La2O3첨가에 따른 무연 Bi(Na,K)TiO3-SrTiO3 세라믹스의 압전 특성 (Piezoelectric Properties of Pb-free Bi(Na,K)TiO3-SrTiO3 Ceramics with the Amount of La2O3 Addition)

  • In this study, lead-free pirzoelectric ceramics were investigated for pressure sensor applications as a function of the amount of ${La}_2{O}_3$ addition at $Bi(Na, K)Ti{O}_3-SrTi{O}_3$system. With increasing the amount of addition, the density and dielectric constant increased up to 0.9 wt% ${La}_2{O}_3$ addition and decreased above 0.9 wt% ${La}_2{O}_3$addition. Electromechanical coupling factor( $K_{P}$) showed the maximum value at 0.2 wt% ${La}_2{O}_3$addition and decreased above 0.2 wt% ${La}_2{O}_3$ addition. Electromechanical coupling $factor{(K)}_P$, density, dielectric constant$(\varepsilon_\Gamma)$, piezoelectric constant$(d_33)$ and curie temperature$(T_C)$ showed optimum value of 0.40, 5.75 g/㎤, 768, 215 pC/N and 320 $^{\circ}C$ at 0.2 wt%${La}_2{O}_3$addition, respectively.

  • In order to improve performance for the size of the BLPD, the CCL is used for the realization as the delay line. As realizing lower coupling coefficient and lower characteristic impedance, the CCL has good performance of the phase delay. The CCL is applied as the compact BLPD with optimized coupling factor and matched impedance because the lower coupling coefficient and lower characteristic impedance are increased the size and the loss, respectively. Designed BLPD using the CCL has the size of $0.13{\lambda}_g{\times}0.13{\lambda}_g$ and the size-reduction ratio of fabricated BLPD using the CCL has 58.5% ($21.08{\times}21.40mm^2$). Also, fabricated BLPD is measured the insertion loss of 3.16dB at the center frequency of 1.78GHz and the 20dB bandwidth is 9.58%. Differenced magnitude and phase between threw port and coupled port are measured 0.1dB and $89.9^{\circ}$, respectively. These performances are almost same compared with the conventional BLPD. Suggested application of the CCL can be used various devices and circuits for the size-reduction.

  • Effects of $La_2O_3$, $MnO_2$ on the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of $0.02Pb(Y_{2/3}W_{1/3}O_3-0.98Pb(Zr_{0.52}Ti_{0.48})O_3$ system were investigated. The addition of La2O3 to the system enhanced electromechanical coupling factor (kp), piezoelectric constant (d33), but hardly changed mechanical quality factor (Qm). On the other hand, the addition of $MnO_2$ increased Qm significantly, but did not degrade kp and d33 so much. The piezoelectric properties of $0.02Pb(Y_{2/3}W_{1/3}O_3-0.98Pb(Zr_{0.52}Ti_{0.48})O_3$ containing 0.1wt% $La_2O_3$, 0.4wt% $MnO_2$ were very good and kp, d33, Qm were 55%, 350$\times$10-12C/N, 780, respectively. The size of the grains was proportional to the change of c/a (tetragonality) ratio caused by the addition of $La_2O_3$ and $MnO_2$, and dielectric, piezoelectric properties were sensitive to the amountof pyrochrole phase.

  • In this study, in order to develop the lead-free piezoelectric ceramics with high piezoelectric and dielectric properties, $(K_{0.5}Na_{0.5})(Nb_{0.97}Sb_{0.03})O_3$ ceramics were fabricated using a conventional mixed oxide process and their piezoelectric and dielectric characteristics were investigated according to the $K_{5.4}Cu_{1.3}Ta_{10}O_{29}$ addition. $K_{5.4}Cu_{1.3}Ta_{10}O_{29}$ addition enhanced density, electromechanical coupling factor($k_p$) piezoelectric constant $d_{33}$ and mechanical quality factor($Q_m$). At the 0.9 mol% $K_{5.4}Cu_{1.3}Ta_{10}O_{29}$ addition, density, electromechanical coupling factor($k_p$), dielectric constant(${\varepsilon}_r$) and piezoelectric constant($d_{33}$) of specimen showed the optimum values of 0.46, 471, and 148 pC/N, respectively.

