A study on the electrical properties by the effect of wafer cleaning of OXYNITRIDE films deposited by Laser CVD (레이저 CVD법에 의해 퇴적된 OXYNITRIDE막의 기판세정법에 따른 특성에 관한 연구)

  • The oxynitride films were photo-chemically deposited by ArF(wave length: 193nm) excimer laser CVD used to excite and dissociate gas phases $Si_2H_6$, $N_2O$, and $NH_3$ molecules. We obtained various electrical properties when we varied wafer cleaning procedures consisted of a conventional RCA and a two-dip step[4]. The results show the films have low leakage currents and good TZDB properties. We also analyzed the composition of the oxynitride films which have homogeneous composition throughout the film.

  • This paper shows that the effect of exposing on the top area and a solution which using a water circulation system. Semiconductor substrate stage is made from Aluminum and is repeated the sequence of exposing (150), turning OFF shutter, taking 30 sec. interval at the top area of stage. So the temperature of substrate temperature rises continuously. On this, we made a waterway at the inner part of the substrate stage and operated a water circulation system. We measured the temperature of a substrate stage surface with a thermocouple attached to the substrate stage. To analyze the top area's temperature, we used Analysis Program ANSYS for analysis and 3D CAD program Solid-Works for modeling.

Buckling Analysis of Grid-Stiffened Composite Plates Using Hybrid Element with Drilling D.O.F.

  • In the present study, finite element linear buckling analysis is performed for grid-stiffened composite plates. A hybrid element with drilling degrees of freedom is employed to reduce the effect of the sensitivity of mesh distortion and to match the degrees of freedom between skins and stiffeners. The preliminary static stress distribution is analyzed for the determination of accurate load distribution. Parametric study of grid structures is performed and three types of buckling modes are observed. The maximum limit of buckling load was found at the local skin-buckling mode. In order to maximize buckling loads, stiffened panels need to be designed to be buckled in skin-buckling mode.

  • The SmBa$_2$Cu$_3$O$\sub$x/ single crystals were used as seeds to induced YBCO growth in MTG process. As the result, the large bulk oriented YBCO superconductors were prepared with dimension of plane 21mm and 32mm in diameter and 10mm in height. The typical Jc value of the sample is 6.5${\times}$10$^4$A/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and its flux float force is 4.6N/$\textrm{cm}^2$. The oxygen absorption in large bulk textured YBCO samples in pure oxygen was studied at several constant temperatures. It can be divided into two steps: a chemical reaction step and a diffusion step.

  • In this research a real time vehicle dynamic simulation software, to be used on real time vehicle simulators, is developed using relative coordinates and suspension super-element concept. Accuracy of the software is verified through comparisons of simulation results with those of a commercial mechanical system dynamic analysis package. It is demonstrated that real time simulation on a workstation with a 15 D.O.F. vehicle model is possible.

  • The stress concentration phenomena due to the structural incontinuty are studied by finite element method. In this study, a circular cylinder is treated. Under the axial load, the membrance action is dominate and the 24 D.O.F. cylindrical membrane finite element is used. The assembly of this element can successfully represent the original structure geometrically. The internal displacement function is such organized that the inter element compatibility condition is fully satisfied. In this study, the stress concentration factors due to the presence of a hole on the cylinder wall are obtained, and the factors versus the location of the hole is computed and plotted. It is found that the hole effect on the stress concentration disappears beyond the neighboring region of the hole size form the edge of the hole. Those results are useful for practical design in determining the region where the re-inforcing is necessary.

  • 본 논문에서는 착용 가능한 모션 캡쳐 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 장치는 사람의 두 관절의 움직임을 각도로 표현하도록 디자인 되었다. 이를 위해 flex sensor를 사용했으며 센서의 히스테리시스를 확인하고 3차 다항식을 사용하여 근사적인 모델을 만들었다. 이 모델을 통해서 센서에서 가져온 전압을 각도로 표현하였으며 이 각도로 손목과 팔꿈치의 움직임을 시뮬레이션 했다. 시뮬레이션의 결과를 바탕으로 인간형 로봇과 통신을 통해서 움직임을 확인하였다.

  • This paper developes a torsional vibration model of heavy duty truck drive line for simulation of a driving rattle, which causes very annoying noise to driver at the full load driving condition. Test results show a peak in the fit plots at the frequency of the 2nd harmonics of propeller shaft revolution. A 10 d.o.f. lumped parameter nonlinear torsional vibration model is constructed and engine torque variation is calculated from P- .theta. diagram. Time responses are simulated and compared with the test results, which show fairly good agreement. The effects of paramenter change are investigated, and the optimum configuration is proposed.

  • This paper presents simple and effective nonlinear friction compensation methods. When the direction of position command reverses, the integrator output of the PID controller does not change the sign of its output instantaneously, due to friction at zero velocity, i.e. stiction resulting tracking errors, that results in continuous push even though the command direction has been changed. To overcome this problem, we attempt to reverse the sign of the integrator output as the sign of velocity changes. The effectiveness of this approach is demonstrated by experiments on a 3-PRPS (Prismatic-Revolute-Prismatic-Shperical joints) in-parallel 6-D.O.F manipulator. The control strategy has been analyzed for stability. Also discussed are disturbance observer and velocity observer approaches for friction compensation.
