The Effect of Respiratory Muscle Training in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease - Preliminary Study - (만성 폐쇄성 폐질환 환자에 있어서 호흡근육 훈련의 효과에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • The effect on strength and endurance training (SET) (2 patients) were compared with those of strength training(ST) (2 patients) in patients with-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The result of training was assessed by 4 tests: maximal inspiratory pressure(PImax), sustainable inspiratory pressure (SIP), maximal voluntary ventiiation(MVV) and bronchitis-emphysema symptom checklist(BESC). Measurements were repeated before and after training per week for 6 weeks. The SET group performed inspiratory muscle training, using a inspiratory muscle trainer 30 minutes per day, 6 days per week and performing endurance training-12-minute walking-2 days per week for 6 weeks, whereas the ST-only group trained for 30 minutes daily, 6 days per week using inspiratory muscle trainer. SET was no significant increase in exercise performance, whereas ST produced an increase in SIP and a decrease in BESC. There was significant change in BESC betweet the two groups. A simple at home training program using inspiartory muscle trainer was more effective than that of SET program in improving exercise performance of some patients with COPD.h COPD.

  • In this article, I were trying to analyze the listed manufacturing companies' trend of productivity and the corporate education & training effect after the financial crisis. According to the analysis, the listed manufacturing companies have decreased their productivity since financial crisis, and from such declining trend. jobless growth and a growth without physical and human capital investment has been observed. Furthermore, there is no efficient labor force coordination within the manufacturing industry; In order to analyze the effect of education & training investment on productivity more deeply, I have practiced the dynamic panel data analysis from constructing the micro panel data which consists of company level information 1997~2008. According to the consequences, dynamic panel data analysis solved the problem of the overestimating education & training effect fairly well.

  • 본 연구는 기존의 전통적인 교육훈련의 전이(transfer of training)모델을 e-Learning상황으로 재해석하여 기업이 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영함에 있어서 보다 실질적인 성과를 높일 수 있는 방향을 제시하며, 또한 오늘날 지식 정보화 사회에서 기업 경쟁력의 원천인 지식자본의 확대를 목적으로 하는 e-Learning이 되기 위해서 학습조직 요인의 중요성을 확인하고, 앞으로 기업이 학습조직의 향상 방향으로 e-Learning을 도입하고 운영할 수 있도록 시사점을 제시하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 기존의 전통적 교육훈련의 전이모델과 e-Learning의 성과에 관한 선행연구를 바탕으로 기업에서의 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 추출하는 연구모형을 통해 각 요인들 간의 상호관계와 실무전이에 대하여 학습효과를 매개로 하는 관계를 분석함으로써 e-Learning의 학습효과 및 실무전이에 관한 영향 관계를 보다 체계적이고 포괄적으로 밝히고자 하며, 다음으론 e-Learning이 기업 교육훈련의 학습효과와 실무전이에 영향을 미칠 때 학습조직이 상황적 요인으로 추가되면 e-Learning의 학습효과와 실무전이 성과를 Leverage할 수 있는지 각 요인별 조절효과를 검증하고자 하여 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

  • This study examines empirically whether appropriateness of training program, learning organization, and demographic factors enhance the effectiveness of training program for HRD in small and medium companies. The major findings are as follows: The appropriateness of training program, learning organization, and demographic factors of employee has a strong positive effect on the effectiveness of training program for human resource development and intent to participate in the training program in small and medium enterprise. The learning organization has a strong positive effect on the effectiveness of training program for human resource development and intent to participate in the training program in small and medium enterprise. Also effectiveness of training program for human resource development and intent to participate in the training program in small and medium enterprise is different according to demographic factors such as job type(blue collar job, office job, sales job), rank of job position, and the length of service in organization. The significant results of this study is that appropriate design of training program to make employees understand the purpose of education and trying to activate the learning organization can increase the effectiveness of traing program in small and medium enterprise.

  • 본 논문에서는 기업의 전자교육훈련프로그램(e-learning program)의 교육투자수익률(ROI)을 산출하여 전자교육훈련프로그램의 효과성을 분석하는 방법을 제안한다. ROI 모델을 통해 전자교육훈련프로그램의 교육투자수익률을 산출하는 것은 결코 쉬운 일이 아니다. 그러나 투자 대비 수익을 중시하는 기업에 있어서 교육투자수익률을 분석하는 것은 교육훈련프로그램의 효과성을 검증하고 투자여부를 결정하는데 있어 매우 중요한 근거가 된다. 본 연구는 특정 회사의 전자교육훈련프로그램의 투자수익률을 산출하여 전자교육훈련프로그램을 운용하는 모든 기업의 전자교육훈련프로그램의 투자수익률을 규명하는 데에 시사점을 제공하고 향후 전자교육훈련프로그램의 투자 및 운용에 있어 중요한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.

