread recently. IoT, AI services, and 5G mobile networks can be configured and used as sensor-mobile edge-server. The sensor does not send data directly to the server. Instead, the sensor sends data to the mobile edge for quick processing. Subsequently, mobile edge enables the immediate processing of data based on AI technology or by sending data to the server for processing. 5G mobile network technology is used for this data transmission. Therefore, this study examines the challenges, opportunities, and solutions used in each type of technology. To this end, this study addresses clustering, Hyperledger Fabric, data, security, machine vision, convolutional neural network, IoT technology, and resource management of 5G mobile networks.
