정부가 이번 차세대 성장동력 10대 과제로 디지털콘텐츠 산업을 선정, 2007년까지 세계 5대 디지털콘텐츠 강국으로 부강하겠다는 야심찬 포부를 밝혔다. 세계 디지털콘텐츠 시장 규모가 올해 627억달러에서 2007년 1,267억달러, 2012년 2,563억 달러로 급성장할 것으로 예상되면서 정부는 디지털콘텐츠 관련 분야를 집중 육성할 계획이다. 차세대 성장동력 10대 과제로 나타난 정부의 디지털콘텐츠 산업 육성정책을 살펴봤다.

This study was conducted to investigate the recognition and uses of Angelica gigas Nakai. A survey methodology was employed consisted of 37.8% males and 62.2% females from the Seoul and Kyunggido area. The main results are as follows: The older generation have liked and eaten Angelica gigas Nakai rather than the young. The most popular reason provided for the preference of Angelica gigas Nakai was good health benefits. People indicating a dislike for Angelica gigas Nakai had little previous experience of eating this plant. The purchasing main place is appeared the supermarket and traditional market. Angelica gigas Nakai was acknowledged as having the following characteristics 'to do excellent nutrition' (3.82), 'natural food' (3.76), 'to doing for the anti-cancer and anti-oxidization' (3.70), 'good for anemia and women, diseases' (3.64), and 'good for anodyne and diuretic effect' (3.57), but was not associated with 'price is cheap' (3.02) and 'to difficult for buy' (3.10). Recognition and eating experience was low for Angelica gigas Nakai kimchi and rice bread, bread, sauce and healthy drink added with Angelica gigas Nakai, but the opinion of the taste appeared highly.

A highly efficient, rapid, and reliable multiplex polymerase chain reaction based method for distinguishing ten species of genus Cynoglossus (C. senegalensis, C. abbreviates, C. macrolepidotus, C. arel, C. semilaevis, C. interruptus, C. joyneri, C. lingua, C. robustus, and C. monodi) is described. The species-specific primer sets were designed base on the cytochrome oxidase subunit I gene (1,500 bp). The optimal PCR conditions and primers were selected for ten of Cynoglossus species to determine target base sequences using single PCR. Multiplex PCR using the ten pairs of primers either specifically amplified a DNA fragment of a unique size or failed, depending on each species DNA. The length of amplification fragment of 208 bp for C. senegalensis, 322 bp for C. abbreviates, 493 bp for C. macrolepidotus, 754 bp for C. arel, 874 bp for C. semilaevis, 952 bp for C. interruptus, 1,084 bp for C. joyneri, 1,198 bp for C. lingua, 1,307 bp for C. robustus, and 1,483 bp for C. monodi with the species-specific primers, visualized by agarose gel electrophoresis, allowed perfectly distinction of the Cynoglossus species. The multiplex PCR assay can be easily performed on multiple samples and attain final results in less than 6 hours. This technique should be a useful addition to the molecular typing tools for the tentative identification of Cynoglossus species.

In this study, we examined Korea's exports and imports trends to the world and Korea's exports and imports trends to Vietnam. We also examined exports and imports trends about China, USA, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan in Korea's major trading nation. The purpose of this study is to examine how much Korea's exports and imports of Vietnam have increased and to compare how much it has risen compared to other major countries. To this end, we used imports and exports data for Korea, China, USA, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan using data from January 2000 to February 2018 for 218 months. During the past 218 months, Korea's exports to Vietnam have increased rapidly, leading to Korea's exports to the world. Korea's exports to Vietnam showed a 10 times increase rate compared to Korea's exports to the world. Vietnam has grown to be an important export country in Korea.

In this study, the variation of astigmatism axis according to the age was studied 4227 eyes of healthy eyes. The refractive errors were measured by objective and subjective refraction. The astigmatism among the total eyes was 76.5%. With-the-rule, against-the-rule and oblique astigmatism were 51.4%, 31.7% and 16.9%, respectively. The frequency of with-the-rule was the highest and against-the-rule was the lowest of all the astigmatism in the refractive error. In relation to the age and astigmatism, the with-the-rule was 68.3% in the 10's age group which was the highest among the astigmatism and the against-the-rule was 10.3% in the 50's age group and upward which was the lowest among the astigmatism. The difference in the with-the-rule and against-the-rule ratio was a little in the 30's age group. As they aged, the tendency of the with-the-rule was increased between 10's and 20's age group continually. And the tendency of the against-the rule was increased between 30's and 50's age group and upward. There was a decrease in with-the-rule and an increase in against-the-rule, with the age increase. The oblique astigmatism relationship to age could not be determined.

현재 국내에서 PSC 거더의 제작은 주로 포스트텐션방식을 사용하고 있다. 포스트텐션방식은 콘크리트 양생 후 긴장력을 도입하여 제작회전율이 높은 특성을 가지나 쉬스, 그라우팅, 정착장치 등이 요구되어 조립과정이 복잡하고 제작단가가 높다. 교량에 적용되는 PSC 거더를 포스트텐션방식 대신에 프리텐션방식으로 제작한다면 제작단가를 대폭 감소시킬 수 있을 것이나, 교량용 PSC 거더의 길이가 일반적으로 30~50m이므로 공장에서 제작하여 현장으로 운반하는 것은 운반비용의 상승 및 운반 가능한 크기의 제한을 받게 된다. 운반의 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 현장에서 PSC 거더를 제작하여야 하는데 현장에 긴장대를 고정식으로 설치하는 것은 제작단가의 상승으로 이어져 경제성을 잃게 된다. 따라서 현장에서 사용할 수 있도록 이동식 긴장대를 제작한다면 경제성을 갖춘 프리텐션방식의 PSC 거더 생산이 가능할 것이다. 50m급 이동식 긴장대에는 약 10MN에 이르는 매우 큰 긴장력이 가해져 이동식 긴장대가 콘크리트 양생전까지 이 긴장력을 저항하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 유한요소 해석프로그램인 ABAQUS를 사용하여 50m급 PSC 거더를 생산할 수 있는 이동식 긴장대를 모델링하여 약 10MN에 이르는 긴장력이 가해질 때에 이동식 긴장대의 각 구성요소의 거동특성 및 하중에 대한 안전성 및 좌굴에 대한 안정성 확보 여부를 해석적으로 파악하고자 한다. 이동식 긴장대는 구성요소인 정착블럭(긴장BOX)과 중간연결블럭으로 나누어 모델링하였다. 정착블럭(긴장BOX)은 다수의 강판을 4절점 쉘요소(S4R)를 사용하여 직육면체의 BOX 형상에 내부를 보강한 단면으로 구성하였고, 중간연결블럭은 H형강 2개를 일체화한 긴장대 거더와 콘크리트 바닥판 블록이 볼트로 합성된 구조이며, H형강은 4절점 쉘요소(S4R), 바닥판블럭은 8절점솔리드요소(C3D8R)를 사용하였다. 긴장대거더와 바닥판블럭은 합성거동을 하도록 weld option을 사용하여 부분적으로 결합하였다. 정적해석결과 이동식 긴장대에 발생하는 응력은 도로교 설계기준에 SS400 강재의 허용응력 140MPa 보다 작으며 선형탄성좌굴 해석결과 가력하중의 2.22배 약 21MN의 하중이 가력되어야 전체좌굴이 발생하게 될 것으로 추정된다. 해석결과를 보아 50m급 PSC 거더를 생산할 수 있는 이동식 긴장대는 하중에 대한 안전성 및 좌굴에 대한 안정성을 확보하고 있는 것으로 판단된다.
