대한민국 창업생태계 문제점 및 개선방안 연구: 창업가, 예비창업가, 학생을 중심으로 문제점 및 개선방안 연구

  • 2008년 글로벌 금융위기 이후 세계 주요 국가들은 이러한 상황의 생존전략으로 창업 및 기업가정신의 부활을 강조하고 있다. 우리나라도 경기침체 및 청년실업률 증가와 같은 장기불황을 극복하기 위해 '국민행복, 희망의 새 시대'라는 국정비전하에 '일자리 중심의 창조경제' 실현을 제1의 국정목표로 설정하였다. 2016년 4년차에 접어드는 창조경제는 수많은 예산과 인력을 투입하여 창업지원사업을 하고 있지만, 그 효과성에 대해서는 의문이 든다. 이에 본 연구는 실제 창업을 하거나 준비 중인 창업가, (예비)창업가, 학생을 중심으로 현 창업생태계의 문제점을 분석하였고, 이 분석결과를 토대로 정부, 지방자치단체 및 민간의 창업지원사업에 바람직한 지원방향을 제시하여 건강한 창업생태계 구축을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과, 정부의 창업지원 정책의 문제점은 보겨 주기식 창업지원사업 및 행사라고 응답한 비율이 41.5%로 가장 높은 응답률을 보였고, 국내 창업생태계 조성을 위해 제 역할을 충분히 하지 않은 당사자는 34.1%가 중앙정부, 28.3% 국내 대기업이라고 응답하였다. 창업경험 유무에 따른 창업과정의 애로사항은 자금조달이 46.1%로 가장 높았고, 창업 초기자금 조달방법은 응답자의 절반인 50.4%가 개인자금으로 창업 초기자금을 조달한다고 응답하였다. 창업이 주저되는 주요 이유로는 창업자금 마련 및 기회비용이 40.4%로 가장 높은 응답률을 보였고, 창업 시 가장 필요하고 중요하다고 생각되는 지원정책으로는 자금 및 투자 지원이 26.6%, 사무실공간지원 13.5%, 마케팅 및 판로 지원이 13.5%의 응답률을 보였다.

A deep learning analysis of the Chinese Yuan's volatility in the onshore and offshore markets (딥러닝 분석을 이용한 중국 역내·외 위안화 변동성 예측)

  • The People's Republic of China has vigorously been pursuing the internationalization of the Chinese Yuan or Renminbi after the financial crisis of 2008. In this view, an abrupt increase of use of the Chinese Yuan in the onshore and offshore markets are important milestones to be one of important currencies. One of the most frequently used methods to forecast volatility is GARCH model. Since a prediction error of the GARCH model has been reported quite high, a lot of efforts have been made to improve forecasting capability of the GARCH model. In this paper, we have proposed MLP-GARCH and a DL-GARCH by employing Artificial Neural Network to the GARCH. In an application to forecasting Chinese Yuan volatility, we have successfully shown their overall outperformance in forecasting over the GARCH.

Monetary policy synchronization of Korea and United States reflected in the statements (통화정책 결정문에 나타난 한미 통화정책 동조화 현상 분석)

  • Central banks communicate with the market through a statement on the direction of monetary policy while implementing monetary policy. The rapid contraction of the global economy due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic could be compared to the crisis situation during the 2008 global financial crisis. In this paper, we analyzed the text data from the monetary policy statements of the Bank of Korea and Fed reflecting monetary policy directions focusing on how they were affected in the face of a global crisis. For analysis, we collected the text data of the two countries' monetary policy direction reports published from October 1999 to September 2020. We examined the semantic features using word cloud and word embedding, and analyzed the trend of the similarity between two countries' documents through a piecewise regression tree model. The visualization result shows that both the Bank of Korea and the US Fed have published the statements with refined words of clear meaning for transparent and effective communication with the market. The analysis of the dissimilarity trend of documents in both countries also shows that there exists a sense of synchronization between them as the rapid changes in the global economic environment affect monetary policy.

Political Economic Analysis of the Central Bank Digital Currency (중앙은행 디지털 화폐에 대한 정치경제학적 분석)

  • While most of countries today are opposing the issuance of private-led cryptocurrency, nevertheless they are actively jumping into the issuance of government-led digital currency such as CBDC. This article aims to find an answer to this dual attitude of countries. To achieve the purpose, this article finds out the characteristics of political power and economic interest that digital currency has and applies it to the international dimension of the Bretton Woods II System. Then come up to the conclusion that the answer can be found in the fact that the current dual attitude of countries is closely related to the crisis of the international monetary order. The Bretton Woods II System, which led the world economy through reckless monetary expansion based on credit currency, exposed its limitations through the 2008 global financial crisis and put countries into difficulties. In this situation, the cryptocurrency, which appeared by raising the issue of the monopoly power of the central authority in issuing currency, had no choice but to act as an opportunity to drive countries further and further into a corner. This article views CBDC as a national response to address these issues. In other words, countries maintain their monetary power by absorbing the challenge of private digital currency at the government level through CBDC, and use this as a stepping stone to reorganize the international monetary order in crisis with the intention to use it as a means to their advantage. That is what this article is trying to argue.

