In this experiment, gene action were analyzed for seven silkworm varieties in order to obtain basic information on their genetic improvement by diallel crosses. The results obtained were summarized as follows : In F1 generation, over-dominance was shown by Vr-Wr graphic analysis in four characters such as cocoon length in female, bave weight, cocoon weight and boiling off ratio in both male and female, and partial dominance in four characters such as fifth instar period, cocoon layer weight, cocoon layer ratio and bave length. In F2 generation, the partial dominance in all characters were obtained. Components of genetic variance analyzed for five characters such as fifth instar period, cocoon width, cocoon layer weight, cocoon layer ratio and fibroin contents in F1 generation, and for four characters such as cocoon width, cocoon layer weight, cocoon layer ratio and frbroin contents in F2 generation showed that addition effects were higher than dominant effects.

최신예 전투기와 같은 첨단 항공기에서는 급가속 및 초음속 순항능력이 매우 중요한 구비조건 가운데 하나이다. 또 마하 2.3-5사이의 속도로 순항하는 오리엔트 익스프레스와 같은 차세대 민간항공기에서도 이러한 능력은 필수적이다. 일본에서는 21세기에 등장할 최첨단 항공기의 추진기관을 개발하는데 범국가적인 노력을 기울이고있으며 일부 성과는 이미 가시화되고 있다. 이 기술들이야말로 일본을 경제/군사 초강대국으로 밀어올리는 원동력이 아닌가 한다

올여름 통신 서비스시장이 그 어느때보다 뜨겁게 달아 오르고 있다. KT, SKT 등유∙무선통신사업자들이 앞다퉈 신규 서비스들을 선보이기 시작했기 때문이다. 지난 5월 SK텔레콤의 HSDPA 서비스인<3G 플러스>를 필두로, 와이브로, TV포털 등 차세대통신 서비스들이 잇달아 상용화에 들어갔다. 무더위와 지긋지긋한 장마로 지칠대로 지친 이번여름, 차세대통신서비스가 가져다 주는 색다른 즐거움에 빠져 더위를 식혀보자.

The purposes of this study were to investigate how ageism and age integration influence the perception of intergenerational conflict for each age group, and to seek alternatives to decrease intergenerational conflict. Study participants were divided into three groups based on their age: adolescence, middle age, and old age groups. For each group, the effects of ageism and age integration related variables on intergenerational conflict were examined using regression analysis. The results showed that there was no specific difference on the perception of intergenerational conflict by three different age groups; however, there were differences on influencing factors to explain the perception of intergenerational conflict. Among those factors, especially, the severity of the perception of age discrimination, which is one of ageism related variables, influenced the perception of intergenerational conflict for all age groups. That is, the more people perceived the severity of age discrimination, the more people perceived intergenerational conflict. The findings of this study are meaningful because this study revealed ageism and age integration could be causes to trigger intergenerational conflict.

To investigate suitable breeding system for the improvement of economic characters of the sexlimited dark egg colour strains, the four kinds of breeding methods which are represented as sibmating, repeated backcrossing, multi-backcrossing every other generation, and repeated hybridization were detected from the P to the F6. 1. Pupation ratio was varied between the four kinds of breeding methods and decreased gradually in order of repeated hybridization, mult-backcrossing every other generation and sib-matinv, and repeated backcrossing. 2. Repeated backcrossing, multi-backcrossing every other generation, and repeated hybridization with the exception of sib-mating were consiered as available breeding methods to improve single cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell ratio of the sex-limited dark egg colour strains. 3. As for the responses of the economic characters form the P to the F6, pupation ratio was fluctuant and unstable, on the other hand single cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell ratio increased remarkably in the F2, but in the subsequant generatios the increasing rate of each characters were fluctuant irregularly. 4. After the original sex-limited dark egg colour strains were bred under the corresponding breeding methods, from the P to the F6 the economic characters were approached to the level of normal breeding silkworm lines'. 5. It came to the consideration that the autosomal fragment which was translocated on the W chromosome had no physiologically significant effect on the expression of the economic characters because the Expression index (E) of the sex-limited dark egg colour strains was similar to that of normal silkworm lines. 6. From the results, it comes to the conclusion that the useful breeding methods to improve the economic characters of the sex-limited dark egg colour strains will be a line separation including fixation of the characters.

