인터넷쇼핑몰의 VMD 구성요인에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Components of Visual Merchandising of Internet Shopping Mall)

본 연구는 인터넷쇼핑몰 비주얼 머천다이징의 주요차원을 고객이 쇼핑몰에 진입한 후 정보탐색과 대안평가를 거치는 등의 쇼핑과정을 토대로 AIDA모형 관점에서 점포, 제품, 촉진에 초점을 맞추었다. VMD의 주요차원(primary dimensions)으로는 점포디자인, 머천다이징, 그리고 머천다이징단서로 구분하였다. 선행연구 결과를 토대로 점포다자인의 하위차원으로는 차별성, 간결성, 위치확인성을, 머천다이즈의 하위차원으로는 제품구색, 명성, 정보성을, 그리고 머천다이징단서의 하위차원으로는 제품추천 및 링크를 설정하여 VMD태도와의 관계를 탐색적으로 조사하였다. 연구결과 이들 세 차원은 종속변수에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. Hemodialysis is essential treatment for the chronic renal failure patient's long-term cure and for the patient management before and after kidney transplantation. It sustains the endstage renal failure patient's life which didn't get well despite strict regimen and furthermore it becomes an essential treatment to maintain civil life. Bursing implementation in hemodialysis may affect the significant effect on patient's life. The purpose of this study was to obtain the basic data to solve the hypotension problem encountable to patient and the blood loss problem affecting hemodialysis patient'a anemic states by incomplete rinsing of blood in coil through all process of hemodialysis. The subjects for this study were 44 patients treated hemodialysis 691 times in the hemodialysis unit, The .data was collected at Gang Nam 51. Mary's Hospital from January 1, 1981 to April 30, 1981 by using the direct observation method and the clinical laboratory test for laboratory data and body weight and was analysed by the use of analysis of Chi-square, t-test and anlysis of varience. The results obtained an follows; A. On clinical laboratory data and other data by dialysis Procedure. The average initial body weight was 2.37 ± 0.97kg, and average body weight after every dialysis was 2.33 ± 0.9kg. The subject's average hemoglobin was 7.05±1.93gm/dl and average hematocrit was 20.84± 3.82%. Average initial blood pressure was 174.03±23,75mmHg and after dialysis was 158.45±25.08mmHg. The subject's average blood ion due to blood sample for laboratory data was 32.78±13.49cc/ month. The subject's average blood replacement for blood complementation was 1.31 ±0.88 pint/ month for every patient. B. On the hypotensive state and the coping approaches occurrence rate of hypotension was 28.08%. It was 194 cases among 691 times. 1. In degrees of initial blood pressure, the most 36.6% was in the group of 150-179mmHg, and in degrees of hypotension during dialysis, the most 28.9% in the group of 40-50mmHg, especially if the initial blood pressure was under 180mmHg, 59.8% clinical symptoms appeared in the group of“above 20mmHg of hypotension”. If initial blood pressure was above 180mmHg, 34.2% of clinical symptoms were appeared in the group of“above 40mmHg of hypotension”. These tendencies showed the higher initial blood pressure and the stronger degree of hypotension, these results showed statistically singificant differences. (P=0.0000) 2. Of the occuring times of hypotension,“after 3 hrs”were 29.4%, the longer the dialyzing procedure, the stronger degree of hypotension ann these showed statistically significant differences. (P=0.0142). 3. Of the dispersion of symptoms observed, sweat and flush were 43.3%, and Yawning, and dizziness 37.6%. These were the important symptoms implying hypotension during hemodialysis accordingly. Strages of procedures in coping with hypotension were as follows ; 45.9% were recovered by reducing the blood flow rate from 200cc/min to 1 00cc/min, and by reducing venous pressure to 0-30mmHg. 33.51% were recovered by controling (adjusting) blood flow rate and by infusion of 300cc of 0,9% Normal saline. 4.1% were recovered by infusion of over 300cc of 0.9% normal saline. 3.6% by substituting Nor-epinephiine, 5.7% by substituting blood transfusion, and 7,2% by substituting Albumin were recovered. And the stronger the degree of symptoms observed in hypotention, the more the treatments required for recovery and these showed statistically significant differences (P=0.0000). C. On the effects of the changes of blood pressure and osmolality by albumin and hemofiltration. 