The GNUnet proposed a file encoding method by lKB block size to support anonymity of files and decentralizes encoded block to peers through unstructured model. but, the encoding and block decentralizing method with 600$\sim$700MB large multimedia file appeared two problems. First problem. it need addition R block and I block, which make about 4% of storage resource. Second problem, unstructured model added network load by broadcasting decentralizing method. This paper suggest variable encoding block size and structured model by block decentralizing solution. Suggested encoding method reduced block request supplementary block generation to 1% and network load by proposal structured model sending answer through dedicated peer to decentralize block.

Sasang constitution classification is very important subject, so many medical men studied the Sasang constitution classification but there is no certain method to classify objectively. And the purpose of this study is to help classifying Sasang constitution through correlation with sound spectrogram. This study was done it under the suppose that Sasang costitution hag correlation with sound spectrogram. The following results were obtained about correlation between sound spectrogram and Sasang constitution by comparison and analysis the pitch and reading speed of Sasang constitutions; 1. There was a similar tendency in the composition reading speed between taeeumin, soeumin and soyangin. 2. Taeeumin's center was lower measured more than soeumin's and soyangin's in the pitch graph and graph by normal curve fit and there was a similar tendency between soeumin and soyangin. 3. There was a similar tendency in the pitch graph's width between all constitutions. 4. There was a significant difference between taeeumin and soeum in the mean of three constitution's pitch, this means that taeeumin uses lower voice more than soeumin. According to the results, it is considered that there is a correlation between pitch of sound spectrogram and Sasang constitution. And method of Sasang constitution classification through sound spectrogram analysis can be one method as assistant for the objectification of Sasang constitution classification.

A simple and effective procedure is described for semi-purification of viable Myco. leprae from biopsied lepromatous nodules by trypsinization and high-speed centrifugation. An unique characteristic of this method is a complete omission of conventional grinding or homogenization of minced lepromatous tissues prior to purification. Inoculation of trypsin-purified preparation of Myco. leprae into foot pads and ear lobes of Korean chipmunk(Tamias sibiricus asiaticus, Gmelin) resulted in apparent increases in total number of acid-fast bacilli per inoculated tissue 8 and 12 months after inoculation.

The effect of temperature on the sources of organic acids and sludge when phosphorus was biologically released was evaluated in this study. The sludge used in this study was obtained from sequencing batch reactor processing the swine wastewater. Temperature is one of the most important parameters influencing the phosphorus release. As a result, the rate of phosphorus released was increased as the temperatures were increased from 5 to $30^{\circ}C$ regardless of the sources of organic acids used. Under anaerobic conditions, as acetate, propionate, glucose, and domestic wastewater were used as the sources of organic acids, the corresponding activation energy($E_a$) values were 49.83, 55.82, 54.61, and 45.44 KJ/mol, respectively. Temperature coefficient($\theta$) values were 1.0676, 1.0826, 1.0748, and 1.0698, respectively. Therefore, the rate of phosphorus released was increased as temperature was increased, whereas, the effect, of the sources of organic acids and temperature on the activation energy and temperature coefficient values were minimal. When the sludge previously adapted to acetate as external organic source was used, the activation energy and temperature coefficient values were 44.94 KJ/mol and 1.0570 respectively. The effect of temperature was minimal. These values obtained from the sludge previously adapted to acetate were smaller than those from the sludge not previously adapted to the same organic acid. This suggest that the sludge previously adapted to acetate was less dependent on temperature than that not adapted to the acetate.

This study intended to find out the influence of media usage motivations including Wishful Identification toward BJ, Entertainment, Passing Time, Information Seeking on watching personal game webcasting, based on Use & Gratification Theory. We conducted a survey of 395 audiences who had experienced in watching personal game webcasting and analyzed collected data using hierarchical regression analysis. First, we put and analyzed demographic factors of audiences in model 1. After that, we added media usage motivations in model 2. As a result of the study, gender and age in model 1 and age, Wishful Identification and Entertainment in model 2 are found to have a significant influence on watching personal game webcasting respectively.

A highly effective phosphorus accumulating bacterium named Acinetobacter CW3 was isolated from the nature by using Winogradsky columns. The optimal cultivation conditions of Acinetobacter CW3 in shaking flask were determined as $20^{\circ}C$, pH 7, 200rpm, 18.5mg $PO_4$-P/L. Acientobacter CW3 could remove phosphorus completely in 12hours for a batch culture at optimal cultivation condition. This bacterium could uptake phosphorus on aerobic condition and release it on anaerobic condition.

