Monitoring and research of NPS pollution priority Management - Jaun district Watershed (자운지구 비점오염원 관리를 위한 모니터링 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 홍천 자운지구 고랭지 농업지역을 대상으로 장기간의 유역조사와 하천 모니터링을 통해 관측된 축척 데이터를 이용하여 비점오염저감 효과를 정량화하고 추후 모니터링 자료로서 탁수와 비점오염원 저감시설의 저감효과와 비점오염원의 효율적인 관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 모니터링 결과 소양호 유역의 오염부하(1차 강우사상) 중 홍천군 자운지구의 유역단위 비점오염 저감효과의 분석에는 강우량과 단위면적당 오염부하를 이용하였으며, 자운천은 SS 5,396,761 kg, COD 82,261 kg, BOD 57,329 kg, T-N 68,711 kg, T-P 3,091 kg이었으며, 오염부하(2차 강우사상)는 SS 320,293 kg, COD 34,588 kg, BOD 22,350 kg, T-N 48,954 kg, T-P 640 kg으로 나타났다. 또한 소양호 유역의 EMC(1차 강우사상) 중 자운천은 SS 829.9 mg/L, COD 12.7 mg/L, BOD 8.8 mg/L, T-N 10.567 mg/L, T-P 0.475 mg/L 이었으며, EMC(2차 강우사상)는 SS 68.6 mg/L, COD 7.4 mg/L, BOD 4.8 mg/L, T-N 10.487 mg/L, T-P 0.137 mg/L로 나타났다. 소양호 유역의 단위면적당 오염부하(1차 강우사상) 중 자운천은 SS 402.0 kg/ha/event, COD 6.1 kg/ha/event, BOD 4.3 kg/ha/event, T-N 5.118 kg/ha/event, T-P 0.230 kg/ha/event 이었으며, 오염부하(2차 강우사상)는 SS 23.9 kg/ha/event, COD 2.6 kg/ha/event, BOD 1.7 kg/ha/event, T-N 3.646 kg/ha/event, T-P 0.048 kg/ha/event로 나타났다. 오염부하에서는 1차 강우에 비해 2차 강우에서는 SS 5,076,468 mg/L, COD 47,673 mg/L, BOD 34,979 mg/L, T-N 19,757 mg/L, T-P 2451 mg/L로 1차 강우사상에 비해 오염부하가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 EMC에서는 1차 강우에 비해 2차 강우에서는 SS 761.3 mg/L, COD 5.3 mg/L, BOD 4.0 mg/L, T-N 0.080 mg/L, T-P 0.338 mg/L로 1차 강우사상에 비해 EMC가 저감되었다. 단위면적당 오염부하는 1차 강우에 비해 2차 강우에서는 SS 378.1 mg/L, COD 3.5 mg/L, BOD 2.6 mg/L, T-N 1.472 mg/L, T-P 0.182 mg/L로 1차 강우사상에 비해 EMC가 저감되었다. 강우량과 강우강도 그리고 영농활동의 시기에 따른 EMC와 단위면적당 오염부하는 큰 차이를 보였으며, 예년에 비해 적은 강수량으로 인해 탁수와 비점오염부하의 배출이 상대적으로 적었던 것으로 판단된다. 소양호 유역과 같은 넓은 유역에서 시행되는 비점오염원의 저감연구는 오랜 시간 동안 자료를 축적해야 유의미한 평가가 이루어질 수 있으므로 장기적이고 지속적인 모니터링을 통한 유량 데이터 자료구축과 수질분석뿐만 아니라, 발생되는 비점오염 물질의 관리를 위한 체계적인 연구가 지속되어야하며, 아울러 농민의 인식도 변화 등을 포함하는 많은 인자들을 정밀히 조사하고 다각도로 분석하여 저감효과에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

  • 본 연구에서는 골조의 안정과 구조적인 거동에 영향을 미치는 2차 효과에 의한 기하학적 비선형 문제, 세장비가 작은 부재 단면의 소성, 보-기둥 접합부의 상태, 그리고 부재 내부에 발생되어 있는 기하학적 초기결함을 고려한 복합적인 비선형 해석프로그램을 개발하여, 철골조 구조물의 거동을 근사적으로 예측하고자 한다. 그리고, 각 비선형 해석의 신뢰성을 검증하고, 상호관계를 파악되기 위해서 각 해석에 따른 좌굴하중과 거동을 비교 검토한다.

