21C 정보화시대를 맞이하여 반도체 산업이 급속하게 발전함에 따라 컴퓨터를 활용한 효율성이 높은 유틸리티 관리 시스템(New Utility Management System) 기술이 중요시되는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 유틸리티 관리시스템의 한 부분인 냉수 시스템에 대해 정상상태 유동해석을 통하여 각 구성 요소에서의 유량 및 압력, 온도를 제공할 수 있는 컴퓨터해석시스템을 구현하였다. 효율성 증대를 위해 펌프 위치에 따른 시스템 변화를 파악하여 시스템에 영향을 크게 미칠 수 있는 펌프 즉, 가동하면 효율적인 펌프를 결정하였으며 최적의 리턴라인(Return Line) 위치를 설계하였다. 이 결과는 운전 및 관리의 효율성 증대와 에너지 절감을 위하여 매우 유익한 활용이 가능하다.

본 논문은 BPM 시스템에 의해서 관리되는 비즈니스 프로세스의 효율성을 증대시키는 새로운 방법으로 TOC(Theory Of Constraint)이론에서 사용되는 DBR(Drum, Buffer, Rope) 개념을 적용한다. TOC이론은 주로 생산공정의 효율증대를 위한 방법론으로 인식되어 왔지만 비즈니스 프로세스에서도 적용이 되도록 BP-DBR (Business Process - DBR) 방법론을 개발한다. 또한 이를 통해 실제 금융권에서 사용되는 프로세스 효율성이 증대되는 것을 시뮬레이션 실험을 통해 보인다.

This paper aims at analysing the effects of venture business finance supporting programs on efficiency and productivity of the venture firms, on the basis of the data envelope analysis (DEA) using data of 406 firms in the 2013 Venture Business Detailed Survey of Small and Medium Business Administration. The conclusions are summarized as follows. First of all, the efficiency of government finance supported venture firms is higher than that other venture firms. The increase of productivity in venture firms enjoying government supporting programs is higher than that in venture business without government supporting programs, especially in the technical progress rather than in efficiency improvement. Also the R&D supporting programs for venture firms lead to an increase in productivity. Taking the above results into consideration, government's venture supporting programs are evaluated to be effective in terms of an increase of productivity and the proper scope for fragile venture firms.

반도체 제조라인의 유틸리티 분야에 국내 기술이 도입되고 이에 따른 관리시스템 구축의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며 유틸리티 시스템의 한 부분인 냉각 시스템의 효율성 증대에 관심을 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서 펌프의 효율 계산 프로그램을 NUMS(New Utility Management System)에 반영하고 현재 가동중인 시스템인 NUMS와 같은 조건 하에서 정상상태 유동해석을 통하여 각 구성 요소에서의 유량 및 압력을 제공할 수 있는 시스템을 구현 하였고 NUMS와 압력비교를 하였다. 또한 효율성 증대를 위해 적절한 By-pass 밸브의 개도와 펌프 1대를 줄일 수 있는 결과를 얻었다. 이 결과는 차후 운전 및 관리의 효율성 증대와 에너지 절감을 위한 자료로 이용하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyse cucumber farms managing efficiency and to draw some factors needed to maximize farms production efficiency. After reviewing and analysing some cucumber farms main management index in detail, we found that, compared to scale improvement, technical efficiency has more potential to increase cucumber farms income. Moreover There is a positive correlation between cucumber production and farms pure technical efficiency slightly, but because of the degree, we suggested to reduce input elements for enhancing pure technical efficiency under certain conditions.

워크플로우의 도입으로 인하여 다수의 기업은 업무의 효율성을 증대 시켰다. 하지만, 진정한 기업 업무의 효율성 증대는 워크플로우의 도입으로 인한 비즈니스 프로세스의 자동화뿐만 아니라 비즈니스 프로세스 설계의 최적화 및 개선이라고 판단된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 의존성 기반의 워크플로우 마이닝 기법에 관하여 제시 하며, 비즈니스 프로세스 설계의 최적화 및 개선을 위하여 어떠한 방법으로 접근해 나아가야 할지에 관하여 논한다.

