가상현실 기반 훈련 시뮬레이터는 현실에서 재현이 어렵거나 불가능한 상황을 가상공간 상에 구현하여 훈련을 수행할 수 있는 시스템이다. 화학공장, 플랜트 등 대형 기계설비 내에서 발생하는 각종 사고에 대한 대응훈련은 훈련시간 및 비용 증가, 훈련자의 안전 확보가 어렵고 반복적인 훈련 및 평가가 어렵기 때문에 가상현실을 이용한 훈련 시뮬레이터를 통하여 수행되는 것이 바람직하다. 본 논문에서는 대형 기계설비 안전대응 훈련 시뮬레이터의 훈련자 평가 시스템을 설계하였다. 훈련의 정량적인 평가를 위하여 훈련 시나리오 내 임무수행 여부, 수행시간/거리에 대한 평가와 함께 특정 훈련동작에 대한 평가를 실시하기 위하여 모션캡쳐 데이터를 활용한 훈련동작 평가 모듈을 설계하였다. 평가 결과의 시각화를 통해 훈련자 피드백 제공 및 반복적인 훈련 수행을 통한 안전대응 능력 향상이 가능하다.

화학공장, 플랜트 등 대형 기계설비 내에서 발생하는 각종 사고에 대한 대응훈련은 훈련시간 및 비용 증가, 훈련자의 안전 확보가 어렵고 반복적인 훈련 및 평가가 어렵기 때문에 실제 사고상황을 가상공간 내에 구현한 가상현실 기반 훈련 시뮬레이터의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이터 훈련자 평가를 위하여 동작분석 기반 훈련자 평가 모듈을 개발하고 훈련평가에 활용하기 위하여 모션캡쳐 장비를 활용한 훈련 표준동적 DB를 구축하였다. 훈련자의 특정 동작을 구축된 DB를 활용하여 표준동작과의 비교를 통하여 효율적인 훈련을 위한 피드백과 함께 정량화된 평가점수 제공을 통해 정량적인 훈련평가에 활용할 수 있다. 또한 평가 결과의 시각화를 통해 직관적인 훈련개선이 가능하도록 하였다.

대형화, 복잡화 되어가는 대형 기계설비의 위험상황에 대한 실제 훈련은 소요시간 및 비용 증가, 훈련자 안전 확보의 어려움, 반복적인 훈련 및 평가가 어렵기 때문에 가상현실을 이용한 훈련 시뮬레이터가 대안으로 제시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대형 기계설비 안전대응 시뮬레이터에서 수행된 훈련에 대한 훈련자 피드백 및 평가를 위하여 개발된 시스템을 소개한다. 가상현실 기반 훈련 시뮬레이터에서 수행한 훈련결과 데이터를 활용하여 훈련 시나리오 내 임무수행 여부, 수행시간/거리에 대한 정량적 평가와 함께 훈련자의 훈련동작 데이터와 표준동작과의 비교를 통하여 효율적인 훈련을 위한 피드백을 수행할 수 있다. 또한 평가 결과의 시각화를 통해 직관적인 훈련개선이 가능하도록 하였다. 개발된 훈련평가 시스템을 활용하여 효과적인 훈련자 피드백 제공 및 반복적인 훈련 수행을 통한 안전대응 능력 향상이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 재난대응훈련시 훈련의 결과를 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 지표를 개발하는 것이 목적이다. '재난대응 안전한국훈련'은 전 국민이 참여하는 훈련으로 재난대응 행동요령 숙지는 물론, 안전문화 확산에 기여토록 추진하고 범국가적 재난대응체제 확립을 위한 발생가능한 모든 재난유형을 대비한 국가종합훈련이다. 재난대응훈련 평가지표 개발에는 재난대응 안전한국훈련의 평가분야별 평가지표 분석 및 적용, 최종점수 100점 만점을 기준으로 평가결과 3등급(A, B, C) 부여, 중앙평가위원회에서 기관별 평가결과 및 협력도를 종합적으로 검토, 우수기관 선정 및 포상 추진, 미흡기관(C등급 하위 10%) 역량교육 및 재훈련, 기관별 미적용 평가지표는 해당 배점을 제외하는 것 등으로 지표 개발을 고려한다. 재난대응훈련 평가지표 개선을 위하여 개발된 표준훈련절차와 평가지표를 바탕으로 테스트베드를 통한 문제점을 도출한 후 운용 및 적용성을 보완하여 시스템 운영을 하도록 한다.

