Extractions of Artemisia princeps Pampanini were obtained by using water and ethanol at different temperatures ($60^{\circ}C,\;100^{\circ}C$) with or without ultrasonification process (40 kHz). Yield of ultrasonificated extracts were about 20% higher than that of control group. Cytotoxicity of all conditions through adding 1.0 mg/$m{\ell}$ was below 37%, and treated with ultrasonification group was lower than the other group, about $5{\sim}8%$. $100^{\circ}C$ water extract with ultrasonification was higher anticancer activities as maximum 73% and higher selectivities at concentrations over 0.8 mg/$m{\ell}$. The extracts treated with ultrasonification were higher anticancer activities than the control. Densitometric analysis of bcl-2 revealed that extracts of high anticancer activity had low density. This results suggest that expression of bcl-2 protein by adding of Artemisia princeps Pampanini extracts relative to taking cancer. To conclude, optimum condition for efficient extraction of Artemisia princeps Pampanini is using water with ultrasonification at over $60^{\circ}C$ below $100^{\circ}C$.
In order Nuruk to improve the quality of millet wine, a traditional Jeju cereal wine, yeasts and molds were isolated from 35 kinds of Nuruk collected nationwide. Isolated strains were screened for saccharification of starch and brewing of millet wine. Fermentation characteristics of millet wine with different types of Nuruk were also investigated. The average number of microbial populations in the Nuruk were $6.4{\times}10^5{\sim}4.5{\times}10^7\;cfu/g$ for molds and $1.4{\times}10^4{\sim}7.7{\times}10^7\;cfu/g$ for yeasts. Among the 169 strains of molds and 103 strains of yeasts, 16 strains were screened for saccharifying activity on starch as a substrate, and one yeast strain was screened for the brewing of millet wine. A8-3, supposed as Aspergillus sp., showed the highest enzyme activities of glucdamylase, ${\alpha}-amylase$ and xylanase while B23-3 strain, supposed as Rhizopus sp., showed the highest saccharifying activity. A10-4, supposed as Saccharomyces sp., showed the highest level of weight loss from $CO_2$ evolution, sugar and alcohol tolerance during fermentation. When the Nuruk was made after inoculation with the selected strains, saccharifying activity was higher for the co-cultivation of A8-3 and B23-3 than individual cultivation of each strain. Similar saccharifying activities were shown in both disc-type and pellet-type Nuruk. It was suggested that pellet-type Nuruk could improve fermentation yield. The collected Nuruk consisted of $10{\sim}13%$ moisture, $55{\sim}70%$ total sugar, $10{\sim}18%$ crude protein, $0.2{\sim}1.0%$ crude fat and $1.8{\sim}2.1%$ ash. The Nuruk made in this study was composed of $12{\sim}15%$ moisture, $61{\sim}71%$ total sugar, $15{\sim}20%$ crude protein, $0.4{\sim}1.5%$ crude fat and $1.1{\sim}1.5%$ ash.

