A Study on Analysis on Existing Identifier and Management for Unique Building Object Identifier (건축물 유일식별자를 위한 현황 분석 및 관리 방안 연구)

  • 최근 유비쿼터스(ubiquitous), 네비게이션(navigation), 위치기반서비스(Location Based Service) 등의 발전으로 공간정보에 대한 욕구가 증가하고, 나아가 사용자의 환경에 구애받지 않고 공간정보를 제공하는 서비스가 발전하고 있다. 그러나 현재 우리나라는 표준화된 식별자가 없이 정부 부처별 또는 지방자치단체로 공간정보 특히, 그 필요성이 높은 건축물을 DB로 구축 관리하고 있어, 이들 시스템의 고유번호를 건축물 유일식별자로 활용하는데 한계가 있다. 또한 여러 지형지물 식별차도 개별 업무 및 DB관리를 위하여 부여된 측면이 있어 건축물 유일식별자로는 적당치 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국가 차원의 건축물 유일식별자의 필요성을 제기하고, 이들 유일식자 관리시스템을 난립한 건축물 고유번호를 상호적으로 변환하는 시스템으로 활용할 것을 제안한다.

  • Lidar(Light Detection and Hanging, Ladar)는 물체에 반사되어 되돌아오는 광학신호를 관측하여 물체와의 거리를 측정하는 센서로 정밀한 3차원 모델 생성 및 도시지역의 변화탐지 등에 효율적으로 적용될 수 있다. 시뮬레이션은 시스템의 동작을 인공적으로 만들어 내고, 이 동작의 실행을 관찰하여 실제 시스템의 특성을 추론하는 일련의 활동으로, 하드웨어의 설계 및 분석, 보완, 성능 평가 등에 효율적으로 이용된다. 본 연구에서는 Lidar 시스템의 원리 및 구조 분석을 통해서 Lidar 데이터를 시뮬레이션하기 위한 소프트웨어를 설계하였다. Lidar의 특성이 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어에 정확하게 구현되도록 하기위해 Lidar 동작과 관련된 내부 및 외부요소를 분석하고 기능에 따라 추상화하여 소프트웨어 모들로 구성하였다. 시스템 내부요소로 송신부 수신부 신호/영상처리부 모델과 외부환경요소로 비행환경 모델, 타겟 모델, 대기 모델을 정의하였다. 또한, Lidar 시스템 실행 중에 발생하는 주요 프로세스를 함수 모듈로 정의함으로서, 모델들 간의 구조적인 관계를 정의하였다. 본 연구의 설계결과는 이후 Lidar시뮬레이션 소프트웨어의 보다 체계적인 구현에 적용될 예정이다.

  • 지능형국토정보는 소방방재분야의 홍수, 해일, 태풍, 산불 등의 재난 재해 피해의 예측과, 국토개발이나 모니터링의 기반자료로 사용이 되고 있으며 유비쿼터스, U-city, 기업/혁신도시 등의 각종 국책사업 분야에 다목적, 다용도 데이터로써 활용이 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국토균형발전에 목적을 두고 있는 기업도시의 건설에 지능형국토정보 데이터를 활용하여 친환경 생태학적 설계가 가능토록 하고, 설계데이터를 기반으로 한 개발후의 모습을 3차원 데이터로 구축하여 각각 지역에 대한 개발 전 후의 양상을 분석하고, 문제의 소지가 될 수 있는 설계변경요인들을 사전에 탐색할 수 있도록 대상지 전체에 대한 시뮬레이션 작업을 수행하였다.

Three-Dimensional Visualization of Flood Inundation for Local Inundation Map (홍수지도 제작을 위한 홍수범람정보의 3차원 가시화)

  • This study simulated the flood inundations of the Nakdong River catchment running through Yangsan, a small city located in the south eastern area of Korea by using the depth averaged two-dimensional hydrodynamic numerical model. The numerical model employs the staggered grid system including moving boundary and a finite different method to solve the Saint-Venant equations. A second order upwind scheme is used to discretize the nonlinear convection terms of the momentum equations, whereas linear terms are discretized by a first order leap-frog scheme(Cho and Yoon, 1998). The numerical model was applied to a real topography to simulate the flood inundation of the Yangsan basin. The numerical results for urban district are visualized in three dimension. These results can be essentially utilized to construct the three dimensional inundation map after building the GIS-based database in local public organizations in order to protect the life and property safely.

