LVQ Network를 적용한 순방향 비터비 복호기 (Forward Viterbi Decoder applied LVQ Network)

  • IS-95와 IMT-2000 시스템에서 사용되고 있는 여러 종류의 길쌈 부호기를 부호율 1/2, 구속장 3인 길쌈 부호기로 한정하여, neural network의 LVQ(Learning Vector Quantization)과 PVSL(Prototype Vector Selecting Logic)을 적용하여 비터비 복호기에서 사용되는 PM(Path Metric)과 BM(Branch Metric) 메모리 수와 산술$.$비교 연산량을 줄임으로써 시스템의 단순화와 순방향 복호를 가능하게 한다. 구속장의 확장성 여부와 관계없이 간단한 응용으로 기존의비터비 복호기에 적용할 수 있는 새로운 비터비 복호기의 구조와 적용 알고리즘을 제시하고, 제시된 비터비 복호기의 합리성을 VHDL 시뮬레이션으로 검증 후, 기존의 복호기와의 성능을 비교 분석한다.

  • We have investigated the relation between the molecular weight distribution (MWD) of diffusible species and the recovery rate of hydrophobicity of room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone rubber (SIR) using solvent extraction at various temperatures. It was observed that the extract had a MWD ranging from a few hundreds g/mol to hundreds of thousands g/mol. By measuring the migration of siloxane to the extracted SIR surface through a thin carbon coating, the aspect of migration of diffusible species was observed as a real time plot, and the time constant of the migration was also calculated. According to the time dependence of IR-absorbance, the time constant was increased with the increase of MW of the extracts.

Examination of Cavitation-Induced Surface Erosion Pitting of a Mechanical Heart Valve Using a Solenoid-Actuated Apparatus

  • Several factors, including peak dp/dt of the ventricular pressure and maximum closing velocity of leaflet have been studied as indices of the cavitation threshold. In the present study, just before closing velocity of the leaflet has been studied as indices of the cavitation threshold, and cavitation erosion on the surface of a mechanical valve was examined by focusing on squeeze flow and the water hammer phenomenon during the closing period of the valve. A simple solenoid-actuated test device that can directly control the valve closing velocity was developed, and opening-closing tests of 3,000 and 40,000 cycles were performed at various closing velocities. There was a closing velocity threshold to occur erosion pitting of valve surface, and its value was about 0.4 m/s in this study. Cavitation-induced erosion pits were observed only in regions where squeeze flow occurred immediately before valve closure On the other hand, the number of the pits was found to be closely related to an area of water hammer-induced pressure wave below the critical pressure defined by water vapor pressure. Therefore, it was concluded that cavitation is initiated and augmented by the two pressure drops due to squeeze flow and water hammer phenomenon, respectively.

슈퍼 오스테나이트 스테인리스강의 열화손상에 대한 비파괴적 평가 (An Nondestructive Evaluation of Degraded Damage for Superaustenitic Stainless Steel)

  • This research was undertaken to clarify effects of thermal aging on electrochemical and mechanical properties of superaustenitic stainless steel and to detect the material degradation nondestructively. The steel was artificially aged at $300{\sim}650^{\circ}C$ for $240{\sim}10,000h$ and the mechanical properties were investigated at $-196{\sim}650^{\circ}C$ using small punch(SP) test. Also, the change in electrochemical properties caused by effects of thermal aging on superaustenitic stainless steel was investigated using electrochemical anodic polarization test in a KOH electrolyte. Carbides and ${\eta}-phase(Fe_2Mo)$ precipitated in the grain boundaries seem to deteriorate the mechanical properties by decreasing cohesive strength in the grain boundaries and to promote the current density observed in electrochemical polarization curves, The electrochemical and mechanical properties of superaustenitic stainless steel decreased significantly in the specimen aged at $650^{\circ}C$ corresponding to the sensitization temperature for conventional austenitic stainless steels.

단일텐던 및 복수텐던이 설치된 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 부재의 정착부 거동 연구 (Mechanical Behavior of Anchorage Zones in Prestressed Concrete Members with Single and Closely-Spaced Anchorages)

  • 본 논문은 복수 정착구가 서로 인접하여 설치되었을 경우의 정착부 거동 및 국부응력 분포특성을 규명함에 목적이 있으며, 이를 위하여 단일텐던 및 복수텐던이 설치된 프리스트레스 콘크리트부재에 대한 실험연구가 수행되었다. 위의 실험연구 결과 정착부 파괴는 단일 및 복수텐던 설치부재 모두 텐던을 따라가는 균열에 의해 시작되며, 먼저 정착된 텐던 정착부 주변의 인장응력은 인접해서 긴장되는 텐던의 압축응력 발생효과로 인하여 균열하중에 대한 저항성이 개선됨이 밝혀졌다. 본 논문에서는 복수텐던 부재의 정착부 주위의 변형도 분포와 균열하중 등을 단일텐던 부재의 경우와 비교분석하여 제시하였으며, 복수텐던부재의 파괴기구도 규명하였다.