현재 우리나라는 1995년 국민소득 1만불 진입 이후 8년간 1만불 장벽을 넘지 못하고 있으며 그 동안 국가 성장동력의 바탕을 이룩해 온 기간산업 경쟁력의 둔화와 선진국과의 기술격차는 줄어들지 않는 한편 중국 등 후발국가의 추격이 거세지고 있는 상황에 있다. 이에 따라 내부적으로 미래에 대한 확고한 비젼 부재상태를 극복함과 동시에 1인당 국민소득 2만불 대의 선진경제로의 도약을 위한 "새로운 성장동력의 창출"이란 국가적 명제를 안게 되었다. 정부는 이를 위해 2003년 5월 말 주력 기간산업, 미래 유망사업, 지식기반 서비스산업 등 3개 분야에서 총 60개의 차세대 성장품목을 발굴하고 산업군별로 종합적인 발전전략을 수립하였으며 이 중 조선$.$해양산업은 주력 기간 산업군에서 고부가가치 선박, 디지털기반 조선컨텐츠, 해양부체 강구조물의 3개 항목이 이에 포함되었다. 이후 10대 차세대 성장동력 산업(표 1) 선정과정에서 조선$.$해양산업이 이에 명시적 포함되지는 않았으나 지능형 로봇분야와 e-Biz/지능형 물류에 부분적으로 연계되어 있고 산자부에서는 조선$.$해양산업을 포함한 10개 주력 기간산업별 기획단을 구성하여 차세대 성장동력 기획단과 함께 연구기획을 통하여 산업기술혁신 5개년 계획에 반영하는 것으로 알려져 있다[1]. As the MZ generation, which has recently become a hot topic, enters a major generation that plays various social roles, the need for research on efficient educational methods and content production tailored to the level of the MZ generation continues to be raised. In this reality, this paper was described to discuss the direction of development and raising the level of security educational content. To this end, the effectiveness of security educational content currently being used socially was analyzed, the content of a gametoon that combines the concept of gamification with a webtoon as a development plan was explained, and the educational effect was verified through the Likert scale. Furthermore, it was proposed to effectively utilize it by presenting the direction of development applicable to security educational contents.

2020년 5세대 이동통신 상용화를 목표로 유럽, 중국 등은 기술 및 표준화 주도권 확보를 위해 경쟁적으로 연구 개발 및 투자를 본격화하고 있다. 우리나라도 국가 성장동력을 창출해 온 이동통신분야에서 새로운 기술 진화 및 혁신으로 대응하기 위해 5세대 이동통신을 신성장동력 기술로 선정하고, 전략적인 R&D 추진 계획을 수립하고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 표준화 및 국내외 기술 동향을 살펴보고, 현재 진행 중인 과제 내용 및 2015년도 신규과제 기획방향에 대해 알아본다.

<한겨레>는 신고리 5 6호기 공론화위원회가 운영하는 방식을 참조해 10대로만 구성된 '미래세대 시민참여단'을 꾸려 이들에게 신고리 5 6호기와 원자력 발전에 대한 의견을 묻고 학습하는 프로그램을 진행한 뒤 9월 22, 23일자 지면을 통해 그 진행 과정을 연재했다. 곧 이 사회의 주역이 될 청소년들이 평소에 원자력을 어떻게 생각하고 있으며, 짧은 학습이지만 이를 통해 어떻게 원자력에 대한 이해를 해나가는지 알아보는 기회이면서, 향후 청소년을 대상으로 원자력에 대한 이해를 돕는 프로그램의 기획과 운영에 도움이 되리라 보고 기사를 전재한다.

지난 수 년간 이동통신 시장은 그야말로 급격한 변화와 성장을 경험하였다. 특히 휴대폰 시장은 이미 성숙기를 지나 교체수요 시장으로 선회하고 있으며, 기술적 측면에서는 2.5세대(CDMA 1x, GPRS), 3세대(EV-DO, W-CDMA), 3.5세대(HSDPA)로 빠르게 이동하고 있다. 최근 이동통신단말기 분야에서 일어나고 있는 변화의 핵심 요소로 이동통신단말기 산업과 모바일 인터넷 콘텐츠 산업과의 융합 현상을 들 수 있다. 예를 들어 Google의 Android(플랫폼), 마이크로소프트의 Windows Mobile(mobile OS) 등 이 큰 관심을 끌고 있으며, 스마트폰 시장의 형성과 터치스크린폰의 확대 등이 예견되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 융합 현상에 따른 이동통신단말기 산업 및 시장의 일반적 현황을 소개하고, 이동통신단말기와 직접 관련된 단말기의 외관적 요소, User Interface, Mobile OS 및 Platform 등을 중심으로 최근 동향 및 향후 진화방향에 대해 살펴본다.
