In this study, the current status of digital humanities(DH) research support guide service, which is increasing recently in research-oriented academic libraries in the United States, was analyzed by comparing the contents provided by each institution's Website. Based on the ranking of research-focused academic libraries with the largest volume of books in North America as of 2018-19 in Association of Research Libraries(ARL) statistics, the service contents of 30 institutions providing DH research support guide service were analyzed. The criteria for analysis are 8 components of services presented in previous studies: (1) tools and technology, (2) funding, (3) community, (4) pedagogy, (5) projects, (6) resources, (7) publications and consultations, and (8) workshops and training. As a result of the analysis, it was found that most of the institutions operating the DH research support guide service provided 'DH resources', and more than half of the institutions were providing 'DH tools and technology' and 'DH community' information. In addition, most institutions are operating the DH research support guide service in cooperation with the library itself, on-campus research institutes and centers, or other departments for DH publication and project consultation, so they focused on research support information services through consulting. In the future, discussions on the DH research support guide service operation plan of domestic academic libraries and the competency of service personnel should be continued.

This study examined the effect of the theratainment swiss ball exercise on the upper limb function, pain, and daily activities of a patient with axillary nerve injury. The research duration was from November 5^th, 2019 to February 25^th, 2020. The research subject was a 23-year-old female patient living in the metropolitan city of G in South Korea, and the A-B-A' type of single-subject experimental research design was used. In this study, repeated training was provided to the patient in the form of exercises employing different directions and gradually increased weights. The training increased the structural stability and mobility of the shoulder and was effective for pain relief as it strengthened shoulder function. The training helped the subject improve her posture change adaptability and reaction ability in different environments and ultimately enabled her to increase and maximize her performance of independent daily activities. This study thus demonstrated the positive effect of the Swiss ball exercise on the upper limb function, pain and disability, daily activities of a patient with axillary nerve injury and confirmed the potential of the exercise as an intervention method. Continued investigation to develop and test the effect of the Swiss ball exercise will be required for it to be used professionally as a therapeutic approach by occupational therapists in treating a variety of patients.

This study was to examine the effect of job insecurity on their psychological contract violation and job satisfaction among airline crew members. Also, this study intended to give meaningful hint in reducing job insecurity crew members feel, and, by examining ways to relieve psychological contract violation, give theoretical and practical suggestions on human resource management of airlines. The findings from empirical analysis are as follows. First, H 1-1 that job insecurity of airline cabin crew members will have positive effect on their transactional psychological contract violation was adopted. Second, H 1-2 that job insecurity of airline cabin crew members will have positive effect on their relational psychological contract violation was adopted. Third, H 2-1 that transactional psychological contract violation of airline cabin crew members will have negative effect on their job satisfaction was adopted. In contrast, H 2-2 that relational psychological contract violation of airline cabin crew members will have negative effect on their job satisfaction was rejected. Finally, H 3 that job insecurity of airline cabin crew members will have negative effect on their job satisfaction was adopted.

The ROK military faces a significant challenge in its vigilance mission due to demographic problems, particularly the current aging population and population cliff. This study demonstrates the crucial role of the 4th industrial revolution and its core artificial intelligence algorithm in maximizing work efficiency within the Command&Control room by mechanizing simple tasks. To achieve a fully developed military surveillance system, we have chosen multi-object tracking (MOT) technology as an essential artificial intelligence component, aligning with our goal of an intelligent and automated surveillance system. Additionally, we have prioritized data visualization and user interface to ensure system accessibility and efficiency. These complementary elements come together to form a cohesive software application. The CCTV video data for this study was collected from the CCTV cameras installed at the 1st and 2nd main gates of the 00 unit, with the cooperation by Command&Control room. Experimental results indicate that an intelligent and automated surveillance system enables the delivery of more information to the operators in the room. However, it is important to acknowledge the limitations of the developed software system in this study. By highlighting these limitations, we can present the future direction for the development of military surveillance systems.

This study involved the effects of home-visit program with cognitive-stimulating activities on cognitive function and memory self-efficacy of an elderly with dementia special rating(5rates). The study was conducted from February 11 to April 26, 2019 using a 65-year old woman residing in G Metropolitan City. The individual subject study used an A-B-A design. The subject performed activities that required thinking and resolving in order to stimulate both her body and cognition. The activities chosen were easily accessible to those having a form of mild dementia, rates 5 dementia special rating, and repetitively stimulated the subject's intellectual capacity in an attempt to increase her degraded cognitive functioning. Specifically, the activities exercised both short-term memory and recollection using familiar letters, numbers, and bodily movements frequently encountered in daily life. The program positively affected the subject's memory and concentration. In addition, the program was found to be feasible for home use by those with mild dementia, obviating the need to travel to a location like a welfare center. The author presents specific activities for stimulating cognition that can effectively intervene to positively influence the cognitive functioning and memory of those with rates 5 dementia special rating.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the major determinants influencing on health promoting behaviors(HPB) of the elderly living in Seoul. The conceptual framework of the study was Pender's health promoting model and the ecological perspectives. The study was conducted with 495 elderly persons whom 60 years old. For the analysis of data, descriptive statistics and hierarchical regression were used for the statistical analysis with SPSS program. The results were as following: 1) The mean score of the HPB was 3.11(SD=0.41). 2) Hierarchical regression analysis found that ModelIV accounted for 55.7% of the variance in HPB. 3) The Major determinants on HPB among the elderly persons were prior related perceived benefits of action, social support, perceived self-efficacy, community environment, perceived health status, education, and age. In conclusions, first, we should develop to various levels of educational and supportive programs for the HPB among the elderly persons. Second, we should examine more with environment, the accessibility to senior welfare agencies. Third, we should be organized the self-help groups for the elderly persons to improve health promoting behaviors. Fourth, the government should established more secure environment for the HPB, and find better solutions that are provided by various social welfare agencies connected with the coordination of the services in the local communities. Finally, we should develop professional education training programs of the HPB for the practitioners in the field of Gerontological Social Work.

