Phase Stability Region of BiSrCaCuO Superconduction Thin Films Fabricated by Ion Beam Sputtering Method (이온 빔 스퍼터법으로 제작한 BiSrCaCuO 초전도 박막의 상안정 영역)

  • BiSrCaCuO superconducting thin films have been fabricated by co-deposition using IBS(Ion Beam Sputtering) method. Despite setting the composition of thin film Bi2212 or Bi2223, in both cased, Bi2201, Bi2212 and Bi2223 phase were appeared. It was confirmed the obtained field of stabilizing phase was represented in the diagonal direction of the right below end in the Arrhenius plot of temperature of the substrate and $PO_3$ and it was distributed in the reeone.

  • In the cource of the studies on L-glutamic acid production from acetic acid, 383 strains capable of assimilating acetate as sole source of carbon were isolated from 279 kinds of soil sample. Out of them, 5 strains which produced relatively larger amount of L-glutamate from acetate were selected and named Brevibacterium flavum nov. sp. D1005B, Corynebacterium glutamicum nov. sp. D1025A, Brevib. flavum nov. sp. D2209B, Coryneb. acetoacidophilum nov. sp. D2212B and Coryneb. acetoacidophilum nov. sp. D2349A respectively.

  • BSCCO superconducting thin films have been fabricated by co-deposition using IBS(Ion Beam Sputtering) method. Despite setting the composition of thin film Bi2212 or Bi2223, in both cases, Bi2201, Bi2212 and Bi2223 phase were appeared. The XRD peak of the generated film continuously changed according to the substrate temperature.

  • 현재 국내의 경우 설비의 열화 상태 및 그 경향을 파악하여 부적합한 상태를 파악하기 위한 다양한 상태판단 기술이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전기철도 DC 전력설비 과부하 상태판단 기술과 설계 방향에 관하여 기술하였다. 또한 실용적 리뉴얼 방향과 실용적교체 기준의 국내외 기법을 조하하여 이를 적용하기 위한 기술연구를 수행하였으며 이를 바탕으로 도시철도 전력설비의 실태진단을 위한 노후화 시스템 교체 기준 수립의 기초 연구 및 기본 조사 방향이 되고자 하였다.

Extended Fault Location Algorithm Using the Estimated Remote Source Impedance for Parallel Transmission Lines

  • This paper describes extended fault location algorithm using estimated remote source impedance. The method uses data only at the local end and the sequence current distribution factors for more accurate estimation. The proposed algorithm can respond to variation of the local and remote source impedance. Therefore, this method is especially useful for transmission lines interconnected to a wind farm that the source impedance varies continuously. The proposed algorithm is very insensitive to the variation in fault distance and fault resistance. The simulation results have shown the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

  • We have fabricated BSCCO 2223 by modified two powder process and investigated 2223 phase formation and grain growth. Phase evolution and reactivity of 2223 were remarkably sensitive to size of 2212 grains and liquid phase. Larger size of 2212 phase increased liquid formation temperature. The Avrami relation was well suited for describing the kinetics of grain growth in BSCCO 2223.

  • Temperature(T) dependence of the sheet resistance( $R_{$\square$}$) has been investigated on the c-axis oriented thin films of the (Bi2212/Bi2201) mixed crystal with different molar fractions. The $R_{$\square$}$-T superconducting characteristic deteriorated with reduction of the Bi2212 fraction, and almost disappears at 48 mol% where a superconductor-to-insulator transition took place, with the resistance on the normal state, RN, reaching 4.l㏀ at 80 K. This $R_{N}$ value is close to the universal quantum number, h/(2e)$^2$≡6.5㏀ predicted by the Kosterlitz-Thouless(KT) transition theory. The $R_{$\square$}$-T characteristics of the 48 mol% thin film can be elucidated as a competitive process of KT transition brought about by charge or vortex in the two-dimensional layer structure.e.

Analysis of Sticking Coefficient in Bi-Superconducting Thin film (Bi 초전도 박막의 부착계수 해석)

  • BSCCO thin films are fabricated by an ion beam sputtering method, and sticking coefficients of the respective elements are evaluated. The sticking coefficient of Bi element in BSCCO film formation was observed to show a unique temperature dependence; it was almost a constant value of 0.49 below about 730$^{\circ}C$ and decreased linearly over about 730$^{\circ}C$ In contrast, Sr and Ca, displayed no such remarkable temperature dependence. This behavior of the sticking coefficient was explained consistently on the basis of the evaporation and sublimation processes of Bi$\sub$2/O$\sub$3/. It was concluded that Bi(2212) thin film constructs from the partial melted Bi(2201) phase with the aid of the liquid phase of Bi$\sub$2/O$\sub$3/.