Training Effects on Wage and Employment Security by the Non-Standard Worker Types (비정규직 유형별 교육훈련의 임금 및 고용안정성 효과)

  • This paper analysed the training effects on wage and employment security by the non-standard worker types by using Economically Active Population Additional Survey data. Through propensity score matching method, we found that the regular workers' training effect on wage was 4.2%, that was very higher than 2.7% of fixed-term workers. Logistic regression analysis showed that the training participation itself did not affect on the regular workers' regular position continuance, but training duration affected. Just in fixed-term workers among non-standard workers, both of training participation and training duration affected the transition from non-standard position to regular position. The result that both training effects on wage and on employment were positive just in the fixed-term workers might be interpreted owing to the clear employment contract relation between employer and employees.

Effects of Postural Balance at Game-based Visual Feedback Training of the Elderly (고령자의 게임기반 시각피드백 훈련에 따른 자세 균형 효과)

  • In this paper, we analyzed the effects of game-based visual feedback training on postural balance control in young adults and older adults. We provided postural balance training by 23 young adults and 14 older adults and for four weeks in fifth minute a day and three days a week using IBalance(Cybermedic Inc., Korea). We evaluated the ability of postural balance using balance SD(Biodex, medicalscience Inc., USA) for the validation of game contents based on visual feedback training program. The results showed that postural stability and limits of stability of young adults and older adults were improved significantly before and after the training(p<0.05). Thus, the games of postural balance encouraged anterior, posterior, medial, lateral and multidirectional weight shifting regarding postural balance. Our study indicates that postural balance training of visual feedback based game could be adapted for improving postural balance. Moreover, we could develope of game contents for individuals and various ages for effective application of this game-based visual feedback training.

Improvement effect of Functional Myopia by Using of Vision Training Device(OTUS) (Vision Training Device(OTUS)적용에 따른 기능성 근시의 개선 효과)

  • This study is about the development of ICT-based wearable devices for vision recovery that can cause functional myopia improvement through accommodation training. Vision Training Device(OTUS) is a head mount type wearable device, which naturally stimulates the contraction and relaxation of the ciliary muscles of eye. Users can conduct customized vision training based on personal vision information stored through the device. In the experiment, the effects of improvement of the symptoms by the accommodation training were compared and analysed for the two groups (16 comparative group and 16 accommodation training group) after causing functional myopia. The result showed the functional myopia improved average 0.44D±0.35 (p<0.05) at the accommodation training group compared to the comparative group. This study proved the effectiveness of vision training device(OTUS) on functional myopia, but further clinical trials are judged necessary to prove the possibility of long-term control of the functional myopia.

  • The research has provided elementary and junior high school students at Children's Center in Incheon district and analyzed its effective factors in both educational and operational aspects. The educational factors in reading discussion include reading, writing, presenting, listening, and rethinking. In the result, the influential factors are as follows: the respondents' emotional intelligence, the level of reading completion, the level of sympathy with class participants, and the level of advance preference on reading. There are additional factors that have influences on the result, including suitability of topics, capabilities of leaders, selection of books, and combination of basic educational training, like speaking and writing.

  • 본 연구는 가상현실을 이용하여 교통사고 후 경험하게 되는 불안감 및 공포감과 같은 심리적인 후유 장애에 대한 치료 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 예비 연구로 수행되었다. 가상현실을 통한 교통사고 후유장애 프로그램의 핵심내용이 되는 운전 주행 시나리오의 효과를 검증하고 이완훈련 등의 불안감소훈련의 효과를 피험자를 통해 검증해보았다. 총 8명 피험자(정상인 7명, 교통사고 환자1명)를 대상으로 세 가지 주행상황 시나리오를 제시하고 이후 이완훈련을 실시하였다. 그 결과 이완훈련 후 유의미한 불안감소 효과가 나타났다. 하지만 각각의 주행상황에 따라서 불안이 증가되는 경향성은 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의미한 수준에 이르지는 못하였다. 이를 종합하여 볼 때, 주로 정상인을 대상으로 한 연구임에도 불안유발경향성이 나타난 점들은 고무적이나 교통사고자를 대상으로 한 경험적인 증명이 필요하며, 가상현실을 이용한 이완훈련은 효과적인 것으로 판명되었다.