Virtual training is widely used based on safety and cost efficiency as a way to efficiently train based on virtual reality. In this paper, we propose the implementation and validation evaluation of life safety training, life training in closed area training, initial fire extinguishing training as a virtual training in maritime safety training. Specifically, we discuss how to implement virtual training to meet the goals of each training, and we propose training methods for evaluating trainees' effectiveness when implemented in this manner. To improve the quality of government-funded vocational training, an accreditation system of vocational training providers has been implemented since 2015. The purpose of this study was to suggest improvement measures by analyzing the accreditation system and the perceptions surrounding it. To this end, accreditation systems from European countries, such as Germany and the UK, as well as related domestic systems, were reviewed. Two surveys were administered to 131 appraisers and 370 vocational training providers. The study results showed that changes to the standard and accreditation processes are not needed at this point. In the long term, however, it will be necessary to request that vocational training providers adopt their quality assurance system. In addition, both appraisers and vocational training providers responded that the accreditation system is being established to increase the quality assurance system within vocational training providers. Based on the study results, several implications for improving the accreditation system were suggested as follows: a vocational training enhancement centered on outstanding vocational training providers; an accreditation system simplification for short-term vocational training providers; a stronger monitoring system during the accreditation period; and an operation of outcome-based accreditation.

In recent years, virtual training has attracted a lot of attention because it is as effective as traditional in-person training and provides more cost-effective and safer learning environment. However, the existing virtual training systems rely on the evaluator's qualitative judgement when evaluating and analyzing trainees' performance. Additionally, evaluation and analysis functions are only available on certain systems so those functions need to be developed for each system. In this paper, we propose an extensible evaluation and analysis system for virtual training using experiential knowledge collected from experts for providing effective evaluation and analysis. Specifically, we provide a method of applying Open API so that the proposed system works with different types of virtual training system. In addition, the experiential knowledge is constructed in advance for the evaluation and analysis so that the efficiency of the evaluation with the comparison target is increased. This experiential knowledge can be quantitatively compared to trainees' performance according to the proposed evaluation and analysis procedures.

In an attempt to analyze the policy priority on civil servant's education training policy as human resource management in this study, a positive analysis with the experts using AHP method was conducted. Summarizing the outcome of the study; First, in terms of relative priority of the evaluation elements by sector, the education training operation system, among education training program, education training evaluation, and education infrastructure, was analyzed as the most important element. Second, as a result of analyzing the priority of detail sectors of civil servant's education training, Action learning education program was proved to be the top priority project education training program aspect and education training operation system was also evaluated as the top priority project in education training agency budget expansion aspect, education training and personnel administration link was evaluated as the top priority project education training evaluation, and trainer secure was proved to be the top priority education infrastructure. Such outcome of the project is expected to make commitment for evaluating the civil servant's education training policy.

긴급 상황이 많은 일선 소방관들에게 실제 화재 상황에서 대응할 수 있는 능력을 고양하고자 소방관들을 위한 훈련용 시뮬레이션 게임을 연구 개발하고 있다. 이러한 훈련용 시뮬레이션 게임을 소방관들이 개인이나 팀으로 게임을 마쳤을 때, 훈련 성취도를 분석하고 평가할 수 있는 정보를 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 훈련용 시뮬레이션 게임에서 훈련 성취도를 분석하고 평가할 수 있는 객관적 평가 요소를 도출하여 디브리핑 시스템에 적용한다. 이러한 디브리핑에 대한 최종 결과 데이터를 통해 훈련생은 시뮬레이션과 실세계를 연결할 수 있고 훈련에 대한 참여도와 목표의식, 그리고 성취감을 얻을 수 있다.

가상현실 기반 훈련시스템은 3D 모델링 기법으로 개발되어 실시간 렌더링(Realtime Rendering)되는 훈련용 콘텐츠와 운동감 제공을 위한 모션플랫폼, 촉감 제공을 위한 햅틱장치 등 다양한 하드웨어를 이용하여 인간 감각에 대한 모의 체험환경을 제공함으로써 높은 훈련 몰입감을 제공한다. 훈련시스템의 구성요소 중 하드웨어들은 설계 성능을 바탕으로 정량적 시험평가로서 검증(Verification)과 확인(Validation)이 가능하나, 훈련환경에 대한 사실적 가시화가 요구되는 훈련용 콘텐츠는 시현을 위한 실시간 렌더링 성능 등의 정량적 시험평가 만으로 검증과 확인에 어려움이 많다. 본 연구에서는 일반 소프트웨어와 콘텐츠 소프트웨어 테스팅 요소 차이와 상용게임 콘텐츠와 훈련용 콘텐츠의 차이점을 분석하고, 훈련용 콘텐츠의 정량적 시험평가를 위한 명세서의 작성과 활용을 제안한다.
