병원 2세경영의 리더십 변화가 내부환경 및 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 (The effects of a change of leadership of the 2nd generation management on internal environment and organizational effectiveness in hospitals)

  • This study aims to examine the effect of a change of leadership on internal environment and organization effectiveness and suggest measures on effective organizational management by analyzing a change of leadership before and after 2nd generation management. There was analysis of a difference of leadership type, organizational structure, organizational culture, management resources, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment between the period of the founders and the period of 2nd generation successors by collecting data from employees of 6 hospitals in Seoul. Also there was analysis of the effect of a change of leadership on internal environment and organizational effectiveness. According to the analysis, it was demonstrated that the factor affecting job satisfaction during the period of the founder was complexity of organizational structure, and there were no factors affecting organizational commitment. In contrast, during the period of the 2nd generation successors, it was revealed that transformational leadership, centralism of organizational structure, and human resources of management resources affect job satisfaction, and transformational leadership, complexity of organizational structure, hierarchical culture of organizational culture, and human resources of management resources affect organizational commitment. Further, after the succession from the founders to 2nd generation successors, as transformational leadership increased, job satisfaction rose, and as developmental culture was reinforced and human resources increased, organizational commitment was heightened. Furthermore, as transformational leadership increased and developmental culture was reinforced, organizational commitment was heightened. Namely, as transformational leadership was reinforced resulting from the succession to 2nd generation, employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment increased, with circumstances aiming for the actual change.

  • Construction waste takes about 50% of total industrial waste. Researchers focuses to decrease the amount of construction waste by recycling the waste during the construction site. However, research about recycling the gelatin-sand composite is not yet been studied. This research is an experimental research on recycling the total specimen of gelatin-sand composite. Two methods were held when making the 2nd generation of the gelatin-sand specimen. As a result, there was no difference in flexural strenght between two different method of 2nd generation of specimen. However, the second method of 2nd generation showed about 20% higher compressive strength than the first method.

2세대와 3세대 이중 소스 단일 에너지와 이중 소스 이중 에너지를 이용한 복부 컴퓨터단층촬영의 방사선량 및 영상 품질 비교 (Comparison of Radiation Dose and Image Quality between the 2nd Generation and 3rd Generation DualSource Single-Energy and Dual-Source Dual-Energy CT of the Abdomen)

  • 목적 2세대 및 3세대 이중 소스 단일 에너지와 이중 소스 이중 에너지를 이용한 복부 CT의 방사선량과 영상 품질을 비교하였다. 대상과 방법 부분 또는 근치적 신절제술 후 2019년 첫 10개월(2세대 이중 소스 CT)과 2020년 첫 10개월(3세대 이중 소스 CT)에 추적관찰 복부 CT를 시행한 환자들을 대상으로 하였다. 총 320명의 환자를 성별과 체질량지수에 따라 각각 80명씩 4개 그룹으로 나누었다(A, 2세대 이중 소스 단일 에너지 CT; B, 2세대 이중 소스 이중 에너지 CT; C, 3세대 이중 소스 단일 에너지 CT 및 D, 3세대 이중 소스 이중 에너지 CT). 각 그룹 간 방사선량과 영상 품질(객관적, 주관적 품질)을 비교하였다. 결과 3세대 이중 소스 이중 에너지 CT의 평균 신체 크기 특이적 선량 추정값은 2세대 이중 소스 단일 에너지 CT (42.5%, p = 0.013)와 2세대 이중 소스 이중 에너지 CT (46.9%, p = 0.015) 보다 의미 있게 낮았다. 관찰자 간 일치는 전반적인 영상 품질(intraclass correlation coefficient [이하 ICC]: 0.8867) 및 인공물(ICC: 0.9423)에서 높은 일치도를 보였다. 결론 3세대 이중 소스 이중 에너지 CT는 2세대 이중 소스 이중 에너지 CT 및 이중 소스 단일 에너지 CT와 비교하여 높은 영상 품질을 유지하면서 방사선량을 상당히 감소시킨 결과를 보여주었다.

  • 이 연구에서는 차별경험과 2차 베이비붐 세대의 자발적 시민참여활동의 관계를 살펴보았다. 구체적으로, 2차 베이비붐 세대가 겪는 차별경험이 기회평등과 노력성취에 대한 부정적 평가를 매개로 자원봉사참여수준에 미치는 영향을 구조방정식모형을 통해 점검하였다. 분석자료는 동그라미 재단의 "2016년 한국사회 기회불평등에 대한 조사"에서 확보하였다. 분석대상은 설문조사 당시 만 42세부터 만 48세였던 2차 베이비부머 474명으로 제한하였다. 모형검증 결과, 차별경험은 기회평등과 노력성취에 대한 인지적 평가를 매개로 2차 베이비붐 세대의 자원봉사참여수준에 부정적 영향을 미친다는 사실을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 2차 베이비붐 세대의 자원봉사활동을 진흥할 수 있는 정책방안들을 제시하였다.

  • Czocharlski pulling method에 의해 성장된 새로운 광학결정 YCOB($YCa_4O(BO_3)_3$)의 파장에 따른 위상 정합 조건을 제시하였으며, Nd:YAG 레이저의 1064nm의 출력을 기본파로 하였을 때 제2조화파 발생 효율을 조사하였다. 또한 $Yb^{3+}$이온과 $Nd^{3+}$ 이온이 도핑된 YCOB의 제2조화파 발생효율을 조사하여 희토류 이온 도핑에 따른 비선형성의 변화를 조사하였다.

