The increased competition in service development in various industrial sectors highlights the importance of producing high-quality services that provide a positive user experience. Although usability evaluation is recognized as an important method of verification of high quality service and utility, the general usability evaluation method has limitations of not taking the characteristics of various participants due to its uniform composition to account. As the following flaws can reduce evaluation efficiency, developing a new guideline seems to be the next step. Thus, this study focused on criteria on how to evaluate the usability for children and proposed non-face-to-face remote usability evaluation configurations and progress guidelines to increase the effectiveness. The following usability evaluation experiment was conducted based on the proposed guidelines and in this process, the effectiveness of the guidelines was verified and the items that needed to be supplemented were derived. It is expected that the non-face-to-face remote usability evaluation guidelines proposed through the study will be used as the basis for designing usability evaluations of services developed for children.

Typography is very important for the delivery of information and for its aesthetic functions, typography focuses on facilitating faster and easier legibility for audience in modern society. But analysis for pre-studies for typography are limited in trend in the center of Kinetic Typography, dissolution of typography and territory extend as well as its typography analyzed by plastic arts aspects to acutely requiring expressing strategy and study based on typographic theory in working-level are insufficient. This study is to apply systematic theory to typography in order to suggest guidelines for increasing utility of typography for graphic design. It presents case studies, organized by theme, focusing on graphic design artworks featured in world-renowned specialty publications like the Creative 38 Annual Awards during 2008 and 2009. For practical help to designers engaged in various projects, it also suggests practical tactics for development that may enhance creative strategies in the creation of designs adopting typography. This study offers systematic usage methods of typography to the practical graphic designers and expected to contribute to the development of graphic designs that stimulate the visual senses of their audiences.

Recently, it has increased projects in the Oil and Gas industry as growing plant of overseas construction market. Therefore, domestic companies need to set some aggressive plans up that secure competitiveness of international plant business such as enhancing productivity, technological ability and statistical management. Specifically in the Oil and Gas industry of overseas plant business requires implying information in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction, below EPC) more, but it has not been suggested an appropriate breakdown system for contents that manages the information each EPC phase, which lead to problems such as revision of design document, occurring duplicated work and omissions of each participant. For these problems, we find market share decreasing and competitiveness running down. Thus, for increasing practical use of contents management system and construction industry's information, this paper suggests a contents breakdown system based on BPM (Business Process Management), defines business process and systematizing knowledge needed, and finally analyzing contents information that establish information among industrial facilities in Design phase which is the weakest part of domestic companies.

Acoustic damping induced by gap width between baffled injectors is investigated numerically, which are installed to suppress pressure oscillations in a model rocket combustor. The previous work reported that the baffled injectors show larger acoustic damping with the gap width between injectors. It is simulated numerically and its mechanism is examined. Damping factors are calculated as a function of gap width and it is found that the optimum gap is 0.1 mm or so. For understanding of the improved damping induced by the gap, dissipation rate of turbulent kinetic energy and vorticity are calculated as a function of the gap. Both parameters have their maximum values at the specific gap and especially, the dissipation rate has the same profile as that of damping factor. It verifies that the improved damping made by the gap is attributed to the increased acoustic-energy dissipation.

최근 지식정보 사회는 IT가 핵심 구성요소인 스마트 사회로 변모하고 있으며, 인간과 사물 간 의사소통에서 사물과 사물 간 의사소통까지 확장하고, IT간 융합에서 나아가 타 산업과 융합하는 지능형 사회로 나아가고 있다. '공간'에 대한 정보는 '시간'과 함께 인간이 생활하는데 있어 반드시 알아야 하는 가장 근본적인 정보로써, 공간에서 발생하는 정보를 기반으로 다른 사람들과 소통을 하고 목적을 충족함으로써 삶의 질을 향상시킨다. 현대 사회에서 공간정보는 중요한 인프라 가치를 증대시키므로 새로운 사회 패러다임 전환을 위한 필수적인 요소라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수재해 정보 플랫폼 구현에 앞서 사용자의 니즈를 만족시키고 효용가치 증대가 가능하도록 공간정보서비스 활용 방안 연구를 하고자 한다. 공간정보는 시대의 흐름에 따라 형태 및 생산?활용방법이 달라졌으나 항상 중요한 정보로 인식되어 왔으며, 미래 공간정보는 단순 콘텐츠 영역을 뛰어넘어 상황(Context)정보까지 범위를 확장하였다. (1)미국의 공간정보는 시설, 기록관리 및 지도와 같은 공공분야에서 현재는 업무통합관리, 의사결정지원 등에서 데이터 웨어하우스(Data Warehouse)로서의 역할 담당한다. (2)일본은 아시아 최고의 원천기술력을 보유하고 있으며, 높은 수준의 GIS, RS(위성항측), ITS(지능형 교통 시스템) 기술을 기반으로 하고 있다. (3)영국은 지리정보시스템과 공공서비스를 접목하여 시민의 요구에 부응하는 고객맞춤형서비스 제공을 국가정보화의 우선과제로 선정하고 있다. (4)우리나라는 초고속통신망과 모바일 기술 등 세계 최고 수준의 인프라를 확보하고 있어, 이러한 인프라 기반융 복합 공간정보서비스를 이용하는데 안정적인 기반을 확보하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내외 공간정보서비스의 패러다임 변화 및 추진 동향 등을 제시하였으며, 수재해정보 플랫폼 활용에 능동적 적극적으로 접근할 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다. 공간정보서비스를 활용하여 커뮤니케이션 강화, 수재해 정보 서비스의 효율성 증진, 재해부문 선진화 측면에서 발전적 영향을 미칠 수 있으며, 특히 각종 현안에 대한 미래 예측 및 대응에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

