산업혁신체제 관점에서의 중국의 원격의료 산업 분석과 국내로의 함의점 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of China's Telemedicine Industry from the Perspective of the Industrial Innovation System and its Implications for Korea)

  • 최근 코로나19로 인한 비대면 헬스케어 산업이 주목받게 되며 의료정보를 기반으로 한 원격의료 산업이 주목받는 헬스케어 산업의 분야가 되었다. 하지만 우리나라는 법제도의 걸림돌에 가로막혀 원격의료는 의사와 환자 간에 있어 아직까지 불법인 상황이다. 이웃국가인 중국의 경우, 원격의료 산업이 정부주도 아래 최근 급성장을 이루고 있는 것과는 정반대의 현실이다. 본 연구는 국내와 중국의 원격의료 산업의 차이를 규명하기 위해 원격의료가 하나의 산업이며, 혁신적인 기술의 변화가 필요하다는 점을 이유로 산업혁신체제적 관점에서 이를 조망한다. 수요 조건, 혁신주체, 네트워크 등 일곱 가지 세부 부문에 대해 중국의 원격의료 산업을 분석한 결과 수요 견인효과에 대한 적절한 기회의 포착, 경제주체의 적절한 소통과 융합, 기술-제품-서비스의 다자간 네트워크 플로우의 확립 등이 주요한 성공요소로 도출되었다. 이를 통해 국내 원격의료의 활성화를 위해서는 첫째, 현재 시행되는 디지털 뉴딜정책의 흐름에 부합하고, 4차 산업혁명 및 언택트 시대의 의료서비스에 대한 수요 변화에 대한 요구조사를 시행하여 원격의료의 본격적 도입에 대해 대국민 수요조사를 시행하는 방안과 둘째, 둘째, 디지털 첨단의료를 신산업으로 성장하여 집중적으로 육성하는 방안을 제시하였다.

  • 4차산업혁명에 따라 새로운 교육 환경이 도래하는 상황 속에서 충청남도 교육청 소속 19개 공공도서관의 활성화를 위한 새로운 방향을 모색하기 위해 현황분석과 사서, 사서교사, 전문가 대상 포커스그룹인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구방법을 통해 충청남도 교육청 소속 공공도서관의 비전으로 도서관 커뮤니티 스쿨을 통한 지식체험 에듀라이브러리를 설정하였다. 에듀라이브러리로서 공공도서관 서비스의 방향을 교육기능 특화 서비스, 생애주기 맞춤 서비스, 지식체험중심서비스, 4차산업혁명 지능정보사회 서비스로 나누어 살펴보았다. 도서관의 전통적 기능을 바탕으로 미래 공공도서관이 갖추어야 할 공간을 체험학습 공간으로 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 충남교육청 소속 도서관의 교육기능을 강화한 특화된 방향을 제시하였는데 이는 학교 및 학교도서관과 협력 방안 모색에 기여할 수 있을 것이며, 타 지역 교육청 소속 도서관의 방향성 마련에 기반을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 4차 산업혁명과 더불어 의료정보에 관한 관심과 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그중 근거리 저 전력 무선통신을 활용한 기술들이 모바일 기기와 연계 적용되면서 의료기관에서도 그 활용도가 점차 높아짐에 따라 기술의 발전과 변화에 맞춰 의료 환경에서도 IT 기술을 이용해 양질의 서비스를 받고자 하는 고객의 요구가 점점 증대되고 있다. 또한, 스마트 장비에 익숙하고 시간의 가치를 중요하게 생각하는 현대인의 경우 신속한 서비스를 통해 자신의 시간을 낭비하지 않기를 기대한다. 더불어 최근 코로나바이러스 감염증-19(Coronavirus Disease 2019;COVID-19)를 비롯한 각종 전염병이 유행함에 따라 언택트(비대면)에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있어 전염병에 대한 예비조치로 사회적 거리가 필요한 실정이다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 근거리 저전력 무선통신을 이용하여 환자에게 신속한 서비스를 제공하고 의료기관 종사자와 방문자들에게 더욱 안전하고 편안한 환경을 제공할 수 있도록 언택트 기반의 의료접수 시스템을 연구하였다.

  • Since the industrial revolution in 19 century, there had been a pro and con argument on which is better solution between privatization and nationalization in developing the infrastructure projects and in maintaining the infrastructure facilities worldwide. This paper introduces the privatization-nationalization wheel along with its advantage and disadvantage. At this stage according to the global trend, it is the time that the most of infrastructure projects are being developed by the private sector in the industrialized countries. It is mainly because the product or the services produced by the facilities of the infrastructure should be fully paid back by the end users according to the mechanism of the market economy. Some solutions have been suggested for the future development of infrastructure projects in S-N Korea.