  • In order to understand the flow and filtration characteristics in a wall-flow type DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter), 0-D, 1-D, and 3-D simulations are preformed. In this paper, three model are explained and validated with each other. Based on the comparisons with 1-D and 3-D results for the steady state solution, 3-D CFD analysis is preferable to 1-D for the prediction of wall velocity at the inlet and exit plane. Because PM loading process is transient state phenomena, the combination of full 3-D and time dependent simulation is crucial for the configuration of wall channels.   • 본 논문은 M3D(Monolithic 3-Dimension) Inverter의 소자 구조에서 메탈 게이트의 WFV(Work-function Variation)의 영향에 따른 임계전압의 변화에 대하여 조사했다. 또한 PMOS 위에 NMOS가 적층된 인버터의 전기적 상호작용에 따른 임계전압의 변화를 조사하기 위해 PMOS에 0과 1 V의 전압을 인가하여 전기적 상호작용을 조사하였다. 사용된 메탈 게이트의 평균 일함수에 대한 임계전압의 변화량은 0.1684 V로 측정되었고, 표준편차는 0.00079 V가 조사 되었다.

  • We have investigated the Dielectric and Piezoelectric properties of $xPb(R_{1/2}Ta_{1/2})O_3-(1-x)Pb(Zr_{0.52}Ti_{0.48})O_3$ (R=Al,Y) solid solutions in which R ions are substituted for Al and Y ions. The maximum value of electromechanical coupling factor kp of 55% and 51% were obtained at the composition of 5mol% PAT and 5mol% PYT. However mechanical quality factor$(Q_m)$ had a minimum value of 44 and 69 at the composition of 5mol% PAT and 5mol% PYT. Also, the maximum value of piezoelectctric constant of $d_{33}(329[pC/N])$ and $d_{33}(310[pC/N])$ were obtained at the composition of 5mol% PAT and 5mol% PYT.

  • In this paper, effect of MnO$_2$ addition(0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.5wt%) on the microstructure, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of [xPMW - (0.15-x) PNN] - [yPT-(0.85-y)PZ] (x=0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.05, y = 0.35, 0.40, ().425, 0.45, 0.5) were investigated. When Ti/Zr ratio was 1.0, dielectric and piezoelectric properties were highest value. With PMW 2mol%, dielectric constant, dielectric constant (d$\_$33/, d$\_$31/) and electromechanical coupling factor (kp, k$\_$31/) were highest values of 1995, 479, 186(x10$\^$-12/C/N), 0.61, 0.36, respectively. With the addition of MnO$_2$, dielectric constant, electromechanical coupling factor (kp, k$\_$31/) were decreased, but with 0.3wt% MnO$_2$, eletromechanical coupling factor was highest value of 0.63. With the addition of MnO$_2$, mechanical quality(Q$\_$m/ was increased.

  • 본 논문은 적층된 칩 사이의 3차원 대역 통과 무선 통신 인터페이스를 제안한다. 제안 방법은 적층된 칩 사이의 작은 커패시턴스를 포함한 3차원 공진기를 이용하여 자주 주파수 발진기(free running oscillator)를 구성하고, 이 발진기를 진폭 변조하여 추가적인 정합회로 없이 수신단에서 포락선 검파를 통해 신호를 검출한다. 제안 방법을 검증하기 위해 110 nm CMOS 공정을 사용하여 송수신 칩을 설계하고, 제작하여 50 ${\mu}m$ 두께의 칩 사이에 2 Gb/s의 데이터 전송 속도를 확인하였다. 제작한 칩은 동작전압 1.2 V를 사용하며, 송수신 칩을 합하여 4.32 mW의 전력을 소모한다. 칩의 크기는 송신단은 0.045 $mm^2$이고, 수신단은 0.029 $mm^2$이다.

  • X 대역에서 동작하는 마이크로스트립 원형 편파 개구연-패치 $8\times8$ 배열 안테나의 방사 특성에 대한 연구가 수행되었다. 복사 소자는 접지변에 모서리가 잘린 정사각형 개구면과 그 안에 기울어진 패치로 구성했고, 접지변 의 반대편에서 마이크로스트립 라인으로 coupling 시켰다. 상호결합을 최소화 하고, gam을 최대화 하기 위하여 소자 간의 간격은 $0.8\lambda_0$로 선택하였다. 급전구조는 병렬 형태로 구성하여 각 소자에 4개의 Wilkinson 분배기와 2개의 T - junction 분배기를 거쳐 전력을 공급한다. $8\times8$ 배열 안테나를 lOGHz에서 측정한 결과directivity는 26.3 d dBi, gain은 22.2 dBi, axial ratio는 2.97 dB, side lobe level은 12.7 dB로 나타났다. 배열의 크기가 커짐에 따라 d directivity는 증가하는 반면 효율은 감소하는 것을 확인하였다.