In the 3rd Wave of information revolution, technical research & development for more rapid and safe information exchange take a sudden turn currently According to a step up in importance and efficiency value of information, it's necessary to research technical development in various field altogether. Especially information security is the very core of essential technology. However most System attacks are based on the weakness of OS, it is difficult to achieve the security goal in the only application level. For the solution of this problem, so many technology researches to serve secure, trust information security in OS itself are activated. Consequently we introduce the tendency of current secure OS development projects of security kernel all over world in this report and inquire into security mechanism of the File Griffin which prevents file system forgery, modification perfectly by performing digital signature certificate on kernel level.

컴퓨터 시뮬레이션이라는 개념이 세상에 소개되고 널리 사용된 것은 이미 오랜 전의 일이다. 또한 이러한 방법론이 여러 방면으로 제조/생산 분야 기업의 이윤을 증대시키는 데 기여할 수 있다고 알려져 있고 실제로 일부 영역에서는 기여를 하고 있다. 하지만, 냉정하게 현실을 판단해보면 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션이 좀 더 넓은 제조 영역에서 그 자체의 가치를 향상시키기 위해서는 아직 부족한 점이 존재한다. 예를 들어, 적용하고자 하는 분야에서 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션의 효용 가치를 발견하지 못한다거나, 시뮬레이션 모델링 업무 자체가 하나의 새로운 부담으로 다가오는 일, 또는 기업의 입장에서 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어의 가격이 너무 높기 때문에 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 도입하고 싶어도 비용적인 측면에서 벽에 부딪치는 일이 빈번하게 발생을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 방법론들에 대한 분석 및 사례들을 보이고자 한다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 모델링을 기존의 라이브러리를 활용하여 좀 더 쉬운 방법으로 재활용 할 수 있는 방법론, 제조 현장 어디서나 컴퓨터 시뮬레이터에 접속하여 시뮬레이션을 수행 할 수 있는 방법론 그리고, 이러한 방법론들이 실제로 기업의 업무에서 어떠한 기여를 할 수 있는지에 대한 분석을 수행하고자 한다.

최근 우리나라는 기후온난화 등으로 인해 봄철과 겨울철에 심각한 가뭄이 자주 발생하고 있으며 그 정도는 점차 심해지고 있다. 2001년과 2002년 사이에 발생한 가뭄으로 약 100여개 시군에서 제한급수가 시행되기도 하였으며 2008년 말부터 발생하고 있는 남부지방의 가뭄은 식수를 걱정해야 할 정도로 심각한 실정이다. 이러한 기후변화는 수돗물의 안정적인 공급을 위한 수자원확보를 어렵게 하고 있다. 특히 하천수를 취수원으로 하고 있는 지방상수도의 경우 수돗물의 안정적인 공급과 수질측면에서 가뭄에 매우 취약한 조건을 가지고 있다. 따라서 이러한 가뭄에 대처하고 안정적인 물 공급을 제공할 수 있는 광역상수도의 역할이 중요해 지고 있다. 광역상수도는 여름철 홍수기에 가두어 놓은 댐의 물을 사용함으로써 안정적으로 물을 제공할 수 있다. 광역상수도는 가뭄시 안정적인 수돗물을 공급할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지역간의 요금편차를 제거하여 수도요금의 지역간 형평성을 고려할 수 있다. 또한 광역상수도를 사용하는 지방자치단체의 경우, 지방상수원 보호구역의 해제로 인해 지역개발을 활성화 시킬 수 있으며 국가차원에서도 물관리의 효율성을 증대시킬 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 광역상수도의 사회적 편익을 조건부 가치측정법(CVM)을 이용하여 추정하였다. 조건부가치측정법은 비사장 재화에 대한 가치를 추정할 수 있는 통계적 방법이다. 추정결과 안정적인 물공급을 위한 광역상수도의 가치는 음의 효용을 허용하지 않았을 경우, 가구당 5,796원의 지불의사금액으로 추정되었다. 이러한 결과는 광역상수도의 투자계획시 정책자료로 사용될 수 있으며 물정책 당국자에게 물관리측면에서 유용한 자료로 사용될 수 있다.

Characters are composed of universal value system that can be applied to the oriental and western world, while there are based on the differences in general and cultural values distinguished by the said two worlds. In modern society expressed as the age of moving image, the products concerning the characters have played a role as a forerunner of the spread of culture in the formation of new markets, regardless of considering the relationship between animation industry in Korea and the counterparts in the USA and Japan. Furthermore, as a successful role model, eastern and western character industries have penetrated deeply into our daily lives, in terms of our cultural values. Based on the assumption that characters reflect the cultural values, This study investigates the meanings of bodily & linguistic expressions appeared in animation characters and reviews the method of enhancing their values and effectiveness as cultural assets.