Results of Secondary Antibiotics Susceptibility Test for Gram Negative Bacilli Resistant to Primary Susceptibility Test in Yeungnam University Hospital (기본 항생제에 내성을 보인 그람 음성 간균에 대한 2차적 항생제 감수성 검사 결과)

  • Major pathogenic Gram-negative organisms such as P. aeruginosa, Serratia species, E. coli, Enterobacter species which are isolated from the specimens in large medical centers are greatly resistant to the commonly used antibiotics. Gram-negative bacilli, which had been isolated in Yeungnam University Hospital during the period from December 1992 to April 1993 and turned out to be resistant to the primary antibiotics susceptibility test for chloramphenicol, ampicillin, cephalothin, gentamicin, tetracyclin, amikin and tobramycin, were subjected to the secondary antibiotics susceptibility test for aztreonam, ceftazidime, ciprofioxacine, cefotaxime, cefamandole, piperacillin, ticarcillin and sulfamethoxazole trimethopime. Out of 315 tested organisms, 167 organisms(53%) were resistant to all secondary antibiotics in vitro. Antimicrobial activity of ceftazidime(37.1%), aztreonam(11.%), ciprofioxacine(7.9%) against Gram negative bacilli were slightly more active than other antibiotics tested, while cefamandole was not active to all the Gram-negative bacilli tested. According to the specimens, E. coli was the most frequently resistant organisms to the primary antibiotics from urine, A. baumanii, from respiratory system and wounds, and P. aeruginosa from various specimens. In summary, Gram negative bacilli resistant to the primarily applied antibiotics also were resistant to the secondary antibiotics. Rearrangement of the antibiotics disks for the antibiotic susceptibility test should be considered.

Improving Two-way Road Functionality by Using Shoulder (길어깨를 활용한 2차로 도로 기능개선 방안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is deriving proper plan which is improving functionality of three-way intersection in two-way road by using shoulder. Alternatives of this study were considered as installation of yield lane and application of TWLTLs (Two-Way Left-Turn Lanes). Case studies to utilize alternatives were limited to national and local roadways which is wider than 11 meters due to be required 3 lanes. Under various traffic conditions such as traffic volume of each direction and left-turn, alternatives were analyzed by simulation. As a results, application of TWLTLs was better than installation of yield lane in terms of improving rate (8.0% vs. 3.7%). Application of TWLTLs is supposed to better alternative, however enough driver education is required to improving safety because it is different with existing driving pattern and/or behaviors. Some limitations and future research agenda have also been discussed by on-site inspections.

J-Integral Estimate for Circumferential Cracked Pipes Under Primary and Secondary Stress in R6, RCC-MR A16 (원주방향 균열 배관에 대한 R6, RCC-MR A16 코드에 의한 1,2 차 복합 하중하에서 J-적분 비교)

  • This paper provides a comparison of the J-integral estimation method under combined primary and secondary stress in the R6, RCC-MR A16 code. The comparisons of each code are based on finite element analysis using ABAQUS with regard to the crack shape, crack depth, and magnitude of secondary load. The estimate of the R6 code is conservative near $L_r=1$, and that of the RCC-MR A16 code is conservative near $L_r=0$. As a result, this paper proposes a modified method of J-integral estimation in the R6, RCC_MR A16 code. The J-integral using the modified method corresponds to the finite element analysis result.