Examples are the application of enterprise resources planning (ERP) and business process reengineering (BPR) to increase the efficiency of internal resources management, adoption of Business-to-Business e-commerce (B2B e-com) to integrate supply chain, and invention of new marketing channels such as Business-to-Customer (B2C) e-com. These new ways of conducting businesses are believed to help firms to reduce transaction costs and increase productivity. As a result, new ICTs have played an important role in recent growth of many small firms into multi-functional and multi-product corporations and in their spatial expansion towards internationalization as well. This paper takes Haier in China as a case to study the role of new ICTs in the growth of firms and reveal how the new technologies have facilitated the expansion of Haier into a transnational corporation (TNC) by examining the internationalization process of the firm in relation to its adoption of new ICTs in the period from 1990 to 2002. The study reveals that the adoption of new Ins has helped Haier to integrate its functional units located in dozens of places across the world, which is essential to the internationalization of a firm, and to link closely together its worldwide suppliers and customers to achieve just-in-time (JIT) production and delivery. In the educational study, the measure of EEG(brain waves) can be useful method to study the functioning state of brain during learning behaviour. This study investigated the changes of neuronal response according to four times repetition of audio-visual learning. EEG data at the prefrontal$(Fp_{1},Fp_{2})$ were obtained from twenty subjects at the 8th grade, and analysed quantitatively using FFT(fast Fourier transform) program. The results were as follows: 1) In the first audio-visual learning, the activities of $\beta_{2}(20-30Hz)$ and $\beta_{1}(14-19Hz)$ waves increased highly, but the activities of $\theta(4-7Hz)$ and $\alpha$ (8-13Hz) waves decreased compared with the base lines. 2). According to the repetitive audio-visual learning, the activities of $\beta_{2}$ and $\beta_{1}$ waves decreased gradually after the 1st repetitive learning. And, the activity of $\beta_{2}$ wave had the higher change than that of $\beta_{1}$ wave. 3). The activity of $\alpha$ wave decreased smoothly according to the repetitive audio-visual learning, and the activity of $\theta$ wave decreased radically after twice repetitive learning. 4). $\beta$ and $\theta$ waves together showed high activities in the 2nd audio-visual learning(once repetition), and the learning achievement increased highly after the 2nd learning. 5). The right prefrontal$(Fp_{2})$ showed higher activation than the left$(Fp_{1})$ in the first audio-visual learning. However, there were not significant differences between the right and the left prefrontal EEG activities in the repetitive audio-visual learning. Based on these findings, we can conclude that the habituation of neuronal response shows up in the repetitive audio-visual learning and brain hemisphericity can be changed by learning experiences. In addition, it is suggested once repetition of audio-visual learning be effective on the improvement of the learning achievement and on the activation of the brain function.
The monetary penalties system inherently has efficiency as DNA. In the event that administrative measures to recover unfair profits from businesses that violate the law, deprive business licenses, or order to suspend business, infringe the interests of ordinary consumers, a system that can achieve the same effect through financial sanctions. It is a monetary penalties. In addition, it is convenient for the government because it takes effect only by the administrative agency's unilateral imposition order compared to the trial process, which takes a long time and huge cost to prove the illegality. However, it is questionable whether procedural legitimacy is well established in Korea's aviation monetary penalties. Compared to foreign legislation, Korea's aviation monetary penalties system need to be improved. This paper was for the purpose of studying the improvement direction of the monetary penalties system disposed of in the Korean aviation field. This study suggests the direction by examining the US system, which is an aviation advanced country, in the aviation safety area. The research was conducted with the intention of exploring the direction as follows: First, the characteristics of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) aviation administrative sanctions and the US aviation penalty system will be outlined. Furthermore, with the recent paradigm shift in aviation safety management, this paper tried to look at new trends that focus on autonomous reporting of aviation safety as a proactive and preventive measure in conventional post-airline accident management administration, focusing on various systems including ASAP. This article also reviewed the formal process for imposing monetary penalties adopted by the FAA. Based on the above review, this paper also looked at ways to improve the reporting system for aviation safety in Korea.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the shear bond strength and failure mode of ceramic brackets according to the surface treatment of porcelain. Sixty Porcelain samples were randomly divided into six groups of ten samples. Then they were treated as follows: Group 1(silane only), Group 2(etching+silane), Group 3(stone+silane), Group 4(sandblasting+silane), Group 5(stone +etching+silane), Group 6(sandblasting+etching+silane) After surface treatment of porcelain, sixty Transcend 6000 brackets were bonded to the prepared porcelain surface and they were stored in $37^{\circ}C$ saline for 24 hours. An Instron universal testing machine was used to test the shear bond strength of ceramic brackets to porcelain. After debonding, bases of ceramic brackets and porcelain surfaces were examined under scanning electron microscope(SEM) to determine failure mode. Statistical analysis of the data was carried out with one-way ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test. The results were as follows : 1. The shear bond strength of surface-treated groups 2 to 6 was higher than that of only silane-treated group 1, and there was statistical significance. (P<0.05) 2. There was no significant difference among the groups 3 to 6. (P>0.05) 3. The shear bond strength of etching-surface treated group 2 was significantly lower than those of sandblasting-surface treated group 4, complex surface treated group 5 and group 6. 4. According to the scanning electromicroscopic images, the surface roughness of sandblasting-surface treated group 4 was less than those of the group 5 and 6, but there was no significant difference in the shear bond strength. (P>0.05) As a conclusion we can have a clinically adequate bond strength when an application of silane is done after the treatment of porcelain surface with more than one way to bond ceramic bracket on the porcelain. Also, it is considered that the sandblasting and application of silane is effective for the simplication and convenience of the treatment.
To investigate the developmental stages of dental and skeletal maturation by ages and the correlations among dental maturity, skeletal maturity of cervical vertebrae, and that of hand-and-wrist, the author used the cephalograms, orthopantomograms, and hand-and-wrist radiograms of 1055 patients (male 458, female 597) aged 7 to 20 years old. In the cephalograms, the skeletal maturity stages of each bone were mainly assessed by Hassel and Farman's cervical vertebrae maturation indicators (CVMI) method. In the orthopantomograms, the dental maturity stages of each tooth were mainly assessed by Nolla's tooth calcification stages method. In the hand-and-wrist radiograms, the skeletal maturity stages of each bone were mainly assessed by Fishman's skeletal maturity indicators (SMI) method. The results were as follows. 1. There was a high correlation among dental maturity, skeletal maturity of cervical vertebrae, and that of hand-and-wrist in the both sexes (P<0.001). 2. There was a high correlation (r=0.91-0.93) between skeletal maturity of cervical vertebrae and that of hand-and-wrist. 3. There was a high correlation (r>0.8) between skeletal maturity of hand-and-wrist and maturity of upper and lower canine, first premolar, and second premolar. 4. There was high a correlation(r=0.8) between skeletal maturity of cervical vertebrae and maturity of upper canine. 5. By the ages, dental maturity, skeletal maturity of cervical vertebrae, and that of hand-and-wrist were obtained in the both sexes. In summary, dental maturity, skeletal maturity of cervical vertebrae, and that of hand-and-wrist we of sufficient diagnostic worth as an index to predict adolescent growth.

