Since plant growth is greatly influenced by moisture, it is important to control the soil to have optimal moisture for the plant being grown. Recently, researches on automatically analyzing plant growth information including soil moisture using spectral images are being conducted. However, hyperspectral images are difficult to use due to huge amount of data appearing in spectral bands. In this paper, we propose a method to solve the complexity of hyperspectral images using a CNN. Since the proposed method automatically analyzes the entire band of the target hyperspectral using deep learning, there is no need to make an effort to find a specific band for analysis of each image. In order to show the effectiveness of the proposed system, we conduct an experiment to analyze moistures using hyperspectral images obtained from soil.

The aim of the article is to investigate socio-political processes in Ukraine on the basis of institutional and behavioral approaches, in particular their regulatory and informational support. Methodology. To determine the nature and content of sociopolitical processes, the following approaches have been used: 1. Institutional approach in order to analyze the development of Ukraine's political institutions. 2. The behavioral approach has been used for the analysis of socio-political processes in Ukraine in the context of political behavior of citizens, their political activity which forms the political culture of the country. Results. The general features of the socio-political situation in Ukraine are as follows: the formed model of government, which can be conditionally described as "presidential"; public demand for new leaders remains at a high level; the society has no common vision of further development; significant tendency of reduction of real incomes of a significant part of the society and strengthening of fiscal pressure on businessmen will get a public response after some time. Increasing levels of voice, accountability, efficiency of governance and the quality of the regulatory environment indicate a slow change in the political system, which will have a positive impact on public sentiment in the future. At the same time, there has been little change in the quality of Ukraine's institutions to ensure political stability, the rule of law and control of corruption. There are no cardinal changes in the development of the institution of property rights, protection of intellectual rights, changes in the sphere of ethics and control of corruption. Thus, Ukraine's political institutions have not been able to bring about any change in the social-political processes. Accordingly, an average level of trust and confidence of citizens in political institutions and negative public sentiment regarding their perception and future change can be traced in Ukraine.

Recently a method of constructing architectural products using additive manufacturing technology has been proposed. The additive manufacturing technology automates the construction process and it can secure the safety of workers. In addition, due to the high implementation efficiency of atypical shapes, the applicability to the manufacturing process of buildings and infrastructure is drawing attention. Additive manufacturing technology has the ability of satisfying computer-based construction automation, resource management and construction period prediction which is required in the modern construction industry. However, the industrial application is still limited by insufficient data, standards, regulations, and operating methods. In this study, in order to analyze the applicability of architectural additive manufacturing technology, we manufacture each architectural product with two additive manufacturing systems. In addition, we apply an application of each building product into an appropriate manufacturing system through the AM production decision model. And identify problems in the manufacturing process through empirical experiments. As a result, we propose an extended additive production decision model to improve the quality of building products.
This study attempted to examine the effect of education and training on organizational performance based on HCCP research through the systematic review of previous studies. For this, 29 papers used HCCP data were selected and analyzed, and the research results are as follows. First, the research results showed that education and training had a positive effect on non-financial performance such as organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and financial performance such as sales and operating profit. Second, in order for education and training to affect organizational performance, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and education transfer were found to be important factors. Third, for effective transfer of education and training, it is necessary to establish a system that can be applied to the field after education and training, finally, it suggested the need for research to be conducted to reveal the practical effectiveness of education and training by measuring the degree to which education and training contributed to financial performance more closely.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify Happiness index according to job satisfaction and interpersonal problems of dental hygienists in some regions Methods: The subjects of this study were dental hygienists working in dental hospitals in Busan and Gyeongnam. from 1 July 2021 to 30 August 2021 a number of total 198. The structured questionnaire was surveyed and analyzed by self- entry. The collected data were analyzed using an IBM SPSS ver. 20.0. Results: The interpersonal problem were higher in the group under 25 years of age, with, less than 1 year of experience and less than 2-4 year of experience. Happiness index were higher over than 31 year of age. the happiness index was higher in the age group 31 years or older, with more than 5 years of experience, more than 7 days of vacation, work intensity that was tolerable and difficult, and the group with an annual salary of 30 million won or more. the higher the job satisfaction, the lower the interpersonal problems, the happiness index of dental hygienists was high. Conclusions: In order to increase the happiness index of dental hygienists working at dental medical institutions, it is necessary to develop a program that can form amicable interpersonal relationships in the workplace of dental hygienists with little experience. In addition, increase the job satisfaction of dental hygienists, it is necessary to adjust the intensity of work to fit the individual's abilities and aptitudes, and to develop a work system so that dental hygienists can increase their pride in their profession by signing a reasonable salary.

