무선 인터넷 서비스의 수요는 국내외적으로 크게 증가하고 있으며 2003년경 전 세계 무선 인터넷 사용인구가 6억 명에 이를 것이라는 전망이 나오고 있다. 이러한 급속한 발전에 비해 무선 인터넷 관련 기술은 아직 초기 시작 단계이다. 무선 인터넷 서비스 제공을 위한 프로토콜을 이용한 이동통신관련 업체들이 주축이 되어 개발하고 있으나 아직 표준화가 확립되지 않은 상태이다. 또한 무선 인터넷을 이용한 뱅킹 서비스, 주식 거래, 온라인 쇼핑등의 전자상거래 서비스를 원활히 제공하기 위해서는 유선 인터넷과 마찬가지로 보안 문제가 해결되어야 하나 아직 국제적인 표준화가 진행중에 있는 실정이다.

21세기의 신물질로 알려져 있는 플라즈마는 기체에 에너지를 가해 형성되는 높은 에너지(수십만도)의 이옹화된 기체의 집합체로 최근 이러한 플라즈마를 이용하여 고부가가치의 신기 능 제품개발에 널리 활용되고 있다. 플라즈마를 이용한 신기능 표면처리 기술개발이 가속 화됨에 따라 자동차, 기계, 전자, 에너지, 환경 산엽둥 전 산업 분야에 그 응용범위가 광범위 하게 확대 되고 있으며 이에 따른 핵심 연구개발도 최근 매우 중요시 되고 있다. 본 발표에서는 이라한 최끈 플라즈마 기술의 발전동향, 응용현황 및 향후 기술 확산을 위한 핵심 연구 방향에 대해 고찰하고저 한다.

ES기능의 하나인 방향탐지는 국가급 보안에 해당하는 분야로 일부 상용체제를 제외하고는 철저하게 독자적으로 개발되어야 한다. 그러나 국내개발 수준은 상당히 낙후되어 있으며 주요 핵심부품은 해외도입하고 있는 실정이다. 우리 나라도 더 이상의 직구매 방식을 지양하고, 국내 연구개발을 통해 독자적 전자전 장비 및 운용체제 갖추어 나가야 한다. 육군, 국과연, 학교 그리고 업체의 유기적인 참여와 협조만 이루어진다면 지금까지 국내에 축적된 기술력으로 충분히 개발할 수 있다고 판단된다.

In these days, it is continuously increased to the intrusion of system in internet environment. The methods of intrusion detection can be largely classified into anomaly detection and misuse detection. The former uses statistical methods, features selection method in order to detect intrusion, the latter uses conditional probability, expert system, state transition analysis, pattern matching. The existing studies for IDS(intrusion detection system) use combined methods. In this paper, we propose a new intrusion detection algorithm combined both state transition analysis and association mining techniques. For the intrusion detection, the first step is generated state table for transmitted commands through the network. This method is similar to the existing state transition analysis. The next step is decided yes or no for intrusion using the association mining technique. According to this processing steps, we present the automated generation algorithm of the penetration scenarios.

The international trade industry is on the brink of a radical Internet-driven transformation. TradeCard is a payment and settlement system that is an alternative to letters of crdeit. That is, TradeCard is a business-to-business e-commerce infrastructure that enables buyers and sellers to conduct and settle international trade transactions securely over the Internet. Paperless, payment-guaranteed international trade transactions - which eliminate the traditional letters of credit with electronic certifications - are widely considered the most difficult B2B transactions to conduct. The TradeCard system was initially built to accommodate and process this complex, cross-border payment type at a US$100 service fee for each transaction of up to US$100,000 since November 1999.

우리나라 최초의 실용급 지구관측위성인 아리랑 1호는 지난 2003년 2월 21일부로 목표로 하였던 임무운영기간 3년을 완수하였다. 아리랑 1호의 정상 임무운영에 사용되는 탑재체는 전장광학카메라, 해양관측카메라, 그리고 우주과학 탑재체이며, 2001년 8월 원인을 알 수 없는 과전류 발생으로 임무가 중단된 우주과학 탑재체를 .제외한 나머지 탑재체들은 임무 운영기간동안 정상적으로 운영되었다. 전자광학카메라는 한반도를 비롯한 전 세계를 대상으로 지리정보를 위한 영상자료를 획득하는 것이 목적이었으며, 해양관측카메라는 생물학적 해양지도 및 해양환경 관측을 위한 자료를 획득하는 것이다. 우주과학 탑재체는 고에너지 전하입자에 의한 Single Event Upset현상, 우주방사능 관측, 그리고 전자의 온도 및 밀도 측정이 주요 목표였다. 당초 목표했던 임무운영기간을 초과한 현재(2003년 7월 1일 기준)까지 우주과학 탑재체를 제외한 나머지 탑재체들은 정상적으로 운영되고 있다. 본 논문은 아리랑 1호 발사 후 약 3년 6개월간의 기간동안 수행된 탑재체 운영결과들을 정리하였다.

PDP(Plasma Display Panel)의 투명 유전체에 적용 가능한 저융점 유리 중에서 납성분이 포함 되어 있지 않는 Bi계 유리의 연구를 행하였다. 기판과의 일체화를 위한 유리의 응용으로, 소자와의 반응 억제와 열응력 완화를 위해 유리의 저융점화 및 열팽창 계수를 제어하였다. 본 연구에서 제조된 Bi계 유리는 DTA와 TMA의 열분석을 통해 50$0^{\circ}C$부근에서 연화점이 있고, 7.31~10.02$\times$$10^{-6}$$^{\circ}C$, 비유전을 11.1~13.3, 광투과도가 80%이상으로 PDP 투명유전체에 적용 가능한 Bi계 유리를 얻을 수 있었다.

A new possibility of our atmospheric cold plasma torch has been examined on the surface treatment of an air-exposed vulcanized rubber compound. The plasma treatment effect was evaluated by the bondability with another rubber compound using a polyurethane adhesive.

휴대형 장비를 이용해서 다양한 정보를 취득하고자 하는 요구가 증가되고 있으며, 특히 휴대형 전화기나 PDA(Personal Digital Assistance)를 이용한 웹정보에 대한 접근이 크게 요구되고있다. 기존의 유선망 중심의 전자상거래기반을 무선망으로 전환하는 계기가 될 것이다. 또한 데이터 전송속도나 이동성의 보장으로 전자상거래의 영역을 더욱 확대시킬 것이다. 본 논문에서 소개되는 HDML(Handhold Device Markup Language)은 휴대용 장비로부터 효과적인 웹의 접근을 위한 언어로서, 현재 상용화를 위한 HDML 응요업무의 제작이 전 세계적으로 급속도로 이루어지고 있는 상황에서, HDML에 관련된 기술의 습득 및 지원도구 개발은 매우중요하다. 따라서 본고에서는 M-commerce의 현황, 관련 요소기술들, 비즈니스 모델을 알아보고, 이를 기반으로 M-commerce의 서비스 제공시 고려사항 및 개념모델에 대한 DB 연동 DHML Server를 구축하려 한다.

Ba(Zr$_{x}$Ti$_{l-x}$)O$_3$(BZT) thin films of x=0.2 and 150nm thickness were prepared on Pt/SiO$_2$/Si substrate by RF Magnetron Sputtering deposition at several temperature (40$0^{\circ}C$, 50$0^{\circ}C$, $600^{\circ}C$). As the substrates temperature increase, crystallization of the films and high dielectric constants can be obtained. Capacitance of the film deposited at high temperature is more sensitive to the applied voltage than that of the film deposited at low temperature, and the film's breakdown voltage is higher in low temperature.ure.