Rapeseed cake, which is the organic waste remaining after rapeseed oil production, is readily available and considered an ecologically-friendly resource with very low cost and high dietary fiber content. This research was carried out for two reasons. First, it was done to analyze the liberated reducing sugar content of rapeseed cake. Second, it was done to investigate the effects on the sugar yield of the various concentrations of acidic and alkaline catalysts used for the hydrolysis of rapeseed cake and the concentrations of rapeseed cake in each catalyst. Several amounts of ground rapeseed cake, 0.5 g, 1 g, and 2 g, were put into 100 mL of catalysts such as sulfuric acid (0.5~2%), hydrochloric acid (0.5~2%), and sodium hydroxide (0.5~2%). Then they were hydrolyzed for 5 min at 121$^{\circ}C$. After hydrolysis, HPLC equipped with an RI detector was used to analyze liberated reducing sugars such as sucrose, glucose, galactose, fructose, and arabinose separated from rapeseed cake. The degradation rate of rapeseed cake was the highest in hydrochloric acid. As the catalyst concentrations used for hydrolysis of rapeseed cake increased, the degradation rate of rapeseed cake also significantly increased. Total reducing sugar content was the highest in hydrochloric acid, and it increased with the increase of catalyst concentrations. However, as the amount of rapeseed cake increased, the total reducing sugar content decreased, exceptionally sucrose in the case of sodium hydroxide.

Wild grapes contain lots of organic acids, vitamins and inorganic salts compared to other fruits. Also, it has known to have excellent effects on preventing cancer and heart disease. Wild grapes are supposed to be superior material for fermentation of wine. Tannin contents of wine, which is an important functional factor in flavor of wine, were enhanced to develop quality of Korean wild grape wine. In this study, we investigated tannin extraction conditions and analyzed quality properties of tannin-enhanced wild grape wine. The most suitable tannin extraction condition for enhancing tannin of wild grape wine was extraction of tannin from green tea using spirits at 4oC. For producing high quality wild grape wine, added concentration and time of tannin extract were 6.5 mg/mL before wild grape wine fermentation. Tannin contents of tannin-enhanced wild grape wine was $7.4{\pm}0.05\;mg/mL$. Quality properties of tannin-enhanced wild grape wine fermented under optimized fermentation conditions were analyzed. pH, acidity and alcohol contents were $3.69{\pm}0.01$, $0.95{\pm}0.01%$ and $12.2{\pm}0.03%$, respectively. Total sugar, tannin, polyphenol and resveratrol contents of tannin-enhanced wild grape wine were $60.00{\pm}1.15\;mg/mL$, $79.50{\pm}0.55\;mg/mL$, $7.40{\pm}0.05\;mg/mL$ and $5.00{\pm}0.11\;mg/mL$, respectively showing significantly higher value than that of commercial wine. Production of high quality wild grape wine is expected with the establishment of optimum fermentation condition and tannin-enhancing process of wild grape wine.

Due to the rapid economic growth within the nation, the quality of life of individuals have improved dramatically. The scope of living activities of individuals have also extended, resulting in a rapidly increasing demand for automobiles. The number of vehicles registered in Korea is rapidly increasing and will reach 188.71 million as of December 2012. Compared to the registered residents of 50.94 million provided by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, the registered population reflects about 4 people per every automobile. Due to the high demands for vehicles, the demands for parking lots in collective housing and businesses are also increasing. In reality, the current state of expansion of parking lots are underground, due to the limited available space on ground level. Specifically, the slope of a parking lot cannot exceed 17% linear slope and 14% curved slope according to the 'parking lot laws', however studies show that the driver feels at risk for safety when stopped on the parking ramp while driving in the parking lot. This study seeks to examine the suitability of parking lot ramps, concerning the safety aspects of the driver. First, the ramp type was categorized as linear or curved, then test drives were performed based on variations of slopes, slant distances, directions and points. A survey was administered to the driver after the completion of the test drive, in order to element design for an ideal ramp. In the case of curved ramp, the results of the estimate suggests a counterclockwise, slope at a maximum of 12% incline. The maximum slope for a linear ramp was analyzed to be between 13~14%, suggesting that slope greater than 15% need to be eliminated. In conclusion, it is anticipated that the element design parking ramp reported in this study will help to serve as a reference for future parking lot related guidelines, and provide cost effective traffic safety mechanisms in future parking lot businesses to follow.

제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
[부 칙]
1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
