  • Macroazoinitiator를 이용하여 Polystyrene-poly(caprolactone) (PS-PCL) 블록공중합체를 합성하고, poly(2, 6-dimethyl-1, 4-phenylene oxide) (PPO)/poly(styrene-co-acrylonitrile) (SAN, acrylonitrile의 함량이 25wt%) 블렌드에서의 상용화 효과를 조사하였다. 공중합체 중 PS블록과 PCL블록은 각각 PPO, SAN과 상용성을 가졌으며, 블록공중합체는 SAN의 PPO 영역으로의 용해 정도를 증가시킴을 관찰할 수 있었다.

Congenital Long QT Syndrome Type 8 Characterized by Fetal Onset of Bradycardia and 2:1 Atrioventricular Block

  • An important, albeit rare, cause of fetal bradycardia is long QT syndrome (LQTS). Congenital LQTS is an ion channelopathy caused by mutations in genes encoding cardiac ion channel proteins. Fetal onset of LQTS imposes high risk of life-threatening tachyarrhythmias and sudden cardiac death. Here, we report the case of a female newborn with fetal onset of bradycardia and a 2:1 atrioventricular (AV) block. After birth, a 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) revealed bradycardia with QT prolongation of a corrected QT (QTc) interval of 680 ms and pseudo 2:1 AV block. Genetic testing identified a heterozygous Gly402Ser (c.1204G>A) mutation in CACNA1C, confirming the diagnosis of LQTS type 8 (LQT8). The patient received propranolol at a daily dose of 2 mg/kg. Mexiletine was subsequently administered owing to the sustained prolongation of the QT interval and pseudo 2:1 AV block. One week after mexiletine inception, the ECG still showed QT interval prolongation (QTc, 632 ms), but no AV block was observed. There were no life-threatening tachyarrhythmias in a follow-up period of 13 months.

동적 블록수송환경을 위한 네트워크 흐름모형 기반의 트랜스포터 일정계획 (Transporter Scheduling Based on a Network Flow Model for Dynamic Block Transportation Environment)

  • This paper considers a transporter scheduling problem under dynamic block transportation environment in shipbuilding. In dynamic situations, there exist the addition, cancellation or change of block transportation requirements, sudden breakdowns and maintenance of transporters. The transportation of the blocks in the shipyard has some distinct characteristics. Some blocks are available to be picked up at a specific time during the planning horizon while some other blocks need to be delivered before a specific time. These requirements cause two penalty times: 1) delay times incurred when a block is picked up after a required start time, and 2) tardy times incurred when a block shipment is completed after the required delivery time. The blocks are located at different areas in the shipyard and transported by transporters. The objective of this paper is to propose a heuristic algorithm based on a network flow model which minimize the weighted sum of empty transporter travel times, delay times, and tardy times. Also, a rolling-horizon scheduling method is proposed for dynamic block transportation environment. The performance of the proposed heuristic algorithms are evaluated through a simulation experiment.

크라우칭(Crouching) 스타트 시 뒤 블록 각도 변화에 따른 발목 관절의 기계적 에너지에 대한 연구 (A Study of the Ankle Joint to Mechanical Energy in Crouching Start According to the Backward Block Inclined Angle Increase)

  • The purpose of this study was to improve the ankle joint to mechanical energy in Crouching start according to the backward block inclined angle(F, F(+1), F(+2)) increase. For purpose of this study the ankle joint was considered as a single hinge joint rotation about a transverse axis. A two-dimensional(sagittal plane) analysis was performed on data collected from 3 spriters(university student). During Crouching start, the ankle joint moment showed a similar patterns according to the backward block inclined angle increase. The peak values of ankle joint moment was plantar flexion approximately 80% throughout the contact phase for Crouching start. The absorbed and generated energy represented different values from the backward block inclined angle increase at ankle joint. On the backward block inclined angle F, subject A($55^{\circ}$) and C($50^{\circ}$) Produced energy generation more than other block inclined angles. On the backward block inclined angle F(+2), subject B($50^{\circ}$) showed largest energy generation.

유용미생물을 적용한 화산재 블록의 강도 및 수질정화 특성 (Strength and Water Purification Characteristics of Effective Microorganism-applied Volcanic Ash Block)

  • The aim of this study is to investigate strength and water purification characteristics of effective microorganism-applied volcanic ash block using flexural strength test and water quality analysis. The specimens were prepared with volcanic ash from Mt. Baekdusan and Mt. Hallasan, and cement as the ratios of 3.5:1, 4.0:1, 4.5:1, 5.0:1 with and without metakaolin. Flexural strength degraded with increasing of the amount of volcanic ash, and increased with addition of metakaolin as a binder. Based on these results, the optimal ratio for fabricating volcanic ash-cement mixture block is determined as 3.5:1 with metakaolin. Furthermore, from water quality analysis on contaminated water, removal ability of effective microorganism-applied volcanic ash-cement mixture block and caged volcanic ash block against T-N, T-P and SS was highly evaluated because of adsorption due to the large specific surface area of volcanic ash. Hence, volcanic ash-cement mixture block and caged volcanic ash block possibly contribute to water purification.