Analysis of a Stock Price Trend and Future Investment Value of Cultural Content-related Convergence Business (문화콘텐츠 관련 융복합 기업들의 주가동향 및 향후 투자가치 분석)

  • This study used for KOSPI, KOSDAQ, entertainment culture and digital contents index that is related to cultural contents industry. There was investigated the each stock price index and return trends for a total 597 weeks to July 2015 from March 2004. They looked the content-related stocks about investment worth to comparative analysis the return, volatility, correlation, synchronization phenomena etc. of each stock index. When we saw the growth potential of the cultural contents industry forward, looked forward to the investment possibility of related stocks. Analysis Result cultural content related stocks showed a higher rate after the last 2008 global financial crisis. Recent as high interest in the cultural contents industry, we could see that the investment merit increases slowly. In the future, the cultural content industry is expected to continue to evolve. The increase of investments value in the cultural content related businesses is much expectation.

The Entrepreneurship of Convergence Companies Affect Learning Orientation (융합기업의 기업가정신이 학습지향성에 미치는 영향)

  • Since the global financial crisis in 2008, countries around the world have emphasized the activation of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship as essential strategies for survival. In the case of developed countries, the United States, the European Union and China actively promote entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship. In Korea, on the other hand, the importance of entrepreneurship is emphasized by stagnating growth of companies and strengthening their competitiveness through convergence within companies or companies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurship and learning orientation in order to enhance competitiveness of Korean companies and to be the basis of management strategy for growth of convergence companies based on this. For the progress of this study, the convergence companies were targeted and the hypothesis was verified through the questionnaire survey through the statistical program. The results of the study showed that Innovation influenced learning orientation. Second, Initiative was found to affect learning orientation. Finally, it is shown that risk sensitivity does not affect learning orientation.

  • After the financial crisis in 2008, Korean ship-parts manufacturing companies faced the survival of companies due to the difficulty in securing the volume of orders by sharp dropping in orders from big-three Korean shipbuilders. In ship-parts industry, product diversification and overseas market entry are important targets. Based on the expert Delphi survey and SWOT analysis, this study analyzes the key factors of overseas advancement by the growth stage of ship-parts companies and suggests a systematic and efficient overseas marketing strategy. Also, we propose a systematic and efficient advancement into overseas market by suggesting the traditional offline marketing strategy of exporting materials, marketing and marketing, and suggesting the need to build an integrated online and offline platform.

A Study on the Factors Affecting the Global Performance in Chinese Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (중국 중소기업의 글로벌 성과에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구)

  • In the development process, small and medium-sized enterprises in China have shown their unique features and regularities which are closely related to China's national condition and economic characteristics. But in 2008, because of the global financial crisis which started in the USA, the rate of Chinese export and the rate of economic growth has evidently slowed. Due to shortage of funds, foreign orders fell, increase the value of RMB, lack of talented factors, Chinese SMEs are facing bankruptcy. In this context, the purpose of this study is to examine the effects of domestic and international market environment, the government assistance for entering overseas market, entrepreneur characteristics, etc. on the global performance. Based on these, a research model and some hypotheses were set up and tested by the multiple regression analysis with total 317 effective survey data. The results of this paper are as follows. First, a positive effect relation on the financial performance was shown for the companies with high domestic and international market environment in the aspect of market environment. According to such analysis result, it was found that the market environment in which SMEs belong to is a very important factor. Second, in the aspect of government export assistance related to overseas, market development showed a positive effect relation on the both financial and non-financial performance. However, the direct financial assistance showed a positive effect relation only on the non-financial performance. Overall, it was found that the government assistance program on entering overseas market is having significant effects on SMEs, but direct financial assistance have not achieved the desired results. Third, the innovative-ness and progressiveness of entrepreneur showed a positive effect relation on the global market performance. However, the risk-taking of entrepreneur only showed a negative effect relation on the non-financial performance. Overall, it was found that the entrepreneurship of SMEs is an important and influential factor. This is a result implying that the propensity of taking too much risk is not desirable based on the uncertainty of the global environment market. To sum up, this study confirmed that the market environment, the government assistance and entrepreneur characteristics, which are the major prerequisites of global performance, have effects on global performance.

The Effects of Bail-in System on SME's Loans (채권자 손실분담제도(Bail-in 제도)가 중소기업대출에 미치는 영향)

  • After global financial crisis, policy makers in major countries tried to find a new bank recovery and resolution policy. The new policy intends to normalize the market not by bail-out approach in which public funds should be provided bankrupt banks, but by market discipline approach in which unsecured creditors take part in liquidation process. Bail-in system is a new and dominant financial policy after crisis period in resolution regimes led by the government administration. This study tries to analyze the relationship between bail-in system and pro-cyclicality. Empirical analysis has been done by taking the basis of the 8 year data from 2008 to 2015, which is selected from financial statistics information system of Korea Financial Supervisory Service. Accounting and financial data are collected from the dataguide 5.0 between 2008 and 2015. Through the analysis, the effect of bail-out system and bail-in system on pro-cyclicality of total loans did not show the statistically significant relationship. However the effect of bail-out system on pro-cyclicality of SME loans showed the statistically significant relationship, meanwhile the effect of bail-in system on pro-cyclicality of SME loans did not show the statistically significant relationship. In conclusion, bail-in system can be useful policy which improves the support and promotion of SMEs.

  • In recent years, the domestic construction business is continuously stagnated caused by housing depression, global financial crisis etc. To overcome these difficulties, the construction companies should reinforce the internal marketing like the service business. However, it is not easy to conduct active internal marketing reinforcement since the companies do not directly receive customers under special situation like construction. Therefore, it is necessary to resolve the urgent issue by selecting order of priority among internal marketing factors. To address this issue, the objective of this study is to analyze the internal marking factors by using Analytic Hierarchy Process. As a result, the first and second factor represents the internal communication and working condition and environment respectively. The findings of this study will contribute to apply the internal marketing into construction industry.
