UV-C 조사가 고춧가루의 저장 중 품질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of UV-C Irradiation on the Quality of Red Pepper Powder during Storage)

  • UV-C 조사가 고춧가루의 저장 중 미생물학적 변화와 품질에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 고춧가루에 UV-C 조사를 27, 54, $108\;kJ/m^2$으로 처리한 후 $20^{\circ}C$에서 4 주간 저장하였다. UV-C $108\;kJ/m^2$ 조사에 의해 고춧가루에 존재하는 오염된 미생물 수의 감소는 호기성 세균과 B. cereus에서 대조구 대비 각각 1.03, 0.90 log CFU/g 감소하였으며, 4주 저장기간 동안 초기 감균 효과를 유지하였다. UV-C 조사된 시료의 Hunter L, a, b 값 및 관능평가 결과에 있어서 조사선량에 따른 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 따라서 본 연구결과, UV-C 조사 처리에 의한 고춧가루의 미생물학적 안전성 확보 및 품질 유지의 가능성을 확인하였다.

  • Recently, remote phosphors have been reported for application to white LEDs to provide enhanced phosphor efficiency compared with conventional phosphor-based white LEDs. In this study, a remote phosphor was produced by coating via screen printing on a glass substrate with different numbers of phosphor coating. The paste consists of phosphor, lowest softening glass frits, and organic binders. The remote phosphor could be well controlled by varying the phosphor content rated paste. After mounting the remote phosphor on top of a blue LED chip, CCT, CRI, and luminance efficiency were measured and values of 5300 K, 62, and 117 lm/W were respectively obtained in the 80 wt% phosphor with 3 coating layers sintered at $800^{\circ}C$.

  • In this work, highly conductive organic solvent-based polyaniline(PANI) was used as an anode in organic photovoltaic cells (OPV) based on poly - (3-hexylthiophene) and [6,6] - phenyl - C60 - butyricacid methyl ester (P3HT : PCBM). The transmittance of the used PANI film were 87.67% and 86.57% at 550nm, and its sheet resistance were 454 ${\Omega}/{\Box}$ and 298 ${\Omega}/{\Box}$. We fabricated ITO-free OPV cells using PANI as an anode, which exhibited an external power conversion efficiency of 2.28% with a result of Jsc of 6.922mA/cm2, Voc of 0.6093V, and FF of 54.10% under an illumination of air mass(AM) 1.5G (100mW/$cm^2$). We used ink-jet printing to deposit buffer layer and active layer on a glass substrate.

망간코팅 여재를 이용한 수용액상의 망간 제거연구 (Removal of Manganese(II) from Aqueous Solution Using Manganese Coated Media)

  • This study investigated the applicability of manganese coated media such as manganese coated sand (MCS), manganese coated sericite (MCSe) and manganese coated starfish material calcined at $550^{\circ}C$ (MCSf) to remove Mn(II) in synthetic wastewater. Manganese coated media prepared at different pH was applied in the treatment of soluble Mn(II) in batch and column experiments at various Mn(II) concentrations. The amount of Mn coated on three different media was approximately 800~1100 mg/kg. From the stability test, negligible dissolution of Mn was observed above pH 3.0. In batch test, more than 40% of Mn(II) was removed by all sand media at various manganese concentrations. In order to see the effect of additional oxidant for the removal of Mn(II), 4 mg/L of hypochlorite was added in Mn(II) solution during column experiment. Breakthrough of Mn(II) was greatly retarded in the presence of hypochlorite in all column reactors packed with different media. Among the manganese coated media, MCSf prepared at pH 4 indicated the highest removal capacity. The removal efficiency of Mn(II) was also increased in the multi-layer system (0.5 g of MCS, MCSe, and MCSf each).

