Assessment of APC has focused on large size, specialization, and structuralization based on business performance. In the future, first, it should be complemented to have correlation with management efficiency. Second, because of the rate of weight for each index, it is necessary to develop a specific index or adjust allotting of marks so that there can be correlation between indexes. Third, since APCs have high values in the composite assessment and low values in the sales amount, it is necessary to develop various kinds of indexes, including the index to evaluate processing value-added, that of customer satisfaction with assessment, and that of customer relationship maintenance performance through introduction of a customer relationship management system (CRM), in pursuit of balance. Lastly, the results of this study are expected to be able to help make APCs efficient in relation to integration of production organizations so that they will convert and develop into a basic product processing center in coping with changes in internal and external environment of agricultural marketing.

The industrial ecology indicators(IEI) for Yeosu Industrial Park were developed using eco-efficiency indicator(EEI). The key factors for the creation of IEI were two parts. One part is the value of the products which is selected as the total production value, the amount of ethylene production, the amount of light oil production instead of the total sales volume for Yeosu Industrial Park, since the currency exchange and the price of raw materials varied every year. The other part is the environmental burden. The electric consumption, the industrial water consumption, and the amount of discharged waste water are all officially opened to the public, were used in the calculation. Based on the value for the year of 2004, the IEI value for 2006 became worse to 0.954, but, was expected to be 1.153, a 15% improvement, for 2015 if the current EIP project is successfully performed.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop an evaluation index for reliable information provision and operation management of traffic safety facilities. Method: As for the analysis method, evaluation indicators were selected by grasping the current state of operation and management of traffic safety facilities, and the importance of each indicator was analyzed through the AHP survey. Result: As a result of the comprehensive importance analysis, it was found that the highest priority was given in the evaluation index for information accuracy and computer system construction. On the other hand, the evaluation index corresponding to the service management was analyzed as having the lowest priority. Conclusion: The results of this study are expected to serve as a yardstick for understanding the management level of each institution for efficient operation and management of traffic safety facilities, and it is expected to establish a foundation for providing accurate information in consideration of the commercialization of autonomous driving in the future.

투자효율성을 중요시하는 R&D 패러다임에 따라, 우리나라 또한 국가R&D사업의 예산조정 및 배분의 기초자료로 활용되고 있는 국가R&D사업 평가결과의 신뢰성 확보를 위해, 2010년도를 기점으로 연구 성과의 양적 질적 우수성을 측정하기 위한 평가지표를 신설 또는 강화하는 등 성과평가체계 개발에 주력하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2005년 제정된 "국가연구개발사업 등의 성과평가 및 성과관리에 관한 법률"에 따라 시행되고 있는 국가R&D사업 자체평가 평가지표를 이론적으로 검토하고, 평가지표 중 4-1(계획된 성과의 양적 달성도)에 대한 실증분석을 통해 평가기법 상의 문제점을 도출하고, 문제점 보완을 통해 보다 정밀하고 합리적인 정량적 성과평가방안을 제시한다.

Regard to the global warming, the shipping industries are progressed the dedicated endeavor to reduce greenhouse gas. As the study results of 2009 GHG study team, the $CO_2$ emission of shipping industries exceeded slightly 1.0 billion ton during one year(2007) and it is 3.3% of total $CO_2$ amount exhausted from all industries. This paper are introduced the energy efficiency design index / operation indicator monitoring system(EDiMS) which matched with EVAMOS software released by the dynamics laboratory of Mokpo maritime university. EDiMS can continuously be monitored amounts of $CO_2$, NOx, SOx, and PM emitted from ship and it can be applied as the useful tool of the inventory work of air pollution and the ship energy management plan for the mitigation or reduction of ship emission.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine how much the electronic clinical trial data management system actually enhances its efficiency. While the development of clinical trial markets highlights the significance of data management with increasing rate of adoption of electronic systems, its effects have not been fully supported with rigorous evidences. Particularly, the adoption rate of electronic clinical trial systems is low in domestic clinical trials markets. This study attempts to analyze the effect of the systems for reminding the importance of e-data management in clinical trials. The measurement indicator is experimented with the time related data collected from a multi-center clinical trial case. The result showed that the speed of the electronic clinical trial processes can be improved. The implication of this study lies in its first attempt to empirically analyze the effect of electronic clinical data management systems. Furthermore, application of the indicator in conjunction with electronic clinical trial processes is expected to facilitate strategic data management.

Urban logistics plan of the previous cargo distribution law has changed into city logistics plan of logistics policy law in which its contents adjusted into direction to improve logistics industries, economic well-being and lifestyle conditions of the city. But the city logistics planning didn't include yet a systematic backbone that plans a vision, performs propelled plan to realize it, and then gives feedback through scientific evaluation indexes. In this context, this paper reviews the previous logistics plans and helps operating and managing a efficient city logistics plan a mid-long term through representative index development required to establish city logistics plan.

This paper surveyed and analyzed cases of DB development overseas to set the range of DB to be developed for analyzing energy-saving policies in the domestic transportation sector. The foregoing prerequisites were used to establish system for classification in the broad scale under which system for classification in detail indicators that suit one in the broader indicators was set based on analysis of domestic / overseas cases to determine DB development range in the transportation sector required to analysis domestic energy-saving policies. Accordingly, six items subject to the broadest classification were determined, i.e. energy consumption, energy basic unit, emissions of greenhouse gas, economic indicators, transportation volume / transportation records and basic automobile data. Large classification and sub-items determined by surveying expert opinions were set and proposed as DB classification indicators.

환경오염의 조기 경보 시스템으로 생체지표를 이용한 생태독성 모니터링이 최근 널리 연구되고 있다. 환경내의 생물종에서 측정한 생체지표를 이용한 환경 모니터링은 생태계 수준의 영향에 대한 예측 정보를 제공해 줄 수도 있다. 이를 위해서는 생체지표와 개체군 수준에서의 반응과의 인과관계가 밝혀져야 한다. 오염물질에 대한 생체의 반응은 분자, 세포, 생화학, 생리적, 개체, 개체군, 군집 수준에서 나타나게 되며, 이러한 각 단계별 반응은 반응 시간의 규모와 독성학적, 생태적 관련성에 따라 구분 지어 볼 수 있다. 각 개별 수준에서의 반응을 종합하면 오염물질에 노출된 생체의 전제적인 영향을 이해할 수 있으며, 이러한 이해를 바탕으로 개체군에서 나타나는 영향에 대한 인과관계를 추론할 수 있다. 생체지표와 개체군 수준의 반응과의 인과관계 정립은 효율적인 환경오염 예방기능 수행에 필수적인 과정이며, 다단계 생체 지표는 각 단계별 반응의 인과관계를 밝히기 위해 가장 적절한 접근 방법이다. 수서 무척추 생물인 Chironomus의 유충은 이러한 다단계 바이오마커 연구에 매우 적절한 생물학적 모델이다. 이 논문의 첫 번째 부분은 생체지표를 이용한 환경 모니터링을, 두 번째 부분은 Chironomus의 유충에서 생체지표의 적용에 대해서 다룬다.