1. Changes of blood pressure in the group which didn't required treatment in hypotension and the group required treatment, were averaged 21.5mmHg and 44.82mmHg. So the difference in the latter was bigger than the former and these showed statistically significant difference (P=0.002). On the changes of osmolality, average mean were 12.65mOsm, and 17.57mOsm. So the difference was bigger in the latter than in the former but these not showed statistically significance (P=0.323). 2. Changes of blood pressure in the group infused albumin and in the group didn't required treatment in hypotension, were averaged 30mmHg and 21.5mmHg. So there was no significant differences and it showed no statistical significance (P=0.503). Changes of osmolality were averaged 5.63mOsm and 12.65mOsm. So the difference was smaller in the former but these was no stitistical significance (P=0.287). Changes of blood pressure in the group infused Albumin and in the group required treatment in hypotension were averaged 30mmHg and 44.82mmHg. So the difference was smaller in the former but there is no significant difference (P=0.061). Changes of osmolality were averaged 8.63mOsm, and 17.59mOsm. So the difference were smaller in the former but these not showed statistically significance (P=0.093). 3. Changes of blood pressure in the group iutplemented hemofiltration and in the Uoup didn't required treatment in hypotension were averaged 22mmHg and 21.5mmHg. So there was no significant differences and also these showed no statistical significance (P=0.320). Changes of osmolality were averaged 0.4mOsm and 12.65mOsm. So the difference was smaller in the former but these not showed statistical significance(P=0.199). Changes of blood pressure in the group implemented hemofiltration and in the group required treatment in hypotension were averaged 22mmHg and 44.82mmHg. So the difference was smatter in the former and these showed statistically significant differences (P=0.035). Changes of osmolality were averaged 0.4mOsm and 17.59mOsm. So the difference was smaller in the former but these not showed statistical significance (P=0.086). D. On the changes of body weight, and blood pressure, between the group of hemofiltration and hemodialysis. 1, Changes of body weight in the group implemented hemofiltration and hemodialysis were averaged 3.340 and 3.320. So there was no significant differences and these showed no statistically significant difference, (P=0.185) but standard deviation of body weight averaged in comparison with standard difference of body weight was statistically significant difference (P=0.0000). Change of blood Pressure in the group implemented hemofiltration and hemodialysis were averaged 17.81mmHg and 19.47mmHg. So there was no significant differences and these showed no statistically significant difference (P=0.119), But in comparison with standard deviation about difference of blood pressure was statistically significant difference. (P=0.0000). E. On the blood infusion method in coil after hemodialysis and residual blood losing method in coil. 1, On comparing and analysing Hct of residual blood in coil by factors influencing blood infusion method. Infusion method of saline 200cc reduced residual blood in coil after the quantitative comparison of Saline Occ, 50cc, 100cc, 200cc and the differences showed statistical significance (p < 0.001). Shaking Coil method reduced residual blood in Coil in comparison of Shaking Coil method and Non-Shaking Coil method this showed statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Adjusting pressure in Coil at OmmHg method reduced residual blood in Coil in comparison of adjusting pressure in Coil at OmmHg and 200mmHg, and this showed statistically significant difference (P < 0.001). 2. Comparing blood infusion method divided into 10 methods in Coil with every factor respectively, there was seldom difference in group of choosing Saline 100cc infusion between Coil at OmmHg. The measured quantity of blood loss was averaged 13.49cc. Shaking Coil method in case of choosing saline 50cc infusion while adjusting pressure in coil at OmmHg was the most effective to reduce residual blood. The measured quantity of blood loss was averaged 15.18cc.