  • There are many factors to evoke pain, for example cold, heat, seven emotion, digestion, fatigue, venemous worms, deficiency of blood etc., and its pathogenesis is complicated. Treatments for pain in oriental medicine are as follows. 1. Pharmacotherapy is a method to treat pain by different effects of herbal medicine, for example, regulating vital energy, activating blood circulation, eliminating phlegm, and dispelling the cold evil etc. 2. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is a kind of external application, it has a distinct effect in relieving pain. Recently its operation method has been more developed, so new acupuncture therapies are used in clinics. There are electroacupuncture, auricular acupuncture and injection of drugs at an acupuncture points etc. 3. Oriental physiotherapy is a treatment method to stimulate acupuncture points and meridians. (1) Hot pack, Paraffin bath, Microwave, Ultrasound, Short wave, Infra-red etc. are used to treat cold syndrome by dispersing cold by warming the channels. (2) E.S.T., I.C.T., T.E.N.S., S.S.P., cupping treatment etc. are used to treat disorders of vital energy. (3) Health ion, Carbon, T.D.P., etc are used to treat conic and deficiency syndrome.

병원 웹사이트 품질 인식(사용용이, 의료정보, 심미성, 안전성)이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향(신뢰를 조절변수로) (The Effect of Quality Cognition(usage, medical information, aesthetic, safety) of the Web Site of the Facility Hospital on Customer Loyalty(moderating role of trust))

  • The research was to investigate the effect of quality cognition(usage, medical information, aesthetic, safety) of the web site of the facility on customer loyalty and moderating role of trust variable. The respondents was 201 patients and caregivers. Data were collected from March 1 to 31, 2010 at C university hospital in G city. In relationship between quality cognition of facility web site and customer loyalty, the results of quality cognition on customer loyalty showed 43.1% (F=36.912) in model 1, 46.3%(F=33.454) in model 2, and 46.8%(F=18.580) in model 3. In relationship between web site quality cognition and customer loyalty, moderate effect of trust was not considerable. As results, quality is the leading fact for customer loyalty more than trust. Therefore, customer loyalty leaves its possibility of increment when facility web site is designated depending on medical information, usage and aesthetic.

Solenoid 형태의 초소형 SMD RF 칩 인덕터에 대한 주파수 특성 (Frequency Characteristics for Micro-scale SMD RE Chip Inductors of Solenoid-Type)

  • 본 논문에서는 비정질 $Al_2O_3$ 코아 재료를 응용한 단순 solenoid 형태의 소형 고성능 RF 칩 인덕터를 연구하였다. 인덕터 크기는 $0.86{\times}0.46{\times}0.45mm^3$이고, $27{\mu}m$ 직경의 Cu를 코일로 사용하였다. RF 칩 인덕터의 인덕턴스(L), 양호 인자(Q), 임피던스(Z), 커패시턴스(C)와 등가회로 파라미터 등의 주파수 특성은 RF impedance/Material Analyzer (HP16193A test fixture가 장착된 HP4291B)로 측정되었다. $9{\sim}12$회의 권선수를 가진 RF 칩 인덕터들의 인덕턴스 값은 $21{\sim}34nH$ 범위를 가진다. 이들의 자기공진주파수(SRF)는 $5.7{\sim}3.7GHz$ 영역을 나타낸다. 또한 자기공진주파수가 증가함에 따라 인덕턴스 값이 감소하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 인덕터의 SRF는 인덕턴스가 증가함에 따라 감소하며, Q의 값은 $900MHz{\sim}1.7GHz$ 주파수 범위에서 최대 $38{\sim}49$까지 얻어졌다.

순창지역 메주 발효 중 미생물과 효소역가의 변화 (Changes in Microflora and Enzyme Activities of Traditional Meju during Fermentation at Sunchang Area)

  • Meju for doenjang and kochujang was prepared as a model at Sunchang areaand monitored with major changes. Kochujang meju was prepared on September 12 and doenjang meju on November 12, 1995. Kochjang meju was found to be naturally fermented at 80~90% RH, 15~2$0^{\circ}C$ and doenjang meju was at 80~90% RH and 0~5$^{\circ}C$. The shapes of kochujang meju and doenjang meju were doughnut-type and rectangular, respectively. Weight losses during fermentation were 48% and 28%, respectively. The pH drop and acip production of kochujang meju were negligible. However, pH of doenjang meju decreased from 6.29 to 5.88 and acidity increased from 0.08 to 0.23% as lactic acid. Protein in meju was found to be rapidly solubilized during the early stage of fermentation. Soluble protein cotents of kochujang meju after 7 days and 60 days were 8.23%, respectively. The doenjang mejus were 2.15% after 20 days and 5.72% after 60 days. Soluble suger content increased with the fermentation time. The soluble sugar content was higher in kochjang meju. Acidic protease was highly produced during meju fermentation. $\alpha$-Amylase and $\beta$-amylase were detected in the kochujang meju, of which glutinous rice consisted, but negligible in doenjang meju. Lipase was detected in kochujang meju, but was, negligible in doenjang meju. Microbial population increased drastically after 7 days of fermentation in kochujang meju and 20 days of fermentation in doenjang meju.

