기계학습에서 분류는 훈련 예제들로 학습하여 생성한 분류기를 활용하여 새로운 예제에 어느 한 범주를 부여하는 것을 말한다. 일반적으로 분류의 성능 즉 정확도의 향상은 학습 알고리즘을 개선하거나 훈련예제 집합을 변형시킴으로써 가능하다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 가상예제를 이용한 분류기 성능 향상 방안은 후자에 속한다. 실세계 분류문제에서 많은 수의 훈련예제들을 수집하는 일은 대상문제에 따라 비용이 많이 드는 경우가 있다. 또한 적은 수의 훈련예제를 학습해 생성한 분류기는 분류성능이 좋지 않을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해서 가상예제를 생성해 훈련예제 집합에 추가하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 가상예제를 이용한 분류성능 향상방안이 $Na{\ddot{i}}ve$ Bayes 학습 알고리즘 성능 개선에 효과가 있음을 실험을 통해 확인하였다.

This study was to provide for Tippelt technique which was a basic technique used in parallel bars. The program was applied to players for 8 weeks. Then it was analyzed by using 3Dmotion Analysis system to seek the difference between before and after using the program. Moreover establish the improvement and trait for newly made program. The program was made up of down-swing, up-swing and composite connection-phase training. Through down-swing training, shoulder angle made extension and chest closed quickly. As a result, players' performance have improved. Through up-swing training, legs kicking to vertical direction and trunk stood up fastly. As a result, players' performance have improved. When going upward, the center of mass must be in control not to have a lot of movement and hip angle extension using the bar is very positive coaching. When coaching composite connection in training from down-swing to up-swing, must have enough air phase time using center of mass vertically to have extension of leg. As a result, players' performance have improved by having increase of air phase time.

급속한 TSC 체계의 성장은 운용자에게 때로는 혼란을 주고 있다. 새롭게 개선된 체계에 대한 문서화와 운용자 교육훈련이 완료되기도 전에 더 새로운 체계가 배치되고 있는 새로운 문제를 야기시키고 있다. 이 때문에 미해군은 문서화 보다 개선된 TSC의 설치와 동시에 현장에서의 교육훈련을 수행하고 있다.

Commonwealth Edison사는 미국 굴지의 원자력발전전력회사중 하나로 공인되고 있다. 이와 같이 성공을 거두게 된 이유중에는 2,100만달러의 훈련센터를 포함하는 교육훈련과 품질보증에 혼신의 노력을 경주하고 Inpo, Numarc, EPRI 및 Nsac등과 같은 국가기관에 적극적으로 참여하였기 때문이다. 다음은 이 회사의 사장인 James J. O' Connor씨가 이와 같은 품질개선을 추구한데 대해서 회고한 내용이다.

The Radiation Emergency Plan (REP) can be divided into a technical and an administrative responses. The domestic NPP's REPs are reviewed from the viewpoint of the administrative response and improvement methods are also suggested in this treatise. The fields of the reviews are the composition of the emergency response organizations, the activation criteria of the organizations, the selection of the staffings and the reasonableness of the REP's volume. In addition, the limitations of the current radiation exercises are reviewed and the improvement method of the exercise is presented. It is expected that the suggested recommendations will be helpful in establishing useful REPs and making practical radiation exercises in Korea.

Recently, various cyber threats such as Ransomware and APT attack are increasing by e-mail. The characteristic of such an attack is that it is important to take administrative measures by improving personal perception of security because it bypasses technological measures such as past pattern-based detection The purpose of this study is to investigate the human factors of employees who are vulnerable to spam mail attacks through field experiments and to establish future improvement plans. As a result of sending 7times spam mails to employees of a company and analyzing training report, It was confirmed that factors such as the number of training and the recipient 's gender, age, and workplace were related to the reading rate. Based on the results of this analysis, we suggest ways to improve the training and to improve the ability of each organization to carry out effective simulation training and improve the ability to respond to spam mail by awareness improvement.

