MATLAB을 이용한 태양광 모듈의 출력 예측 및 해석 (Prediction and Analysis of Photovoltaic Modules's Output using MATLAB)

  • 본 논문에서는 일사량과 온도의 조건에 따른 MSX 60 태양광 모듈의 출력을 예측하였다. MATLAB 모의실험을 통하여 온도, 직렬저항 및 일사량 변화를 고려한 2차원, 3차원 I-V 곡선을 구하였으며, 단락전류(Isc) 3.8 A, 개방전압(Voc) 21 V, 최대전력(Pamx) 60W 등의 전기적 파라미터 등을 얻을 수 있었다. 한편, 예측한 결과와 실제 태양광 모듈을 비교하였을 때 모듈의 사양서와 예측 결과 값의 오차율 3 % 이내에 일치함을 보였다.

  • Several partial orders on integral partitions have been studied with many applications such as majorizations, capacities of quantum memory and embeddabilities of matrix algebras. In particular, the embeddability, stable embeddability and strong-stable embeddability problems arise for finite dimensional irreducible modules over a complex simple Lie algebra L. We find a sufficient condition for an L-module strong-stably embeds into another L-module using formal character theory.

  • We presents the construction of radio frequency pad area array package modules which operate at radio frequency of 224MHz, and proposes the structure of RF module packages to improve its electrical characteristics. The module of RF PAA package was constructed in the configuration of three dimensional stacked package and reduced size. RF PAA packages showed the optimized and improved gain of 2dB by partitioning the RF transceiver with 3 dimensional stacked PAA packages.

Pyramid VQ를 이용한 AMR-WB+ 코덱 내 TCX 모듈의 성능 개선 (Improvement of the TCX Module in AMR-WB+ Codec Using Pyramid VQ)

  • 본 논문은 AMR-WB+ 코덱의 오디오 품질을 개선하기 위하여 TCX모듈 변환계수 양자화기에 8차 및 16차 Pyramid VQ방식을 제안하였다. 제안된 Pyramid VQ 방식은 AMR-WB+ 코덱에 적용된 $RE_8$ Lattice VQ 방식과 비교 평가되었으며, 8차 및 16차 Pyramid VQ 방식의 사용시 Mean Squared Error (MSE)는 각각 4% 및 5.7% 개선되었고, Perceptual Evaluation of Audio Quality(PEAQ) 값은 각각 3.3% 및 4.7% 개선되었다.

  • Conjugate heat transfer from a heat generating module ($31{\times}31{\times}7mm^3$) bonded through the module support on the floor of a parallel-plate channel(20mm high, 400mm wide, and 800mm long) to mixed convective air flow(0.2${\sim}$0.9m/s) is studied experimentally. The input power to the module is changed in a range 1.0${\sim}$4.5W, the floor thickness 0.2${\sim}$5mm, and the thermal resistance of module support, Rc:=0.06, 1.03 and 82.0K/W. Thermal conductance(Uc) of the board and convective thermal conductance($U_A$) from the module were derived, and the effect of V; Rc and t on Uc was investigated. It is found that the conjugate conductance (Uc) and the conductive heat transfer ratio ($Q_B$/Q) depend on the thermal resistance of the module support, the air velocity and the board thickness. The change of the module support resistance and the board thickness helps to elucidate the relative significance of heat transfer paths through the module support, the board, and from the board surface to the air. Additional information is investigated about the dependence of the heat transfer rate on the mixed convection parameter.

로봇 착유시스템을 위한 착유컵 착탈모듈 개발 (Development of Teat-cups Attachment Module for Robot Milking System)

  • The purpose of this study was the development of teat-cup attachment module for robot milking system. The teat-cups attachment module was controlled on the two dimensional space independently, Each teat cup of an end effector was independently controlled via two axis control based on the position information data obtained from the image processing system. This system was developed install of all 4 teat cups at the same time after adjusting positions of each teat sequentially. The individual motion system was operated using two servo motors for the high speed of teat position adjustment. The errors fur the individual motion system of teat cups were maximum 1.0mm, minimum 0.0mm, and average 0.6mm. The operating time for adjusting the teat cups position required about 1.0 second. It is envisaged that teat cups attachment module can be applicate to milking robot being developed in consideration of the experiment results for the teat cups operation accuracy and the actuation speed of servo motors.

타원형 디프 드로잉 트랜스퍼 금형의 공정설계 전문가 시스템(II) (An Expert System for the Process Planning of the Elliptical Deep Drawing Transfer Die(II))

  • The study is insufficient on process planning of the elliptical deep drawing product. Thus, in this present study, the expert system for elliptical deep drawing products was constructed by using process sequence design. The expert system was developed to be based on the general concept of each entity. The system was developed in this work consists of sixth modules. The first one is a shape recognition module to recognize non-axisymmetric products and to generate Entity_list. The second one is three dimensional (3-D) modeling module to calculate the surface area for non-axisymmetric products. The third one is a blank design module to create suggested blanks of three shapes with the identical surface area. The fourth one is shape design module based on the production rules that play the most important role in an expert system for manufacturing. The production rules are generated and upgraded by inter- viewing field engineers, plastic theory and experiments. The fifth and sixth ones are a graphic module to visualize results of the expert system and a post module to rise user's convenience, respectively. According to constructed the expert system for process sequence design, it was possible to reduce the lead time.

구조화 레이저를 이용한 PC 기반 인-라인 검사 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of PC Based In-Line Inspection System with Structure Light Laser)

  • Recently, the in-line vision inspection has become the subject of growing research area in the visual control systems and robotic intelligent fields that are required exact three-dimensional pose. The objective of this article is to study the pc based in line visual inspection with the hand-eye structure. This paper suggests three dimensional structured light measuring principle and design method of laser sensor header. The hand-eye laser sensor have been studied for a long time. However, it is very difficult to perform kinematical analysis between laser sensor and robot because the complicated mathematical process are needed for the real environments. In this problem, this paper will propose auto-calibration concept. The detail process of this methodology will be described. A new thinning algorithm and constrained hough transform method is also explained in this paper. Consequently, the developed in-line inspection module demonstrate the successful operation with hole, gap, width or V edge.

고출력 3색 LED를 이용한 휴대용 무영등의 개발 (Development of Portable Astral Light using the High Power 3-Color LEDs)

  • 본 연구에서는 의료용 신조명 부품으로 주목받고 있는 고출력 LED를 사용해 구강구조 확인을 위한 치과영역, 진료 및 수술실에서 환부에 대한 작은 범위(국소부위)의 무영 촬영이 가능한 휴대용 LED Light를 설계 개발하였다. 개발에 적용한 LED는 피사체 고유의 Tone에 대한 섬세한 표현력과 입체감을 부각시키기 위해 다양한 색상 구현 및 광량조절이 가능하도록 3색 LED를 사용했다. 사용된 LED의 전기적 특성 및 광학적 특성을 고려해 고효율의 Light Module를 개발했으며 휴대 사용을 위해 낮은 전압에서도 구동이 가능한 SMPS를 제작했다. 또한 PWM 제어방식을 이용해 단색광부터 백색광까지 32,768개의 다양한 색상 구현이 가능했다.
