Development of a Flood Disaster Evacuation Map Using Two-dimensional Flood Analysis and BIM Technology (2차원 침수해석과 BIM 기술을 활용한 홍수재난 대피지도 작성)

  • In this study, the two-dimensional flow analysis model Hydro_AS-2D model was used to simulate the situation of flooding in Seongsangu and Uichang-gu in Changwon in the event of rising sea levels and extreme flooding, and the results were expressed on three-dimensional topography and the optimal evacuation path was derived using BIM technology. Climate change significantly affects two factors in terms of flood damage: rising sea levels and increasing extreme rainfall ideas. The rise in sea level itself can not only have the effect of flooding coastal areas and causing flooding, but it also raises the base flood level of the stream, causing the rise of the flood level throughout the stream. In this study, the rise of sea level by climate change, the rise of sea level by storm tidal wave by typhoon, and the extreme rainfall by typhoon were set as simulated conditions. The three-dimensional spatial information of the entire basin was constructed using the information of topographical space in Changwon and the information of the river crossing in the basic plan for river refurbishment. Using BIM technology, the target area was constructed as a three-dimensional urban information model that had information such as the building's height and location of the shelter on top of the three-dimensional topographical information, and the results of the numerical model were expressed on this model and used for analysis for evacuation planning. In the event of flooding, the escape route is determined by an algorithm that sets the path to the shelter according to changes in the inundation range over time, and the set path is expressed on intuitive three-dimensional spatial information and provided to the user.

  • Recently, it has been strangely increasing rainfall and rainfall meter by global warming. so flood damage is being increase. It has happened there are so many damaged by influence by backwater of dam. However, the alleviative solutions of flood damages are focused on the lower river basin where the density of population is higher than upper river basin. This research proceeds based on design and build 3D topography model and reflects the topographical factors of upper river basin. It also simulated the circumstances of flooding by investigation of factors of outflow, hence, as a result, we would find out the vulnerable area for flooding and scale of damages effectively. This research suggests the solution and method of flooding for vulnerable area of the flooding to reduce the damages by predicting flooding. Thus, the suggestion may support to make a decision efficiently to prevent the damage of flooding.

  • 본 연구에서는 기상레이더의 원시자료를 홍수해석분야에 적용하기 위해서 먼저 3차원 공간상에서 구면좌표계값을 가지는 레이더 자료를 직교 좌표계로 변환하기 위한 CAPPI 산출 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 모형은 CAPPI 자료의 이용목적에 따라서 다양한 해상도 및 고도에 대한 자료가 필요할 수 있다는 생각하에 임의의 해상도 및 고도 등에 대한 옵션을 사용자가 임의로 지정함으로서 빠르고 효율적으로 계산할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 기상레이더와 연계한 개선된 강우량 자료를 산정하기 위해서 cokriging 기법을 적용하였는데, 강우의 공간적 분포양상 및 경계를 정확하게 묘사할 수 있는 레이더 자료와 한 지점에서 좋은 정확도를 가지는 강우량 자료를 조합한 2차원 정량강우량 산정을 위해서 지형통계학적 분석을 실시하였다. 2002년 태풍 루사에 대해서 본 기법을 적용하였으며, 산정된 2차원 정량강우량은 유역에서의 실시간 홍수량을 산정하기 위해서 이용되었다. 본 연구에서는 기상-강우-유역홍수량 산정에 이르는 통합홍수해석을 실시함으로서 유역 유출량 산정에 대한 새로운 개선된 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Characteristics of vertical structure in Rip-currents (이안류 흐름의 연직분포특성)

  • 3차원 동수역학 모델을 이용하여 연안 순환에서 발생하는 이안류의 연직 분포를 조사하였다. 이안류 흐름은 변수심 위에서 발생하는 파의 쇄파와 모멘텀 전달에 의해 발생하는 외해방향의 흐름을 의미하는 것으로 해안의 보전, 유지 및 개발 측면에서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 지난 수십년동안 이안류와 관련된 현상을 해석하기 위해 많은 연구들이 수행되어 왔다. 하지만 대부분의 연구들은 수심적분된 2차원 모델을 사용하거나 위상 평균된 3차원 모델을 사용하여 이안류 흐름이 발생할 시 유속의 3차원 분포나 각 종 물리량의 시간적인 변화 등을 모의하기 어려웠다. 본 연구에서는 3차원 동수역학 모델 NHWAVE (Non-Hydrostatic WAVE model)을 이용하여 이안류의 연직분포를 조사하였다. 이안류를 발생시키기 위하여 이상적인 이안류 지형을 만들었으며 여러 지점에서 연직분포를 측정하여 수심적분된 Boussinesq 모델과 비교하여 특성을 파악하였다. 수치모의 수행결과, 두 모델 모두 이안류 현상을 잘 재현하였으나 Boussinesq 모델은 수평유속의 연직방향 변화를 잘 재현하지는 못하였다. 또한, 파고가 상대적으로 큰 경우에는 3차원 모델에서는 작은 순환류가 외해 영역에서 발생하였으나 Boussinesq 모델에서는 관측하지 못하였다.

Development of Erosion Fractal-based Interpolation Method of River Morphology (Erosion Fractal 기반의 하천지형 보간 기법 개발)

  • In this study, a technique based on Fractal Theory with Erosion Model was developed to interpolate the river morphology data at the border area between river bed and river side where both surface and under water surveyings can not be committed easily. Three dimensional river morphology data along the Ara River was generated by the developed technique. The Ara River is an artificially constructed waterway for vessels between the Han River and West Sea of Korea. The result was compared with the survey data by RMSE of 0.384, while the IDW interpolation result has RMSE of 0.802. Consequently, the developed river morphology data interpolation technique using Erosion Model based Fractal Theory is conceived to be superior to the IDW which has been generally used in generating the river morphology data.

Development of Digital Photogrammetric Systems for Three-Dimensional Topographic Information Analysis (3차원 지형정보분석을 위한 수치사진측량시스템 개발)

  • Lately, with the development of the fields of computer and photogrammetry, Digital Photogrammetric Systems are widely used for the generation of GIS basemap, the acquisition of topographic information and DEM, the formation of digital orthophoto, three-dimensional viewing and so on. According as the demand for the systems is rapidly increasing, we suggest keenly the necessity of domestic technical development, because all of these systems depend on foreign technology until now. In this study, by using digital photogrammetry method, with Visual C++ language, we have developed Digital Photogrammetric Systems for Windows which is able to get three-dimensional coordinates through interior orientation, exterior orientation, epipolar line, image matching from a pair of aerial photos taken with metric camera. This system consists of not only a module which can revise digital map that is being made at National Geographic Institute as a part of data construction project of National Geographic Information System, but also a module which can view three-dimensional image on the screen monitor by using anaglyph for three-dimensional analysis. The digital photogrammetry modules developed in this study are expected to be used as primary modules for the effective management of the urban as well as main modules in developing professional digital photogrammetric systems.