사과 증류주(apple One spirit) 숙성에 있어서 국산 참나무의 품종이 fine spirit숙성 술통재로서의 적성여부를 검토하는 기초적 연구의 일환으로 본 연구를 실행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 양조 원료를 대체 할 수 있는 과실로서 현재 대량생산 되는 과실의 화학분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 사과 : (Apple) (Malus pumila Miller var domestica Schneider) 중 홍옥(Jonathan)은 총당 13.95%, 총산 0.46%, 휘발산 0.012%, pectin 0.20%, 국광(Ralls)은 총당 13.35%, 총산 0.43%, 휘발산 0.011%, pectin 0.455%이었다. 2. 사과중에는 당분과 산 이외에 cellulose, pectin, hemicellulose 등 때문에 사과즙수을이 떨어짐으로 Aspergillus niger SUAFM-430의 xylanase와 amylase, Aspergillus niger SUAFM-6의 cellulase, pectinase를 사과즙에 처리하여 사과즙의 수율을 향상시켰다. 그리고 이황산 처리로 과즙중 여러 미생물을 살균하고 배양효모로서 발효능이 우수한 sacharomyces cerevisiae var. ellipsoidens Rasse Johannisberg II (SUAFM-1018)을 사용하여 사과주를 양조하였다. 사과주(Apple wine)는 원료에 대한 수율이
산률(山律) 선우영(鮮于英)(1946~2009) 필(筆) <금강산 묘길상도>(2000)는 국립중앙박물관이 소장하게 된 최초의 북한 화가 작품이다. 지금까지 알려진 <묘길상도> 가운데 가장 큰 종축(縱軸) 형식으로 크기가 세로 130.2cm, 가로 56.2cm에 이르는 지본수묵진채(紙本水墨眞彩) 그림이다. 선우영에 관하여는 최근 우리나라에도 수차례 개최된 전시회에서 비교적 잘 알려졌다. 그는 1989년 공훈예술가, 1992년 인민예술가 칭호를 받는 등 이른바 '진채세화(眞彩細畫)'의 대가로서 북한을 대표하는 화가가 되었고, 60여 점의 작품이 북한 국보로 지정되었다. 이 그림의 주제인 <묘길상> 마애불은 금강산 내금강 지역에 있는 만폭동 골짜기의 높이 40m 벼랑 아래에 15m 정도 크기로 새겨진 고려시대의 마애불이다. 이 마애불의 명칭은 마사연(摩詞衍) 동쪽에 있었던 묘길상암(妙吉祥庵)에서 유래한다. 마애불의 오른쪽 옆 바위에는 직암(直庵) 윤사국(尹師國)(1728~1709)이 쓴 '묘길상(妙吉祥)'이라는 큼직한 음각의 글씨가 새겨져 있다. 필자는 불상의 수인(手印)을 오른손과 왼손이 모두 엄지와 약지(藥指)가 만나는 하품하생인(下品下生印)과 비슷하지만 왼손이 아래를 향하고 있지 않고 오른손과 거의 직각을 이루며 복부에 놓여있으므로 설법인(說法印)으로 보았다. 즉 이 불상은 설법인을 결하고 있는 석가상(釋迦像)이라고 결론지었다. 선우영의 <금강산 묘길상도>는 조선시대 같은 주제의 그림들과 비교하면 불상의 자연 환경, 즉 벼랑 아래 감실에 새겨진 불상이라는 점과 불상이 인간의 모습이 아닌 암각상임을 수묵진채로 표현한 유일한 그림이다. 구도와 색감이 자아내는 초현실주의적 분위기 또한 이 <금강산 묘길상도>의 특징이라 하겠다. 이 그림을 포함한 선우영의 대부분 작품이 진채로 바위 질감을 사실적으로 표현한 그림이지만 그의 만년작 <파도>(2008)와 같이 전통적의 수묵화에 가까운 그림도 그렸던 폭넓은 작품 세계를 보여주는 화가이다.

