A Study on Improving Driving Stability System by Yaw Moment Control (요우모멘트를 통한 주행안정성 향상 제어 알고리즘에 관한 연구)

  • This paper proposed yaw moment control scheme using braking and active rear wheel steering for improving driving stability especially in high speed driving. Its characteristics the unified chassis control system of two equipment that 4WS(4 Wheel Steering) and ESP(Electronic Stability Program). in this study the performance of the vehicle was compared each equipment. And conventional ABS and TCS can only possible to control the longitudinal movement of braking equipment and drive which can only available to control of longitudinal direction. There after new braking system ESP was developed, which controls both of longitudinal and lateral, with adding of the function of controlling Active Yaw Moment. On this paper, we show about not only designing of improved braking and steering system through establishing of the integrated control system design of 4WS and ESP but also designing of the system contribute to precautious for advanced vehicle stability problem.

  • This study manufactured the radiating element of multi-band antenna skin structure which satisfy electrical and mechanical performance and is made by double injection molding process. Structural test including impact and buckling test is carried out and stress analysis is simulated to evaluate safety of radiating element for the axial and shear loads, when changing of the skin structure is occurred by the external force. To predict allowable load of structure and evaluate safety on impact and buckling, experimental and analytic method is used in strength analysis of structure.

  • In this study, to determine the priority of the effect factors and the preferences of commonly used reinforcing methods for the cut-slope, the reasonable analysis using AHP technique was performed. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique is the most widely used method out of all existing decision making methods. On choosing the methods, the most important factor is analyzed to be the stability and durability. Stability, durability and environmental compatibility took up over 50% of the total contributing factors. Cut-slope reinforced method preference with increasing stability method confirmed that concrete retaining wall, reinforced-soil wall and cutting method showed the highest preference rate. Also, in practical field conditions, the cutting method out of four methods was chosen to be the most effective method. This reflected that the methods that are equally superior in all aspects of evaluation factors are more important than the methods with superiority in highly prioritized evaluation factors.

Film Properties of Weather-Resistant Silicon/Acrylic Coating Resins of Different Compositions (고내후성 도료용 실리콘/아크릴수지의 배합비에 따른 도막물성)

  • Weather-resistant coatings were prepared by mixing a synthesized mill-base and let-down silicone/acrylic resin in weight ratios of 4 : 6, 3 : 7, and 2 : 8. The weatherability of the prepared coatings was tested. The thermal stability, general physical properties, and weatherability of the films of the coatings were improved with silicone content. Among the three mixing ratios mentioned, the ratio of 2 : 8 was the most suitable for the preparation of weather-resistant Coatings. The coatings containing 30 wt% of silicone proved to be a high weather-resistant coating.

Stability of Aminophylline, Ceftriaxone Sodium and Ampicillin/Sulbactam in Total Parenteral Nutrient Solution (고영양수액제 중 아미노필린, 세프트리악손 및 암피실린/설박탐의 안정성에 관한 연구)

  • Aminophylline, ceftriaxone 및 ampicillin/sulbactam (Unasyn)을 미숙아용 고영양수액제에 직접 첨가하거나 Y-site로 투여하는 경우의 안정성에 관해 조사하였다. Aminophylline 주사액 (25mg/mL) $300{\mu}l$와 ceftriaxone sodium (37.5 mg/mL) 2mL를 각각 고영양수액제 직접 첨가하였다. 또한 Y-site에서의 안정성 조사를 위해 ceftriaxone sodium (37.5 mg/mL)을 고영양수액제에 각각 1:1 및 1:2 부피비가 되도록 혼합하였고 Unasyn (25mg/mL)은 고영양수액제와 1:1의 부피비로 혼합하였다. 이상과 같이 조제한 혼합액을 $25^{\circ}C$$4^{\circ}C$에 보관하여 aminophylline은 48시간 동안 그리고 항생제들은 24시간 동안의 경시변화를 HPLC를 이용하여 분석하였다. Aminophylline은 위 보존조건에서 48시간동안 안정하였다(변화율 <$10{\%}$). Ceftriaxone sodium을 고영양수액제에 직접 첨가한 경우 ceftriaxone의 잔존률은 $25^{\circ}C$에서 4시간째에 $90.5{\pm}1.8{\%}$이었고 $4^{\circ}C$에는 $95.1{\pm}1.4{\%}$로 측정되었다. Y-site에서의 안정성과 관련하여 ceftriaxone sodium을 고영양수액제와 1:1로 혼합한 경우 양 보존조건에서 ceftriaxone은 24시간 동안 안정하였으나 1:2로 혼합한 경우에는 $4^{\circ}C$ 보관 시에만 안정하였고 $25^{\circ}C$에서는 24시간째에 약 $14{\%}$ 정도 분해되는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, Unasyn의 경우 ampicillin은 24시간째에 $4^{\circ}C$ 보관 시에만 안정하였고 $25^{\circ}C$에서는 24시간째에 약 $14{\%}$정도 분해되는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, Unasyn의 경우 ampicillin은 24시간째에 $4^{\circ}C$에서는 안정하였으나 $25^{\circ}C$에서는 $30{\%}$까지 감소되는 것으로 분석되었고 sulbactam은 24시간째에 온도와 관계없이 안정한 것으로 나타났다. Ceftriaxone sodium을 TPN과 Y-site 혼합 후 1-2시간 이내에 침천이 형성되었고 Unasyn의 경우에는 12시간째에 침천이 형성되었다. 혼합액의 pH나 색상은 연구기간 동안 일정하였다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초할 때, aminophylline은 고영양수액제와 혼합가능하고 ceftriaxone과 Unasyn은 고양양수액제와 혼합시 최소 1시간 동안은 안정한 것으로 평가되었다.

