Fourth, the ambidextrous innovation activity mediated the relationship between opportunity exploration capability and enterprise performance. Fifth, the ambidextrous innovation activity mediated the relationship between resource acquisition capability and enterprise performance. Sixth, the ambidextrous innovation activity did not mediate the resource reconstruction capability and the enterprise performance. As a follow-up study, it is necessary to find third mediators besides the mediators used in this study, analyze the serial mediation model through these, and study for the moderated mediation analysis through the conditional process model in which the moderator is introduced.

In order to improve audit quality, it is essential to understand the occurrence of disagreement between auditors and managers, and this study aims to analyze the impact of Business Strategies on audit risk and accounting audit delay. To this end, we conducted an empirical analysis using sample 2,910 firm-year data from 2018 to 2020 of KOSPI-listed and KOSDAQ-listed companies. The results of the empirical analysis of this study are as follows. First, compared to the companies of defender type, prospectors can expand audit procedures for new products, R&D costs, and intangible assets, and increase audit delays due to disagreement between managers and auditors. Second, compared to KOSPI-listed companies, the prospectors in KOSDAQ are more likely to have lower financial reporting quality, which further increases audit delays. The results of this study analyzed whether a company's Business Strategy affects the possibility of disagreement between an auditor and a company, and verified whether there is a difference in the audit report lag by stock market. The results of this study show that auditors' strong duty of care is needed for the companies of prospector type with high audit risk, and it is meaningful to present reinforced audit systems and specific guidelines for the companies of prospector type through the definition of prospector type. It also enables the expansion of research to identify the relationship between non-financial factors and audit risks that make up the companies of prospector type.

In addition, also found out the innovativeness and the proactivness out of the three entrepreneurship had the moderate roles between the potential absorptive capacity out of the absorptive capacity and the product competitiveness. On the other hand, the risk-taking out of the three entrepreneurship had the moderate roles between the realized absorptive capacity out of the two absorptive capacity and the product competitiveness. These results suggest that open innovation and technological entrepreneurship are needed to help SMEs learn external resources and information to create performance. After discussing this conclusions and implications of the study, the direction for future study was presented.

Third, it was found that besides its own technology, technology support for government and external technology consulting support are very important for smart construction. Fourth, organizational participation of internal organizers showed that cooperative and positive positive participation is also a factor of success. As a follow-up study, we analyzed the cause of the company's operation, analyzed the cause of the problem with the 4M1E technique, developed the countermeasures, and compared it before and after the improvement, standardized the improvement and needed further study. As the online education market expands, educational contents with various presentation methods are being developed and released. In addition, it is imperative to develop content that reflects the usability and user environment of users who use this educational content. However, for qualitative growth of contents that will support quantitative expansion of markets, existing model analysis methods are urgently needed at a time when development direction of newly developed contents is secured. In this process of content development, a typical model for setting development goals is needed, as the rules of the prototype affect the entire development process and the final development outcome. It can also provide a positive benefit that screens the issue of performance dualization between processes due to the absence of communication between a single entity or between a number of entities. In the case of AR-based educational content which is effective to secure data necessary for development by securing samples of similar categories because there are not enough ready-made samples released. Therefore, a big data statistical analysis service is needed that can easily collect data and make decisions using big data. In this paper, we would like to design analysis services that enable the selection and detection of intuitive multidimensional factors and attributes, and propose big data-based statistical analysis services that can assist cooperative activities within an organization or among many companies.