오늘날 정보사회에서는 정보에 대한 가치를 인식하고, 이를 위한 정보의 활용과 수집이 중요해지고 있다. 얼굴 표정은 그림 하나가 수천개의 단어를 표현할 수 있듯이 수천 개의 정보를 지니고 있다. 이에 주목하여 최근 얼굴 표정을 통해 사람의 감정을 판단하여 지능형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시도가 MIT Media Lab을 필두로 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 전통적으로 기존 연구에서는 인공신경망, 중회귀분석 등의 기법을 통해 사람의 감정을 판단하는 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 하지만 중회귀모형은 예측 정확도가 떨어지고, 인공신경망은 성능은 뛰어나지만 기법 자체가 지닌 과적합화 문제로 인해 한계를 지닌다. 본 연구는 사람들의 자극에 대한 반응으로서 나타나는 얼굴 표정을 통해 감정을 추론해내는 지능형 모형을 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다. 기존 얼굴 표정을 통한 지능형 감정판단모형을 개선하기 위하여, Support Vector Regression(이하 SVR) 기법을 적용하는 새로운 모형을 제시한다. SVR은 기존 Support Vector Machine이 가진 뛰어난 예측 능력을 바탕으로, 회귀문제 영역을 해결하기 위해 확장된 것이다. 본 연구의 제안 모형의 목적은 사람의 얼굴 표정으로부터 쾌/불쾌 수준 그리고 몰입도를 판단할 수 있도록 설계되는 것이다. 모형 구축을 위해 사람들에게 적절한 자극영상을 제공했을 때 나타나는 얼굴 반응들을 수집했고, 이를 기반으로 얼굴 특징점을 도출 및 보정하였다. 이후 전처리 과정을 통해 통계적 유의변수를 추출 후 학습용과 검증용 데이터로 구분하여 SVR 모형을 통해 학습시키고, 평가되도록 하였다. 다수의 일반인들을 대상으로 수집된 실제 데이터셋을 기반으로 제안모형을 적용해 본 결과, 매우 우수한 예측 정확도를 보임을 확인할 수 있었다. 아울러, 중회귀분석이나 인공신경망 기법과 비교했을 때에도 본 연구에서 제안한 SVR 모형이 쾌/불쾌 수준 및 몰입도 모두에서 더 우수한 예측성과를 보임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 얼굴 표정에 기반한 감정판단모형으로서 SVR이 상당히 효과적인 수단이 될 수 있다는 점을 알 수 있었다.
목 적: 착상전 유전진단(preimplantation genetic diagnosis, PGD)은 유전질환을 가진 부부들을 대상으로 체외수정을 통해 획득한 배아에서 유전진단을 하는 방법이다. 다양한 유전질환을 가진 부부에게 그 질환에 맞는 PGD의 설계가 진행되어야 하기 때문에 PGD 시행 전유전상담을 시행하는 것은 PGD 설계에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 이에, PGD 시행 시 필요한 유전상담의 내용에 대해 환자 및 가족과 전문가의 구체적인 의견을 수렴하고 분석하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 본 연구는 PGD에 있어서 유전상담의 필요성과 중요성에 대한 의견을 알아보고자, 2010년 2월 3일부터 4월 30일까지 PGD를 실시 또는 실시 예정인 부부들과 PGD 관련 전문가들을 대상으로 이메일과 직접 설문지를 배포하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 결 과: 환자 60명과 전문가 31명을 포함하여 총 91명이 설문조사에 응답하였으며, 환자들은 염색체 이상 질환 49명(81.7%)과 단일유전자 이상 질환 11명(18.3%) 이었다. 설문에 응답한 환자와 전문가 모두 유전상담이 PGD의 의료서비스 일환으로 반드시 필요하다고 답하였다. 환자의 충분한 이해를 위하여 필요한 유전상담의 시간에 대해 환자와 가족 그리고 전문가 의견을 수렴한 결과, 각각 45명(75.0%)과 23명(74.2%)이 적정한 유전상담시간을 30분 이상이라고 응답하였다. 하지만, 현 의료시스템에서는 짧은 진료시간 내 진료와 유전상담을 동시에 진행함으로써 환자에게 완벽한 정보제공이 이루어지지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 전문가 그룹에서는 진료시간의 부족과 유전질환의 정보 부족이 유전상담의 어려운 점이라고 답하였으며, 이에 비 의사(non-MD) 전문유전상담사가 필요하다는 의견이 30명(96.7%)으로 높게 나타났다. 환자와 가족들은 PGD 시술 시 예기치 못한 결과의 가능성, 환자가 가진 유전질환의 위험을 예방할 수 있는 선택사항, 환자가 가지고 있는 유전질환의 위험도 평가, 유전자 검사 시 검사의 목적 설명 및 검사기술의 한계점과 오진률의 설명, PGD 시술 전반에 관한 기술적인 정보 등에 대하여 관심을 가지고 있으며 더 자세한 설명을 필요로 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대한 전문가 의견 역시 환자 및 가족이 관심 있고 자세한 설명을 원하는 정보와 대부분 일치하였다. 이에 따라 환자의 요구와 의견으로 나타난 위의 결과들을 향후 PGD를 위한 유전상담의 지침(guide-line) 구축 시 반영하여야 할 것으로 사료된다. 결 론: 본 연구에서 유전진단과 생식의학 기술의 발전과 더불어 PGD의 적용과 효율성 등에 대한인식이 높아짐에 따라, PGD를 시행함에 있어서 구체적이고 체계적인 유전상담이 필요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 설문조사 결과가 향후 PGD를 위한 유전상담 지침서(guideline)에 반영되어 적절한 PGD의 설계, 실시, 사후관리에 큰 도움이 되기를 기대한다.
