  • 초등학교 교육 현장에서 3D 프린팅 교육에 대한 필요성이 커져가고 있다. 그러나 학교 현장에서 교사가 활용할 수 있는 3D 프린팅 교육 프로그램에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 특히, CAD SW를 활용한 3D 모델링 교육에 대한 연구는 시급하다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 교육 목적에 적합한 CAD SW를 살펴보고, 초등 교육 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 교육 프로그램에 적용된 동시따응발 교수학습모형은 동기 유발, 시연하기, 따라하기, 응용하기, 발표하기의 5단계로 구성하였다. 교수-학습 과정은 단계에 따라 과제나 프로젝트를 수행하는 활동으로 구성하였다. 본 교육 프로그램을 통해 초등 교육 현장에서 3D 모델링 수업이 원활해 질 수 있기를 기대한다.

'3D Modeler'를 사용한 광체의 3차원 모델링 사례연구 (A Case Study on 3-D Modeling of the Orebody by using the 3D Modeler)

  • "이산적으로 정의된 수평단면으로부터 광체의 3차원 형태를 생성하는 3D Modeler"시스템을 사용하여 국내의 한 광산에서 개발중인 실제 광체의 모델링을 수행하였다. 이 프로그램을 사용하면 다양한 공간정보를 쉽게 종합하여 모델링을 할 수 있다. 모델링의 결과는 인접한 단면사이를 연결하는 제어점들의 설정에 크게 좌우된다. 제어점의 설정은 단면간의 기하학적 유사성과 광체의 지질학적인 특성 등을 고려하여 작성한다. 작성된 모델은 광체를 3차원적으로 도시하거나 또는 임의의 단면을 추출하여 검토할 수 있으며 이 단면을 수정하여 다시 모델링함으로써 점진적으로 사용자가 원하는 형태의 모델을 구축할 수 있다.

  • In this study surface modeling .method with 3D curve net is proposed. For surface modeling, ship hull was divided into several parts, Generated surface was loaded general purpose CAD program through IGES file format, and the quality of generated surface model was checked by CATIA's internal function. Lastly it is tried to find a method for improving the accuracy of surface connection by using the blending method in CATIA and the result was discussed.

  • A graphic vehicle modeling pre-processing program and a visualization post-processing program have been developed for AutoDyn7, which is a special program for vehicle dynamics. The Rapid-App for GUI(Graphic User Interface) builder and the Open Inventor for 3D graphic library have been employed to develop these programs in Silicon Graphics workstation. A Graphic User Interface program integrates vehicle modeling pre-processor, AutoDyn7 analysis processor, and visualization post-processor. In vehicle modeling pre-processor, vehicle hard point data for a suspension model are automatically converted into multibody vehicle system data. An interactive graphics capabilities provides suspension modeling aides to verify user input data interactively. In visualization post-processor, vehicle virtual test simulation results are animated with virtual testing environments.

조선 선체 블록 모델의 재사용을 위한 AVEVA Marine Scheme 기반 모델링 (AVEVA Marine Scheme-based Modeling for Reuse of Ship Hull Block Model)

  • For the reuse of the existing 3D block model of a ship, we analyze the hull modeling process using AVEVA Marine which is a representative CAD (Computer-Aided Design) system for the shipbuilding. In the AVEVA Marine environment where the design engineer makes 3D model on the 2D view that is so-called 2.5D, it cannot be possible to copy to reuse the block model just simply copying the 3D feature model itself like in the general mechanical CAD system or Smart Marine 3D which are on the basis of the 3D model representation. In this paper, we analyze the scheme file where the 3D model is defined in AVEVA Marine so that we develop the program for the block copy and the translation using this scheme file. It is significant that this program can be immediately available as a real-world application on the AVEVA Marine environment.

  • This development has tried to scheme out the convenience for users to use the 3D modeling solution which is developed from the existing programs. The extended 3D modeling solution, to be developed through the use of the API which is provided and Microsoft Access, database is able to reuse the parts, subassemblies of parts, and assemblies. A methodology exhibits the possibility to use a Spinfire Professional Spinfire Reader program. The web evaluation system, which is used to connected with the Internet explorer and to construct a web service, will repeat the evaluations of the company staffs and customers about the new products which the company have designed. The furniture manufacturing company will adopt the 3D modelling solution in modelling the new products and go through the web evaluation system to collect dissatisfied facts of the customers or the company staffs against the new product. Finally, it will contribute to the enormous benefit creation of the enterprise.

3D 디지털 기술을 활용한 패션 디자인 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of 3D Digital Technology for Fashion Design)

  • This study shows that clothes are made just the same as the real thing in the virtual space through 3D digital technology. This study is significant to expand the area of fashion design in the virtual space. This study analyzes the practical use of the third dimension computer graphics in the aspect of fashion, and it is proposed the 3D fashion design simulation in the virtual space used on 3D studio max, poser, photoshop program according to fashion design process. The main design concept is "temporary bridge" from rainbow. "Temporary bridge" is a rainbow bridge which connects nature, man and technology, and also the past, present, and future. This study is supposed six fashion design in accordance with three sub-theme under main concept by changing rotor and texture used on 3D simulation. The conclusion are as follows : First fashion design process, which consists of design conceptualization, design definition, and computer design process, composed of body modeling, clothing modeling, texture mapping, rendering by lighting and camera establishing are compared. Second, fashion design process is applied to digital technology. Third, the method of body modeling is both that of direct modeling in 3D Studio Max and that of importing DXF file from poser. And the method of direct clothing modeling in 3D Studio Max are two methods, polygon modeling and nurbs modeling. Polygon modeling is more satisfied than nurbs modeling in the aspect of expression to clothing and round face. Forth, this study applies textures and colors transformed by photoshop on manufactured 3D Clothes. According to this result, fashion designers are able to confirm a customer or client in their design minds viewing 3D simulation by various textures. colors and angles. It is able to advance digital fashion show in the future.

  • This paper is to model a 3D-shape product applying mathematically the data acquired from a 3D scanner and using an Automatic Design Program. The research studied in the reverse engineering up to now has been developed continuously and surprisingly. However, forming 3D-shape solid models in CAE and CAM, based on the research, the study leaves much to be desired. Especially, analyses and studies reverse-designing automatically using measured data after manufacturing. Consequently, we are going to acquire geometric data using an 3D scanner in this study with which we will open a new field of reverse engineering by a program whic hcan design a 3D-shape solid model in a CAD-based program automatically.

  • In this study, we will try to develop the 3D automatic design program of limit gauge. When users, who have some mechanical information, input some date, they can do 3D-modeling easily like expert. This is one of the merit in automatic design program and the automatic design program can compare the limit gauge made in this study with processed the bolt and nut model. This demonstrates the effective value of automatic design model. Limits gauge of sort divide into ring gauge of measuring bolt and pin gauge of measuring nut. The new automatic design program follows the KS.
