This study was conducted with the purpose of examining the moderating effect of hope between fear of negative evaluation and self-esteem of workers. For this purpose, a total of 34 workplaces located in Seoul, Daejeon, and Chungcheong were selected and surveyed, and a total of 301 copies of the collected questionnaires were analyzed excluding unfaithful responses. The collected data were subjected to correlation analysis, and regression analysis of moderating effect. The research results are as follows. First, fear of negative evaluation did not show a significant correlation with other variables. However, there was a significant positive correlation between the remaining variables. Second, as a result of regression analysis of moderating effect, the moderating effect of agency thinking of hope was identified between fear of negative evaluation and self-esteem. However, the moderating effect of the pathway thinking of hope has not been identified. Finally, based on this study, we discussed ways to increase the self-esteem that was lowered due to the fear of negative evaluation, and specifically suggested program development and policies using hope.

The development of web-based distance education surroundings is steadily achieving. However the studying on the learning effect of learners is still weak against development of educational media itself. At present, most of the distance education system is showing limits in the evaluation of the learning effect because the teaming evaluation depends on mid or final-term exams by on-line or off-line. There is a strong point that the distance education is free from space and time. One of present weak points is limitation of evaluating learner's attitude which can estimate learning effects. Earnest teaming attitude at distance education is important factor for improving the learning effects. In this paper, we propose a model for improving the teaming effects by forcing real-time evaluation and returning feedback to learners at the cyber lectures. The developed experimental system is verified its possibilities.

The effect of internal ring stiffeners is numerically evaluated for reinforcement of tubular K-joints. Finite element analyses are performed to compute stress of un-stiffened and ring-stiffened K-joints subjected to axial loading. The influence of loading condition and geometrical parameters of ring stiffener on joint behavior is assessed to determine the installation effect of single and double ring stiffeners. The arrangement effect of ring stiffener are evaluated using quantitative analysis compared single ring with double ring stiffeners. Based on the numerical results, practical size of ring stiffener is proposed for design of tubular K-joints.

저성장, 실업률이 심화됨에 따라 일자리 중심 정책은 현 정부의 최우선 정책과제로 급부상하였다. 이러한 정책기조로부터 정부는 R&D분야에서도 고용영향평가 제도를 통해 도출된 성과를 R&D 사업의 예산배분 보조지표로 활용하는 방안을 검토하고 있다. 허나, R&D분야는 기술개발에 따른 고용창출효과의 발생 시점을 추적하기 힘들며, 기술개발로 인한 일자리에 대한 부(-)의 영향도 존재하기에 기존의 고용영향평가 방법만으로 R&D분야의 고용창출효과를 산출하는 것은 한계점이 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 R&D분야에서 고용영향평가에 적용될 수 있는 일자리 유형들을 분류하고, 일자리 유형별 정의 및 R&D 사업의 일자리 유형별 사례를 분석한다. 분석결과는 정부 R&D 사업들의 고용창출효과 산출과정에 활용 시 도움이 될 가능성이 있으며, 현 R&D분야의 고용영향평가 제도에 대한 절차 및 문제점을 분석하는 차원에서 큰 의의가 있다.

공공시설 중 도로계획의 경우 건설과정 및 건설 후의 소음 및 오염 등의 환경 사회적 비용 및 주행성 안전성 등 요소의 평가 등을 수량화가 어려운 대표적 비용으로 들 수 있는데 본 연구에서는 이러한 수량화가 어려운 비용 효과들을 포함하여 고려한 도로노선계획결과를 정보계측기법과 지리정보시스템을 이용하여 '정보량'이라는 통일된 단위로 표현하고, 기존 시설물과의 관계로부터의 '정보편익' 개념으로 평가하였다. 정보계측기법은 인간은 언어를 통하여 모든 사물을 정보로 표현하므로 '정보'라는 통일 된 단위를 사용하여 모호한 가치를 평가해 보고자 하는 방법이며, 따라서 공공시설의 계획과정에서 최적해를 찾기 위한 비용, 편익 및 환경 사회적 요소 등의 정량화되기 어려운 가치를 평가하는데도 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 정보계측기법과 지리정보시스템을 이용하여 도로건설시 발생하는 비용과 직접효과를 고려하기 위하여 시설정보계측모형을 개발하였으며, 도로 주변 시설간의 편익을 고려하기 위하여 시설정보편익모형을 구성하였다. 개발된 모형을 실제 도로계획 사례에 적용한 결과 비용과 직접효과만을 고려한 시설정보계측모형에서는 기존의 도로설계와 유사한 결과가 도출되었으며, 시설정보편익모형에서는 기존의 도로계획 평가에서 고려할 수 없었던 요소들에 대한 고려가 가능하였다.

