3자 물류업체의 정보화 수준 평가를 위한 모형 개발

  • 급변하는 기업 환경 속에서 기업들은 선택과 집중 전략의 일부로 기업의 역량을 전문영역에 집중하고, 물류관리 등의 업무들은 3자 물류업체에 아웃소싱하고 있다. 이로 인하여 물류관련 산업이 전 세계적으로 급성장하고 있으며, 국내 3자 물류업체들 역시 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위하여 규모의 경제를 통한 비용 절감, 물류 기업들 간의 파트너십을 통한 고객서비스 향상, 신속하고 정확한 업무처리를 지원할 수 있는 정보화에 노력하고 있다. 그러나 대다수 국내 3자 물류업체들은 규모가 영세하고, 정보화 투자 및 운영을 하기에는 자금과 인력이 부족하여 적극적인 정보화 추진이 어려운 실정이다. 이에 따라 3자 물류업체들의 정보화 수준 향상을 위해서는 정확한 정보화 수준 파악과 그에 기초한 정보화 정책 수립이 선행되어야 한다. 그러나 국내 3자 물류업체의 정보화 수준 평가에 있어 정부기관 및 다른 산업을 대상으로 한 기존의 정보화 수준 평가 모형을 그대로 반영하기에는 적합하지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 3자 물류업체의 정보화 수준을 파악하기 위하여, 3자 물류업체들의 특성을 반영한 평가 모형을 개발하고, 이를 국내 3자 물류업체들을 대상으로 설문 조사하여 평가 모형의 타당성을 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구모형은 물류산업에서 가장 활발한 활동을 하고 있는 3자 물류업체들의 정보화 수준 파악을 위해 잣대가 될 수 있으며 향후 정보화 정책 수립, 정보화 효과 분석 등의 사후 평가 자료를 얻는 데 활용 될 수 있다.

  • 본 연구는 1)콜센터의 전략적 중요성을 설명하고, 2)국내외의 콜센터 운영수준진단 및 평가에 관한 연구경향 및 주요 문헌을 소개하며, 3)이러한 이론적 토대를 기초로 하여 국내 콜센터 운영수준을 평가할 수 있는 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 콜센터 운영수준평가모형의 개발을 통해 각 기업은 자신의 콜 센터 현 수준을 세밀하고 다각적인 방법으로 진단과 평가할 수 있으며, 강·약점을 분석할 수 있는 객관적인 분석기회를 가질 수 있으며, 이를 통해 개선점을 도출할 수 있을 것이다.

A Triple Connected Teaching & Learning Model to Improve the Educational Level of Information and Communication Ethics in Elementary School (초등 정보통신윤리 교육수준 제고를 위한 3중 연계교수학습모형 연구)

  • Information and communication brings us some degree of convenient but also serious side effects. Especially, information and communication ethics is an important issue for elementary school children who are early stage in moral value. This paper proposes a triple-connected teaching and learning model. which can be applied to the elementary school children. in order to improve the educational level. The model is formed by selecting three discretionary teaching models, and applying independently them into the different classes with linking the contents for each class. A teacher can choose the teaching models based on what he wants to teach. Caring model, Home-Connected model and Simulation model were linked in our experiment. Experiments were conducted in the same condition but different learning models, Then, an educational effect was compared and analyzed in the educational level improvement point of view, between the Triple-connected teaching and learning model and the single teaching and learning model.

Pre-Service Teachers' Understandings on Earth Science Concept needed for an Integrated Approach: Exploring Mental Models about Eclipse Phenomena by Analyzing Phenomenological Primitives and Facets (통합적 접근이 필요한 지구과학 개념에 대한 예비 교사의 이해: 현상론적 초안과 국면 분석을 통한 식 현상에 대한 정신모형 탐색)