AMPLITUDE CORRECTION FACTORS OF KOREAN VLBI NETWORK OBSERVATIONS

  • We report results of investigation of amplitude calibration for very long baseline interferometry (VLBI) observations with Korean VLBI Network (KVN). Amplitude correction factors are estimated based on comparison of KVN observations at 22 GHz correlated by Daejeon hardware correlator and DiFX software correlator in Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) with Very Long Baseline Array (VLBA) observations at 22 GHz by DiFX software correlator in National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO). We used the observations for compact radio sources, 3C 454.3, NRAO 512, OJ 287, BL Lac, 3C 279, 1633+382, and 1510–089, which are almost unresolved for baselines in a range of 350-477 km. Visibility data of the sources obtained with similar baselines at KVN and VLBA are selected, fringe-fitted, calibrated, and compared for their amplitudes. We find that visibility amplitudes of KVN observations should be corrected by factors of 1.10 and 1.35 when correlated by DiFX and Daejeon correlators, respectively. These correction factors are attributed to the combination of two steps of 2-bit quantization in KVN observing systems and characteristics of Daejeon correlator.

하폐수의 자연환경에서 R Plasmid와 재조합 유전자의 전이특성(II) -전이율의 비교- (Transfer of R Plasmids of Bacterial Isolates and Their Cloned R Genes in Natural Wastewater Environments (II) -Comparison of Transfer frequency-)

  • 자연계로부터 분리한 Gram 음성세균과 함께 유전자 조작기법으로 kanamycin (Km)과 chloramphenicol (Cm)에 대한 내성유전자를 재조합한 균주들에서 그 내성유전자의 전이율을 conjugation 방법으로 몇 가지 상이한 수질환경에서 비교 연구하였다. 자연계로부터 분리한 DK1 균주와 재조합한 DKC601이나 DKH103을 donor로 하고 recipient 및 기타 조건을 같게 했을 때, donor가 가지고 있던 Km$^{${\gamma}$}$ 유전자의 전이율은 자연환경의 하천수에서 보다 실험실 환경의 멸균한 하폐수에서 더 높았고, 실험실 환경에서는 멸균한 하폐수보다 Luria-Bertani (LB) 액체배지에서 휠씬 높았다. 온도를 2$0^{\circ}C$와 3$0^{\circ}C$로 했을 때에는 어느 종류의 균주를 donor로 사용하더라도 전이율에는 큰 차이가 없었으나, 전이가 일어나는 시간은 3$0^{\circ}C$에서 조금 빨랐다. 하천수의 자연환경에서나 실험실이 멸균하폐수에서는 항생제내성유전자의 전이율은 두 가지 종류의 균주 사이에 차이가 거의 없거나 재조합된 균주에서 $10^{-1}$ 정도로 낮다. 그러나 실험실 환경의 LB액체배지에서는 전이가 일어나는데 필요한 반응시간이 재조합된 균주에서 더 길 뿐만 아니라, 전이율에 있어서도 $10^{-3}$ - $10^{-4}$ 정도 낮았다. 그리고 MT1 균주를 recipient로 하고 재조합된 균주인 DKC601과 DKH103을 donor 로 했을 경우에는 donor에 따라 전이율의 차이가 없었으나, DKC601을 donor로 하고 MT1과 MT2을 각각 recipient로 했을 경우에는 recipient에 따라 전이율이 $10^{1}$ - $10^{2}$ 정도 차이가 났다.