We investigated what factors motivate gamers to participate in a guild and why they continue to be engaged as members of the guild. We find that, based on the result of focus group interviews with MMORPG gamers, social support and self-esteem factors play important roles. Considering both prior research and the focus group interviews we have conducted, we define social support and character control as independent variables. Character identity, guild identity, and self-esteem are proposed as mediating variables while guild flow and game loyalty as dependent variables. Accordingly, we develop the research model and hypotheses, and verify them empirically. Based on our experiences of playing the WoW game, we proposed a research model and conducted focus-group interviews (FGIs). FGIs involve formulating a hypothesis and then collecting some relevant data. FGIs were conducted face-to-face with students of C University in Korea. We formulated structured interview schedules, and the questions were based on our research variables and personal experiences. The questions for the interviews encompassed the following areas: (a) the demographic characteristics of the focus group; (b) the number of years for which respondents had played online games; (c) the motive for starting a game; (d) the number of game-characters assumed by each gamer; (e) the type of game played; and (f) other issues such as the reasons for involvement in the play, the willingness to reuse the game in case new versions were released, etc. On average, it took two hours to interview each of three groups. A primary set of FGIs was conducted with three groups on the premise that there would be some differences caused by character race (Horde vs. Alliance) or by playable server (Normal vs. Combat). With respect to the manner of playing, we found that guild members shared information, felt a sense of belonging, and played computer games for quite a long time through the guild; however, they did not undergo these experiences when playing alone. Gamers who belonged to a specific guild helped other players without expecting compensation for that, freely shared information about the game, gave away items for free, and more generous with other members who made mistakes. The guild members were aware of the existence other members and experienced a sense of belonging through interactions with, and evaluations from, other players. It was clear that social support was shown within the guild and that it played an important role as a major research variable. Based on the results of the first FGIs, a second set of in-depth FGIs was carried out with a focus on the psychology of the individual within the guild and the social community of the guild. The second set of FGIs also focused on the guild's offline meetings. Gamers, over all, recognize the necessity of joining a community, not only off-line but also online world of the guild. They admit that the guild is important for them to easily and conveniently enjoy playing online computer games. The active behavior and positive attitudes of existing guild members can motivate new members of the guild to adapt themselves to the guild environment. They then adopt the same behaviors and attitudes of established guild members. In this manner, the new members of the guild strengthen the bonds with other gamers while feeling a sense of belonging, and developing social identity, thereby. It was discovered that the interaction among guild members and the social support encouraged new gamers to quickly develop a sense of social identity and increase their self-esteem. The guild seemed to play the role of socializing gamers. Sometimes, even in the real world, the guild members helped one another; therefore, the features of the guild also spilled over to the offline environment. We intend to use self-esteem, which was found through the second set of FGIs, as an important research variable. To collect data, an online survey was designed with a questionnaire to be completed by WoW gamers, who belong to a guild. The survey was registered on the best three domestic game-sites: 'WoW playforum,' 'WoW gamemeca,' and 'Wow invent.' The selected items to be measured in the questionnaire were decided based on prior research and data from FGIs. To verify the content of the questionnaire, we carried out a pilot test with the same participants to point out ambiguous questions as a way to ensure maximum accuracy of the survey result. A total of 244 responses were analyzed from the 250 completed questionnaires. The SEM analysis was used to test goodness-of-fit of the model. As a result, we found important results as