Improvement of Compression Ignition for Gasoline Fuel Injected in the Diesel Engine (디젤기관에 분사되는 가솔린연료의 압축착화성 향상)

  • In this study, it made to run conventional single direct injection(DI) diesel engine, which adapted bulk combustion system not following spark ignition system without any ignition apparatus. It was heated and controlled inlet-air into conventional single DI diesel engine. The maximum value of brake thermal efficiency was at 35 region of air-fuel ratio. On the contrary, when the region of air-fuel ratio leaner than 35, brake thermal efficiency was decreased suddenly. And brake thermal efficiency was increased as much as inlet-air heating temperature increased. So, when air-fuel ratio was decreased and inlet-air heating temperature was higher, the engine was in optimal operation condition.

  • This study analyzed equipment operation strategy of ATC(Automated Transfer Crane) in order to development efficiency ATC operation logic for apply to domestic ACT(Automated Container Terminal). Improving productivity of ACT developed dynamic operation logic and established dispatching rule. As a result of simulation experiment reduced waiting time and interference time of ATC. Thus, we can improve productivity of ACT using dynamic operation logic and interference avoidance strategy.

  • 최근 도시지역의 확대와 고밀도화에 따른 도시근교의 산림, 논밭, 녹지 등이 감소하고, 도로나 건축물 등의 증가로 인해 불투수 유역이 확대되어, 원래 그 토지가 유지하고 있던 보수 유수 기능이 현저히 저하되고 있다. 그 결과 강우 시 표면 유출량의 증가와 유출시간의 단축이 현저하게 되고, 도시하천이나 하수도 유하 능력을 넘는 홍수가 자주 발생하고 있다. 또한 빗물 침투량이 줄어들어, 용천수 고갈, 하천의 평상시 유량감소가 나타나게 된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 최근 유역 내에 저류시설과 침투시설 등 유출저감효과를 기대할 수 있는 여러 가지 시설의 활용방안이 꾸준히 모색되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 내배수 홍수분담시설 중 저류와 침투의 기능을 모두 갖추고 있는 쇄석공극저류시설의 효율성을 분석하였다. 또한 쇄석저류지와 규모와 형태가 유사한 우수저류지와의 비교를 통해 상대적인 효율성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 두 시설이 같은 규모를 가진다고 가정할 때, 우수저류지가 쇄석저류지에 비하여 월등한 유출저감효과를 보이는 것으로 파악되었다.

  • Improve the global environment for low carbon emissions and green energy, and the growing interest in IT technology, combined with the existing power grid to achieve this, to achieve more efficient and environment-friendly smart grid smart grid projects around the world actively being deployed. A smart grid is expected to be a modernization of the legacy electricity network. Therefore, this research provides a secure smart grid model so that it provides better monitoring, protecting and optimizing automatically to operation of the interconnected elements.

  • Thermal barrier efficiency and endurance of coatings in liquid rocket engine combustor were evaluated for air plasma spray coating and electro/electroless plating. The result of firing tests has revealed occasional occurrence of local delamination of $ZrO_2$, NiCrAlY coating obtained by the method of air plasma spray in the region of supersonic flow and it necessitated a new coating method as a substitution. It was found that Ni-Cr coating by means of electro/electroless plating can substitute $ZrO_2$, NiCrAlY coatings of air plasma spray in terms of thermal barrier efficiency and endurance.

  • The object of this study is to understand of the effectiveness characteristic in the field work which is controlled by the quality in the high-rise residential-commercial complex building. From the previous study, the quality improvement factors are investigated. Through the structured questionnaire, the opinions of the field engineers(University, Design firms, Construction company) are gathered in the improvement factors of construction phase. Comparing the results of questionnaire with the conception of field engineers, this study helps in revising and improving the quality control system including tangible factors and intangible factors in the frame work of the high-rise residential-commercial complex building project.

  • In this paper, the efficiency of power amplifier has been maximized by the application of EER structure, and the linearity has been improved by using metamaterial structure. This paper has proposed a design of power amplifier in class-F to get the PAE, and to control dynamic power using envelope detector. CRLH structure gets high-linearity by removing harmonics arisen from the mismatching of matching circuit. The PAE and the 3rd order IMD have been improved 5.93 %, 12.83 dB compared with those of conventional Class-F amplifier, respectively.

  • Current service discovery protocols such as UPnP, Jini, SLP provide the basic function which is message exchange pattern, service representation and description, in service discovery. They does not guarantee service interoperability among service discovery. Therefore, in this paper, we design and implement CLAM (Component-based Autonomic Layered Middleware) agent platform to enable an efficient service discovery through extension of DF agent function in FIPA-compliant specification. Also, we propose an efficient service discovery mechanism using DHT-Chord algorithm to guarantee scalability and interoperability in DF agent.

  • In this paper, study the substantial issues which occurs upon free flight environment by performing separation assurance under multiple conflict(over 3 Aircraft), recovery en route under the terms of time constrains and fixed way point after the conflict avoidance, correlations between conflict detection distance and separation assurance by utilizing Autonomous flight algorithm. Result of this experiment demonstrates that the extension of detection distance is advantageous to solution of separation assurance and enhancing of flight efficiency, choose to maneuver by applying time constrain terms and fixed way point according to the situation of conflict prediction in case of recovery maneuver after the conflict avoidance. And separation assurance can be solved by applying 2 degrees or more of bank angle. When choosing the optimal bank angle could be drastically improved flight efficiency.

Current Status and Tasks of Using the School Affairs System in Elementary Schools (초등학교에서의 교무업무시스템 운영 현황과 과제 - 서울과 경기 지역을 중심으로 -)

  • 교육인적자원부는 교육행정 전반의 효율성을 높이고 교원 업무 환경 개선을 위해 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)을 도입하여 시행하고 있다. 그러나 개인정보보호 문제로 여러 단체와 갈등을 빚어오던 중, 2003년 12월 교무 학사, 입 진학, 보건 등 3개영역을 분리하여 별도 시스템을 구축하기로 결정하고 2005년 시범학교 운영을 거쳐, 2006년에는 시스템을 전면적으로 운영하게 되었다. 본 연구는 교무업무시스템의 운영 현황을 분석하고, 당면한 문제점과 관련 과제를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 70%이상의 교사들이 교무업무시스템을 1일 평균 1-2회 접속하는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 기존의 수기장부가 약간 줄어들은 것으로 평가되었다. 교사들은 교무업무시스템의 기능, 디자인, 편의성, 효율성 등에 대해 긍정적이었으며, 재택 처리가 가능해진 것을 가장 좋은 점이라고 응답했다. 또한 개인정보보호에 대한 중요성을 알고 전자인증서를 관리한다는 응답이 많았으며, 가장 큰 문제점으로 접속의 어려움과 느린 시스템 속도 등 시설 측면의 개선이 요구되었다. 다수의 교사들이 시스템의 정착 후 교원의 업무가 경감되고 효율적으로 바뀔 것이라고 긍정적으로 응답했으나, 복잡해지고 이중 부담이 예측된다는 응답이 뒤를 이었다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해, 다양한 연수프로그램 제공, 학교 시설의 전반적인 개선, 수기장부의 감축을 통한 실제적인 업무 경감 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