파로설계에 관한 소고 (A Study on the Design against Metal Fatigue)

  • Fatigue, the birth and growth of cracks in metal parts subjected to repeated loading, has been a problem plaguing engineers since the Industrial Revolution and the advent of rotating or reciprocating machinery. Designing against metal fatigue was studied briefly in several aspects. Examples of fatigue failures were shown. Fatigue was classified by loading: uniaxial Fatigue, multiaxial fatigue, cumulative fatigue da¬mage. Fatigue design criteria were discussed: Infinite-Life Design, Safe-Life Design, Fail-Safe Design, and Damage Tolerant Design. Mitigation of notch effects by design, improvement of fatigue strength of metal parts by residual stress and surface finishing were discussed. Relative fatigue beha¬vior was studied under various environmantal conditions. Especially the effects of corrosion, temperature, fretting, and irradiation were covered.

  • As a super high speed small-sized centrifugal separator which is operated by the center inputting method has solved two difficulty problems, it can be made use of developing the new composition through the making of Nano particle (50~100nm) by high speed revolution and alleviation of unbalanced shapes inside the disk continuously throwing slurry in the central part. Uses the air spindle and the centrifugal machine production will be able to manufacture the Roh class fine particle under boil.

A Study on the Direction of Smart Furniture by Changes in Ubiquitous Technology-Based Residential Environment

  • This study is intended to forecast changes in Ubiquitous technology-based residential environment since the digital revolution so as to suggest the direction of furniture design in the near future. Among Ubiquitous technologies, the intelligent digital technology applied to a residential environment is defined as "Smart Digital Technology." Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy named the residential environment where such technology is applied "Smart Home." Smart Home is strategically creating intelligent residential environment where interactivity is made between human, furniture and residential environment, based on home automation, home network and intelligent sensor technology. Smart furniture is based on strategic characteristics of smart home. Its convergence with IT equipments is being made. Largely, smart furniture has three characteristics as below: First, smart furniture provides users with information on home management, health management, education and fashion. not just functioning as storage space. Second, smart furniture that is a new lifestyle pattern will suggest a new aesthetic standard based on unsettled shapes and innovative structure. Finally, it gives convenience to users intelligently. Namely, smart furniture, "intelligent informative furniture", will be suggested as a new paradigm.

  • Strengthening of the health system is a safety imperative, especially in a crisis as caused by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. While there is a need for enhancing the number and skill sets of the public health professionals, especially the frontline workers, it will be prudent to use the digital health technologies, including artificial intelligence, in enhancing the capacity of the healthcare professional education and delivery. However, it has to be ensured that an ethical and safe approach is adopted to develop and use digital health technology and, ethically appropriate training is imparted, to enhance the capacity of the human resources for health, leading to an overall health system strengthening.

해양로봇 활용의 역량중심 메이커 및 설계 교육 사례 연구 (Case Study on Competency-based Maker and Design Education using Marine Robot)

  • Recently, the need of the future education in youth and univesity is rapidly increasing according to 4th industrial revolution. However, the maker and design education as a kind of youth and university future education has the following problems: it is implemented as an interesting convergence education including software education, it is managed by integrating youth and university competencies, it is composed in the form of blended class of consilient subject and nonsubject, it requires considering satisfaction in competency measurement and management, it is connected with entering school and getting job. To solve these problems, a case study on competency-based maker and design education using marine robot, which is based on the process-based learing method, integrated competency of youth and university, blended-type curriculum in terms of online and offline, is executed. To verify the competency-based maker and design education, the satisfaction survey in subject and nonsubject is performed. Study results show the example of the marine robot-based maker and design education and the need for additional study.

  • Based on changes in capacity demanded by society as a result of the 4th industrial revolution, as well as changes in the environment due to COVID19, it is necessary to adopt new educational methods in Korean universities. In response to such changes, there have been attempts to apply innovative teaching methods, such as flipped learning and blended learning. However, most studies are limited to either learning effects and/or satisfaction. Accordingly, this study seeks to contribute to the changing educational methods by developing online and offline blended building construction curriculum. The results of this study are as follows: combined education was made possible by developing a curriculum by dividing the online and offline environments. It is determined that the developed curriculum will be efficient and appropriate for the new environments.
