This paper describes an approach to detect interesting objects using satellite images. This paper focuses on the interesting objects that have common special patterns but do not have identical shapes and sizes. The previous technologies are still insufficient for automatic finding of the interesting objects based on operation of special pattern analysis. In order to overcome the circumstances, this paper proposes a methodology to obtain the special patterns of interesting objects considering their common features and their related characteristics. This paper applies MSER(Maximally Stable Extremal Regions) for the region detection and corner detector in order to extract the features of the interesting object. This paper conducts a case study and obtains the experimental results of the case study, which is efficient in reducing processing time and efforts comparing to the previous manual searching.

Many enzymes require the participation of readily dissociable coenzymes as NAD for thir catalytic activities. The continuous utilization of the enzymes requires the retention and regeneration of the coenzymes. For this purpose, several kinds of macromolecular NAD derivatives have been prepared by covalently attaching NAD to watersoluble polymers. We have prepared poly (ethylene glycol)-bound NAD (PEG-NAD) by coupling N$\^$6/-(2-carboxyethyl)-NAD to one terminal of ${\gamma}$ $\omega$-diaminoly (ethylene glycol) (Mr 3000) with water-soluble carbodiimide. PED-NAD thus obtained has one NAD moiety located at a terminal of the linear, flexible and hydrophilic chain of poly (ethylene glycol). PED-NAD has good coenzyme activity for various dehydrogenases and is applicable in a continuous enzyme reactor. To use these macromolecular NAD derivatives in an enzyme reactor, it si necessary to understand the behavior of the system in which the reactions of dehydrogenases are coupled by the recycling of the NAD derivative. We investigated the kinetic properties of a continuous enzyme reactor containing lactate dehydrogenase, alcohol dehydrogenase and PEG-NAD. The steady-state behavior of the enzyme reactor is explained by a simple kinetic model.

64-비트 블록 암호 Piccolo-80은 무선 센서 네트워크 환경과 같이 제한된 환경에 적합하도록 설계된 경량 블록 암호이다. 본 논문에서는 Piccolo-80에 대한 차분 오류 공격을 제안한다. 랜덤 바이트 오류 주입 가정에 기반을 둔 이 공격은 평균 6개의 랜덤 바이트 오류와 $2^{24}$의 전수조사를 이용하여, Piccolo-80의 비밀키를 복구한다. 이는 일반적인 PC에서 수 초 내에 가능함을 의미한다. 본 논문의 공격 결과는 Piccolo-80에 대한 첫 번째 부채널 분석 결과이다.

This study examined the effects of ignoring inbreeding depression on (co)variance components for weaning weight through the use of Monte Carlo simulation. Weaning weight is of particular interest as a trait for which additive direct and maternal genetic components exist and there then is the potential for a direct-maternal genetic covariance. Ignoring inbreeding depression in the analytical model (.8 kg reduction of phenotypic value per 1% inbreeding) led to biased estimates of all genetic (co) variance components, all estimates being larger than the true values of the parameters. In particular, a negative bias in the direct-maternal genetic covariance was observed in analyses that ignored inbreeding depression. A small spurious sire-by-year interaction variance was also observed.

Metal-Organic Frameworks(MOFs) are attracting attentions from various fields including chemistry, materials science, physics and medical science because of its exceptionally large pore volumes and surface areas which far exceed those of zeolites. The possibilities of applications of MOFs for gas separation, catalysts, drug delivery, and high explosives detections have already been verified. In these review the author describes the structures, synthetic methods and applications of MOFs based on the literatures published during last 15 years to give the readers general pictures of MOF itself as well as the global research trends of these materials.