지난 10년간의 재해발새 현황을 분석해 보면 규모별로는 300인 미만 중·소규모 사업장에서 전체 재해자의 약 85%가 발생하였으며 특히 전체재해의 약 60% 정도가 50인미만의 소규모 사업장에서 발생하였다. 최근 국내의 가장 큰 경제위기 상황인 IMF 경제위기 이후 안전보건관리 기반이 취약해진 상황에서 최근의 경기회복으로 산업 가동률과 실질 근로 시간이 증가함으로써 산업재해 발생위험이 높아지고 있어 향후 1∼2년 간은 재해가 증가할 가능성이 크다. 그리고 현재 근로자 5인 이상 사업장에 대해서만 산업재해보상보헙법이 의무가입으로 되어있으나, 2000년 7월부터 5인 미만의 영세사업장에 대해서도 산재보험이 확대적용 됨으로써 산업안전보건 행정대상이 지금보다 사업장수는 10배, 근로자수는 50%이상 확대될 전망이다. 산재보험서비스가 5인 미만 사업장까지 확대되고 산업구조의 변화로 중·소규모 사업장 수가 증가될 것으로 전망되나, 중·소규모 사업장은 안전보건관리 능력이 부족해 재해자가 계속 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있으므로 산업재해 감소추세의 유지라는 전략목표의 달성 여부는 중소규모 사업장에 대한 안전보건관리에 달려 있다고 할 수 있다.

기존 Fan Motor용 인버터의 경우, 높은 전압으로 인버터를 구동하기 때문에 높은 내압의 IPM을 사용해야 하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문은 Fan Motor 구동용 인버터의 내압을 줄일 수 있는 Dual 공진 강압형 DC/DC 컨버터를 제안한다. 기존의 강압형 DC/DC 컨버터를 사용할 경우에는 큰 인덕터를 사용하기 때문에 회로의 전체적인 부피가 커지고 제작단가가 증가하는 단점이 있다. 반면 제안된 회로는 작은 크기의 인덕터를 사용한 Dual 공진 강압형 DC/DC 컨버터로써, 낮은 출력전압으로 인버터 구동이 가능하고, 영전압 스위칭을 하기 때문에 소형화 및 고효율화가 가능한 장점을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 회로의 이론적인 특성을 분석하고 모의실험을 통해 확인하였으며, 1.8kW급 Fan Motor 구동용 인버터 회로에 적용하여 실험을 통해 우수성을 검증하였다.

생물학적 슬러지를 대상으로 간헐포기 소화와 호기성 소화의 회분실험을 실시하였다. 생물학적 슬러지의 간헐포기 및 호기성 소화 초기단계에서 미생물의 감량은 주로 내생 호흡에 의해 이루어졌다. 이 단계에서 질소는 곧바로 용출되지 않고 슬러지내에 잔존함으로서 슬러지의 질소함량은 일시적으로 증가한다. 그러나 소화후반에서는 최초의 질소함량수준으로 다시 감소하였다. 34일간의 회분식 소화에서 호기성 소화의 총질소 제거효율은 0.1%로서 거의 제거가 안된 반면, 포기 비율 0.25, 05 및 0.75인 간헐포기 소화에서는 각각 42.7%, 42.5% 및 17.6%로 나타나 간헐포기 소화가 호기성 소화보다 질소 제거측면에서 우수하였다. VSS의 감소에 따라 슬러지내의 인도 수중으로 용출하였으나, 인 용출율은 VSS 감소율 보다 훨씬 낮았고 그 결과 소화슬러지의 인 함량은 지속적으로 증가하였다. 호기성 소화와 간헐포기 소화는 소화슬러지의 인 함량이 증가하는 공정이므로 반송수의 인 부하는 상대적으로 낮아지게 되고 이는 하수의 영양염류 제거측면에서 긍정적인 효과를 미칠 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, we proposed the electric circuit using one common arm of H-Bridge Inverters to reduce the number of switching component in multi-level PWM inverter combined with H-Bridge Inverters and Transformers. and we proposed the switching method that can be same rate of usage at each transformer. Also, we tested the proposed prototype inverter to clarify the proposed electric circuit and reasonableness of control signal.