A Study on Establishing Urban Spatial Structure through Central Hierarchy Analysis: Focus on Daejeon (중심지 위계 분석을 통한 대전시 도시공간구조 설정에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish the central hierarchy and urban spatial structure of Daejeon in 2040 using differentiated analysis indicators. In order to establish a central hierarchy in the future urban space of Daejeon City, three indicators were derived: population density, use of buildings (commercial, office, residential, etc.) and traffic volume data(KTDB). The results of analyzing the center hierarchy using indicators are as follows. First, the primary centers responsible for urban (core) functions are set in three areas, including Dunsan downtown, the original downtown (Daejeon Station area, designated as a special urban convergence zone), and Doan New Town, and the secondary centers corresponding to sub-city centers (regional bases). was set at 9, 10 tertiary centers corresponding to regional centers (living area centers), and a center hierarchy was established with 5 new specialized bases. Second, new secondary and tertiary centers emerged that were different from the center hierarchy in the 2030 Daejeon Urban Basic Plan. The three indicators used in this study yielded meaningful results in establishing urban spatial structure and central hierarchy that can secure urban competitiveness.

  • The speed control without a speed sensor is expected strongly to progress reliability, simplicity and cost performance of Induction Motor(I.M) systems. Also, it contributes to expansion of I.M systems into various industrial application fields. This paper investigates a novel speed sensorless control method of I.M considering the secondary resistance identification based on the transientless torque control technique. Especially, this paper aimed at the identification of the secondary resistance simultaneously with speed estimation superposing of sinusoidal flux wave to a constant flux value. Furthermore, the secondary flux with some frequency is controlled independently on torque control. The proposed speed estimation method is derived from a motor circuit equation theoretically and also it can be conducted easily by detecting primary motor currents and primary voltage commands at every sampling time. Some numerical simulations with the assumption of using a pulse width modulation(PWM) voltage source inverter are performed to verify the proposed method.

  • We propose a hierarchical architecture of ART2 Network for performance improvement and fast pattern classification model using fitness selection. This hierarchical network creates coarse clusters as first ART2 network layer by unsupervised learning, then creates fine clusters of the each first layer as second network layer by supervised learning. First, it compares input pattern with each clusters of first layer and select candidate clusters by fitness measure. We design a optimized fitness function for pruning clusters by measuring relative distance ratio between a input pattern and clusters. This makes it possible to improve speed and accuracy. Next, it compares input pattern with each clusters connected with selected clusters and finds winner cluster. Finally it classifies the pattern by a label of the winner cluster. Results of our experiments show that the proposed method is more accurate and fast than other approaches.

Analysis of Korean workers' working hours (대한민국 근로자의 근로시간 분석연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the working hours of Korean workers in terms of occupation, employment contract period, employment type, final education level based on the first(2006), second(2010), third(2011), fourth(2014) Korean Working Conditions Survey(KWCS) results. Also KWCS was compared to European Working Conditions Survey(EWCS). It is found that weekly working hours were decreasing over the years since mid 2000 but weekly working hours of Korean were still longer than those of Europeans. It is also found that service workers and sales workers worked longer hours than specialists, that private sector worked longer hours than public and non-profit organization, and that the less educated worked longer hours than the more educated.

  • 본 연구에서는 겨울철 대류 난방시 발생하기 쉬운 실내 기온의 상하분포가 인체에 미치는 영향에 관하여 청년층의 피험자를 대상으로 한 체감실험을 수행하여 인체의 생리 및 심리반응에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 체감 실험 결과 아래와 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 머리부위 공기온도가 23$^{\circ}C$ 인 경우 두한족열의 경우가 두열족한의 경우에 비하여 전신온냉감 및 쾌불쾌감이 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 2)두열족한의 경우 발 부위가 서늘하다는 비율은 상하온도차가 증가($\Delta$t 3$^{\circ}C$ ->6$^{\circ}C$)하면 역시 증가하였고, 두한족열의 경우 머리 부위 온도 23$^{\circ}C$에서는 발부위온도를 증가시키면($\Delta$t 3$^{\circ}C$->6$^{\circ}C$)불쾌 비율이 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 3) 신체 부위별 온열감과의 관계를 보면 어깨부위에서 느끼는 온열감이 전반적으로 쾌불쾌감 및 전신온냉감과 유의차를 나타냈다. 얼굴 부위에서의 온열감은 머리부위 공기온도 $25^{\circ}C$이상에서 쾌불쾌감과 유의차를 나타냈고, 발 부위에서의 온열감은 머리부위 공기온도 $25^{\circ}C$ 이하에서 전신온냉감과 유의차를 나타냈다.