Current Status of the 2nd Generation of Intact Stability: Investigation of the Pure Loss of Stability and Parametric Roll Mode

  • A review of the 2nd generation of intact stability by the International Maritime Organization is performed. The main issues with the new stability criteria are reviewed. In particular, the physical background and related mathematical formulations of the pure loss of stability and parametric roll are summarized. Based on a literature review, benchmark calculation results for 17 different types of ships are discussed, and the final results are in excellent agreement with our physical expectations. Some relatively serious design problems are found in the application of the new stability criteria to sample ships built in Korea, and possible technical solutions are proposed, which have to be improved in the coming years.

Islanding Detection Method for Inverter-Based Distributed Generation through Injection of Second Order Harmonic Current

  • This paper proposes a new islanding detection method for inverter-based distributed generators by continuously injecting a negligible amount of 2nd order harmonic current. The proposed method adopts a proportional resonant (PR) controller for the output current control of the inverter, and a PR filter to extract the 2nd order harmonic voltage at the point of common coupling (PCC). The islanding state can be detected by measuring the magnitude ratio of the 2nd order harmonic voltage to the fundamental voltage at the PCC by injecting a 2nd order harmonic current with a 0.8% magnitude. The proposed method provides accurate and fast detection under grid voltage unbalance and load unbalance. The operation of the proposed method has been verified through simulations and experiments with a 5kW hardware set-up, considering the islanding test circuit suggested in UL1741.

공기-플라즈마 방전 시스템에서 화학적 활성종의 생성에 대한 연구 (Study on the Generation of Chemically Active Species using Air-plasma Discharging System)

  • High-voltage dielectric discharges are an emerging technique in environmental pollutant degradation, which that are characterized by the production of hydroxyl radicals as the primary degradation species. The initiation and propagation of the electrical discharges depends on several physical, chemical, and electrical parameters such as 1st and 2nd voltage of power, gas supply, conductivity and pH. These parameters also influence the physical and chemical characteristics of the discharges, including the production of reactive species such as OH, $H_2O_2$ and $O_3$. The experimental results showed that the optimum 1st voltage and air flow rate for RNO (N-Dimethyl-4-nitrosoaniline, indicator of the generation of OH radical) degradation were 160 V (2nd voltage of is 15 kV) and 4 L/min, respectively. As the increased of the 2nd voltage (4 kV to 15 kV), RNO degradation, $H_2O_2$ and $O_3$ generation were increased. The conductivity of the solution was not influencing the RNO degradation and $H_2O_2$ and $O_3$ generation. The effects pH was not high on RNO degradation. However, the lower pH and the conductivity, the higher $H_2O_2$ and $O_3$ generation were observed.

  • 재미한인2세는 미국에서 태어나서 영어로 교육을 받고 자란 세대인데, 이들은 영어를 잘 구사하고 미국문화에 익숙하기 때문에 다양한 전문직에 진출하고 있다. 한인2세 성인들은 미국에서 출생하여 미국 문화에 동화되고 미국식 사고방식과 행동방식에 익숙해져 미국인 정체성을 내면화하게 된다. 미국의 대다수 한인교회의 운영이나 설교에서 한인1세들은 중심적 역할을 맡고 한인2세들은 극히 부차적인 역할을 맡고 있는데, 근래 상당수의 한인2세 성인들이 한인교회를 떠나고 있다. 또한 재미한인사회에서 한인2세 성인의 인구 비중이 점차로 커지고 있기 때문에 일부 한인교회에서는 영어예배를 제공하고 있다. 미국의 한인사회에서 한인2세들의 영향력은 점차로 커질 것이기 때문에 한인2세들의 교회 활동과 정체성 문제는 미국의 한인사회 미래를 예측하는 데 매우 중요한 연구주제가 된다.

3차원 착빙 형상 예측을 위한 2세대 시뮬레이션 코드 개발 (DEVELOPMENT OF 2ND GENERATION ICE ACCRETION ANALYSIS PROGRAM FOR HANDLING GENERAL 3-D GEOMETRIES)

  • The $2^{nd}$ generation ice accretion analysis program has been developed and validated for various icing conditions. The essential feature of the $2^{nd}$ generation code lies in its capability of handling general 3-D geometry and improved accuracy. The entire velocity fields are obtained based on Navier-Stokes equations in order to take the massively separated flow field into account. Unlike $1^{st}$ generation code, the droplet trajectories are calculated using Eulerian approach, which is adopted to yield appropriate collection efficiency even in the shadow region. For improved thermodynamic analysis on the surfaces, water film model and modified Messinger model are newly included in the present analysis. The ice shape for a given time step is obtained by considering the exact amount of ice accreted on the surface. Each module of the icing analysis code has been seamlessly integrated on the OpenFOAM platform. The developed code was validated against available experimental data for 2D airfoils and 3D DLR-F4. Due to the lack of experimental data, the computed results of DLR-F4 were compared with those obtained from FENSAP-ICE, which is state-of-the-art 3D icing analysis code. It was clearly shown that the present code produces comparable results to those of FENSAP-ICE, in terms of prediction accuracy and the capability of handling general 3-D geometries.