A Study for the Stability Investigation of Three Parallel Tunnels Using Scaled Model Tests (삼병렬 터널의 안정성 검토를 위한 모형실험 연구)

  • In this study, scaled model tests were performed to investigate the stability of three parallel tunnels. Seven types of test models which had respectively different pillar widths, tunnel sectional shapes, support conditions and ground conditions were experimented, where crack initiating pressures and deformation behaviors around tunnels were investigated. In order to evaluate the effect of pillar widths on stability, various models were experimented. As results, the models with shallower pillar widths proved to be unstable because of lower crack initiating pressures and more tunnel convergences than the models with thicker pillar widths. In order to find the effect of tunnel sectional shape on stability, the models with arched, semi-arched and rectangular tunnels were experimented. Among them rectangular tunnel model was the most unstable, where the arched tunnel model with small radius of roof curvature was more stable than semi-arched one. The model with rockbolt showed higher crack initiating pressure and less roof lowering than the unsupported model. The deformation behaviors of tunnels in the anisotropic ground model were quite different from those in the isotropic ground model. Futhermore, the results of FLAC analysis were qualitatively coincident with the experimental results.

Stability of Ascorbic Acid in the Catechin Solution (Catechin용액 중에서 Ascorbic acid의 안정성)

  • This experiment was carried out to investigate the stability of ascorbic acid (AsA) in the mixed solution of AsA and catechin according to the content changes of AsA and catechin under boiling, and for the respective concentration and pH. The loss of AsA was most for 10 minutes of boiling and accelerated by the mixture of catechin, but the loss was less in the high mixture rate than in the low the loss of catechin most for 10 minutes of boiling, also as the concentration of AsA becomes higher but that of cathchin lower, and as that of AsA lower but that of catechin higher, the loss of catechin becomes less moreover in the case of the low content ratio of catechin, the stability of AsA was better in order of the pH 4, pH 5, pH 6, namely as the pH increased, but in the case of the high better in order of the pH 6, pH 5, pH 4, that is as in decreased.

Basic Factors for Quality Stability of Material Recycling Product Using Plastic Waste from Households (생활계 폐플라스틱 물질 재활용 제품의 품질안정화를 위한 기초 요인 검토)

  • In this paper, we tried to examine the composition ratio of plastic waste from households according to the generated city and the qualities according to the production time of material recycling products. As a result, the composition ratio of recyclable plastic waste among the total plastic waste according to the generated cities is 64.5~90.4%, showing a big difference by city. In addition, the quality evaluation of material recycling products by production time for four months showed that the average tensile strength was 12.33MPa, the average elongation rate was 5.94%, the average density was 1.35g/㎤ and the average ash content was 3.66%.

Influence of Tightening Torque on Implant-Abutment Screw Joint Stability (조임회전력이 임플랜트-지대주 나사 연결부의 안정성에 미치는 영향)

  • Statement of problem: Within the elastic limit of the screw, the greater the preload, the tighter and more secure the screw joint. However, additional tensile forces can incur plastic deformation of the abutment screw when functional loads are superimposed on preload stresses, and they can elicit the loosening or fracture of the abutment screw. Therefore, it is necessary to find the optimum preload that will maximize fatigue life and simultaneously offer a reasonable degree of protection against loosening. Another critical factor in addition to the applied torque which can affect the amount of preload is the joint connection type between implant and abutment. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of tightening torque on the implant-abutment screw joint stability. Material and methods: Respectively, three different amount of tightening torque (20, 30, and 40 Ncm) were applied to implant systems with three different joint connections, one external butt joint and two internal cones. The initial removal torque value and the postload (cyclic loading up to 100,000 cycles) removal torque value of the abutment screw were measured with digital torque gauge. Then rate of the initial and the postload removal torque loss were calculated for the comparison of the effect of tightening torques and joint connection types between implant and abutment on the joint stability. Results and conclusion: 1. Increase in tightening torque value resulted in significant increase in initial and postload removal torque value in all implant systems (P < .05). 2. Initial removal torque loss rates in SS II system were not significantly different when three different tightening torque values were applied (P > .05), however GS II and US II systems exhibited significantly lower loss rates with 40 Ncm torque value than with 20 Ncm (P < .05). 3. In all implant systems, postload removal torque loss rates were lowest when the torque value of 30 Ncm was applied (P < .05). 4. Postload removal torque loss rates tended to increase in order of SS II, GS II and US II system. 5. There was no correlation between initial removal torque value and postload removal torque loss rate (P > .05).