  • Recently, according to a public order with BIM regulations, various technologies of facility management (FM) have been studied to use BIM data effectively. The technology for BIM-based FM, such as BIM data standard, BIM modeling, BIM server, and BIM-GIS platform, reverse engineering based on 3D image scans is developing constantly. On the other hand, there has been little research on the range of FM based on BIM, the role of actors by management works, the difference, and difference in effects between original FM and BIM-based FM. This study examined the scenario of architectural FM based on BIM and confirmed the effect. For this, after analyzing the research trends, the range of FM applications and the role of actors by management works were defined, and the effectiveness analysis of a BIM-based architectural FM scenario was deduced.

THE DESIGN OF DGPS/INS INTEGRATION FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF 4S-Van (4S-Van 구현을 위한 DGPS/INS 통합 알고리즘 설계)

  • In this study, we developed low cost INS and (D)GPS integration for continuous attitude and position and utilized it for the determination of exterior orientation parameters of image sensors which are equipped in 4S-Van. During initial alignment process, the heading information was extracted from twin GPS and fine alignment with Kalman filter was performed for the determination of roll and pitch. Simulation and van test were performed for the performance analysis. Based on simulation result, roll and pitch error is around 0.01-0.03 degrees and yaw error around 0.1 degrees. Based on van test, position error in linear road is around 10 cm and curve around 1 m. Using direct georeferencing method, the image sensor's orientation and position information can be acquired directly from (D)GPS/INS integration. 4S-Van achieved 3D spatial data using (D)GPS/INS and image data can be applied to the spatial data integration and application such as contemporary digital map update, road facility management and Video GIS DB.

  • 3D modeling and rendering technologies are getting more attention from landscape planners and architects because the virtual reality based on 3D graphic technology could give more realistic experience to landscape simulation users and boost promotional effects. The 3D landscape simulation, however, not only requires a lot of cost and time in production, but also demands efforts to distribute to consumers due to various computing environment of them. The purpose of this study is to suggest a process for developing an interactive 3D landscape simulator with low-cost, which can support multi-platform functionality in high quality through reviewing related current software and web services. We select GIMP for 2D image texturing, SketchUpfor 3D modeling, Unity for real-time rendering, and Google Earth for terrain modeling considering price and workability and apply the developed process for Windows, Web, and Android versions to test the applicability for Sangji-ri, Gosam-myeon, Gyeonggi-do, Korea.

Experimental Applicability Evaluation for Renewal and Modification Task of Digital Topographic Map by Low-Cost Drone Acquired Images (저가형 드론영상을 이용한 수치지형도 수정·갱신업무 적용 가능성 실험 평가)

  • In current, as the release of national base map with an equivalent scale and accuracy for the whole territory areas in South Korea, rapid spatial information industry such as national land development, GIS, and car navigation are used in a variety of spatial information industry as decision making method, and a lot of research and policies are proposed for the wide expansion of spatial information industry. For this, as of 2013, it contributes to the latest trend of spatial information field in order to solve the problems for the latest trend of spatial information, replacing modification of base maps as dividing the whole territory to zone with policy transformation by ordinary modifications. Therefore, this paper evaluates the possibility of modification and renewal of national base maps(scale: 1:5,000) using drones which currently get the limelight from a variety of research fields and industries. In particular, as a result of overlapping orthophoto, 3D point clouds extracted from images acquired by low-cost drones, and digital maps which are applied for the tasks of modification and renewal, it presents 0.2m precision and 0.1m accuracy. This means that drone-based photorgammetry technique can be fully utilized in the tasks of digital map modification and renewal because it conforms the error range of work regulation in making the national base maps(scale 1: 5000).

  • In this paper, we propose the geographic information systems that is able to build geographic information effectively by creating 3D topography after extraction surrounding terrain information through the video shooting in the CCTV camera. We also propose tracing method for object recognized through the video shooting of camera and recognition method which is whether or not the terrain change according to success or not of tracing the object. We apply this method in the industry field we can build a geographic information close to the actual terrain, but also can be used for security, surveillance and tracking system.

  • Floods are disastrous natural phenomena which result in numerous losses of life and property. It is possible to minimize the potential risk by adopting a disaster management system. Nowadays, Geo-Spatial Information System(GSIS) and computer-modelling techniques have assisted scientists and engineers with determining flood disaster assessments, GIS technologies especially have the advantage of performing spatial analysis as well as generating the model for a flood hazard. Therefore, this paper presents the flood management system based on 3D GSIS that can cope with natural disasters actively and manage flood hazard systematically by constructing the database using hydrological data, digital map, DEM, and high-resolution satellite images.