본 연구의 목적은 청년 대학 졸업자 취업 성공 요인 분석과 수도권과 비수도권의 결정 요인 비교를 통해 대학의 취업 지원을 전략과 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2019년 대졸자 취업경로이동조사 자료를 활용하여 개인특성, 학교특성, 진로선택 및 취업프로그램 참여, 취업 준비 활동 경험을 독립변수로 하고 취업 성공 여부를 종속변수로 하여 취업 성공 요인을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 서울·수도권 대졸자는 개인특성 중 연령, 부모자산, 어학연수 경험이 취업 성공(+) 요인이었고, 대학특성은 2~3년제 대졸자가 4년제, 교육대 대졸자 보다 취업성공 가능성이 높았다. 진로선택 및 취업프로그램 참여 중 직장체험, 면접·이력서 작성이 취업 성공(+)요인으로 직업심리검사는 취업 성공(-) 요인으로 나타났다. 취업준비활동 경험 중 SSAT 자격증, 공모전 수상, 대외활동, 이력서·면접훈련은 취업 성공(+) 요인으로 졸업 전 구직활동, NCS 준비, 외모관리는 취업 성공(-)요인으로 나타났다. 반면, 비수도권 대졸자는 개인특성 중 연령, 부모자산이 취업 성공(+)요인이었고, 2~3년제 대졸자가 4년제, 교육대 대졸자 보다 취업성공 가능성이 높았다. 진로선택 및 취업프로그램 참여 중 직장체험, 면접·이력서 작성이 취업 성공(+)요인으로, 직업심리검사, 기업채용설명회는 취업 성공(-)요인으로 나타났다. 취업준비활동 경험 중 봉사활동, 공모전 수상, 대외활동, 모의면접은 취업 성공(+)요인이었고, 졸업 전 구직활동, 자격증, 외모관리는 취업 성공(-)요인이었다. 이를 바탕으로 4년제 대학의 비교과 활동 강화, 취업환경과 유사한 실무능력 배양 교육, 면접·이력서 작성 등 실제적 취업지도 프로그램 시행을 제시하였고, 봉사활동, 대외서포터즈, 공모전 등 취업처에 실무능력을 보여줄 수 있는 실무활동 참여를 지원하는 방안 등을 제시하였다.

This study is based on Degree of Recognition and AHP surveys for experts, this study investigates changes in the demand of seafarers in response to changes in the shipping industry environment in which Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships(MASS) emerge according to the application of the fourth industrial revolution technology to ships, and it looks into changes in seafarers' skills. It also analyzes and proposes a plan for cultivating seafarers accordingly. As a result of Degree of Recognition and AHP analysis, it is analyzed that a new training system is required because the current training and education system may cover the job competencies of emergency response, caution and danger navigation, general sailing, cargo handling, seaworthiness maintenance, emergency response, and ship maintenance and management, but jobs such as remote control, monitoring diagnosis, device management capability, and big data analysis require competency for unmanned and shore based control.By evaluating the importance of change factors in the duties of seafarers in Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships, this study provides information on seafarers educational institutions response strategies for nurturing seafarers and prioritization of resource allocation, etc. The importance of factors was compared and evaluated to suggest changes in the duties of seafarers and methods of nurturing seafarers according to the introduction of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships.It is expected that this study is meaningful as it systematically derived the duties and competency factors of seafarers of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships from a practical point of view and analyzed the perception level of each relevant expert to diagnose expert-level responses to the introduction of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships.

The U.S. Department of Defense, leading global cybersecurity policies, has two main cybersecurity frameworks: the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) for external defense industry certification, and the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for internal organizational security assessments. For Republic of Korea military, starting from 2026, the Korean version of RMF (K-RMF) will be fully implemented. Domestic defense industry companies participating in projects commissioned by the U.S. Department of Defense must obtain CMMC certification by October 2025. In this paper, a new standard compliance meta-model (R3C) development methodology that can simultaneously support CMMC and RMF security audit readiness tasks is introduced, along with the implementation results of a compliance solution based on the R3C meta-model. This research is based on practical experience with the U.S. Department of Defense's cybersecurity regulations gained during the joint project by the South Korean and U.S. defense ministries' joint chiefs of staff since 2022. The developed compliance solution functions are being utilized in joint South Korean-U.S. military exercises. The compliance solution developed through this research is expected to be available for sale in the private sector and is anticipated to be highly valuable for domestic defense industry companies that need immediate CMMC certification.

As a sufficient workforce supports the industry's growth, workforce training has also been carried out as part of the industry promotion policy. However, the market still has a shortage of skilled mid-level workers. The information security disclosure requires organizations to secure personnel responsible for information security work. Still, the division between information technology work and job areas is unclear, and the pay is not high for responsibility. This paper compares job keywords in advertisements for the information security workforce for 2014, 2019, and 2022. There is no difference in the keywords describing the job duties of information security personnel in the three years, such as implementation, operation, technical support, network, and security solution. To identify the actual needs of companies, we also analyzed and compared the contents of job advertisements posted on online recruitment sites with information security sector knowledge and skills defined by the National Competence Standards used for comprehensive vocational training. It was found that technical skills such as technology development, network, and operating system are preferred in the actual workplace. In contrast, managerial skills such as the legal system and certification systems are prioritized in vocational training.