  • This study explored pre-service teachers' mental models about eclipse phenomena to investigate their understandings on the earth science concept needed f3r an integrated approach. We conducted in-depth interviews with two different contexts on 30 secondary and 36 primary pre-service teachers participants, and analyzed phenomenological primitives (p-prims) and facets of causal explanations about eclipses. Based on this study, we identified four different levels of mental models about eclipses. Four mental models were categorized as (1) Screening model, (2) Orbital plane model, (3) Hybrid model, and (4) Shadow cast model. Screening model is a flawed mental model, orbital plane model is an incomplete correct mental model, and shadow cast model is a scientifically correct mental model. Hybrid model, composite of two or more mental models, use multiple mental models simultaneously. Orbital plane model was the most widespread mental model in secondary pre-service teachers group, whereas screening model was used frequently in primary group. It was found that the level of mental model could be determined by the level of facet and p-prims. We confirmed context sensitivity of the mental models and perceived the necessity of integrated approaches to promote progression of mental models. Implications of our findings for enhancing pre-service science teachers' topic-specific pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) associated with eclipse phenomena are also discussed here.

  • In this paper, we obtain the step inteaching high school leve-based class utilizing cooperative learning lessons using level-type tutoring to improve academic achievement and mathematics attitudes. The details are as follows. First, we develop the teaching and learning model for the level-type instructional development and for the application to project work. Second, we seek to height academic achievement by applying the level-type work sheets in conjunction with cooperative learning. For this problem, we will focus on the following issues. First, how will you using level-type tutoring level TAI cooperative learning in order to improve academic achievement and develop the learning ability in mathematics? Second, how can you step utilizing TAI instructional level of cooperative learning in mathematics classes to improve mathematics learning attitudes? Third, how will you some reaction step work sheets utilizing level TAI cooperative learning of students for mathematics. Results of this study are as follows. First, in the experimental group compared to the comparison group was improved academic achievement. Second, in the experimental group compared to the comparison group learning attitudes could help. Third, the level of cooperative learning instructional model utilizing the TAI in the experimental group compared to the comparison group represents a significant response was seen.

휴대용 CST Deck부의 가속시험을 활용한 출하 수명 보증 시험법 개발

  • 본 Study는 휴대용 CST Deck부의 신뢰성 개선/보증활동 중에서 출하수명 보증을 위해 개발한 가속시험에 관한 것이다. 휴대용 CST의 사용 환경과 Deck부의 고장 특성을 고려하여 진동 Stress를 가속 인자로 검토하였고, 예비 시험을 통해 타당성을 확인하였다. 3 수준에서 실시한 수명 Data를 역거듭 제곱 모형을 적용하여 사용자 수준에서의 신뢰성 정보를 추정하였고, 이를 시장 Data와 비교하여 모형의 타당성을 검토하였다. 3 수준 중에서 가장 Stress가 높은 수준에서의 시험을 출하 수명 보증 시험으로 선정하였고, 이 때 가속 효과는 약 55배인 것으로 추정된다.

The Development of Neural Network Model to Improve the Reliability of the Demand/Effort Model for Evaluating Highway Safety (도로위험도를 평가하는 요구/노력모형의 신뢰도 향상을 위한 신경망 모형 개발)

  • Traffic accidents on highways are likely to happen when there is an imbalance in the complex relationships among key elements such as road geometries, driver related factors, and mechanical performances. The Demand-Effort Model (DEM), which evaluates highway safety, can be explained by the imbalance, which occurs when the level of demand of the driver's attention to the road environment exceeds that of the response from the driver. This study suggests a new model that improves the reliability of the current DEM through the reinterpretation on the physiological signals with the help of the Neural Network Model (NNM). The data were collected from 149 subjects, who drove a test vehicle on the Yongdong, Honam, and Seohaean Expressways in Korea. Three important results could be drawn from the recursive tests as follows; (1) Only 5 out of 10 parameters on the physiological signals which are currently used were proven to be meaningful through the Normality Test, Cluster Analysis, and Mann-Whitney Analysis. (2) The revised DEM, which internally uses the NNM, showed more reliable results than existing DEM. Group 1, which is based on the new DEM showed 80.0% of accuracy in measuring the level of driver's efforts, however, that of Group 2 based on the current DEM was 74.3%. (3) Field tests on the Honam Expressway showed lower 'type II error' with the new DEM (40.5%) than the old DEM (58.8%). The DEM is designed as a quick and easy way to determine highway safety prior to the minute road safety audit (RSA) by a professional audit team. Then a new DEM, which is based on the NNM, needs to be considered since it showed higher reliability and lower error.