The purpose of this study is a descriptive research study conducted to investigate college life adaptation, self-directed learning, and career identity in the COVID-19 crisis situation, and to identify factors affecting career identity. The subjects of this study and data collection were from September 1 to October 31, 2021, with 197 nursing students enrolled in two universities in D and C cities. As a result of the study, the factors affecting career identity were adaptation to college life and the number of meetings with academic advisors, and It's explanatory power was 37%. Therefore, in order to improve the career identity of nursing students in the COVID-19 crisis, it is necessary to develop and apply a program to promote college life adaptation, and it is necessary for professors to build a support system through continuous encounters with students.
This study analyzed the relationship between harmful cyanobacterial abundance and environmental factors in order to figure out the causes of the recent increase of cyanobacteria in Lake Dukdong from 2019 to 2021. Lake Dukdong, which is used as a drinking water source for Gyeongju City, has an algae alert system in place. Lake Dukdong has maintained good water quality, but algae alert level 1 (over 1,000 cells/mL) has been issued in recent years. As a result of Pearson correlation analysis (from May to Oct.), the cell density of Microcystis and Aphanizomenon, which form part of the most harmful cyanobacteria genus, were significantly positively correlated with the water temperature and water storage volume. T-test was performed to compare the data from 2016-2018 and 2019-2021 (from May to Oct.). The average density of harmful cyanobacteria cells increased about six-fold from 54 to 344 cells/mL. There were significant differences in water temperature, pH, total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), TN/TP ratio, water storage volume, and cyanobacterial cell density. Water temperature increased from 19.2 to 22.8 ℃. TP concentration increased from 0.017 to 0.028 mg/L. The main cause of the recent increase of harmful cyanobacteria in Lake Dukdong is thought to be the increase in water temperature, TP concentration, and water storage volume from 2019 and 2021, resulting in more favorable conditions for cyanobacterial growth.

The attempt to use a 3D model each field such as design, structure, construction, facilities, and estimation in the construction project has recently increased more and more while BIM (Building Information Modeling) that manages the process of generating and managing building data has risen during life cycle of a construction project. While the 2D Drawing based work of each field is achieved in the already existing construction project, the BIM based construction project aims at accomplishing 3D model based work of each field efficiently. Accordingly, the solution that fits 3D model based work of each field and supports plans in order to efficiently accomplish the relevant work is demanded. The estimation, one of the fields of the construction project, has applied BIM to calculate quantity and cost of the building materials used to construction works after taking off building quantity information from the 3D model by a item for a Quantity Take-off grouping the materials relevant to a 3D object. A 3D based estimation program has been commonly used in abroad advanced countries using BIM. The program can only calculate quantity related to one 3D object. In other words, it doesn't support the take-off process considering quantity of a contiguous object. In case of temporary materials used in the frame construction, there are instances where quantity is different by the contiguous object. For example, the formwork of the temporary materials quantity is changed by dimensions of the contiguous object because formwork of temporary materials goes through the quantity take-off process that deduces quantity of the connected object when different objects are connected. A worker can compulsorily adjust quantity so as to recognize the different object connected to the contiguous object and deduces quantity, but it mainly causes the confusion of work because it must complexly consider quantity of other materials related to the object besides. Therefore, this study is to propose the solution that automates the formwork 3D modeling to efficiently accomplish the quantity take-off of formwork by preventing the confusion of the work which is caused by the quantity deduction process between the contiguous object and the connected object.

This study was conducted to analyze the characteristics of visitors to Hadong Bukcheon Iceland Poppy (BIP) Festival in order to sustain and enhance local flower festivals as a garden tourism. A questionnaire was distributed to BIP Festival visitors from May 18 to 27, 2018. A total of 167 responses were subject to be analyzed. Descriptive statistics analysis was mainly used and focused on describing the results in direct to explain the BIP Festival as a garden tourism. The number of female visitors and those in their 40s and 50s was high. Most of the visitors were found to live in other cities or counties near the area where BIP Festival was held and to prefer festivals held on the theme of nature and local features. The revisit rate and awareness of BIP Festival were 52.1% and 72.5% respectively. They mainly obtained the information on BIP Festival from people around them including family members, friends and colleagues, or from the Internet. Most answered that BIP festival was the most important destination on their trip. The major motives of BIP Festival visit included "spending quality time with family or friends (34.1%)", "appreciating Iceland poppy and gardens (25.6%)", and "enjoying oneself (tranquility, mental rest, etc.; 21.3%). As a companion, family and friends/colleagues accounted for 62.3% and 26.3% respectively. Most were found to spend 1-2 hours on visiting BIP festival and stay in Hadong county for a quarter of a day. In satisfaction of BIP Festival itself, "display and maintenance of Iceland poppy (3.76)" and "easiness of viewing (places arrangement, path, etc.) (3.57)" were high. In satisfaction of public relation and information, "service and hospitality of guides and desk clerks (3.66)" was high. The intention to revisit BIP Festival was nearly affirmative (3.73-3.80).
This research deals with Freinet School in France as a model of open public schools, with focus on the school's operating philosophy, operating contents and characteristics, the cases of educational practices and suggestions for Korea's public education reform. Freinet School has been operated based on the educational philosophy of the French education activist Célestin Freinet(1896-1966). This researcher approached the following four research subjects in order to examine what effects Freinet School can have on the change and reform of Korea's public schools. First: What are the educational effects that Freinet School has on the public educational system in France? Second: What are the operating principles of Freinet School and what are the characteristics of the school's viewpoints and roles towards its teachers and students? Third: What are the kinds of the educational activities and the status of utilization of time and space with regard to Freinet School's operating regulations and the cases of educational practices? Fourth: What suggestions can Freinet School provide for Korea's public educational reform? This researcher have conducted preceding and philological researches on Freinet School pedagogy and analyzed such data as moving images, interviews with teachers, and the books published by Freinet School Teachers' Association.