follows: First, according to the statistics, social support had statistically significant impacts on character control, character identity, guild identity and self-esteem. Second, character control had significant effects on character identity, guild identity and self-esteem. Third, character identity shows its clear impact on self-esteem and game loyalty. Fourth, guild identity affected self-esteem, guild flow and game loyalty. Fifth, self-esteem had a positive influence on the guild flow. These days, the number of virtual community is rising along with its significance largely because of the nature of the online games. Accordingly, this study is designed to clarify the psychological relationship between gamers within the guild that has been generally established by gamers to play online games together. This study focuses on the relationships in which social support influences guild flow or game loyalty through character control, character identity, guild identity, and self-esteem, which are present within a guild in the MMORPG game environment. The study results are as follows. First, the effects of social support on character control, character identity, guild identity and self-esteem are proven to be statistically significant. It was found that character control improves character identity, guild identity and self-esteem. Among the seven variables, social support, which is derived from FGIs, plays an important role in this study. With the active support of other guild members, gamers can improve their ability to develop good characters and to control them. Second, character identity has a positive effect on self-esteem and game loyalty, while guild identity has a significant effect on self-esteem, guild flow and game loyalty. Self-esteem affects guild flow. It was found that the higher the character and guild identities become, the greater the self-esteem is established. Contrary to the findings of prior research, our study results indicate that the relationship between character identity and guild flow is not significant. Rather, it was found that character identity directly affects game players' loyalty. Even though the character identity had no direct effect on increasing guild flow, it has indirectly affected guild flow through self-esteem. The significant relationship between self-esteem and guild flow indicates that gamers achieve flow, i.e., a feeling of pleasure and excitement through social support. Several important implications of this study should be noted. First, both qualitative and quantitative methods were used to conduct this study. Through FGIs, it was observed that both social support and self-esteem are important variables. Second, because guilds had been rarely studied, this research is expected to play an important role in the online community. Third, according to the result, six hypotheses (H1, H5, H6, H7, H8, and H11) setup based on FGIs, were statistically significant; thus, we can suggest the corresponding relationships among the variables as a guideline for follow-up research. Our research is significant as it has following implications: first, the social support of the guild members is important when establishing character control, character identity, guildidentity and self-esteem. It is also a major variable that affects guild flow and game loyalty. Second, character control when improved by social support shows notable influence on the development of character identity, guild identity and self-esteem. Third, character identity and guild identity are major factors to help establish gamers' own self-esteem. Fourth, character identity affects guild flow through self-esteem and game loyalty. The gamers usually express themselves through characters; the higher character identity is, the more loyalty a gamer has. Fifth, guild identity, established within the guild, has clear effects on self-esteem, guild flow and game loyalty. Sixth, qualitative and quantitative methods are employed to conduct this study. Based on the results of focus group interviews and SEM analysis, we find that the social support by guild members and psychological factors are significant in strengthening the flow of guild and loyalty to the game. As such, game developers should provide some extra functions for guild community, through which gamers can play online games in collaboration with one another. Also, we suggest that positive self-esteem which is built up through social support can help gamers achieve higher level of flow and satisfaction, which will consequently contribute to minimizing the possibility for the players to develop negative attitude toward the guild they belong to.
