KOMPSAT-3A 위성은 기존의 지구관측 위성에 비하여 고해상도의 MWIR 영상을 하루 2번 취득한다. 기존 SWIR 영상이나 TIR 영상과 다른 특성으로 인하여 새로운 지표면 방사 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 KOMPSAT-3A MWIR 위성영상의 특성을 살펴보기 위하여 다시기 차이 영상을 생성하여 기존 적외 영상과 비교하였다. IR 영상의 전처리 과정으로 영상 상대보정을 수행하고, PIFs(Pseudo Invariant Features) 화소기반의 상대방사 보정을 수행하여 화소값의 차이를 최소화시켰다. Sentinel-2 SWIR 영상, Landsat 8 TIR 영상과 KOMPSAT-3A MWIR 영상을 실험한 결과, KOMPSAT-3A 차이 영상에서 인공지물의 구별이 두드러짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 IR영상의 특성을 이용하여 향후 KOMPSAT-3A MWIR 영상의 활용도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 여겨진다.

Pleurotus eryngii has recently become a major cultivated mushroom; it uses tetrapolar heterothallism as a part of its reproductive process. Sexual development progresses only when the A and B mating types are compatible. Such mating incompatibility occasionally limits the efficiency of breeding programs in which crossing within loci-shared strains or backcrossing strategies are employed. Therefore, understanding the mating system in edible mushroom fungi will help provide a short cut in the development of new strains. We isolated and identified pheromone and receptor genes in the B3 locus of P. eryngii and performed a functional analysis of the genes in the mating process by transformation. A genomic DNA library was constructed to map the entire mating-type locus. The B3 locus was found to contain four pheromone precursor genes and four receptor genes. Remarkably, receptor PESTE3.3.1 has just 34 amino acid residues in its C-terminal cytoplasmic region; therefore, it seems likely to be a receptor-like gene. Real-time quantitative RT-PCR (real-time qRT-PCR) revealed that most pheromone and receptor genes showed significantly higher expression in monokaryotic cells than dikaryotic cells. The pheromone genes PEphb3.1 and PEphb3.3 and the receptor gene PESTE3.3.1 were transformed into P5 (A3B4). The transformants were mated with a tester strain (A4B4), and the progeny showed clamp connections and a normal fruiting body, which indicates the proposed role of these genes in mating and fruiting processes. This result also confirms that PESTE3.3.1 is a receptor gene. In this study, we identified pheromone and receptor genes in the B3 locus of P. eryngii and found that some of those genes appear to play a role in the mating and fruiting processes. These results might help elucidate the mechanism of fruiting differentiation and improve breeding efficiency.

기계학습은 데이터를 기반으로 한 컴퓨터를 학습시켜 컴퓨터 스스로 데이터의 경향성을 파악하게 하여 새로운 입력 데이터의 출력을 예측하도록 하는 알고리즘이다. 기계학습은 크게 지도학습, 비지도학습, 강화학습으로 나눌 수 있다. 지도학습은 데이터에 대한 레이블이 주어진 상태로 기계를 학습시키는 방법이다. 즉, 데이터 및 레이블의 쌍을 통해 해당 시스템의 함수를 추론하는 방법으로 새로운 입력 데이터에 대해서 추론한 함수를 이용하여 결과를 예측한다. 그리고 예측하는 결과 값이 연속 값이면 회귀분석, 예측하는 결과 값이 이산 값이면 분류로 사용된다. 새로운 붓꽃 데이터 Sepal length(5.01)과 Sepal width(3.43)을 이용하여 기초 데이터와 유클리드 거리를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 테이블 3의 8번(5, 3.4, setosa), 27번(5, 3.4, setosa), 41번(5, 3.5, setosa), 44번(5, 3.5, setosa) 그리고 40번(5.1, 3.4, setosa)의 데이터 순으로 유사도가 높은 붓꽃으로 분류되었다. 따라서 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

Structure-activity relationship studies of allylamine type of antimycotics were carried out to evaluate the effect of naphthyl and methyl portion of naftifine. Compounds with 2,4-difluorophenyl( 2a-5a), 2,5-difluorophenyl(2b-5b), 4-ethylphenyl(2c-5c), 2-hydroxyphenyl(2d-5d) and 2-methylnaphthyl(2e-5e) instead of naphthyl group with hydrogen(3a-3e), methyl(4a-4e), and ethyl(5a-5e) in the place of methyl in naftifine were synthesized and tested their in vitro anti-fungal activity against five different fungi. Eight compounds( 3a, 4a, 5a, 3d, 4d, 4d, 5d, 3e, and 4e) showed significant anti-fungal activity against T. mentagroPhytes. (E)-N-(3-Phenyl-2-propenyl)-2- hydroxy-benzenemethaneamine( 3d) displayed moderate antifungal activity against all five different fungi.

In this study, a series of new $N^2$ substituted 1,2-dihydro-3H-indazol-3-ones (3a-d) as well as their condensed pyrazolo, pyridazino derivatives such as pyridazino[1,2-a]indazole-6,9,11-triones (4a-h) and 3,9-dioxo-3H,9H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]indazole (7) were synthesized. The antiinflammatory activity of some synthesized compounds was determined by carrageenan-induced rat paw edema technique using diclofenac as reference drug. The pharmacological data showed that most of the tested compounds exhibited a significant long lasting antiinflammatory activity, which in the case of compound 3b was superior to that of diclofenac.