청심온담탕(淸心溫膽湯)의 효능(效能)에 관(關)한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察) (An Experimental Studies on the Effects of Chungsimondamtang)

  • In order to study oriental medical literature and clinical effects of Chungsimondamtang, the experiments of analgesic action, sedative action, anticonvulsive action, action on the isolated ileum, action on the circulatory system and hyperlipidaemia were observed. The results were as follows: 1. The analgesic effects were significantly noted. 2. The prolongaton of hypnotic time was noted. 3. The inhibitory effects on the convulsion induced by strychnine, picrotoxin and caffeine were significantly recognized. 4. The spontaneous momentum of isolated ileum was evidently inhibited, and recognized anti Ach. and anti Ba. effects. 5. The effects of descending blood pressure in normal rats and anesthetized rabbits were strongly recognized. 6. The effects of inhibition on the increase of TG. and TC. levels in hyperlipidaemia rats induced by Triton WR-1339 was significantly recognized. 7. The effects of inhibition on the increase of TG. and TC. levels in hyperlipidaemia rats induced by 75% fructose was significantly recognized. With the genelalization of the above-mentioned experimental results, literatual and clinical effects of Chungsimondamtang were approximate to actual experimental results.

한방약물로부터 항고지혈증 치료약물개발(2) - 수종 한약재의 항고지혈증 효과 - (Studies on the Development of Antihyperlipidemic Drugs from Oriental Herbal Medicines(II) - Antihyperlipidemic Effects of Oriental Herbal Medicines -)

  • In the previous reports, we selected 80% MeOH extract of 7 herbs including Scutellariae Radix(SR), Paeoniae Radix Rubra(PRR), Moutan Cortex(MC), Angelicae Gigantis Radix(AGR), Crataegi Fructus(CF), Bambusae Caulis in Taeniam(BCT) and Cinnamomi Ramulus(CR), which exhibited the inhibitory effect on HMG-CoA reductase and DPPH free radical scavenging effect in vitro, and antihyperlipidemic effects on antihyperlipidemic rats induced by Triton WR 1339 in vivo. Among them, SR, MC, AGR and BCT showed significant suppression of elevated serum LDL-cholesterol level, and AGR and CF showed significant liver weight increase on high cholesterol diet induced hyperlipidemic mice. And, SR, PRR, AGR, BCT and CR significantly suppressed the elevated serum total cholesterol and triglyceride levels on corn oil induced hyperlipidemic rats. Then, in order to research new antihyperlipidemic agents from the oriental medicinal herbs, we chose SR, AGR, CR and BCT which have the antihyperlipidemic effect in vitro and in vivo, and those herbs were systematically fractionated with organic solvent. EtOAc fraction of SR, hexane fraction of BCT, AGR and chloroform fraction of CR exhibited remarkably inhibitory effect on HMG-CoA reductase activity.

의류 상품에 대한 소비자 지식과 관여가 정보처리양식에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Consumer Knowledge and Involvement of Apparel Products on Information Processing Style)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of consumer knowledge and involvement of apparel products on information processing style. The subjects of this study were female adults who lived in Seoul, Kyunggi or Incheon areas and Quota sampling using age and residential areas was employed. The data were obtained from 603 questionnaires. Data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 10 and LISREL 7.0. Major statistical methods were factor analysis, Cronbach's a coefficient, multiple regression analysis, and structural equation model analysis. The results were as follows: 1. Consumer knowledge significantly influenced information processing styles. Rational processing style was significantly influenced by objective knowledge, while experiential processing style was significantly influenced by subjective knowledge. 2. Involvement was related to the subjective knowledge more than objective knowledge. Consumers who had higher interest, social importance and followed latest fashion trends tended to process information more experientially.

FE-SEM/EDX 분석법을 이용한 석탄화력발전소에서 배출되는 입자상물질의 확인자 개발 (Identification Factor Development of Particulate Matters Emitted from Coal-fired Power Plant by FE-SEM/EDX Analysis)

  • Coal-fired power plants emit various Particulate Matter(PM) at coal storage pile and ash landfill as well as the stack, and affect the surrounding environment. Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy and Energy Dispersive X-ray analyzer(FE-SEM/EDX) were used to develop identification factor and the physico-chemical analysis of PM emitted from a power plant. In this study, three samples of pulverized coal, bottom ash, and fly ash were analyzed. The pulverized coal was spherical particles in shape and the chemical composition of C-O-Si-Al and C/Si and C/Al ratios were 200~300 on average. The bottom ash was spherical or non-spherical particles in shape, chemical composition was O-C-Si-Al-Fe-Ca and C/Si and C/Al ratios were $4.3{\pm}4.6$ and $8.8{\pm}10.0$. The fly ash was spherical particles in shape, chemical composition was O-Si-Ai-C-Fe-Ca and C/Si and C/Al ratios were $0.5{\pm}0.2$ and $0.8{\pm}0.5$.

  • In this paper, charging part by basic from Andrew's body model research to second a danger have affect on remaining and rehabilitation humans in space under water. The construction of a circuit make to Andrew's body model. It compare that voltages measure a hand, a breast, a groin and electric currents measure an arm, a breast, a leg with safety a limit of body through an electric current. Out of result, it research that magnitude and wave of body passing an electric current give the effect to the heart control a signal and it have affect on direct the ventricle of the heart in detail motion. A thing of this sort get through to the simulation by the ATP-Draw program. The results from above, it is publish one's research work with safety a limit electric angle take measurement of resistance a body in under water and to the voltage and electric current passing each parts.