12년(年) 묵은 개량식(改良式) 간장과, 20년(年) 묵은 재래식(在來式) 간장 및 7년(年)묵은 재래식(在來式) 간장에 대(對)하여 화학적(化學的) 조성(組成)을 분석(分析)하고 microflora를 조사(調査)하여 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1. 간장 맛에 영향을 주는 일반성분(一般成分)의 분석결과(分析結果)는 다음과 같았다. a) 오래 묵은 간장일수록 재래식(在來式) 및 개량식(改良式) 간장을 불문(不問)하고 맛을 좌우(左右)하는 성분(成分)인 유기산(有機酸), 유리환원당(遊離還元糖) 및 유리(遊離) 아미노산(酸)의 함량(含量)이 증가(增加)되었다. b) 유기산(有機酸)에 있어서 오래 묵은 간장일수록 비휘발성(非揮發性) 유기산(有機酸)은 증가(增加)하고 휘발성(揮發性) 유기산(有機酸)은 감소(減少)하며, 총산(總酸)은 비휘발성(非揮發性) 유기산(有機酸)에 의(依)하여 지배(支配)되어 있음을 알았다. c) 식염농도(食鹽濃度)는 오래 묵은 간장일수록 감소(減少)되었다. 2. 저장(貯藏)간장중(中)의 microflora를 조사(調査)하여 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. a) 일반세균(一般細菌)은 묵은 간장중(中)에서 pH의 강하(降下) 및 식염농도(食鹽濃度)의 영향(影響)으로 생존(生存) 불능(不能) 상태(狀態)였다. b) 내염성(耐鹽性) 유산균(乳酸菌)은 저장(貯藏)함에 따라 식염농도(食鹽濃度)는 강하(降下)하기는 하나 pH의 강하(降下)로 거의 생존(生存)이 불능상태(不能(狀態)였다. c) 내염성효모(耐鹽性酵母)는 묵힐수록 어느 시기 이후는 식염농도(食鹽濃度)의 강하(降下) 및 pH 직강하(直降下)로 생존(生存)됨을 알았다. 3. Paper chromatography 및 colorimetry에 의(依)하여 유리(遊離) 아미노산(酸)을 분석(分析)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같았다. a) 재래식(在來式) 간장에 있어서 7년(年)묵은 간장에 대하여 20년(年) 묵은 간장중에는 aspartic acid, glutamic acid, serine, valine, leucine, lysine, histidine, methionine이 증가(增加)하였고, alanine, tyrosine phenylalanine, cystine이 감소(減少)하였다. b) 개량식(改良式) 간장에 있어서는 colorimetry로 정량(定量)된 산(酸)의 양적(量的)인 변화(變化)는 햇간장에 대하여 12년(年)된 간장중의 methionine, tyrosine, histidine는 감소(減少)하고, phenylalanine는 증가(增加)하며 cystine는 별차(別差) 없었다. 4. Paper chromatography에 의하여 유리당류(遊離糖類)를 분석(分析)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같았다. a) 12년(年)묵은 개량식(改良式) 간장중(中)에서 galactose, glucose, arabinose, xylose, rhamnose, maltose, unknown 1를 검출(檢出)하였고, 정량(定量)한 당류(糖類)의 함량(含量)은 maltose와 미지당(未知糖)을 제외(除外)하고 이상(以上)의 순위(順位)와 같았다. b) 20년(年), 7년(年) 묵은 재래식(在來式) 간장에서 galactose, arabinose, xylose, glucose, rhamnose를 다같이 분리(分離)하였으며 그들의 함량(含量)은 이상(以上)의 순위(順位)와 같았다. c) 7년(年) 및 20년(年) 묵은 재래식(在來式) 간장중(中)에서 햇간장중(中)에 별로 없든 glucose가 생성(生成)되었다. 5. Paper chromatograhpy에 의하여 유기산(有機酸)을 분석(分析)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같았다. a) Volatile acid i) 7년(年) 묵은 재래식(在來式) 간장중(中)에서 acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid를 분리(分離)하였으며, acetic acid가 제일 많았다. ii) 20년(年)된 재래식(在來式) 간장과, 12년(年)된 개량식(改良式) 간장중(中)에는 acetic acid가 주로 많았고, propionic acid, butyric acid는 흔적 정도(程度)로 분리(分離)되었다. iii) 간장은 오래 묵힐수록 고린냄새의 한성분(成分)인 propionic acid, butyric acid가 격감(激減)함을 알았다. b) Non-volatile acid i) 재래식(在來式) 간장에 있어서는 묵힘에 따라 생성(生成)된 것은 citric acid이고, 증가(增加)된 것은 lactic, malic, tartaric acid이고 감소(減少)된 것은 succinic, glycolic, fumaric, malonic acid이며 소실(消失)된 것은 glutaric, oxalic acid이다. ii) 개량식(改良式) 간장에 있어서는 묵을수록 생성(生成)된 것은 citric acid이고, 증가(增加)된 것이 latic, tartaric acid이며, succinic, malic, glycolic acid는 감소(減少)하였고 malonic, glutaric acid는 소실(消失)되었다. iii) 묵은 간장중(中)의 citric acid의 생성(生成)은 간장 맛을 좋게하는 인자(因子)가 될 것으로 생각된다. c)
