We developed the safety training methods which improve the current methods by overcoming the single scenario-based one-way communication between trainee and training system. We improved the design and implementation of the safety training scenarios, which is one of the most important components of the plant safety training system for safe operation of the city gas governor. The diversity and training effects of the training scenarios can be improved by interactive training between the plant safety training system and operators. The interactive training methods were developed based on Finite State Machine model which is applicable to and based on plant safety training platform. We could see the possibility of applying this method of safety training scenario system to other domain of plant safety training system.

Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network is allowed to searching the all curriculums and courses related with training but also is a one stop handling integrated learning system to cover a course registration, learning and analysis of learning performance. Through developing and managing the Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network, it is available to get the various curriculum thus it is for trainers able to enforce the self oriented course choice and then high quality of training could be proposed by the diverse training curriculums and competitions. To manage Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network more effectively, active public relations marketing activities, high reliable correct information service and rich contents are required. It is essential to manage the learner and learning contents supplier, stable financial resources, personal security issue and protecting a copyright of training curriculum to be a successful network system.

발전소 운전원 훈련용 시슈레이터 개발시 제어로직과 MMI(Man Machine Interface)의 화면개발은 많은 인력과 시간이 수반되는 일이지만 일일이 코딩을 하여만 실제 제어기능을 구현할 수 있다. 하동화력발전소 운전원 훈련용 시뮬레이터에서는 제어시스템 개발의 생산성과 신뢰도를 향상시키기 위해 번역기를 개발하여 현장에서 사용중인 제어파일을 일시에 번역하여 시뮬레이터에 적용하는 방법을 적용하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 하동화력 DCS인 Siemens Control에 적합한 제어 번역기의 개발과정을 서술한다. 번역기를 통한 제어시스템의 모델링 방법은 첨단제어 시스템의 기존 기능을 그대로 유지할 수가 있게 되어 제어기술자의 훈련 및 제어로직 개발 그리고 분석이 가능하며, 이를 통하여 운전원 훈련효과를 제고할 수 있고 실제 제어시스템과 완벽한 호환성을 유지함으로써 시뮬레이터의 정확성을 보증할 수 있게 된다.

In this paper, two different flight training devices were constructed to verify the effectiveness of a pilot training system based on a Virtual Reality Head Mount Display. VFR Flight Procedure and IFR Flight Procedure were conducted by high level pilots with Commercial Pilot Licence. Flight data and pilot's visual data for each flight procedure were extracted, compared and analyzed with two training systems. Finally, the effectiveness of the training systems based on the VR HMD was demonstrated by assessing the given mission and the flight results.

현재 사격 및 전술훈련에 반드시 필요한 실전적인 소대급 이하에 적용 가능한 범용의 특화된 레이저 발사기를 활용한 사격 및 전술훈련 시스템의 개발이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 사격 및 전술훈련에 필요한 개발 규격 및 사양은 군부대 표준규격을 적용하고, 개발 제품에 대한 성능평가는 군부대 및 경찰사격장 및 전술훈련장에 설치하여 사용자 요구사항을 기준으로 테스트 및 평가하여, 소대급 이하 전문 사격 및 전술훈련용 장비를 개발한다. 실질적인 소대급 이하 사격 및 전술훈련용으로 레이저 발사기, 격발장치, 감적장치, 각종 제어모듈 개발을 통하여 유 무선 송수신을 체계화하여 통합 제어 시스템을 구축함으로써, 실제 총기에 레이저 발사기를 부착하여 사격 및 전술훈련용으로 다양한 기술 확보를 통하여 관련 시장 선점 및 관련 산업활성화에 기대할 것으로 전망된다.

The goal of this research was to search for an optimum training program that increases archery performance skills in order to develop a performance training and support. For this research, by examining the existing sports statistics program, information management system, and other related documents, we were able to derive an athlete management realm as well as find archer factors. Also through a council we categorized the factors that constituted the training general management. The archery training general management system consists of six realms. First is the log-in and main screen realm. Second is the athlete information category. Third, the point of impact information category. Fourth, the shift-in-frequency analysis realm. Fifth, in the detailed analysis realm. Thus, the developed archery training general management system allows for a more generalized and scientific athlete management and support system. and it has turned out to be an adequate system for archer's performance.

With the current surge in leisure sports activities involving firearms and the costly shooting practices in the military, there's a growing interest in using virtual reality as a cost-effective alternative. This study proposes a system that addresses the drawbacks of existing shooting practice setups, such as dim spaces and high installation costs, by making it feasible on large display screens. The system integrates IR receivers and guns for practice, ensuring usability and efficiency through an application. Additionally, an accuracy adjustment feature enhances precise coordination recognition. As a result, this cyber light gun system offers an affordable solution for outdoor training.

Virtual training is a kind of training that proceeds as if it were a real situation. In recent years, there has been a growing demand for experiencing a situation in which a virtual reality technology has not been experienced directly in the real world due to the rapid development of the technology. Especially, safety education is very necessary in Korea where safety accidents are caused by many disasters. Therefore, simulation of disaster response training using virtual reality is more urgent than ever. Although the automatic defibrillator is the medical device that is most needed to rescue patients with cardiac arrest, few people know how to use it. Therefore, there are very few cases where the use of automatic defibrillators has saved the patient's life in Korea. The proposed Automated External Defibrillator virtual training system enables immersive and experiential training in real situations and effective training at low cost.

This study analyzed the effect of Chung-nam province small manufaturing firm male workers' participation in training on perceptions of effectiveness. The study results showed that Off-the-job training satisfaction significantly affected satisfaction of training system and helpfulness of self-development. It means that workers considered lecture or e-learning method is better than on-the-job training, so it is suggested that small manufacturing businesses should establish more organized training system for on-the-job training because workers' perception of satisfaction and effectiveness of OJT was lower than Off-JT. This study provided implications for verifying the effectiveness depend on the type of training and presenting important points to enhance workers' satisfaction of education and training.