본 논문의 목적은 미국 손해보험회사간의 합병을 대상으로 하여 합병전과 후 기업의 X-효율성을 실증분석과 모의분석 방법을 이용해서 검증하고 합병의 잠재적인 X-효율성 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. X-효율성의 증진정도를 파악하기 위해서 횡단면적인 비용함수를 먼저 추정하였는데 비용함수 추정시 생산물이 제로(0)인 경우를 포함하기 위하여 혼용초월 로그비용함수(hybrid translog cost function)를 사용하였다. 그리고 Berger(1992)의 비분포방법(distribution free approach)를 사용하여 기업의 합병전,후 X-효율성을 추정하였다. 1986년부터 1990년 사이에 수평합병한 미국 손보사를 대상으로 피합병기업(merged firms)과 합병기업(merging firms)간의 X-효율성 차이를 검증하였으나 합병전 합병기업이 더 효율적이라는 통계적 증거는 없었다. 두 번째로 합병기업은 합병후 효율성이 증진하였느냐는 가설도 검증하였으나 이 가설을 지지할 만한 통계적 증거는 미약하였다. 가상합병을 통한 모의분석에서는 합병후 상당한 X-효율성 증진이 있을 것이라는 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 얻었으나 합병후 규모효율성의 중진에 대해서는 통계적 유의성이 없었다. 이는 합병의 최대 효익이 규모효율성 증대가 아닌 X-효율성 증대라는 Shaffer(1993)나 Berger and Humphrey(1993)의 연구결과와 일치한다. 실증분석 결과와 모의분석 결과를 비교하면 전자에서는 합병후 X-효율성의 증가효과가 거의 없었으나 후자에서는 합병후 상당한 X-효율성 증가가 있을 것으로 나타났다. 이는 실제 미국 손보사의 합병에서 과도한 합병프리미엄 지급, 규제에 의한 중복비용 둥으로 단기적으로 볼 때 합병사가 부담하는 합병비용이 합병에 의한 효익보다 컸을 것이라는 것을 시사한다.

Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy(NIRS) is accepted as today's most versatile method for rapid chemical analysis. The technique offers rapid multicomponent analysis. This study was conducted to improve the efficiency of quality analysis in covered barley grain, and to search for the effects of chemical components variation in covered barley grain on NIRS. Among the three groups with different range in the contents, each equation for starch contents increased standard error of prediction(SEP) and increased correlation coefficient from 0.872 to 0.883. According as, $\beta$-glucan and protein contents decreased SEP and increased correlation coefficient by expanded chemical components variation. Effective equation for ash contents analysis was obtained from group 3. Among the covered barley chemical components, starch and ash contents were required to conduct futher studies in term of accuracy and variation of contents. It was concluded that NIRS method would be applicable for the rapid determination of $\beta$-glucan and protein contents in covered barley grains.

본 논문에서는 사물인터넷(Internet of Things, IoT)에 적용되어 사용될 수 있는 다중 게이트웨이 환경에서 각 게이트웨이의 상황에 따라 종단 노드를 분산 트레이드 해줌으로서 게이트웨이의 자원 소모 효율성 증대 및 수명 연장을 할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 해당 기법을 두 단계에 걸쳐 제안하고 해당 기법의 효율성 입증을 위하여 클라우드 컴퓨팅이라는 대규모 환경을 가정하여 실험을 진행하였으며, 해당 실험의 결과에 따르면 전체 게이트웨이의 자원 소모량이 평준화됨과 동시에 효율성이 증대되었음을 확인할 수 있다.

어촌은 바다, 섬, 자연경관, 해양레저, 수산자원 등의 다양한 해양 관광자원을 보유하고 있어 성장 잠재력이 풍부하나, 이를 통해 성장할 수 있는 기본적 인프라 및 콘텐츠가 절대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 또한 수산업 침체와 어촌인구 감소 및 고령화로 어촌 공동화 현상이 심화되고 있으며, 정주환경 저하 등 삶의 질 전반에 걸쳐 낙후된 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 어촌마을의 자원활용과 자원 간의 연계를 촉진시킴과 동시에 정주기능, 생산기능의 활성화를 도모할 수 있는 소득증대 방안을 마련하고자 함