  • 본 연구에서는 공리적 설계 방법론을 기반으로 조선소의 블록 물류 운영 시스템을 효과적으로 설계하는 방법을 다룬다. 체계적인 설계를 위하여 블록 물류 운영 시스템의 독립적인 기능 요구를 정의하고 이를 만족시키는 설계 파라미터를 정의한다. 그리고 기능 요구들과 설계 파라미터들 사이의 상관관계를 고려하여 구현 순서를 결정한다. 설계 결과는 IDEF0 모델링을 이용하여 제시하였다. 설계된 시스템은 국내 한 조선소에서 구현되었으며, 현장에 적용되고 있는 사례를 분석하여 함의를 도출한다.

부밴드 블록 공액 경사 알고리듬을 이용한 음향잡음 제거 (An Acoustic Noise Cancellation Using Subband Block Conjugate Gradient Algorithm)

  • 본 논문에서는 부밴드 적응 필터 구조에서 음향 신호에 부가된 잡음을 제거하기 위한 새로운 비용함수와 블록 공액 경사 알고리듬을 제안하였다. 제안한 비용함수를 위하여 부밴드로 나뉘는 신호를 블록으로 구성한 후 각 대역에서의 신호를 하나의 블록으로 조합하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 제시된 비용함수는 부밴드 적응 필터 구조에서 적응 필터에 대한 2차 형식을 가짐으로서 제안한 알고리듬의 수렴성이 보장되었다. 또한 제안한 비용함수를 최소화하는 알고리듬으로 사용한 부밴드 블록 공액 경사 알고리듬은 전대역 블록 공액 경사 알고리듬에 비해 잡음제거 성능이 뛰어난 것을 컴퓨터 모의 실험으로 확인하였다.

Full Zirconia Crown용으로 사용되는 block의 제조사의 굴곡강도와 임상작업후의 굴곡강도에 관한 연구 (The Study of Flexural Strength of Full Zirconia Crown using Block after Clinical Work)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate flexural strength of full zirconia crown using block after clinical work. Methods: The three point bending test was used to measure the flexural strength of zirconia block. Statistical analysis was done using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 19.0 for Windows. As for the analysis methods, the study used analysis of variance, Tukey's test. Results: The ave Rage value of flexural strengths of WIELAND, Zirkonzahn, Hass, D-MAX were 516.2 MPa, 612.6MPa, 566.2MPa, 744.6MPa. The ave Rage value of Surface Roughness of WIELAND, Zirkonzahn, Hass, D-MAX were 0.39Ra, 0.33Ra, 0.33Ra, 0.47Ra. Conclusion: Flexural strength of zirconia block decreased after clinical work. Flexural strength of zirconia block is equal to or higher than flexural strength of dental metal, so zirconia block can be used as dental material.

  • 건축물의 기초를 구조체접지 및 대용접지극으로 활용하기 위한 기초실험으로 모형블록의 저항률 특성에 관해 검토하였다. 콘크리트와 몰탈의 모형블록을 제작 후 상온과 함수 상태에서 저항률을 측정하였으며, 저항률을 저감시키기 위해 접지저항 저감제를 혼합한 블록을 제작 하여 비교 하였다. 블록의 저항 값은 블록 저항률에 의해 가장 많은 영향을 받으며, 블록 저항률이 동일하거나 유사한 값일 때 대지저항률 값의 차이만큼 접지저항 값의 차이가 발생하였다.

WSN을 위한 128비트 확장된 데이터 블록을 갖는 고성능 HIGHT 설계 (High Performance HIGHT Design with Extended 128-bit Data Block Length for WSN)

  • This paper presents a high performance HIGHT processor that can be applicable for CCM mode. In fact, HIGHT algorithm is a 64-bit block cipher. However, the proposed HIGHT extends the basic block length to 128-bit. The proposed HIGHT is operated as 128-bit block cipher and it can treat 128-bit block at once. Thus, it can be applicable for the various WSN applications that need fast and ultralight 128-bit block cipher, in particular, to be operated in CCM mode. In addition, the proposed HIGHT processor shares the common logics such as 128-bit key scheduler and control logics during encryption and decryption to reduce the area overhead caused by the extension of data block length. From the simulation results, the circuit area and power consumption of the proposed HIGHT are increases as 40% and 64% compared to the conventional 64-bit counterpart. However, the throughput of the proposed HIGHT can be up to two times as fast. Consequently, the proposed HIGHT is useful for USN and handheld devices based on battery as well as RFID tag the size of circuit is less than 5,000 gates.