The vocational competency development training teacher must complete the training course for the training of vocational competency development training instructor and get the qualification of the vocational competency development training teacher from the Ministry of Employment & Labor with the criteria set by the Presidential Decree. Therefore, it can be said that H_university 's educational performance, which is the only vocational competency development training teacher in Korea and that plays a role of mass production in the labor market, has a great influence on vocational competency development training. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems through the analysis of actual condition of vocational competency development training education based on CIPP model, Furthermore, it was aimed to suggest improvement plan of qualification training education. In order to accomplish the purpose of the research, the present situation of the training course for the vocational competency development training teacher training students was grasped. And We conducted a survey to draw out the improvement plan and utilized the results of 173 copies. We conducted interviews by selecting eight subjects for in-depth analysis and Understand the details of the results of the surveys conducted. As a result of the study, positive responses were obtained from the educational objectives and educational resources in the context factors. On the other hand, there were negative opinions about the curriculum reflecting the learner and social needs. In the input factors, positive opinions were derived from the educational objectives and training requirements. However, there were many negative opinions about the achievement of the learner's educational goals. In addition, there were many negative opinions of online contents education. In the process factors, positive evaluation was high in class related part, learner attendance management, and institutional support. However, negative opinions were drawn on the comprehensive evaluation of qualification training period, and the learner's burden due to lack of learning period appeared to be the main reason. In the factor of calculation, Positive opinions were derived from the applicability of the business curriculum for training courses for training teachers who are in charge of education and training in industry occupations. However, there were negative opinions such as learning time, concentration of learning, and communication of instructors. Based on the results of the study, suggestions for improving the operation of vocational competency training teacher qualification training are as follows. First, it is necessary to flexibly manage the training schedule for the weekly training course for vocational competency development training teachers. Second, it is necessary to seek to improve the online education curriculum centered on consumers. Third, it is necessary to seek access to qualification training for local residents. Fourth, pre - education support for qualified applicants is required. Finally, follow-up care of qualified trainees is necessary.

본 연구는 재난대응훈련시 훈련의 결과를 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 지표를 개발하는 것이 목적이다. '재난대응 안전한국훈련'은 전 국민이 참여하는 훈련으로 재난대응 행동요령 숙지는 물론, 안전문화 확산에 기여토록 추진하고 범국가적 재난대응체제 확립을 위한 발생가능한 모든 재난유형을 대비한 국가종합훈련이다. 재난대응훈련 평가지표 개발에는 재난대응 안전한국훈련의 평가분야별 평가지표 분석 및 적용, 최종점수 100점 만점을 기준으로 평가결과 3등급(A, B, C) 부여, 중앙평가위원회에서 기관별 평가결과 및 협력도를 종합적으로 검토, 우수기관 선정 및 포상 추진, 미흡기관(C등급 하위 10%) 역량교육 및 재훈련, 기관별 미적용 평가지표는 해당 배점을 제외하는 것 등으로 지표 개발을 고려한다. 재난대응훈련 평가지표 개선을 위하여 개발된 표준훈련절차와 평가지표를 바탕으로 테스트베드를 통한 문제점을 도출한 후 운용 및 적용성을 보완하여 시스템 운영을 하도록 한다.

최근 항공산업은 항공 기술과 운항환경의 발달로 상당히 안전화되었으나, 인적요인(Human Factor)에 의한 사고 및 준 사고는 계속 발생하고 있다. 따라서 조종사의 훈련은 항공안전을 위한 가장 중요한 과제이나 각국의 규정에서 정하는 훈련과 실제 필요한 훈련 사이에 간격이 있어, 이를 향상하기 위해서 역량기반훈련을 기반으로 한 부조종사 자격제도(Multi-Crew Pilot License, MPL), 증거기반훈련(Evidence Based Training, EBT), 향상된 자격프로그램(Advanced Qualification Programme, AQP)이 개발되었다. 항공 선진국의 항공사들은 기존의 법정 요구량 충족위주 훈련과 항목 중심의 획일적인(One size fits all) 훈련의 패러다임을 개선하여 국제민간항공기구(International Civil Aviation Organization, ICAO)와 국제항공운송협회(International Air Transport Association, IATA)에서 제시하는 데로 개인의 역량을 더 향상 시킬 수 있는 효율적인 훈련 프로그램을 실시하여 사고 유발 인적요인을 감소시키고 있다. 역량을 중심으로 하는 조종사 훈련은 변화하는 복잡한 환경에서 예상하지 못한 위협이 발생하였을 때, 조종사들이 적절히 대처 할 수 있는 레질리언트 크루(Resilient Crew)를 양성하는 데 효과적이다.

The tactical training system that was applied to wire at open terrain and field is no training accomplishment in conformity with battlefield situation portrayal. Therefore, this paper developed the tactical training and evaluation system for growing fruitfully that is installed as a tactical training monitoring system by USN WMN through controlled sensing interlock for collecting sensing data and guaranteed training equipment status and report training result for serviceability of manager. additionally we implemented controller for managing server of sending and manipulating of being gathered training data by sensor using USN and system as GUI methods. This system is easy for adapting new and improved protocol in order to processing many function of H/W and algorithms which is generated by controlled system is applicable easily.