A Neural Network Model for Visual Selection: Top-down mechanism of Feature Gate model (시각적 선택에 대한 신경 망 모형FeatureGate 모형의 하향식 기제)

  • 시각적 선택에 대한 과거 정신물리학적, 신경 생리학적 연구결과를 토대로 Feature Gate 라는 신경 망 모형을 제안하였다. 이 모형에는 공간 배치도가 위계 적으로 구성되어 있으며, 정보의 흐름이 위계의 각 수준으로부터 그 다음 수준으로 넘어갈 때 주의 게이트에 의해 조절되도록 되어 있다. 주의 게이트들은 독특한 세부 특징을 가진 위치에 반응하는 상향식 시스템과 표적 세부 특징이 있는 위치에 반응하는 하향식 기제 모두에 의해 조절된다. 본 연구는 Feature Gate 모형의 하향식 기제에 초점을 맞추어 모형을 설명하고, 현재 다른 모형들이 설명하지 못하는 Moran & Desimone(1985)의 연구결과를 이 모형이 어떻게 설명하는지를 제시하고자 한다. Feature Gate 모형은 병렬 적인 세부특징 검색, 계열 적 접합표적 검색, 단서에 의한 주의의 점진적 감소 모형, 세부특징-주도적인 공간적 선택, 주의의 분할, 방해자극 위치의 억제, 주변 억제 등을 포함한 시각적 주의 연구의 여러 가지 많은 현상들을 설명하는데 하나의 일관적인 해석을 제공해 준다. 앞으로 이 모형을 더욱 확장, 발전 시켜 세부특징의 조합된 배열에 반응하는 상위 수준의 유닛을 사용한다면 시각적 선택과정이 포함된 형태 재인 모형으로 개발될 수 있다.

A Survey Research on Information Literacy Level in Korean University Students (우리나라 대학생의 정보 리터러시 수준에 대한 실태조사)

  • Information literacy which is related various forms of literacy can be defined as a vital competency of individuals in digital based knowledge information society. This basic survey research is aimed to assess information literacy level of the undergraduate students. For this study a proper model of information literacy is used which based 5 Performance processes and 12 performance abilities. The result of this survey is as follows: 1) Among the S performance process elements.'result evaluation' element showed high level competency than other elements. 2) There were high correlations within performance Process elements and performance ability elements. 3) Those items such as academic grade, first experience of information retrieval, and experience of information literacy instruction affect the difference in the level of information literacy.

A Study on the Development of Plural Gravity Models and their Application Method (복수 중력모형의 구축과 적용방법에 관한 연구)

  • This study developed plural gravity models and their application method in order to increase the accuracy of trip distribution estimation. The developed method initially involves utilizing the coefficient of determination ($R^2$) to set the target level. Afterwards, the gravity model is created, and if the gravity model's coefficient of determination is satisfactory in regards to the target level, the model creation is complete and future trip distribution estimation is calculated. If the coefficient of determination is not on par with the target level, the zone pair with the largest standardized residual is removed from the model until the target level is obtained. In respect to the model, the removed zone pairs are divided into positive(+) and negative(-) sides. In each of these sides, gravity models are made until the target level is reached. If there are no more zone pairs to remove, the model making process concludes, and future trip distribution estimation is calculated. The newly developed plural gravity model and application method was adopted for 42 zone pairs as a case study. The existing method of utilizing only one gravity model exhibited a coefficient of determination value ($R^2$) of 51.3%, however, the newly developed method produced three gravity models, and exhibited a coefficient of determination value ($R^2$) of over 90%. Also, the accuracy of the future trip distribution estimation was found to be higher than the existing method.
