Since Industrial Revolution, the sudden industrialization and population explosion have brought about a serious environmental pollution on the air of the earth, the quality of water and the soil, and the greenhouse effect by the destruction of the ozone layer and the greenhouse gas, the organism diversity decline, the desertification by the ruining of woods and the overall global environmental pollution such as the contamination of the ocean and rivers have been come to the front. So the new recognition on the environment is being spreaded in construction business and the efforts for certification acquisition of ISO 14000 being followed by ISO 9000 are progressing, Accordingly, with an example of H Company where integration system is built so that it can minimize the efforts and cost at the construction of the management system, operation and management after the fact, this paper shall suggest the practical scheme of 3 steps through a study to integrate both existing quality management system and new environmental management system. As the integration system of the quality and environment which is constructed by this method is executed, the number of the established and managed document is cut by about a third and so the disorder to encounter between these documents is prevented and unnecessary efforts is reduced in constructing a system, consequently the efficiency of the system is accomplished. Also as the dualization of quality management system and environmental management system additionally needs more men and money after certification acquisition, the non-construction of the integration system may give rise to a cause to aggravate the burden of the company and hereafter when a new system is imported, it may be very difficult to integrate the system. This system integration enables a efficient and effective system to be constructed , operated , and managed after the fact.

넙치의 혈청, 체표점액 및 각 조직으로부터 lysozyme의 분리와 정제를 Chitin-coated Cellulose column 크로마토그라피를 사용하여 분리하였다. 15% SDS-PAGE의 전기 영동상을 조사한 결과 넙치의 신장, 유문수, 아가미 점액 및 혈청으로부터 분리된 lysozyme은 동일한 분자량(약 14000)을 나타내었다. 넙치의 방어기작으로서 lysozyme의 역할을 밝히기 위해 그람양성 세균 2주, 그람음성 세균 5주에 대하여 넙치 신장 유래 lysozyme의 정균작용을 조사한 결과 그람 양성 2주 그람 음성 세균 2주에 대하여 정균작용을 나타내었다. 이것은 넙치 유래의 lysozyme은 그람 양성 세균뿐만 아니라 그람 음성 세균에 대해서는 생체 방어 작용을 수행하는 것으로 고려된다.

최근들어 전세계는 지속적인 기술혁신과 경제성장을 바탕으로 대량소비를 추구하고 있으며 이러한 과정에서 환경파괴는 가속화되고 있다. 기업활동의 핵심인 산업활동 및 서비스의 증가는 이에 수반되는 제품 생산을 위하여 원자재의 취득에서부터 최종제품의 제조 및 폐기과정까지의 전과정에서 환경오염물질을 배출하고있다. 동시에 다량의 원자재를 사용함으로 인하여 자원소모를 촉진시키고 있으며, 그 결과 지속가능한 개발에 장애요인이 되고 있다. 이에 환경보전을 위한 기업의 책임이 강조되고 있다. 그린라운드에 대비해야 하는 기업은 단순히 최종제품을 제조하여 판매하는 일뿐만 아니라 원료취득과 사용후의 폐기처리까지를 포함하는 제품의 전과정에 걸쳐 발생되는 환경영향을 고려하지 않으면 않되게 되었다. 국제적으로는 ISO의 TC207에서 전과정평가(Life Cycle Assessment : LCA) 기법이 표준화되고 있으며, 국내의 여러 기업에서 전과정평가 기법을 습득하여 기업활동에 적용하려는 작업이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 최근의 교토의정서 발효와 ISO 14000 시리즈 정비는 국가간 또는 기업간 경쟁에 새로운 생존원칙을 제시하고 있다. 또한 개개의 제품에 대한 전과정평가는 단일 제품에 대한 경쟁력 향상뿐만 아니라 기업 전체의 이미지에도 큰 영향을 줄 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 향후 기업의 운명을 좌우할 수 있는 전과정평가 기법에 대한 이론적 고찰과 그 기법을 이용하여 제품의 환경친화성 평가 및 미래에 경쟁력 있는 제품개발을 위한 몇 가지 사례를 살펴보고자 한다.

In EMS(environmental management system), environmental documents are very important elements to achieve ISO 14000 series certification. A organization or company which hope to acquire the certification must prescribe daily operation procedure and document them properly. Also these documents must be updated in new version. Especially, environment manual, describing EMS factors and correlation between them, is a basic document system. Therefore, a proper manual management tool help a organization or company to reduce the efforts to establish and to revise documents. So, in this paper we will present environment manual management system using database and a, pp.ication computer program.

This paper describes how industry has responded to the environmental challenge. Benefits include compliance with environmental legislation; genuine reductions to environmental impact; sustainable improvements to profitability in the face of increased competitive pressure. National and international Standards for environmental management offer security and direction for a company wishing to improve environmental performance and coupled with a waste minimisation strategy many financial and environmental benefits can be achieved. Introduction of new technical skills, techniques and worker understanding to aid motivation is an essential component of such a strategy. Monitoring and targeting has a key role to play in the establishment of improved environmental performance.

In this study, a new bridge rail system is proposed to prevent large vehicles from running off the bridge edge. The crush model has accounted for the effects of both curbs and bridge rails which are simulated by Highway Vehicle Object Simulation Model(HVOSM) and BARRIER VII. Vehicle sizes ranged from minicars weighing 1800kg to large vehicles weighing 14000kg, and impact angles ranged from 15$^{\circ}$ to 25$^{\circ}$.

국내에서도 이제 정보시스템을 운영하고 있는 기업이나 기관들에서 체계적인 위험분석 및 보안관리에 대한 요구가 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국제적인 정보보호관리시스템의 표준화 동향에 대해 조사, 분석하여 정보자산에 대해 통합적으로 위험을 관리 할 수 있는 정보보호관리시스템을 모델링하여 제안하였다. 제안시스템과 관련된 국제적인 표준에 대해 보안측정모델의 성숙도를 비교 분석한 결과, 개별 관리되던 각종 정보기술자원에 대한 보안관리를 전사차원에서 통합적으로 관리할 수 있게 되었고, ISO 27001, ISO 9000, ISO 14000인증지원 및 인증수준 유지를 자동화 관리하게 함으로서 인적, 물적 자원의 효율적 운영이 가능한 것을 보여주고 있다.