본 연구는 팀기반학습을 활용한 교과목을 수강한 간호대학생 56명을 대상으로 동료평가와 학업성취도와의 관계에서 수업몰입의 매개효과를 검정하였다. 매개효과 분석은 PROCESS macro Program의 model 4를 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping)을 이용하여 검정하였다. 분석 결과는 첫째, 동료평가, 수업몰입과 학업성취도 간에 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 수업몰입은 동료평가가 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 부분매개 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 동료평가가 간호대학생을 위한 TBL 과정에서 수업몰입과 팀워크를 촉진하고 궁극적으로 학업성취도를 향상시키는 효과적인 도구가 될 수 있음을 시사하며, 교수자가 학생의 학습성과를 개선할 수 있는 보다 효과적인 교육 전략 및 개입을 개발하는 데 도움이 될 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 위험성평가의 이해를 돕기 위해 민간 기관에서는 위험성평가 담당자 교육을 개설하여 운영하고 있다. 위험성 평가 담당자 교육의 실효성과 그에 따른 개선과 교육의 효과적인 방법을 제시할 것이다. 윌콕슨 분석을 통해 644개 사업장에 대하여 재해 발생건수(합)을 분석하여 교육의 효과에 대해 분석하였다. 연구결과 18년도 기준 16, 17년도와 19, 20년도 간 재해 발생건수의 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 교육의 효과를 증대시킬 수 있는 방법에 대해 고찰하였다.

지난 수년간 정보화수준 및 투자효과분석을 위한 많은 연구가 진행되고, 실제 평가가 수행되었음에도 불구하고 여전히 정보화 수준을 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 평가모델이 요구되고있다. 특히 조직이나 사업의 정보화 목표에 맞게 정보화를 진단할 수 있는 평가방법론이 필요하다. 기존의 기업 정보화수준 평가모델의 경우 업종별로 다른 평가 모델을 적용하지만, 이 경우에도 업종 외에 해당 조직의 정보화 목표 및 범위에 대한 요소를 중요하게 고려하지 않았다. 정보화 평가모델은 크게 조직 중심의 전반적인 정보화 수준을 평가하는 모델과 투자한 사업에 대한 투자 효과를 분석하기 위한 모델로 나눌 수 있다. 두 개의 모델은 조직 또는 사업의 정보화 목표에 맞게 정보화가 진행되었는지를 평가하며, 평가한 결과를 피평가 조직에 피드백하여 차기 정보화 사업 추진에 활용하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 국방 분야의 여러 가지 특성을 고려한 정보화 평가모델의 구축 방법론을 제안하고, 평가의 유형 중에서 정보화 수준 평가 모델의 적용 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

The aim of this study was to develop a evaluation indicator to collaborative energy saving projects with NGO. We set the indicator based on expert advice, and refer to the preceding case study. The indicator has been set for the purpose of analyzing in planning, execution, performance phase to projects. In planning phase these consist of indicator such as project selection and rating, projects goals and concrete plans, etc; and systematic way of projects promotion, projects management and follow-up, and participation on selected contents, etc in execution phase; and achieve their goals, participant satisfaction, etc in performance phase.

제 7차 교육과정부터 규칙성 영역의 학습이 도입되고 중요하게 다뤄지고 있지만, 학생들이 규칙성을 찾거나 도형 패턴을 나타내는 데 어려움을 겪고 있기 때문에, 본 논문에서는 규칙성을 LOGO 프로그래밍 언어를 통해 학습하고 그 효과를 분석하였다. 수학적 패턴의 유형은 생성방식에 따라서 (1) 반복패턴, (2) 대칭패턴, (3) 증가패턴, (4) 회전패턴, (5) 혼합패턴의 다섯 가지이다. 논 논문에서는 규칙성 영역에 대한 LOGO 수업의 효과를 분석하기 위해서, 각각 패턴에 대하여 평가 문항을 만든 후 수업전과 LOGO를 통한 수업 후에 평가를 실시하여 분석하였다. 사전평가 M 4.74에서 LOGO 수업을 실시 한 후에 평가에서 M 5.22로 LOGO 수업의 효과가 유의미(p<.05, p=0.016)하게 나타났다. 특히, 도형패턴에서 높은 향상도를 나타냈다.