4-(4-Methoxyphenyl)-2-aminothiazole and 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-aminothiadiazole derivatives have been synthesized and evaluated as selective antagonists for human adenosine A$_3$ receptors. A methoxy group in the 4-position of the phenyl ring and N-acetyl or propionyl substitutions of the aminothiazole and aminothiadiazole templates displayed great increases of binding affinity and selectivity for human adenosine A$_3$ receptors. The most potent A$_3$ antagonist of the present series, N-［3-(4-methoxy-phenyl)-［1,2,4］thiadiazol-5-yl］-acetamide exhibiting a K$\_$i/ value of 0.79 nM at human adenosine A$_3$ receptors, showed antagonistic property in functional assay of cAMP biosynthesis involved in one of the signal transduction pathways of adenosine A$_3$ receptors. 정량의 B$_2$O$_3$/A1/C의 혼합분말을 화학노 대신 고압의 알곤 분위기를 사용하여 SHS 공정으로 B$_4$C-A1$_2$O$_3$ 복합분말을 제조하였다. 2B$_2$O$_3$+4A1+C=B$_4$C-2A1$_2$O$_3$의 반응식에 해당하는 B$_2$O$_3$(-100 메쉬), Al(-200 메쉬), C(-200 메쉬)의 분말을 2시간 건식 볼밀로 혼합한 후, 고온 고압의 SHS 반응기에 넣고 약 10기압의 알곤 분위기에서 점화하여 SHS을 일으켰다. 반응 생성물은 XRD 분석으로 안과 겉이 균일하게 반응이 일어났으며 반응 생성물로 화학노 사용시 동반되는 부산물 AlB$_{12}$C$_2$가 없는 B$_4$C-A1$_2$O$_3$ 복합 분말을 얻었다. 이 복합 분말은 SEM으로 보면 약 0.3~l $mu extrm{m}$ 크기의 결정이 모인 약 60~100$\mu\textrm{m}$ 크기이었다. 그러나 약 15기압을 사용하였을 때는 부분 소결이 일어나 15~25$\mu\textrm{m}$ B$_4$C 분말에 0.1~0.2$\mu\textrm{m}$의 알루미나가 분산되어 있는 고강도의 복합 분말이 생성되었다.

Mitosis count is one of the most helpful morphologic features for distinguishing pulmonary typical carcinoid (TC) from atypical carcinoid (AC). However, identifying areas of highest mitotic activity is tedious and time-consuming, and mitosis count may vary substantially among pathologists. Anti-phosphohistone H3 (PHH3) is an antibody that specifically detects histone H3 only when phosphorylated at serine 10 or serine 28, an event that is concurrent with mitotic chromatin condensation and not observed during apoptosis. In this study, immunohistochemical staining for PHH3 was performed to determine whether PHH3 was a reliable and objective mitosis-specific marker for pulmonary carcinoid tumors. Seventeen cases of surgically resected pulmonary carcinoid tumors (12 TCs and 5 ACs) were obtained and classified according to the 2004 World Health Organization classification. Mitotic counts determined by PHH3 correlated to ones determined by hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining; however, PHH3 mitotic counts (mean mitotic counts: 1 in TCs and 3.2 in ACs) were slightly higher than H&E mitotic counts (mean mitotic counts: 0.25 in TCs and 1.8 in ACs). The mitotic counts determined by experienced observer were more correlated to those determined by inexperienced observer with the PHH3-based method (R=0.968, P<0.001) rather than H&E staining (R=0.658, P<0.001). These results suggest that the PHH3 mitotic counting method was more sensitive and simple for detecting mitoses compared to traditional H&E staining. Therefore, PHH3 immunohistochemistry may contribute to more accurate and reproducible diagnosis of pulmonary carcinoid tumors and may be a valuable aid for administrating appropriate clinical treatment.

In this paper, we propose a practical method for displaying 2D/True3D mixed contents in real-time. Many companies released their 3D display recently, but the costs of producing True3D contents are still very expensive. Since there are already a lot of 2D contents in the world and it is more effective to mix True3D objects into the 2D contents than making True3D contents directly, people became interested in mixing 2D/True3D contents. Moreover, real-time 2D/True3D mixing is helpful for 3D displays because the scenario of the contents can be easily changed on playback-time by adjusting the 3D effects and the motion of the True3D object interactively. In our system, True3D objects are rendered into multiple view-point images, which are composed with 2D contents by using depth information, and then they are multiplexed with pre-generated view masks. All the processes are performed on a graphics processor. We were still able to play a 2D/True3D mixed contents with Full HD resolution in real-time using a normal graphics processor.

This study is to present a female high school summer blouse with high movement functionality and satisfying appearance. For the experimental research 6 subjects with closest average body shapes and their body surface was measured at beginning and after selecting a representative movement the tested uniform was worn and the appearance and movement functionality was evaluated. The results of this research are as follows. In the research with the aims to improve the sleeve designed the height in 3 types as A.H/4+3, A.H/4+2, A.H/4+1 and their evaluation showed that in the order of best appearance was A.H/4+2, A.H/4+1, A.H/4+3. In the order of best comfort was A.H/4+2, A.H/4+3, A.H/4+1 and the best order for movement functionality was A.H/4+1, A.H/4+2, A.H/4+3. Additional height types designed produced from elastic materials were A.H/4+3, A.H/4+2, A.H/4+1 and the resulting order of appearance was A.H/4+3, A.H/4+2, A.H/4+1, order of comfort was A.H/4+3, A.H/4+2, A.H/4+1 and the order of movement functionality was A.H/4+1, A.H/4+2, A.H/4+3. Integrating these results shows that in using the same concurrent materials, the experiment pattern of setting the sleeve height as A.H/4+2 was the best while in using elastic materials, the experiment pattern of setting the sleeve height as A.H/4+3 was the best.
